Objective: to identify the Brazilian scientific production about Nursing consultation teaching in nurses' training. Method: a descriptive study of a bibliometric nature conducted in the portal of Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde and in PubMed from April to May 2021, with the following inclusion criteria: full articles, in Portuguese or English, published from 2009 to 2020. Results: a total of 13 studies were identified, of which four were published in a B2 journal from the Northeast region, although with predominance of papers from the South region (38.46%), with the experience report type standing out. The most frequently observed themes were related to the teaching methodologies, especially the active ones with use of technological tools. “Nursing consultation” was not found to be one of the most frequent keywords. Conclusion: by verifying the incipience of the production on the theme, this study provides subsidies for expanding this knowledge area, reverberating in improvements in Nursing consultation teaching and in nurses' training.

Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de uma acadêmica do curso de enfermagem em clínica de curativo particular através de um projeto de extensão. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, baseado na vivência da discente acerca das atividades de enfermagem em uma clínica de curativos. Resultados e Discussão: Evidencia-se que o profissional de enfermagem cumpre todos os passos para a realização do procedimento dos curativos, com o intuito de promover o bem-estar clínico do paciente. A clínica realiza aproximadamente 144 curativos mensais, resultando em 1729 curativos em 144 dias úteis do ano. Considerações finais: O estudo colaborou para a formação e conhecimento da acadêmica no que diz respeito da prática de curativos e gerenciamento. No tocante, percebe-se que o enfermeiro deve, como proprietário de uma clínica, atuar de modo direto quando ao gerenciamento, sendo assim, para promover segurança e bem-estar ao cliente portador de feridas, é essencial que esse profissional mantenha, também, uma boa relação com sua equipe. Objective: to report the experience of an academic of the nursing course in a private dressing clinic through an extension project made available by that institution. Methodology: this is an experience report, based on the student's experience of nursing activities in a dressing clinic. Results and Discussion: it is evident that the nursing professional fulfills all the steps to perform the dressing procedure, in order to promote the clinical well-being of the patient. The clinic performs approximately 144 dressings monthly, resulting in 1729 dressings in 144 working days of the year. Final considerations: The study contributed to the formation and knowledge of the academic regarding the practice of dressings and management. In this regard, it is clear that the nurse must, as the owner of a clinic, act directly when it comes to management, so, to promote safety and well-being to the client with wounds, it is essential that this professional also maintains a good relationship with your team. Objetivo: relatar la experiencia de una académica del curso de enfermería en una clínica privada de curaciones a través de un proyecto de extensión puesto a disposición por esa institución. Metodología: se trata de un relato de experiencia, a partir de la vivencia del alumno sobre las actividades de enfermería en una clínica de curado. Resultados y Discusión: se evidencia que el profesional de enfermería cumple con todos los pasos para realizar el procedimiento de vendaje, con el fin de promover el bienestar clínico del paciente. La clínica realiza aproximadamente 144 curaciones mensuales, resultando en 1729 curaciones en 144 días hábiles del año. Consideraciones finales: El estudio contribuyó a la formación y conocimiento de los académicos en cuanto a la práctica de aderezos y manejo. En este sentido, es claro que la enfermera debe, como propietaria de una clínica, actuar directamente en la gestión, por lo que, para promover la seguridad y el bienestar del cliente con heridas, es fundamental que este profesional también mantenga una buena relación con su equipo.

Objective: to demonstrate the influence of the preoperative nursing consultation in the practice of self-care performed by patients with respiratory ostomy at the A.C. Camargo Cancer Center and to describe what are the self-care practices performed and their limiting factors. Method: qualitative, exploratory study, carried out with 7 patients aged 18 years or older, who underwent preoperative nursing consultation, who underwent surgery with the manufacture of a respiratory ostomy and were able to establish verbal communication. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and a digital recorder and submitted to content analysis. Results: male participants predominated, aged 56 years or over and completed high school. Two analytical categories were identified: “Repercussions of the actions promoted by the preoperative nursing consultation”; and “Obstacles in the search for autonomy in the care of the tracheostomy cannula”. Conclusion: nursing consultation is an important instrument to guide, form bonds and clarify doubts about care with ostomy and respiratory devices, and nursing actions can limit and even prevent the patients from developing their self-care, making it necessary that the therapeutic nursing project is planned to aggregate the patient in this process.

Prenatal care has as principle to ensure a complete care to the pregnant woman's health and her baby, and the organization of routine and procedures to be developed during prenatal care involves the availability of various resources that range from the presence of professionals to the access to the materials needed for the prenatal consultation. The consultation, which is part of prenatal care, should be developed through methods that seek to promote a woman and the baby quality of life during pregnancy. The research had as objective to know the potentialities and weaknesses in the operationalization of the prenatal consultation to the pregnant women of habitual risk. A descriptive study was carried out with a qualitative approach from July to September 2017, with twenty pregnant women and six professionals who performed prenatal care in a sanitary district of São Luís - Maranhão. This study is linked to the research Retraining Prenatal Care in São Luís, approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Maranhão. For data collection, an instrument was used as a check list, a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The data were described and organized into thematic categories according to the Bardin Content Analysis and analyzed in the legal provisions of the Ministry of Health regarding prenatal care. It was possible to abstract three thematic categories: the potentialities that humanize prenatal care; the weaknesses found in the trajectory; factors that contribute to the satisfaction x dissatisfaction of the pregnant woman. Although the majority of the pregnant women are satisfied with the prenatal care, the studied district is unsatisfactory in several aspects related to the parameters of prenatal adequacy, recommended by the Ministry of Health, since the weaknesses pointed standed out the potentialities. A assistência pré-natal tem como princípio assegurar um atendimento integral à saúde da gestante e de seu concepto, sendo que a organização da rotina e dos procedimentos a serem desenvolvidos durante o pré-natal envolve a disponibilidade de vários recursos que abrangem desde a presença dos profissionais até o acesso aos materiais necessários para a realização da consulta de pré-natal. A consulta, que é parte integrante da assistência pré-natal deve ser desenvolvida mediante condutas que busquem favorecer a qualidade de vida da mulher e de seu concepto durante a gestação. A pesquisa teve como objetivo conhecer as potencialidades e fragilidades na operacionalização da consulta pré-natal às gestantes de risco habitual. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa no período de julho a setembro de 2017, com vinte gestantes e seis profissionais que realizaram pré-natal em um distrito sanitário de São Luís – Maranhão. Este estudo está vinculado à pesquisa Retratando a Assistência Pré-natal em São Luís, aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Maranhã. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado um instrumento adaptado em forma de check list, um questionário e uma entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram descritos e organizados em categorias temáticas de acordo com a Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin e analisadas à luz dos dispositivos legais do Ministério da Saúde, referentes à assistência pré-natal. Foi possível abstrair três categorias temáticas: as potencialidades que humanizam a assistência pré-natal; as fragilidades encontradas na trajetória; fatores que contribuem para a satisfação x insatisfação da gestante. Apesar de a maioria das gestantes estarem satisfeitas com o pré-natal realizado, o distrito em estudo deixa a desejar em diversos aspectos que concerne aos parâmetros de adequação do pré-natal, preconizados pelo Ministério da Saúde, uma vez que as fragilidades apontadas sobressaíram-se às potencialidades.
