In this study, the position control simulation of a 3 Degree of Freedom (3DOF) robot arm was compared with machine learning and inverse kinematic analysis separately. The considered robot arm is designed in RRR pattern. In the inverse kinematic analysis of the robot arm, the geometric approach and the analytical approach are used together. Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) was used as a machine learning method. Some of the coordinate data that the robot arm can reach in the working space are selected and the MLP model is trained with these data. When training was done with MLP machine learning method, the correlation coefficient (R2) was obtained as 1. Coordinates of 3 different geometric models (helix, star and daisy) that can be included in the working space are used as test data of the MLP model. These tests are simulated in 3D in MATLAB environment. The simulation results were compared with the inverse kinematics analysis data. As a result, Mean Relative Error (MRE) values for helix, star and daisy shapes were calculated as 0.0007, 0.0033 and 0.0011, respectively, in the tests performed. Mean Squared Error (MSE) values were obtained as 0.0034, 0.0065 and 0.0040, respectively. This confirms that the proposed MLP model can operate this system at the desired stability., Bu çalışmada 3 DOF bir robot kolunun pozisyon kontrol simülasyonu makine öğrenmesi ve ters kinematik analiz ile ayrı ayrı yapılarak karşılaştırılmıştır. Ele alınan robot kol, RRR düzeninde tasarlanmıştır. Robot kolun ters kinematik analizinde geometrik yaklaşım ve analitik yaklaşım birlikte kullanılmıştır. Makine öğrenmesi yöntemi olarak Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP) kullanılmıştır. Robot kolun çalışma uzayında ulaşabileceği koordinat verilerinin bir kısmı seçilerek, bu verilerle MLP modeli eğitilmiştir. Çalışma uzayı içerisinde yer alabilecek olan 3 farklı geometrik modelin (helix, star ve daisy) koordinatları MLP modelinin test verisi olarak kullanılmıştır. Bu testler MATLAB ortamında 3d olarak simule edilmiştir. Simülasyon sonuçları test kinematik analiz verileri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak gerçekleştirilen testlerde helix, star ve daisy şekilleri için Mean Relative Error (MRE) değerleri sırasıyla 0.0007, 0.0033 ve 0.0011 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Mean Squared Error (MSE) değerleri ise sırasıyla 0.0034, 0.0065 ve 0.0040 olarak elde edilmiştir. Bu da önerilen MLP modelinin bu sistemi istenilen kararlılıkta çalıştırabileceğini doğrulamaktadır.

Objectives: This study aims to compare the efficacy of the eccentric exercise (EE) and extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) on chronic midportion Achilles tendinopathy and evaluate the efficacy of these treatment modalities on tendon thickness, vascularity, and elasticity. Patients and methods: In this randomized controlled trial, a total of 63 patients (40 females, 23 males; mean age: 37.3±12.2; range, 18 to 55 years) with chronic midportion Achilles tendinopathy were enrolled between April 2017 and December 2019. The patients were allocated randomly to two groups: the first group was treated with EE every day for three months with the Alfredson protocol, and the second group received four sessions of ESWT at weekly intervals. The study was terminated at the end of three months. Visual Analog Scales (VAS), Victorian Institute of Sports Assessment-Achilles (VISA-A) questionnaires, and ultrasonography measurements were assessed before and after treatment. Patient pain was evaluated at the two-year follow-up. Results: At the three-month follow up, VAS scores decreased, and VISA-A scores increased in both groups (p Conclusion: Eccentric exercise and ESWT are efficient in the short term, whereas EE is efficient on tendon pain in the long term. While EE increases tendon thickness and stiffness, ESWT has no effect on these measures.

This paper examines the transfer of the power generated by the photovoltaic (PV) system to the three-phase alternating current (AC) power grid with maximum efficiency by controlling in two stages. With the designed PV system, it is aimed to transfer the energy received from the source with high efficiency to the network by using the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method in order to ensure power stability. In addition, with a second control mechanism, the current at the output of the inverter is instantly controlled and the voltage value of the generated power is kept constant. Thanks to this control system, solar energy has been kept under control from electrical energy generation to its transfer to the power grid. In order to predict the quality of the generated power, the total harmonic distortion (THD) rate of the current at the output of the PV system was determined as a result of the simulations made in the computer environment. It is seen that the simulated PV system, according to the values of different solar radiation levels, tends to keep the voltage value of the power to be transferred to the grid constant at the desired level and that the THD value has been reduced below three percent at the time of maximum power generation., Bu bildiri, fotovoltaik (FV) sistem tarafından üretilen gücün, üç fazlı alternatif akım (AA) güç şebekesine maksimum verimle iki aşamada kontrol edilerek aktarılmasını incelemektedir. Tasarlanan FV sistemi ile güç kararlılığını sağlamak için kaynaktan yüksek verimle alınan enerjinin maksimum güç noktası izleme (MGNT) yöntemi kullanılarak ağa aktarılması amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca ikinci bir kontrol mekanizması ile evirici çıkışındaki akım anlık olarak kontrol edilmekte ve üretilen gücün gerilim değeri sabit tutulmaktadır. Bu kontrol sistemi sayesinde güneş enerjisi, elektrik enerjisi üretiminden elektrik şebekesine aktarılmasına kadar kontrol altında tutulmuştur. Üretilen gücün kalitesinin tahmin edilebilmesi için bilgisayar ortamında yapılan simülasyonlar sonucunda FV sistem çıkışındaki akımın toplam harmonik bozulma (THB) oranı belirlenmiştir. Simüle edilen FV sisteminin, farklı güneş ışınım seviyeleri değerlerine göre, şebekeye aktarılacak gücün voltaj değerini istenilen seviyede sabit tutma eğiliminde olduğu ve maksimum güç üretimi sırasında THB değerinin yüzde üçün altına düşürüldüğü görülmektedir.

Umblical cord prolapse is a very rare condition. It is an obstetric emergency that can have unfavourable consequences for the fetus. We aimed to investigate the determinants for poor perinatal outcome following emergency cesarean delivery performed due to umbilical cord prolapse in uncomplicated term pregnancies. Fifty-three term pregnants and their babies born with cesarean section due to umbilical cord prolapse were included in this retrospective study. Newborns who were taken to neonatal intensive care unit were defined as poor perinatal outcome.Eleven of fifty-three newborns needed intensive care. All of them were discharged without any problem after the treatment. The presence of fetal distress detected before or during the umbilical cord prolapse was found to be the only marker associated with poor perinatal outcome. Abnormalities detected in fetal heart rate monitoring before or during umblical cord prolapse increase poor perinatal outcome in uncomplicated term pregnancies.

Haberleşme, veri toplama ve kontrol işlemleri günümüzün üzerinde çalışılan en önemli alanların başında gelmektedir. Elektronik tabanlı ve endüstriyel sistemlerde veri toplama işlemi oldukça önemlidir. Çünkü yapılacak olan işlemler bu verilere göre şekillenmektedir. Aynı zamanda verilerin doğru bir şekilde okunup ve doğru verinin kontrol sistemine gönderilmesi oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Haberleşme protokolleri içerisinde güvenlik ve verinin alıcıya doğru iletilmesi açısından CAN protokolü en güvenilir haberleşme protokollerinden biridir. Bu çalışmada da CAN haberleşme protokolü tabanlı bir veri toplama sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Isı Ölçüm Devresi, Mesafe Ölçüm Devresi, Işık Şiddeti Ölçüm Devresi ve DC Motor RPM Değeri Ölçüm Devresi birimleri oluşturularak dört farklı sistem oluşturulmuştur. Bu birimlerden elde edilen veriler STM32F103C8T6 işlemcisine CAN protokolü üzerinden aktarılmıştır. Toplanan veriler bu işlemci üzerinden bilgisayar ortamına gönderilmektedir. Tasarlanan arayüz programı ile veriler takip edilebilmekte ve kaydedilebilmektedir. Gerçekleştirilen bu sistem ile aktif olarak çalışan CAN protokolü tabanlı bir veri toplama sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Dört farklı noktadan alınan veriler doğru bir şekilde okunarak kaydetme işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Today, communication, data collection and control processes are among the most important areas studied. Data collection is very important in electronic based and industrial systems. Because the processes to be carried out are shaped according to the incoming data. At the same time, it is very important to read the data correctly and send the correct data to the control system. The CAN protocol is one of the most reliable communication protocols in terms of security and data transmission to the receiver within the communication protocols. In this study, a data collection system based on CAN communication protocol has been established. Four different systems were created by creating units of Temperature Measurement Circuit, Distance Measurement Circuit, Light Intensity Measurement Circuit and DC Motor RPM Value Measurement Circuit. The data obtained from these units were transferred to the STM32F103C8T6 processor via CAN protocol. The collected data is sent to the computer environment via this processor. Data can be tracked and recorded with the designed interface program. A data collection system based on CAN protocol has been created that works actively with this system. The data obtained from four different points were read correctly and the saving was performed.

Bu çalışmada, yük hücresi temelli iki tekerlekli denge robotu (İTDR)’nin gerçek zamanlı uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. İki tekerlekli denge robotun üzerine yerleştirilen dört adet yük hücresi ile sistemin kontrolü PID kontrolör tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Yük hücresinden gelen kütle bilgilerine ait analog sinyaller 24 bit çözünürlüklü HX711 tümleşik entegre ile sayısal sinyallere dönüştürülmektedir. Sayısal sinyallere dönüştürülen veriler senkron seri haberleşme protokolü üzerinden mikroişlemci ile aracılığı ile anlamlandırılmaktadır. Ölçülen kütle bilgisine göre sistemin dinamik modelinin çıkışı anlık olarak güncellenebilmektedir. Bu işlem maksimum yunuslama açısını güncellemektedir. Böylelikle iki tekerlekli denge robotunun kontrolü kolaylaşmakta ve kullanıcının araç üzerinden düşme riski azaltılmaktadır. Sistemin kontrolü ARM mimariye sahip STM32F103C8T6 mikroişlemci kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Aracın gerçek zamanlı uygulaması sırasında Fırçasız Doğru Akım Motoru’nun (FDAM) akım değerleri ve motor dönüş hız bilgileri elde edilmektedir. Ayrıca SD kart modülü yardımıyla 12 adet farklı veri SD kart üzerine kaydedilmektedir. Karta kaydedilen veriler sonucunda yük hücrelerinin tekrarlama testinde her bir yük hücresinin korelasyon değeri 0,99 olarak elde edilmiştir. Sonuçta iki tekerlekli denge robotun üzerindeki kütlenin ölçüm hata oranı %1 olarak elde edilmiştir., In this study, real-time application of load cell-based two-wheel balancing robot (TWBR) has been realized. The control of the system is provided by the PID controller with four load cells placed on the twowheel balancing robot. The analog signals of the weight information coming from the load cell are converted into digital signals with the 24-bit resolution HX711 module. The data converted into digital signals are interpreted through the microprocessor over the synchronous serial communication protocol. The output of the dynamic model of the system can be updated instantly, according to the measured weight information. This process updates the maximum pitch attitude. Thus, the control of the two-wheel balancing robot is facilitated and the risk of the user falling off the vehicle is reduced. The control of the system is carried out using an ARM architecture based STM32F103C8T6 microprocessor. Current values and motor rotation speed information of the Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDC) are obtained during the real time application of the vehicle. In addition, 12 different data are recorded on the SD card with using the SD card module. As a result of the data recorded on the card, the correlation value of each load cell is obtained as 0.99 in the repetition test of the load cells. As a result, the measurement error rate of the weight on the two-wheel balancing robot is obtained as 1%.

Objective: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the acute effects of static and dynamic stretching exercises on dynamic balance. Materials and Methods: Sixty-seven recreational athletes (33 males aged 20.5 ± 2.3 yrs) and 34 females aged 21.4 ± 3.0 yrs) were tested in three different protocols including the control condition, static stretching, and dynamic stretching exercises on three separate days, 48-72 h apart. Before and after each protocol, double limb dynamic balance was tested on an isokinetic balance system. Each protocol involved warm-up for 5 min using the bicycle ergometer at 50-60 rpm and 70 W. Stretching exercises were applied bilaterally on four different lower extremity muscle groups. For the control condition, after warm-up, subjects rested for 12 min and 45 s. The time period between the two dynamic balance measurements was equal for each protocol. Results: All three protocols positively affected dynamic balance performance (p0.05). Conclusions: Static stretching after warm-up, dynamic stretching after warm-up, and warm-up alone have positive effect on dynamic balance. Static or dynamic stretching after warm-up do not potentiate positive effect of warm-up alone on dynamic balance.

Amaç: Tersiyer referans hastanemizde, sonografik olarak ilk trimesterde subkoryonik hematom (SKH) bulgusu izlenen ve SKH bulgusu olmayan abortus imminens tanılı hastaların gebelik sonuçlarının karşılaştırılması amaçlandı.Materyal ve Metod: Bu retrospektif kohort çalışmada Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Hastanesi’nde 2017 ve 2018 yıllarında abortus imminens tanısı almış 450 hastanın kayıtları incelendi. Gebeliği hastanemizde sonlanmış olan (abortus, missed veya doğum şeklinde) ve tanı anında fetal kardiyak ativitesi pozitif olan, toplam 228 kayıta ulaşıldı. 228 abortus imminens tanılı hastanın 44’ünde subkoryonik hematom mevcuttu. Çalışmaya; 6-14 hafta arası gebeliği olan, abortus imminens kliniği ile başvurmuş, tekil gebeliği olan, fetal kalp atımı pozitif olan, sonografik değerlendirmesinde SKH görünümü izlenmiş ya da izlenmemiş kanama şikayeti olan hastalar dahil edildi. 14 haftadan büyük gebeliği olan, fetal kalp atımı negatif olan, abortus insipiens tanısı alan, habitüel abortus öyküsü olan, sistemik hastalığı olan gebeler, gebelik takibini ve doğumunu farklı bir merkezde yapmış olan hastalar çalışma dışı bırakıldı. SKH tanısı alan toplam 44 hastanın gebelik sürecindeki abortus oranları, preterm gebelik, erken membran rüptürü (PPROM), sezaryen ve vajinal doğum oranları SKH bulgusu olmayan abortus imminens tanılı hastaların sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırıldı. Değişken verilerin dağılımında Kolmogrov-Simirnov, Shapiro-Wilk’s testi, sayısal verilerde student t-test ve Mann-Whitney U testi kullanıldı. p, Aim: It was aimed to compare the pregnancy outcomes of patients diagnosed with abortus imminens who had sonographic findings in the first trimester with or without a subcorionic hematoma (SCH) in our tertiary reference hospital.Materials and Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, records of 450 patients diagnosed with abortus imminens in 2017 and 2018 at Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital were examined. A total of 228 records were reached, in which pregnancy was terminated in our hospital (abortus, missed or birth) and fetal positive cardiac activity at the time of diagnosis. SCH was present in 44 of 228 patients diagnosed with abortus imminens. Patients at 6-14 weeks of gestation, admitted with abortus imminens clinic with a single pregnancy, fetal heartbeat positivity with or without SCH in the sonographic evaluation were included in the study. More than 14 weeks of pregnancy, fetal heartbeat negativity, diagnosed with abortus incipiens, a history of habitual abortion, systemic diseases, and patients who had gestational follow-up and delivery at a different center were excluded from the study. Abortion rates, preterm pregnancy, preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM), cesarean and vaginal delivery rates of 44 patients diagnosed with SCH were compared with the results of patients diagnosed without SCH findings.
