The Lorraine-Saar Basin (LSB) is one of the major Paleozoic coalfields of Western Europe that has been shapedover two centuries as a heartland of underground coal mining and associated industrial activities in the transborderarea of France and Germany. The Basin still has considerable coal reserves accumulated in numerous laterally continuous coal seams that were affected by processes of thermogenic production of gaseous hydrocarbons during post-Carboniferous burial and related coalification. The LSB stands out by its up to 6 km sedimentary column and its inversion resulting in Paleozoic erosion in the range of 750 m (French part of the Basin) and pre-Mesozoic (Permian) erosion between 1800 and 3000 m (German part of the Basin). Historically, coal production in the Lorraine and the Saar portions of the entire Basin was associated with numerous mining hazards because of the high methane content in coal seams. The LSB has the potential to host an enormous unconventional resource base including coalbed methane (CBM). Coal mines here are no longer operated to produce coal; however, methane generated in deep compartments is venting here via fracture swarms to the Earth’s surface. Cutting natural methane emissions throughout CBM production within coal-bearing terrains is a crucial opportunity for slowing global warming rates. Nearly all CBM plays worldwide are affected in some way by natural multiscale fracture sets ranging from large fault zones to closely spaced joints, micro-shears, or cleat sets in coal seams. The LSB is not excluded indeed from this trend because of the long-term experience of geological exploration during extensive coal mining in the past. Characterization of structural patterns of fracture networks at different scales is a pragmatic process boosting the reliable perception of the performance of coalbed methane gas reservoirs. The focus of this contribution is to get an insight into the style and kinematic description of the multi-scale fault and cleat patterns in the LSB based on results of subsurface and underground geological mapping, and X-ray computer tomography. It will benefit the right mindset to ensure proper technical decisions for efficient exploration and exploitation of CBM reservoirs in the Basin.

It is shown that for the design of buildings and individual rooms with normative concentrations of light air ions of both polarities, a preliminary estimated assessment of the dynamics of this indicator in space and time is appropriate. In the general case, it is possible to use the continuity equation for weakly ionized plasma for one direction. This is due to the low concentration of air ions in the air. The ratio of molecular kinetic theory of gases is used to determine the necessary indicators - the average lifetime of air ions, free path length. To determine the average speed - Maxwell's distribution. It is shown that the propagation of air ions due to diffusion processes is insignificant, and the corresponding calculations have large errors. Calculations on the propagation of air ions by directed air movement from the source of artificial ionization are given. The distribution of air ion concentrations can be most accurately calculated taking into account their recombination, deposition on heavy air ions and neutral suspended parts (fine dust and aerosols). Relevant coefficients are mostly issued from reference sources. If there are electrostatic fields in the premises, generated due to the triboelectric effect and other factors, it is necessary to take into account the deposition of air ions on these surfaces. In order to correctly determine the concentrations of air ions, in addition to the values of the mobility of negative and positive air ions, data on electrostatic field strengths are required. The values of such fields are unpredictable, so they are measured by appropriate instruments in similar conditions. Verification of calculated data using electrostatic charge meters and air ion counter proved the reasonable convergence of expected and actual data. It is advisable to develop two- and three-dimensional models of the propagation of air ions of both polarities in rooms of different purposes, configurations of equipment placement, the presence of artificial ionization sources and directional air movement.

All known studies on the effect of computer equipment on the concentration of air ions of both signs have been used for rooms where desktop computers are operated. The expediency of conducting research using a laptop computer is substantiated. Therefore, the urgent task is to study the dynamics of the air ionic composition of the air from the operation of personal computers and identify ways to maintain this indicator at the regulatory level. It is shown that the switched on computer deionizes air, and mainly on one polarity. It is established that this is a consequence of electrification of polymer surfaces. The cause of electrification is triboelectric phenomena, including the directional movement of dry air from the CPU cooling fan. Additional electrification (and consequently - deionization of air) gives the presence of the user. Confirmation of the cause of deionization is the slow recovery of the concentration of air ions after turning on the computer to a certain neutralization of surface charges. The dependences of the change of air ion concentrations on the distance from the electric field source are established. At its intensity of about 5 kV/m with dimensions of 1.0×1.0 m, the critical distance is 1.2-1.3 m. It is recommended to carry out wet absorption for an unambiguous workplace, which provides insignificant electric fields for 1.5 hours. During the operation of many personal computers, it is advisable to neutralize surface charges with an ultrasonic humidifier-ionizer. It is emphasized that the conducted research has a separate character. This is due to the presence of specific synthetic materials It is advisable to conduct research in standard rooms for the operation of computer equipment to obtain information that can be summarized and used to develop sanitary standards for the operation of computer equipment.

Найбільш ефективним засобом зниження рівнів електричних, магнітних та електромагнітних полів широкого частотного діапазону у виробничих та побутових умовах є їх екранування. Але у реальних умовах потребують корекції і інші фізичні фактори. Показано, що найбільш критичними з них є акустичний шум та аероіонний склад повітря. Це обумовлює необхідність здійснювати нормалізацію фізичних факторів на комплексній основі. Застосування у якості матриці для електромагнітного екрана пінолатексу і наповнювача з залізорудного концентрату дозволяє знизити рівні електромагнітних полів і акустичного шуму до нормативних значень. Навіть, для частотних смуг 31,5 Гц та 63 Гц за товщини екрана 10 мм індекси зниження шуму складають 15-20 дБ. Для частот 6-8 кГц цей показник складає 40-45 дБ, що прийнято для більшості виробничих умов. При цьому коефіцієнти екранування магнітних полів промислової частоти та електромагнітних полів ультрависоких частот відповідають нормативним вимогам. Показано, що головним фактором деіонізації повітря є електростатичні заряди, які накопичуються на полімерних повітрях, яке до того ж є причиною спрямованого руху дрібнодисперсного пилу. Перевагою латексу є відсутність електризації поверхні, що дозволяє застосувати його для облицювання поверхонь великих площ. При цьому він має пружні модулі, близькі за значеннями до модулів матеріалів, які традиційно застосовуються для шумопоглинання. Найефективнішим методом нормалізації та підтримання на нормативному рівні концентрацій аероіонів обох полярностей є застосування пристроїв штучної іонізації повітря. Для рівномірного розподілу аероіонів у об’ємі приміщень застосовують розсіюючі екрани. Перевагою екранів з латексу є відсутність часткового поглинання іонів під час розсіювань. Запропонований підхід з нормалізації рівнів електромагнітних полів акустичного шуму та концентрацій аероіонів, разом із застосуванням систем клімат-контролю дозволяє підтримувати на нормативному рівні увесь комплекс фізичних факторів виробничого середовища. Це найбільш актуально для приміщень об’єктів критичної інфраструктури (головних щитів керування, диспетчерських тощо)

Проведено моніторинг низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку на території міста у октавних смугах частот. Показано, що рівні цього чинника перевищують гранично допустимі значення у автомобільному та міському електричному транспорті. Ненормативні значення інфразвуку спостерігаються поблизу залізничного полотна. Виконано аналіз можливих підходів до зниження рівнів низькочастотного звуку та інфразвуку принаймні усередині будівель. Показано переваги та недоліки резонансних та мембранних панелей для поглинання низькочастотних пружних хвиль. Наведено розрахунковий апарат для визначення поглинальних властивостей конструкцій. Доведено, що для ефективного захисту конструкції повинно налаштовуватися на мінімальні пікові частоти, що забезпечує поглинання хвиль вищих кратних ним частот. Запропоновано двошарову конструкцію, налаштовану на дві найбільш критичні звукові та інфразвукові частоти. Додаткове заповнення проміжку між ними та проміжку між конструкцією та поверхнею монтажу (стіна, стеля) стандартним шумопоглинальним матеріалом дозволяє підвищити загальний шумозахист. Надано розрахунок перфорованої шумозахисної панелі., яка застосовується у разі одного суттєвого піку у низькочастотній або інфразвуковій області. Така панель є ефективною, починаючи з частот 100–150 Гц. Запропоновано можливість одночасного зниження рівнів електромагнітних полів. Це досягається за рахунок додавання у проміжний шумопоглинальний матеріал металовмісної субстанції. Це може забезпечуватися застосуванням дрібнодисперсного концентрату залізної руди, який добре імплантується у будь-який матеріал і має низьку вартість. Показана можливість покриття жорстких елементів звукозахисної конструкції спеціальною фарбою для екранування електромагнітних полів широкого частотного діапазону. Це забезпечить захист людей від двох найбільш критичних техногенних фізичних чинників.

The article defines the essence and content of the principles of administrative and legal maintenance of public safety in Ukraine. It has been established that the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire system of principles of administrative and legal maintenance of public safety depends on their consolidation at the level of the relevant regulatory legal acts (which guarantee their legality) and the availability of a mechanism for their implementation (which is a condition for achieving the goal and the basis for assessing the compliance of the results). Considering that the system of principles of public safety is not enshrined in any legal acts, it has been emphasized on the importance of developing a draft Law of Ukraine “On Public Safety”, which should provide an exhaustive list of principles that will ensure proper observance of rights and freedoms of citizens, the legitimate interests of society and the state, to take timely measures to respond to its violations. It has been substantiated that the process of forming the sphere of ensuring public safety in Ukraine has not yet been finally completed; the most acceptable approach would be to systematize the principles according to three criteria: 1) the general principles that characterize the affiliation of the institution of ensuring public security in the administrative and legal sphere, determine the key principles for the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of ensuring public security; 2) basic principles that reveal the essence of administrative and legal support of public security as a component of national security; 3) specific principles, the observance of which creates the necessary prerequisites for the activities of subjects of public security maintenance. It has been established that in the context of the rapid growth of the importance of international activity standards in the process of maintenance of public security, the content of the principle of “flexibility” consists in the timely response of public security actors to threats that may occur, and the implementation of a number of measures to adapt domestic legal norms to the here and now realities. It has been noted that the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms remains a priority task for any subject of ensuring public security and is considered as basic for the entire institution of administration.

Розглянуто можливості нормалізації аероіонного режиму повітря приміщень без застосування коронних іонізаторів повітря з побічною генерацією озону й оксидів азоту. Наведено результати експериментів по визначенню динаміки концентрацій аероіонів обох полярностей. Показано, що під час роботи стандартного ультразвукового зволожувача повітря за зміни відносної вологості з 38 до 45 % концентрації іонів змінюються наступним чином: n- – з 230 до 560, n+ – з 260 до 410, що можна вважати задовільним. Але під час роботи кондиціонера, та у залежності від часу доби пропорції полярностей аероіонів різні. Це пояснюється як переважною позитивною іонізацією приземного шару повітря у нічний та ранковий час та частково непередбачуваною електризацією полімерних поверхонь (ковролінів, лінолеумів, шпалер тощо). Остання залежить від знаку поверхневого заряду. Отримані дані щодо впливу спліт-системи на аероіонний режим приміщень, відмінні від відомих. Тому зроблено висновок про необхідність ретельних досліджень впливу систем вентиляції, охолодження та кондиціонування повітря, що дозволить визначити перелік та вміст заходів з нормалізації та підтримання на нормативному рівні концентрацій аероіонів обох полярностей. Зроблено висновок про доцільність розроблення і випробування ультразвукового іонізатора повітря з регульованою генерацією як з кількістю, та і за коефіцієнтом полярності аероіонів. Це дозволить не тільки нормалізувати концентрації аероіонів, а і нейтралізувати поверхневі електростатичні заряди обох знаків.

В учебно-методическом пособии изложены методы прижизненной диагностики паразитозов животных, а именно классические методы копрологической диагностики с учетом современных рекомендаций и предложений. Приведены основные возбудители разных видов животных, которые диагностируются при исследовании фекалий, их морфологические и дифференциально-диагностические параметры. Данное учебно-методическое пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки 36.05.01 – Ветеринария: специалистов, бакалавров и магистров, для аспирантов, проходящим подготовку в области ветеринарии и паразитологии в качестве дополнительной учебной литературы к проводимым занятиям; для практикующих специалистов пособие подойдет для самостоятельного изучения и применения методов и подходов на практике.

The publication is aimed at characterizing the theoretical basis of research on hotel management. Objective: determining the essence of the hotel industry and highlighting the normative regulation of the hotel industry. The used methods are: analytical, historical, evaluation, description and others. Today, the tourism industry is one of the leading sectors of economies in many world countries, providing significant revenues to the budget of countries mainly at the expense of foreign tourists. Its development is influenced by a number of factors, in particular: social, economic, cultural, political, natural-resource, historical, scientific-technological progress, etc. Hotel industry, as part of the tourism business, is of great importance for the economy of Ukraine. The main goal of the hotel industry is to provide services for the temporary accommodation of domestic and foreign tourists, which contributes to the formation of a market mechanism of management, the receipt of funds to the budget, the creation of additional jobs and improving the standard of living of the State’s population. All this indicates the importance of studying the general and special properties of the hotel economy. Legal regulation plays an important role not only in the hotel business, but also in general for the whole tourism industry. The legal framework for hospitality industry enterprises is regulated by the main documents, including: international conventions, laws, orders and decrees, the State standards of Ukraine, etc. Normative regulation ensures the functioning of the hotel industry and promotes its development in Ukraine. The State support to the hotel industry is not less important, which is aimed at stimulating the priority directions of hotel business development, compliance with the State standards and coordination of tourist servicing.

Встановлено, що при проектуванні композиційних металополімерних електромагнітних екранів необхідно врахувати морфологію частинок екрануючої субстанції – принаймні співвідношення довжини та товщини окремих частинок. Визначено, що різке зростання захисних властивостей відбувається за концентрацій екрануючих елементів, коли вони контактують між собою (критична концентрація). Найбільша критична концентрація (до 47 %) відповідає співвідношенню довжини та діаметру частинок 1:2. Зі зростанням співвідношення критична концентрація монотонно зменшується. За співвідношення 1:32 вона складає 15 %. Показано, що некоректні результати розрахунку діелектричної проникності композиційних матеріалів для визначення коефіцієнтів екранування, зокрема коефіцієнта відбиття електромагнітних хвиль обумовлені невірним розрахунком коефіцієнтів деполяризації, які є визначними щодо обчислення критичних об’ємних концентрацій провідної субстанції у матриці композиційного матеріалу. В свою чергу значення критичної концентрації входить до формули Оделевського для розрахунку діелектричної проникності гетерогенних композиційних матеріалів. Наведені розрахунки впливу співвідношення довжини та діаметра екрануючих елементів придатні для застосування (прогнозування функціоналу) тільки для композитів з вмістом однакових спеціально виготовлених екрануючих елементів. Розрахунки для умовно круглих (точкових) екрануючих частинок не збігаються з надійними експериментальними даними. Для такого наповнювача критична концентрація (за вагою) − 12−15 %. Прогнозування захисних властивостей композитів з використанням дрібнодисперсної субстанції (принаймні до розмірів частинок 150−200 мкм) доцільно здійснювати на основі визначення електрофізичних властивостей суміші. Наведено спосіб застосування для таких розрахунків формули Дебая для діелектричної проникності матеріалу

Based on the analysis of data on the screening of electromagnetic fields of ultra-low and ultra-high frequencies of construction and cladding materials, it is concluded that the most appropriate for technical and economic reasons is lining the internal surfaces of buildings with protective materials. Shielding coefficients of the developed metal-polymer materials of electromagnetic fields of various frequencies are given below. For electromagnetic fields with frequencies of 2.4-2.6 GHz, the screening coefficients are 2.44 (with a screen thickness of 5 mm) and 3-52 (with a screen thickness of 10 mm). Reflection coefficients are 0.06-0.32. The change in the concentration of ferromagnetic substance is 5-20% (by weight). Under such conditions, a decrease in the magnetic field of industrial frequency is 1.2-15.0 (with a screen thickness of 5 mm) and 2.3-38.0 (with a screen thickness of 10 mm). Proposed a procedure to be used for evaluating the effectiveness of shielding a high-frequency screened field with a three-layer structure, based on the value of the dielectric constant of the carrier material and the minimum electromagnetic wavelength range of the screened field. For simultaneous shielding of industrial frequency magnetic fields, the leading layer must be ferromagnetic. Metal polymers with a high concentration of iron ore concentrate can be used to achieve this

The article is aimed at researching possible changes in the tourism sector after the end of the pandemic caused by coronavirus. It is noted that even today the countries have begun to take important steps to overcome the emerging problems. The restrictive measures, which have been imposed almost all over the world, and especially the closure of interstate borders, have caused significant damage to the tourism industry. During this period, some airlines were on the verge of bankruptcy, millions of people lost their jobs or had to stop working. Hotels, restaurants, travel companies, shops need immediate government support, due to the financial consequences of the crisis. The budgets of the EU Member States suffered billions in losses. The Committee on Transport and Tourism of the European Parliament has proposed to prepare a special plan to help the tourism business in the near future. Health, safety and protection of guests, employees and business partners should be the most important priorities in each country, regardless of the extent of the damage caused by coronavirus. The need to introduce special certificates, which will ensure that the institutions that received them, fully comply with the highest standards of safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and in the case of coronavirus detection, the guest will be provided with all necessary medical care. After the stabilization of the situation due to the pandemic, people will continue to travel. Places with a safer epidemiological situation will be a priority. In addition, most tourists will seek to make their holiday as cheap as possible, choosing more budget holiday destinations, accommodation and transportation. It is also important that travel companies and related industries take all necessary measures to protect travelers during the entire tour. The stabilization of the tourism sector is directly related to the recovery of the entire economy of the country.

The objective of the study was to study the perceptions of student teachers and educators of an educational cluster as a tool for improving the professional competence of future educators, and to identify the cluster-related tools to be used to improve the professional competence of future educators. The project evaluation checklist for experts, a questionnaire for participants in the experiment, a semi-structured interview questionnaire to conduct with focus group respondents were used for collecting data. Data were processed using content analysis technique and SPSS Statistics v24 package. The study is quantitative, based on subjective evaluations of study participants and representatives of educational clusters, and does not aim at evaluating students’ achievements. Two simulation models of the educational cluster (“Cluster Educational Initiative” and “Cluster of Educational Opportunities for Educators 2.0”) and four educational activities for educators (discussion "Agglomeration of Subjects, Educational Institutions: Realities and Prospects”; online conference “Ukraine-Brussels - Sharing Experience in Education”; an educational tour to Finland for teachers, parents and managers in the field of education; the exchange of four teachers from two schools) was a key result of this study. It has been found that the creation of clusters for improving the professional competence of future educators and their professional advancement is now part of national education policy in Ukraine and in the world. The tools of this form of organization of educational activity are competence-oriented and aimed at deepening professional experience, development of competences of realization of life-long education, creation of own public image.

Modern shielding methods offer using metals most suitable for solving several problems simultaneously: pro-tecting workers and electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment. Amorphous soft magnetic alloys are considered as metallic materials with such properties. The goal of this work is determining protective properties of an amorphous soft magnetic alloy at various frequency and amplitude characteristics, depending on thickness changes of the material tape magnetic properties of permalloy, depending on various frequencies of the screened field with protective metal material’s various percentages of nickel and different values of thickness. Examined the dependence of magnetically soft amorphous alloys’ screening coefficient to external magnetic field’s induction; the screening coefficients of an amorphous soft magnetic alloy with various percentages of cobalt and different thicknesses to variable amplitude values; the magnetized and initial state (disadvantages and advantages for specific conditions of protective usage considering economic requirements); the magnetically soft amorphous alloy’s magnetic permeability dependences for various values of frequency and amplitude. Objective determining the shielding coefficients of protective amorphous soft magnetic alloys for amplitude-frequency characteristics of the shielded magnetic field; substantiation of effectiveness for using such materials and provision of specific recommendations for protection against electromagnetic fields and radiation for working people and compatibility of electrical and electro-technical equipment. Protective properties of magnetic screens based on amorphous alloys in various amplitude-frequency ranges are developed. Unambiguous rational substantiated recommendations for choosing materials to ensure the most suitable values of screening coefficients in this situation are proposed. It has been proven experimentally that amorphous soft magnetic alloys have favorable shielding coefficients, depending on the shielded field’s frequency, which increases the efficiency for protecting workers against magnetic fields and simplifies, from an economic point of view, the choice of material in a particular production. The results of graphical dependencies provide the opportunity to choose the necessary protective metal material and automate the development of means of optimal shielding from man-made magnetic fields. Series of studies and easily controlling material properties with different contents of metal substance, different thicknesses of material tape, etc. makes it possible to change the general protective properties of such a metal alloy (depending on the tasks in production)

The article presents the results of research on the essence of ecological aspects of world socio-economic development. The purpose of the article is to generalize theoretical approaches to the study of the essence of ecological aspects of world socio-economic development and directions of its ecologization process. In the course of the study, general scientific methods were used, such as: the dialectic of the general and the individual; historical and logical method; the method of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis; method of analysis of regional and world dimension; method of system generalization, etc. In the framework of studying the role of ecology and its impact on the socio-economic development of society, a conceptual model is proposed that defines the positions of this area of knowledge, taking into account the objective tendencies of contemporary scientific thought. In the course of the study, it was proved that the formation of the basis of environmental policy, which would allow simultaneous preservation of the natural habitat and appropriate environmental conditions, create favorable conditions for achieving high indicators of economic growth and increase the level of welfare and social satisfaction of the population is a difficult but necessary task for all levels of social and economic development.

Analysis of record achievements in athletics has almost a century of history. The leading method during the study was the ergometric measurement method. Ergometric analysis of the results was performed proceeding from the relationship between the length of the distance and the limit time to overcome it. Analysis of record curves at different running distances was performed on the basis of the technique proposed by N.I. Volkov. To analyse the growth of record achievements, we also applied the logarithmic transformation of exponential dependence. Ergometric analysis of record curves displayed that with each new exponential spike in the improvement of results, an increase in the endurance coefficient is noted. It was established that athletes who train to overcome long running distances have better ergometric indicators characterizing aerobic performance: they are characterized by a higher coefficient of "critical speed" and a less pronounced decrease in the curve of the dependence "speed – time". And middle-distance athletes were characterized by large values of power factor, which gives clear advantages upon performing intense muscular work. The data obtained by us in the analysis of record achievements in short distances and the forecast of records for these distances allowed to distinguish four stages throughout the history of record achievements in athletics, within each of which occurred a radical reorganization of the training methodology used.

Time evolution of shear viscosity $\ensuremath{\eta}$, entropy density $s$, and their ratio $\ensuremath{\eta}/s$ in the central area of central gold-gold collisions at energies available at the Nuclotron-based Ion Collider fAcility (NICA) are studied within the ultrarelativistic quantum molecular dynamics (UrQMD) transport model. The extracted values of energy density, net baryon density, and net strangeness density are used as input to (i) the statistical model of an ideal hadron gas to define temperature, baryochemical potential, and strangeness chemical potential, and to (ii) a UrQMD box with periodic boundary conditions to study the relaxation process of highly excited matter. During the relaxation stage, the shear viscosity is determined in the framework of the Green-Kubo approach. The procedure is performed for each of 20 time slices, corresponding to conditions in the central area of the fireball at times from 1 to $20\mathrm{fm}/c$. For all tested energies the ratio $\ensuremath{\eta}/s$ reaches its minimum, ${\left(\ensuremath{\eta}/s\right)}_{\mathrm{min}}\ensuremath{\approx}0.3$ at $t\ensuremath{\approx}5\phantom{\rule{4pt}{0ex}}\mathrm{fm}/c$. Then it increases up to the late stages of the system evolution. This rise is accompanied by the drop of both temperature and strangeness chemical potential and by the increase of baryochemical potential.

Thermal and tribochemical processes in a phenol formaldehyde composite reinforced with polyoxadiazole fibers and modified with finely dispersed particles of a polyformaldehyde copolymer were studied by mass spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Under thermal exposure to polyformaldehyde, the liberated formaldehyde sharply reduces the amount of phenol that is released. In the case of friction, polyformaldehyde is a bifunctional modifier. It forms a discrete surface, which helps reduce the coefficient of friction. The released products can play the role of a “tribochemical lubricant” and, at the same time, a cross-linking agent. Tribological tests of the modified composite showed a decrease in the coefficient of friction (from 0.20 to 0.18) compared with the original composite, and a significant (approximately 2-fold) decrease in the vibration amplitude of the friction coefficient.

The aim of the article is to summarize theoretical approaches to studying the content, principles, tools of environmental policy and its role in the process of ecologization of economic development. Based on the generalization of scientific works of many scholars, the modern ecological policy can be considered as a set of ideas and perceptions of a person about the character of their relationship to nature, acting as the theoretical basis for the conscious regulation of these relations by subjects of the policy and orienting the society towards the implementation of rational nature management. There justified the goals of the environmental policy, which are broken down into three groups: 1. Preservation of natural diversity and the primary state of the ecosystem. 2. Harmonization of socio-economic development and achievements of scientific and technological progress with the state of the environment. 3. System support for the implementation of phased ecologization of branches of the national economy with a view to a systematic strategic transition to functioning under conditions of the green economy. It is concluded that during the period of changing socio-economic development paradigms to ecological ones, it is important that all the population be prepared for the adoption of a new, ecological paradigm of development of the country and society as a whole. It is the level of integration of the ecological and political consciousness of people that the character of socio-ecological interactions and the direction of their development depend on.

The paper deals with the ergometric endurance criteria in field-and-track middle-distance race and systematizes the applied training means according to the direction (nature) of the physiological effect. The ergometric analysis of ‘velocity – time’ and ‘distance – time’ dependences, according to the data of the world race records, allows defining the role of the aerobic and anaerobic energy production at particular distances of the field-and-track race. The level of development of the sportsmen’s aerobic and anaerobic capacities affects the manifestation of special endurance in the middle-distance race. The experiment was conducted among field-and-track athletes of high qualification specializing in the middle (800 and 1500 m) distances. The main factor influencing the result in a race is the energy indicators. So, their measurement and estimate serve the main leverage of the training session. The use of predominantly anaerobic exercises during the specialized work-outs significantly improves the runners’ special endurance indicators.

Для розробки нової тектонічної моделі еволюції французької та німецької частин єдиного Лотаринзько-Саарського басейну (ЛСБ) було проаналізовано велику базу даних, що включає опубліковану геологічну інформацію, структурні карти і розрізи, результати сейсмічних зйомок. У нашій інтерпретації ЛСБ являє собою тонкопластинчастий асиметричний басейн призсувного розтягу (пул–апарт) паралелограмоподібної форми. Він був закладений і розвивався на базальній поверхні лістричного Мецького розлому в межах мегаблоку на стику двох трансрегіональних зсувних зон, що перекриваються. Наша модель передбачає, що характер осадконагромадження, наступні деформаційні процеси і магматична активність в різних частинах єдиного басейну контролювалися ефектами локального розтягу або стиску, котрі виникали як реакція на поступальні і обертальні рухи мегаблоку за умов знакозмінної зсувної активізації північної і південної зон субширотних розривів. На сучасному етапі розвитку басейну його осадовой чохол знаходиться у стані локального розтягу з відкритими системи кліважу; отже, ми очікуємо, що вугільні пласти тут мають більш високу проникність і, таким чином, більш високий потенціал для промислового видобування вугільного метану., The extensive database of published geologic information, structural maps and sections, combined with results of seismic surveys have been used to elaborate a new tectonic model of evolution for both French and German parts of the entire Lorraine-Saar Basin (LSB). In our interpretation the LSB is a thin-skinned asymmetrical parallelogram-shaped pull-apart basin. It has been settled and developed on the basal detachment of the listric Metz Fault within megablock on junction of two overlapping sublatitudinal master wrench faults. Our model implies that styles of sedimentation, further deformation and magmatic patterns in the LSB were governed by interplay of local extension-compression environments resulted from translational and rotational responses of the megablock to multiple dextral-sinistral strike-slip reactivations of master wrench faults. The strata in basin lie within a regional scale domain of present-day tensile stress state where cleat systems should be open and we expect that coal seams here must possess higher permeability and hence higher potential for coalbed methane production.

Ця публікація сфокусована на двох аспектах: 1) аналізі тектонічних особливостей Віденського басейну, в цілому, і його піднасувного комплексу, що включає автохтонні юрські відкладення; 2) подальшої геологічної та палінофаціальної характеристиці верньоюрських Микулівських мергелів. Кінцева мета досліджень - отримати нові знання про перспективи нетрадиційної вуглеводневої сировини в межах моравської частини басейну. Обстановки осадконагромадження тут значною мірою контролювалися зсувною активізацією окремих розривів у складі принципової дислокаційної зони. Рідкі й газоподібні вуглеводні, генеровані в нафтогазоматеринських Микулівських верствах, призвели до формування ряду традиційних родовищ нафти і газу в міоценових колекторах не тільки за рахунок переважної латеральної, а й вертикальної міграції. Вертикальна міграція відбувалася в умовах зсувної активізації принципової дислокаційної зони крізь періодично відкриті в непроникній зоні дроблення Карпатського насувного поясу «вікна» на ділянках локального розтягу у межах кулісоподібного вигину або зчленування зсувів. Наша модель передбачає наявність на глибоких горизонтах Микулівської формації значного скупчення нетрадиційного газу, який знаходиться в специфічних умовах аномально високого пластового тиску.

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) activate heterotrimeric G proteins by stimulating the exchange of guanine nucleotide in the Gα subunit. To visualize this mechanism, we developed a time-resolved cryo-EM approach that examines the progression of ensembles of pre-steady-state intermediates of a GPCR-G protein complex. Using variability analysis to monitor the transitions of the stimulatory Gs protein in complex with the β 2 -adrenergic receptor (β 2 AR) at short sequential time points after GTP addition, we identified the conformational trajectory underlying G protein activation and functional dissociation from the receptor. Twenty transition structures generated from sequential overlapping particle subsets along this trajectory, compared to control structures, provide a high-resolution description of the order of events driving G protein activation upon GTP binding. Structural changes propagate from the nucleotide-binding pocket and extend through the GTPase domain, enacting alterations to Gα Switch regions and the α5 helix that weaken the G protein-receptor interface. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations with late structures in the cryo-EM trajectory support that enhanced ordering of GTP upon closure of the alpha-helical domain (AHD) against the nucleotide-bound Ras-homology domain (RHD) correlates with irreversible α5 helix destabilization and eventual dissociation of the G protein from the GPCR. These findings also highlight the potential of time-resolved cryo-EM as a tool for mechanistic dissection of GPCR signaling events.
