The paper considers the findings of studies on ecological-morphological structure of microphytobenthos in Telbin Lake located in the residential community of Kyiv city. The research study aimed to distinguish ecological-morphological groups of algae in microphytobenthos of the human-impacted waterbody within the urban area and to evaluate the role of microphytobenthos structural components in forming a certain type of algal community. Microphytobenthos was sampled with the MB-TE microbenthometer within the littoral area at aquatic-vegetation-free sites and within the deep-water area of the lake. Algae sampling and laboratory processing of samples were performed in accordance with the methods generally accepted in hydrobiology. For diatoms identification permanent slides were made with special high-resolution mounting media. Ecological-morphological groups of benthic algae were distinguished considering the habitats of algae. The relative share in the microphytobenthos species richness was calculated for each group. The degree of human impact on the lake ecosystem was evaluated according to the proven method, consisting in distinguishing the total number of factors, which most frequently affect the lake ecosystem. The findings of studies on the ecological-morphological structure of microphytobenthos in Telbin Lake have made it possible to distinguish 7 ecological-morphological groups of algae. The species richness is mainly formed by periphytont and plankton, and benthonts are for the most part represented by the ecological-morphological group of eurytopic littoral diatoms. In the high-degree human impact waterbody (8 points) the share of benthonts’ major ecological-morphological groups in the species richness decreases in 1.6–2 times, and the shares of periphyton and plankton increase 1.3–2-fold respectively, as compared with low-degree human impact waterbody (3 points). The resulting unstable algal community consisting mainly of species getting to the lake bottom from other habitats is defined as algal aggregation, which is indicative of unfavorable conditions for residential algal flora development. Various waterbodies of Ukraine can differ significantly in the environmental variables playing a determining role in microphytobenthos structure and abundance. Microphytobenthos may act as a reliable biological indicator of aquatic ecosystem’s disturbance caused by human pressure upon waterbodies, responding to such pressure with the transformation of its structural elements. For several waterbodies of Ukraine detailed analysis of microphytobenthos ecological-morphological structure made it possible to characterize bottom algal communities and to distinguish algal cenoses, which allowed to assess ecological state deterioration in different areas of the waterbodies under study. The information on the microphytobenthos structural components of urban lakes is scarce. Therefore, studying the ecological-morphological structure of microphytobenthos in various waterbodies within Kyiv city is of high importance.

The seasonal dynamics of the concentration of nutrients in the form of inorganic nitrogen (NH 4 + , NO 2 , NO 3 - , ΣN), dissolved phosphorus, organic matter and the connection with the development of phytoplankton in waters with high content of total inorganic nitrogen (from 23.31 to 102.65 mg N/dm 3 ) and its compounds (ammonia - from 8.42 to 76.60, nitrate - from 4.94 to 15.93, nitrite - from 0.077 to 4.35 mg N/dm 3 ) and organic matter (from 8.00 to 21.92 mg O/dm 3 by permanganate oxidation values and from 58.46 to 265.2 mg O/dm 3 by dichromate oxidation values) were analyzed in paper. The peculiarity of the hydrochemical regime of the reservoirs was phenomenally high relations ΣN:P (133,54-12152,86) during the growing seasons. Found that response algal plankton communities such features hydrochemical regime is a simplification of the structure due to the predominance of representatives of departments Euglenophyta, Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta, while Chrysophyta, Dinophyta, Charophyta and presented Cryptophyta 1-3 species. The response of phytoplankton to the high content of compounds of inorganic nitrogen is the increase in the number and biomass of green algae, and organic matter - eugenic algae. THE REGULARITIES OF PHYTOPLANKTON FORMATION AT VARIOS BIOGENIC ELEMENTS AND ORGANIC MATTER CONCENTRATIONS

The article is aimed at studying the level of financial security of the insurance market of Ukraine, taking into account the significant impact of this sphere of the financial market on the overall level of economic security of the country. The main essential characteristics of the financial security of the insurance market are defined and the main indicators of the financial security of the insurance market in Ukraine for 2016-2018 are analyzed, as well as their thresholds in accordance with the current legislation. To assess the level of financial security of the insurance market as an integral part of the country's economic security, the indicators proposed by the Methodical recommendations for calculating the level of economic security of Ukraine were used, i.e.: insurance penetration rate, insurance density indicator, long-term insurance share in total premiums collected, level of insurance payments, share of premiums owned by non-resident reinsurers, and share insurance premiums for the three largest insurance companies in the total insurance premiums income. On the results of the study, an overall decrease in the activity of the insurance market during 2016-2018 and the volatile level of almost all major economic indicators are identified. The calculated quantitative values indicate close to dangerous level of financial security of the Ukrainian insurance market. On the basis of the analysis, internal and external threats to the financial security of insurance companies are determined, and methods of ensuring the financial security of the insurance market in Ukraine are identified and proposed. Significant variability of processes taking place in the Ukrainian market is noted, which makes it difficult to predict the future market situation. The results of the study can be used to further research the progress of economic processes in the insurance market of Ukraine in order to elaborate a strategy for its development.

We develop an approach to constructing and classifying semifield projective planes with the use of a spread set. The famous conjecture is discussed on the solvability of the full collineation group of a finite semifield nondesarguesian plane. We construct a matrix representation of a spread set of a semifield plane of odd order admitting an autotopism subgroup isomorphic to the alternating group A5 and find a series of semifield planes of odd order not admitting A5.

The paper considers phytoplankton specifics in water bodies located in forest-park areas of different cities of Ukraine. The studies of phytoplankton in Lake Babine (Kiev) and the pond of the ZNAEU botanical garden during the growing seasons 2016- 2017 years were carried out with the help of methods generally accepted in hydrobiology with identification of the dominant species complex and calculation of the information diversity according to the Shannon index. It has been found that phytoplankton of these water bodies is characterized by high taxonomic, species, quantitative and information diversity. We identified 262 species of algae belonging to 8 divisions in the water-bodies, among which Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta and Euglenophyta predominated. The maximum values of phytoplankton abundance and biomass were recorded in the spring and summer seasons. The dominant complex was represented by dinophyte, diatom, green and streptophytic algae. A significant portion of the latter in the phytoplankton of the botanical garden pond is an indication of swamping of the water-body, therefore it is recommended that appropriate measures be taken to improve its condition. β-mesosaprobes predominated in the water-bodies according to the findings of bioindication analysis. According to the index of saprobity the water-bodies under study belong to the class of "moderately polluted". In order to improve the ecological condition of large cities in Ukraine it is necessary to take measures to protect water bodies located in forest-park areas. We develop an approach to constructing and classification of semifield projective planes with the use of a linear space and a spread set. We construct a matrix representation of the spread set of a semifield plane of odd order that admits a Baer involution in the translation complement or a subgroup of autotopisms isomorphic to the alternating group A4. We give examples of semifield planes of order 81 satisfying the above indicated condition.

Child and adolescent obesity deserves special attention, since, beginning in adolescence, it progresses and leads to the development of complications already in the adult state. One of the leading mechanisms of the pathogenesis of obesity is the activation of oxidative stress reactions, with insufficient activity of antioxidant factors. There is an opinion that integrated indicators are more informative when assessing antioxidant status disorders compared to individual indicators. The state of lipid peroxidation processes was assessed in 42 adolescent boys, comparable in age (13-17 years old), 19 of them were diagnosed with exogenous-constitutional obesity. Spectrophotometric and fluorometric methods were used. In adolescent boys with obesity, there was a decrease in the concentration of primary products of LPO - diene conjugates (1.39 fold, p=0.007), with an increase in the level of secondary ketodienes and conjugated trienes (1.65 fold, p=0.011). In the antioxidant defense system, the differences in this group included reduced levels of α-tocopherol (1.42 fold, p=0.016), retinol (1.51 fold, p=0.003) and superoxide dismutase activity (1.19 fold, p0.001), in the absence of significant changes in the blood total antioxidant activity and components of glutathione status in adolescent boys with obesity in comparison with control. The use of the total oxidative stress factor in the group of obese patients showed a high intensity of development of oxidative reactions, which confirms the results of the development of antioxidant insufficiency in this group of patients.

To-day, obesity spreads dramatically fast all over the world not only among the adults but also among the children. According to the data available from the scientific literature, the number of adolescents suffering from obesity in Russia increased more than 1.5 times during the period from 2006 till 2015. The combination of non-drug therapeutic measures (including diet therapy, therapeutic physical exercises, and psychophysiological technologies) constitutes the basis for the treatment of obesity. Russia has gained a vast experience with the management of this condition with the use of natural and preformed therapeutic agents.The main objective of the present study was the comparative assessment of the effectiveness of the rehabilitation programs for the obese subjects with based on the application of alternative and complementary therapeutic modalities for the treatment of the adolescent girls with obesity.The study included 86 girls with obesity at the age of 13-17 years who were randomly divided into 3 groups matched for the age and anthropometric characteristics. All the patients were prescribed a treatment course, including motivational training and aerobic exercise, in addition to the routine recommendations for the short-term modification of eating habits. The vacuum therapy was additionally included in the combined treatment protocol for the patients of the first group (n=28) while the patients of the second group (n=29) received the treatment in the spa capsule (SC) and the girls of the third group (n=29) underwent transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy.The analysis of the results obtained in this study has demonstrated a significant reduction of the body weight, waist and hip circumferences in the patients of all study groups (p0.05). The comparison of these results with the baseline characteristics showed that the use of combined physiotherapy including the treatment in the spa capsule had significant advantages over local vacuum therapy in terms of weight dynamics (p=0.009), body mass index (p=0.009), hip circumference (p=0.019) and the chest skinfold thickness (p=0.02).The use of alternative and complementary therapeutic modalities in the combination with motivational training and aerobic exercises effectively contributes to the weight loss in the obese adolescent girls, with the combined pysiotherapeutic treatment having advantages over local therapy methods.Обоснование. В настоящее время во всем мире отмечается катастрофически быстрое увеличение числа лиц, страдающих избыточной массой тела, не только среди взрослого населения, но и среди детей. В России, по данным литературы, с 2006 по 2015 г. число подростков, имеющих избыточную массу тела, выросло более чем в 1,5 раза. Основу терапии ожирения составляет комплекс немедикаментозных мероприятий (диетотерапия, физические тренировки и психофизиологические технологии). Вместе с тем в России накоплен большой опыт по использованию природных и преформированных лечебных физических факторов в терапии данного заболевания. Цель исследования - провести сравнительную оценку эффективности реабилитационных программ с использованием лечебных физических факторов у девушек-подростков с ожирением. Методы. В исследование вошли 86 девушек с ожирением в возрасте 13-17 лет, которые случайным образом были разделены на 3 группы, сопоставимые по возрасту и антропометрическим характеристикам. Всем пациенткам помимо рутинных рекомендаций по модификации пищевого поведения было назначено курсовое лечение, включающее мотивационное обучение и физические упражнения аэробной направленности. У пациенток 1-й группы (n=28) в комплекс лечения дополнительно была включена локальная вакуум-терапия, у девушек 2-й группы (n=29) - лечение в реабилитационной капсуле, у пациенток 3-й группы (n=29) - транскраниальная магнитотерапия. Результаты. Анализ полученных результатов показал значимое уменьшение массы тела, окружности талии и бедер во всех группах больных (p0,05). При сравнении степени изменений относительно исходного уровня отмечено, что применение комплексного физиотерапевтического лечения (реабилитационная капсула) показало существенные преимущества по сравнению с использованием локальной вакуум-терапии в плане динамики массы тела (р=0,009), индекса массы тела (р=0,009), окружности бедер (р=0,019) и толщины кожной складки на груди (р=0,021). Заключение. Использование лечебных физических факторов в комплексе с мотивационным обучением и физическими упражнениями аэробной направленности эффективно способствует снижению массы тела, при этом комбинированные методы физиотерапевтического воздействия имеют преимущество по сравнению с методами локальной терапии.
