Introduction. The proposed article is one of the opportunities to show the need to revive the institution of mentoring (tutoring) in the modern socio-economic conditions of the development of the national education system. Based on the research of scientists, the authors give a description of the main categories of research "mentoring" and "tutoring"; rethink different approaches to understanding their essence. Mentoring is defined by the authors as an effective form of formation and development of the personality of a young teacher. Materials and Methods. As research methods, the method of analysis and systematization of psychological-pedagogical theoretical-experimental and scientific-methodological studies of domestic scientists on the problem of mentoring, tutoring, support was used. Results. The historical and pedagogical analysis of the formation and development of the institute of mentoring in pre-revolutionary Russia, during the Soviet period of the development of the domestic education system and shows the possibilities of the revival of mentoring in modern Russia; the goals and objectives of the "School of Mentoring" in the conditions of the region are defined. The study of the problem of mentoring and tutoring forces a new assessment of their role and importance in the formation and development of the personality of a modern professional teacher, mentor, tutor, who can provide significant assistance in self-determination and adaptation to modern society of each student. Discussion and Conclusions. The article presents the results of the activity of the "Mentoring School" operating on the basis of the MAOU "School No. 187" of Nizhny Novgorod. Special attention in the activities of the "School of Mentoring" was paid to rethinking the system of methodological work, improving the research and methodological culture of the teacher, developingand implementing methodological support for generalizing the experience of mentoring, which ultimately contributes to the self-development of the teacher's personality, his pedagogical skills and career growth.

Acid–base membranes have been prepared by mixing a 1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole polymer (PVT) with phenol-2,4-disulfonic acid (PDSA) in the presence of products of intermolecular crosslinking of polyvinyl alcohol and oxalic acid. The composition and structure of the membranes have been studied by elemental analysis and IR and NMR spectroscopy techniques. The membranes are thermally stable up to 245°C. Their electrical conductivity increases from 6.23 mS cm−1 (PVT–PDSA 80 : 20 wt % membrane) to 59.8 mS cm−1 (PVT–PDSA 10 : 90 wt %) with increasing temperature and phenol-2,4-disulfonic acid content at a temperature of 80°C and a humidity of 75%. The activation energy of the membranes ranges from 19.5 to 38.2 kJ/mol, respectively. The water uptake of membranes, which determines, among other things, the electrical conductivity, depends on the PVT content: the water uptake decreases from 200 to 50% with an increase in its amount in the membrane composition from 9.1 to 81.30 mol %, leading to a decrease in electrical conductivity along with a decrease in the proportion of PDSA.

A new composite adsorbent was obtained by hydrolytic polycondensation of N,N'-bis (3-triethoxysilyl propyl) thiocarbamide in the presence of poly-2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine. The sorption activity of the composite toward platinum (IV) ions was studied in hydrochloric acid solutions. The maximum extraction efficiency of Pt (IV) and the maximum values of sorptive capacity (218 mg g–1), and a coefficient of interphase distribution (7090 cm3 g–1) of the studied adsorbent in 1 М solution of HCl were found at 338 K. The Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich models were used to describe adsorption nature.

Introduction. The relevance of studying the socio-psychological characteristics of modern children and adolescents is associated with the processes of globalization, informatization, digitalization of modern society in relation to the education system in general and the personality of a modern schoolboy in particular. In this article, an attempt is made to present a socio-psychological portrait of a modern schoolboy, to determine the role of a teacher in the digital educational environment, as well as the possibilities of his professional and personal growth in the conditions of digitalization by analyzing and systematizing the results of theoretical and experimental research on the problem.Materials and Methods. This article uses an analytical approach to the consideration of modern domestic and foreign studies, which allows to identify the positive and negative sides of the digitalization of the modern education system. We focused on scientific articles, monographs, teaching aids, dissertation studies containing the results of theoretical and experimental studies of various aspects of this problem.Results. As the analysis of the literature has shown, the studies of foreign authors widely cover this problem from the perspective of the "theory of generations", while domestic research is largely based on the methodology of domestic psychology. In the Russian psychological literature, a number of studies are devoted to the study of the socio-psychological characteristics of modern adolescents, in particular, the system of value orientations, attitudes to educational activities, socialization, including using social networks, adaptability to the conditions of the educational environment, but such studies are insufficient due to the complexity of the studied issues and the constantly changing conditions of the social life of a modern student.Discussion and Conclusions. The discussion of issues related to the socio-psychological characteristics of a modern schoolboy in the conditions of digitalization of the system of national education invariably rests on the need to find forms, methods, means of organizing effective school education and assumes that teachers of the general education system have a minimum of psychological knowledge about age and individual psychological patterns of the development of the psyche of a younger schoolboy and a teenager, the formation of his personality.

Introduction. A fixed dose combination of telmisartan and amlodipine is widely used in clinical practice during hypertension treatment. Combination of telmisartan and amlodipine demonstrates potentiating synergistic effect on blood pressure decrease. A bioequivalence study of Telzap® AM with coadministered Mikardis® and Norvask® was conducted with 60 volunteers.Aim. The purpose of the bioequivalence trial was a comparative study of the pharmacokinetics and evidence of the bioequivalence of the fixed dose combination drug product Telzap® AM (telmisartan + amlodipine, tablets, 80 + 10 mg, Zentiva ks company, Czech Republic) and coadministrated monocomponent drug products Mikardis® (telmisartan, tablets 80 mg, Beringer Ingelheim International GmbH, Germany) and Norvask® [amlodipine, tablets 10 mg, Pfizer HCP Corporation (USA), Russia] in healthy volunteers after a single administration under fasting.Materials and methods. To prove bioequivalence, an open label, comparative, randomized, crossover four-period replicate clinical trial was conducted. The concentrations of amlodipine and telmisartan in plasma samples were determined by a validated HPLC-MS/MS method. A pharmacokinetic and statistical analysis was performed and confidence intervals for the pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax and AUC0-72 were calculated.Results and discussion. It can be concluded that the studied formulations are bioequivalent in terms of pharmacokinetic parameters of amlodipine and telmisartan. All 90 % confidence intervals for the estimated pharmacokinetic parameters of amlodipine were in the range of 80–125 %, 90 % confidence intervals for telmisartan were within the bioequivalence range of 80–125 % for AUC0-72, and 76.73–130.32 % for Cmax.Conclusion. Thus, according to the criteria used in the study, the formulations are proved to be bioequivalent.

New hybrid proton conducting membranes based on sulfonated copolymers of styrene and allyl glycidyl ether using tetraethyl orthosilicate were syntheses. The composition and structure of the copolymers and membranes has been proven by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy. Based on quantum chemical calculations a sulfonation mechanism of copolymers was proposed. The characteristics of membranes were evaluated by thermal analysis, dynamic mechanical analysis, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, water uptake, swelling and ion exchange capacity tests. The hybrid membranes are characterized by high proton conductivity of 4.21 10−2 S cm−1 (70 °C, 75% RH), activation energy of proton transport (24.5 kJ mol−1), ion-exchange capacity (2.1 mmol g−1), and thermal stability up to 260°С. The hybrid membranes showed water uptake of 6 and 51% at 30 °C and 100 °C, respectively. The suitability of the hybrid membranes toward fuel cell applications was tested through a single cell analysis.

Binary copolymers possessing thermal stability up to 290°C and suitable for the formation of ion-exchange membranes have been obtained by free radical copolymerization of sodium p-styrene sulfonate and 1-vinylimidazole with subsequent conversion to the H-form. The composition and structure of the copolymers are confirmed by elemental analysis and IR and NMR spectroscopy. Multicomponent membranes based on the copolymers of sodium p-styrene sulfonate and 1-vinylimidazole have been obtained using poly(vinyl alcohol) crosslinked by oxalic acid as a film-forming agent. It is shown by scanning electron microscopy that the surface and cut of the membranes have a uniform structure. The specific electric conductivity of the membranes with different concentrations of styrene sulfonic acid (20 to 80 mol % in the copolymer) increases with an increase in the fraction of styrene sulfonic acid and is 29.5 to 52.0 mS cm−1 at 80°C. The activation energy of proton transport of the membranes is 12.5 to 15.5 kJ mol−1. The water uptake of the membranes decreases with the increase in the concentration of the basic (imidazole) component in them, which may be associated with the increase in the density of ionic crosslinking due to the acid–base interaction of the sulfo groups and pyridine nitrogen atoms of the imidazole cycle. The formation of acid–base pairs results in the formation of continuous proton transport channels in addition to the sulfonic acid channels, which is confirmed by the high values of specific electric conductivity even in the case of a decrease in the concentration of sulfostyrene in the composition of the membrane. Increasing the concentration of 1‑vinylimidazole in the composition of the copolymer from 20 to 80 mol % leads to an increase in the relative elongation at break from 3 to 6%, an increase in the tensile strength at break from 4 to 7 MPa, a decrease in the Young modulus of the membranes from 127 to 102 MPa, and a decrease in the water uptake from 45 to 15.

The influence of the Ultem-1010 polyetherimide (PEI) on the physicomechanical properties of the ED-20 epoxy matrix and carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) based on the epoxy-polyetherimide binders is studied. It is shown that the introduction of PEI allows one to increase the impact strength and fracture toughness of the matrix 70 and 350%, respectively. The fracture toughness of the CFRP increases 40% with the rise in the PEI concentration. The correlation between the fracture toughness of the composites and their matrices has been established.

Copolymers of ethylene glycol vinyl glycidyl ether (VGE) and vinyl chloride (VC) have been obtained via radical copolymerization of VGE with VC at 70°C in the presence of the initiator azobisisobutyronitrile. By the sol–gel synthesis involving VGE–VC copolymers and carbofunctional organosilicon precursors, such as N,N'-bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)thiocarbamide (BTM) and 2-([triethoxysilylpropyl]amino)pyridine (TEAP), hybrid organic–inorganic membranes possessing proton conductivity after doping with orthophosphoric acid have been fabricated. The proton conductivity of the membranes in the temperature range of 30–80°C is characterized by the values of 3.52–4.88 × 10−3 S cm−1 for VGE–VC/ BTM/H3PO4 and 1.19–2.89 × 10−3 S cm−1 for VGE–VC/TEAP/H3PO4.

Acid resistant proton exchange membranes (PEMs) are synthesized from aliphatic highly hydrophobic polyvinylidene-co-hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-co-HFP) and aromatic hydrophilic sodium-p-styrene sulfonate at nanostructure level modification. Synthesized copolymer PEMs are analyzed for their chemical structure to confirm the presence of functional groups. Electrochemical characterizations are carried out in terms ion-exchange capacity, ionic conductivity and water content. Maximum IEC value 1.91 meq/gm is observed for PDSt-40 copolymer PEM with 1.58 × 10−2 S/cm proton conductivity and 29.1% of water content. Vanadium ion permeability is also checked for copolymer membranes in terms of applicability for vanadium redox flow batteries. PDSt-40 copolymer PEM shows lowest value of VO2+ ion permeability 2.87 × 10−7 cm2 min−1, which is about 40% less compared to Nafion membrane. Further all synthesized PEMs are checked for charging-discharging performance for single cell VRFB. PDSt-40 PEM shows better performance in term of columbic and voltage efficiency. Copolymer membranes found to be stable thermally and mechanically and also in harass condition with 18 M H2SO4 for 24 h. Results indicate that synthesized copolymer PEMs can be a good candidate for electrochemical energy systems as well as high temperature applications.

The adsorption of platinum(IV) in hydrochloric acid solutions of a composite based on N,N-bis(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)thiourea and 4-vinylpyridine‒2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate copolymer is studied. The value of the static adsorption capacity of the composite for platinum(IV) is found to be 215 mg/g. To describe the nature of the adsorption, Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich models are used. The adsorption kinetics is estimated using Boyd–Adamson models of pseudo-first and pseudo-second order and the Elovich equation.

Data on the synthesis and sorption properties of natural calcium aluminosilicates modified by poly-1-vinyl imidazole (PVIm) and poly-4-vinyl pyridine (PVP) are presented. The fullest recovery of nickel (II) ions from low-concentration solutions is observed for PVP-modified aluminosilicates. Adsorption of nickel (II) ions by PVIm-modified aluminosilicates is best described by the Freundlich adsorption model. In the case of PVP-modified aluminosilicates, the Langmuir model is more adequate. The free adsorption energy values indicate that the interaction between nickel (II) ions and modified aluminosilicates is of a chemical nature.

In this study, the properties of the polymer membrane for hydrogen fuel cells were investigated.The membrane was based on poly-1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole and phenol-2,4-disulfonic acid in three stoichiometric ratios. The highest proton conductivity index was demonstrated by the PVT-FDSA sample (10:90% wt.) – 5.98·10-2 S/cm.

The genetic reprogramming technology allows generation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from somatic cells (Takahashi and Yamanaka, 2006) [1]. iPSCs have the ability to self-renew, and to differentiate into any type of somatic cells, and are considered as a promising tool for drug development, disease modeling, and regenerative medicine. The reprogramming factors (oct4, sox2, klf4, c-myc) can be delivered to the cell nucleus either by vectors integrating into the genome (lentiviruses, retroviruses) or by non-integrative methods (e.g., plasmids, Sendai virus, synthetic mRNAs and recombinant proteins). To evaluate the contribution of the reprogramming process isogenic system should be utilized (Shutova et al., 2016) [2]. Isogenic iPSC lines, obtained in different ways can serve the ideal system to investigate DNA methylation changes. The data presented in this article report methylation profiles for iPSC lines derived from fibroblasts of a healthy donor and PARK8-associated Parkinson's disease patient via integrating (lentiviral transfection) and non-integrating (Sendai virus infection) reprogramming using an Illumina 450K Methylation BeadChip platform. The data on DNA methylation of neurons differentiated from iPSC lines are also provided here. Proton-conducting membranes have been obtained by sol–gel synthesis involving tetraethyl orthosilicate and sulfonated suspension copolymers of styrene with allyl glycidyl ether. The membranes are gels consisting of a polymer matrix, in which silica particles are uniformly distributed. The synthesized membranes are characterized by the proton conductivity of up to 4.21 × 10–2 S/cm at 343 K and 75% humidity, an ion exchange capacity of 3.5 meq/g, a proton-transfer activation energy of 25.2 ± 2.6 kJ/mol, thermal stability of up to 130°C, and mechanical strength (tensile modulus of elasticity, 322 MPa).

Composite materials are synthesized using the sol–gel method involving tetraethoxysilane and vinyl acetate/1-vinylimidazole and vinyl acetate/4-vinylpyridine copolymers, and their sorption capacity with respect to platinum(IV) ions is studied. The composites exhibit the highest sorption activity at 338 K in 1 M HCl solution (sorption capacity with respect to Pt(IV) varies from 180 to 249 mg g–1). The interaction between platinum(IV) and the surface of the sorption material is a result of the chemisorption process. The Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich models are used to describe the nature of adsorption.

In this study, there are three proton-conducting membranes were studied. They are based on the complex of poly-1-vinyl-1,2,4-triazole and phenol-2,4-disulfonic acid which were synthesized in several stoichiometric ratios. The highest proton conductivity value corresponded to the PVTPDSA membrane (20:80% wt.) - 5.98 · 10-2 S/cm

Proton-conducting hybrid organic-inorganic composites based on a copolymer of 4-vinylpyridine with 2-hyd-roxyethylmethacrylate and the product of hydrolytic polycondensation of tetraethoxysilane are obtained. They are charac-terized by high exchange capacity and electrical conductivity. Using the ORCA software package, quantum-chemical calculations of the geometry of the structure of an organo-inorganic composite were carried out. The calculations were carried out at the level of the density functional theory BP86/def2-SVP. The results of computer simulation allow us to relate the increase in the proton conductivity of hybrid membranes with the formation of crystallization water during the formation of the composite and the shift of the electron density from the phosphoric acid molecule to the polymer part. The bonding method (intermolecular or covalent) has no advantages in this case. In polymer synthesis, the probability of bond formation by different mechanisms is practically the same.

The adsorption of platinum(IV) solutions by a composite based on silicon dioxide and copolymer of 4-vinylpyridine and 2-hydroxyethylmetacrylate in hydrochloric acid solutions has been studied. The maximum efficiency of extraction of platinum(IV) ions has been detected in a solution of HCl with a concentration of 1 mol L–1 at a temperature of 338 K (sorption capacity equal to 188 mg g–1). The interaction of platinum (IV) with the surface of the composite is a result of chemisorption. The models of Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich have been used to describe the nature of adsorption. Adsorption kinetics was assessed using the models of Boyd–Adamson, pseudofirst and pseudosecond orders, and Elovich.

We demonstrate patterns in the penetrance of the mutant gene and the suppressor gene which control suppressed temperature-dependent chlorophyll defects in F1 hybrid progenies of F. pratensis L. obtained through reciprocal crossings of mother plants of different phenotypes, and the contributions of these genes to the epigenetic variation of plant organisms. In F1 hybrid progenies from reciprocal crossings the mutant gene may demonstrate either the same or differential genomic imprinting. Variations of the effect depended on the degree of the chlorophyll defect in the seedlings at desuppression and the modifying action of the suppressor gene at resuppression. Furthermore, the suppressor gene had a multiplier effect, as it not only suppressed the penetrance of the mutant gene that controlled temperature-dependent chlorophyll defects but also masked the different genomic imprinting in individual F1 hybrid phenotypes.

It has been established that tourism in our country largely became a type of commercial activity, opportunities to visit other countries have been opened, up-market tourism has been developed, and new forms of leisure entertainment have emerged. System analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature has shown that the cultural and educational potential of tourism is realized not enough in Russia. Development of appropriate structural and functional model of the implementation of cultural and educational tourism potential is possible through the integration of a number of theoretical and applied experience in the neighboring areas, namely in the history and theory of cultural and entertainment activities and organization of tourism activity. The assumption about the feasibility of functional integration of the two certain systems (cultural and educational, and commercial) is made in the article. This assumption actualizes the problem of determining the specifics of this integration, argues its theoretical basis and identifies functional mechanisms of serviceology. Within the framework of pilot study verification of the structural-functional model of tourism development in three aspects was carried out. The first and second aspects, organizational-managerial, and functional, are connected with decision through the entertainment programs, advertising and PR activities, and cultural and educational events. The third aspect, organizational and educational, consists in integration of cognitive-educational, entertainment and recreational leisure functions.

The scientific and practical problems of investment and social development of the tourist industry are investigated. The analysis of condition and tendencies of investment processes development in tourism branch is carried out, as well as priority directions of investment in the national industry of tourism are revealed. It is established that successful development of the tourism industry is impossible without active influence of the state on conditions of its functioning. Participation of the state will consist in development of the actions containing the following: establishment of tax privileges, protection against the double taxation; sale, rent of the ground or objects of infrastructure priced below market rates; direct grants, granting of guarantees under investments with the purpose of attraction of foreign investors. The system of actions in context of creation of the favorable investment environment in tourism sphere is offered. It include establishment of the rate of profit tax for priority directions of activity (incoming and internal tourism); tax exemption of means invested in construction or reconstruction of tourism objects; credit relaxation for making investments with indemnification of difference in rates by the state for firms focused on incoming and internal tourism; adjustment of investment insurance system in tourism and so forth. Complex model of maintenance of tourism industry competitiveness, which takes into account system action of the investment factors providing functioning and development of economic subjects at horizontal level (technologies, infrastructure, competition, demand, adjacent branches), is developed. The given factors are included in uniform vertical of management (national economy - tourism - regional tourist complex - tourism enterprise) and are subordinated to the strategic purpose - to maintenance of tourism sphere competitiveness in system of national economy of the Russian Federation. It is proved that maintenance of steady development of the tourism industry appreciably should be based on infrastructure modernization of tourism and recreational sphere. It is necessary to introduce the special investment mode for assistance to construction and reconstruction of hotels and other objects of a tourism infrastructure that will induce foreign and domestic investors to put means in the tourism industry.

4-Vinylpyridine–2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate copolymers have been synthesized by radical copolymerization. The composition and properties of the copolymers have been studied; the reactivity constants of the comonomers have been calculated. Sol–gel synthesis involving the resulting copolymers and tetraethoxysilane has yielded hybrid membranes comprising a polymer matrix with uniformly distributed hydrated silica particles and exhibiting a proton conductivity of up to 1.85 × 10−2 S/cm, an ion-exchange capacity of 2.1 meq/g, a heat resistance of 412°С, a tensile strength of 55.5 MPa, an elongation at break of 15%, and a proton-conductivity activation energy of 12 ± 2 kJ/mol.

Here, we investigated the functionalized carbon dots as a possible organic filler for the sulfonated poly (ether sulfone) (SPES) based composite cation exchange membranes to improve the membrane performance. Sulfonated carbon dots (SCDs) are synthesised by simple pyrolysis of citric acid in presence of sodium 4-styrene sulfonate. Functionalized carbon dots provide excellent hydrophilicity, and affinity towards SPES due to the intra hydrogen bonding between sulfonic group of SPES and functionalized carbon dot. Addition of filler material leads to the improvement in physicochemical and electrochemical properties of the composite membranes. 32 % increment in ionic conductivity is noted after the addition of 2% SCDs for SMQ-2 membrane while ion exchange capacity goesets double. Membranes are evaluated for salt removal from brackish water by electrodialysis and found that SMQ-2 membrane showed 30 % reduction in the power consumption than the SM membrane. Composite membranes can efficiently be used for the salt removal from brackish water.

The proton-conducting hybrid organic-inorganic composites based on tetraethoxysilane and sulfonated styrene (St) and allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) copolymers, which are characterized by high exchange capacity and specific conductivity, are formed by sol-gel synthesis. The results of a quantum-chemical calculations of the geometry of the structure of an organic-inorganic composite (for a model consisting of 78 atoms) allow us to associate an increase in the proton conductivity of hybrid membranes, compared with the initial copolymer, with the generation of crystallization water and free sulfuric acid during the formation of the composite.

The study is devoted to the problem of the genetic basis of plant adaptation. The important adaptive traits of the model species of Arabidopsis thaliana were studied: vernalization requirement, flowering time and the time of seed germination in plants of northern natural populations (Karelia). Specific expression patterns of the gene FLC and VIN3 , which control these traits, have been revealed. A low level of FLC mRNA transcripts in non-vernalized plants at the rosette stage was established, with followed by increased expression on the 10-30th day of vernalization, which differs from the data of other researchers. The initially low level of VIN3 mRNA transcripts in non-vernalized plants unexpectedly increases in some populations during vernalization on the 20th day, in contrast to literature data. It has been shown that a longer vernalization (9 week) is required for a mass transition to flowering of plants from populations of the northern periphery of the species range in the Onega Lake basin compared to vernalization (6 weeks) of plants from the milder climate of Lake Ladoga islands. A study of the degree of dormancy of seeds, which affects the time of germination, showed that in cold climates A. thaliana seeds have a stronger dormancy at a high summer temperature (22 oС) compared to a cool autumn temperature (10 oС). This ensures their germination in the autumn and flowering in the spring, after the end of vernalization. It is suggested that in Karelian Arabidopsis thaliana populations located on the northern periphery of the species range, one of the mechanisms of plant adaptation to a cold climate is adaptive pleiotropy, exhibited in the peculiarities of the expression of the FLC and VIN3 genes, which control the timing of seed germination in autumn and flowering plants in spring, after vernalization, which ensures both seedling survival and maximum reproductive success.

New hybrid organic-inorganic composites based on sulfur-containing styrene copolymers and allyl glycidyl ether and tetraethoxysilane were obtained by a sol-gel synthesis method. The membranes created on the basis of composites have high proton-conductive properties and are characterized by a higher ion-exchange capacity compared with commercial membranes as Nafion and MF-4 SK. These results alloy to consider composite membranes as perspective materials for fuel cells and another electromembrane processes.
