ZNC field is an oil field in Indonesia. The ZNC field started production in 2019. According to production history, the ZNC field experienced a significant decrease in oil production and a significant increase in water production. In this study, we investigate the causes of increased water production in the ZNC field and analyze the reservoir performance of the ZNC field. The method used is qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative method, using the Chan's Diagnostic Plot method. The qualitative method used in the research is the Bournazel and Jeanson method; Meyer-Gardner method; Schols Method; Chaperon Method; The method of Hoyland et al. The results obtained from the qualitative method are that the cause of the increase in water production in the ZNC field is bottomwater coning with late time channeling. This is also supported by the results of quantitative methods, where the calculated production flow rate is greater than the critical flow rate. The ZNC field production flow rate is 291.3 STB/D. The results of calculating the critical flow rate according to the Bournazel and Jeanson method are 196.43 STB/D; Meyer-Gardner method of 62.92 STB/D; Schols method is 96.83 STB/D; Chaperon method is 98.85 STB/D; Hoyland et al's method is 100.98. Reservoir performance analysis of ZNC based on the Bournazel and Jeanson method is that the breakthrough time for the ZNC field is 361.3 days and it is predicted that the ZNC field will experience an increase of up to 47.4% on the 4876th day.
