This study aims to determine the effect of endorsements and online promotions on purchase intention in the MSME culinary business in Palembang City. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior. The total population in this study was 1.66 million respondents. The sampling method is through the Slovin formula with a total sample of 399 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained are endorsements and online promotions have a significant positive effect on purchase intention in the MSME culinary business in the city of Palembang. Suggestions that can be given for further research are so that MSMEs are more selective in choosing the role of influencers who can be trusted, have culinary knowledge, are honest with the message conveyed, and can display culinary qualities that are easy to understand when doing online promotions on social media. Further researchers are expected to add other variables such as celebrity endorsement variables, word of mouth, online advertising, brand image, discount framing, and so on.

In Sri-Lanka, due to climate change, most of the rural villages have difficulty accessing clean water. With the United Nations (UN) initiatives set in 2015 to Transform the world by 2030, 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are set to tackle multiple challenges humankind is facing to ensure economic prosperity and environmental protection. However, due to the disparities between developed and developing economies, some developing countries such as Sri-Lanka will require a more substantial design and implementation to achieve the SDGs effectively. In this paper, a collaborative support model has been developed to provide clean water to Hippola village, Sri-Lanka. The Participatory Action Research approach is adopted in formulating, implementing and evaluating the model. Results suggest clean water (SDG6) has a synergistic impact on improving health (SDG3) and reducing poverty (SDG1) in Hippola village. However, these findings are limited to a village that depends on agriculture produce as their main source of income.

This presentation elaborates a collaborative support model that has been developed to provide clean water in a rural area in Sri Lanka. Through a participatory action research, this work finds that clean water (SDG6) has a synergistic impact on improving health (SDG3) and reducing poverty in the village.

The “X Well” is located in the Salawati Basin which is part of Western Papua. The interval of study is the Klasaman Formation that is characterized by thick sediment intercalated sandstones and shales. The movement of Sorong Fault strongly controlled the sedimentation of this formation. This study is very important to give a contribution for developing exploration prospect by predicting reservoir distribution since localized facies change may mark the distribution of sandstones. The current study aims: 1) to define the age of Klasaman Formation; 2) to define the vertical facies; 3) to define the sequence stratigraphy; and 4) to predict the lateral change of facies. Five nannofossil datum planes are found throughout the interval and cover the age Late Miocene to Early Pliocene. LO Sphenolithus abies points the age 3.65 Ma, LO Reticulofenestra pseudoumbilicus points the age 3.79 Ma, FO Pseudoemiliania lacunosa points the age 4 Ma, LO Discoaster quinqueramus and LO Discoaster berrgrenii point the age 5.59 Ma and Top of small Reticulofenestra Interval points the age 7.167 Ma. They define the NN11 up to NN16 Martini’s zonation. The age of Klasaman Formation is known as the uppermost Late Miocene to the Early Pliocene. Four facies can be identified, namely Upper Shoreface, Lower Shoreface, Offshore Transition and Offshore. The upper shoreface facies is characterized by thick and clean sandstones, about 2.41 - 20.64 meters thick, while the lower shoreface facies consists of predominantly very fine to fine-grained sandstones intercalated by siltstones and claystones. The offshore transition facies is marked by thick claystones and siltstones intercalated with thin sandstones, whilst the offshore facies is marked by thick laminated claystones. Nine Parasequences 4th order can be identified within study interval, namely Progradational Parasequence-1 to 2, Retrogradational Parasequence-3, Progradational Parasequence-4 to 6, Retrogradational Parasequence-7 to 9. They are bounded by Sequence Boundary-1 to 8. The upper shoreface sandstones of Parasequence-4 to 9 can be potential reservoir rocks in the Klasaman Formation since the sandstones are very thick and clean. The sediments of Klasaman Formation have been sourced from elevated highland in the northeast area, so the upper shoreface sandstones have changed become the offshore claystones from northeast to southwest. High sedimentation rate and rapid subsidence of the basin mark the deposition of Klasaman Formation especially during the deposition of Parasequence-6 to 9 as a result of Sorong Fault tectonics.

This study aims to examine the relationship between financial performance with firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable in an emerging market, Indonesia. The samples in this study are large firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique according to research criteria, especially members of the LQ45 index. The study used the data analysis by using multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test to find the direct, indirect, and intervening effect and significance in this study. The results indicated that profitability and activity have a positive effect, leverage has a negative effect, but liquidity has no effect on the value of the firms. The subsequent analysis shows that profitability and leverage do not affect dividend policy, liquidity has a negative effect, while activity has a positive effect, significantly. Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. Liquidity and leverage do not affect the firm value, but profitability and activity effect positively on the firm value through intervening dividend policy. Conclusions: in general, financial performance indicates an influence on firm value and less effect on dividend policy. As an intervening variable, dividend policy weakens the effect of financial performance on firm value.

Rencana strategis merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari organisasi bisnis. Gaya kepemimpinan dan variabel dalam profil organisasi memiliki peranan penting dalam pencapaian target rencana strategis. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan profil organisasi dalam pencapaian target rencana strategis RS katolik di Palembang periode 2015-2016, dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dilanjutkan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di dua RS dengan tipe B dan tipe C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan adalah supporting dengan fleksibilitas fleksibel.Tiga variabel dari profil organisasi (lingkungan organisasi, hubungan organisasi dan situasi organisasi) separuhnya tidak baik. Sedangkan pencapaian target rencana strategis dengan berdasarkan balance scorecard sebagian besar menunjukkan tidak baik. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna antara tipe RS dan situasi organisasi terhadap pencapaian target rencana strategis. Hal ini didukung oleh pernyataan para informan yang merupakan anggota direksi dari RS katolik di Palembang. Saran untuk RS dan pemilik: perbaikan sistem manajemen SDM, monitoring, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut rencana strategis dan pembentukan jaringan pelayanan kesehatan dari mulai dari fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama untuk bertahan di era JKN. ABSTRACT Strategic plan is an integral part of the business organization. Leadership styles and variable in organization’s profile have an important role to attainment the target of strategic plan. This study was analyzing the relationship of leadership style and organization's profile to attain the target of 2015-2016 Catholic Hospitals’ Strategic Plan in Palembang, using cross sectional design with quantitative approach followed by qualitative approach. The study was conducted in two hospitals with B type and C type. The results showed that the dominant leadership style is supporting with the flexibility. Three variable of organizational profile (organization environ, organizational relation and organizational situation) half was not good. While target attainment of the strategic plan based on a balanced scorecard mostly show in not good results. The results of the bivariate analysis shown a significant association among hospital type and organizational situation towards target attainment of the strategic plan. This is supported by the statements of the informant who is a member of the board of directors of the Catholic Hospital in Palembang. Suggestion for hospital and owner: improvement of human resource management system, monitoring, evaluation and follow-up of the strategic plan and the establishment of a health care network from the first-level health facilities to survive in the era of Universal Health Coverage. Study area is located in Rambatan river and Ciseureh river Malahayu Brebes Central Java. Porosity and permeability are very important to oil and gas industry. Porosity is a measure of the void spaces in a rock and is a part of the total volume rock. Permeability is defined as the ability of a rock to transmit fluids. Deep-water gravity flow or deep marine reservoir are important exploration targets worldwide and there is complicated when little subsurface data available. Porosity and permeability analysis from outcrops data may considered as the data used in this study. The result from four measuring section show there is thin intercalated limy sandstone, marl, and calcareous shale. 14 outcrop samples was carried out the helium porosimetry for porosity permeability value and was examined thin section analysis for fabric discussion, and 2 samples was calcimetry analysis. Lithology are generally contains many foraminifera from very fine to fine grained and mostly moderate grained on inner-outer fan environment. Sedimentary structure represent slope sedimentary structure such as graded bedding, lower lamination, slump bedding, ripple, convolute ripple, cross lamination, and trace fossil as feature of deep-marine deposits. 8 samples from 14 samples limy sandstone are likely to be good reservoirs.

Demand side management provides benefits to both the utility and the consumers. The effective implementation of demand side management can be achieved by introducing a proper energy management system. To popularize such an energy management system among domestic consumers in developing countries, initial cost of the system should be affordable and it should be able to assist the consumers to significantly reduce their electricity bill. This paper proposes a smart energy tracking system that can monitor the energy usage at different time slots, compare the energy usage with past data and provide details about the daily energy usage and helpful instructions to manage the energy consumption. Hence, the proposed system assists the consumers to reduce their electricity bill and the utilities to implement demand side management in the domestic sector.
