Az ipari forradalmak mindegyike megkövetelt bizonyos készségeket és kompetenciákat az emberektől, amelyeket fejleszteniük kellett ahhoz, hogy relevánsak maradjanak a munkakörnyezetben. Az első forradalom a gépesítést hozta, a második ipari forradalom már a kognitív készségeket érintette. Az Ipar 4.0 már a digitális készségekről szól. A szükséges készségek az elmúlt néhány évszázad során a fizikaiból digitálissá fejlődtek. Figyelembe véve az emberek növekvő információfüggőségét, a digitális készségeket létfontosságú erőforrásnak kell tekinteni a mai társadalomban. A 2022-ben készült felmérés online kérdőív segítségével történt. A lekérdezés sokaságát a Magyarországon működő vállalatok vezetői alkották. A lekérdezés 5 207 értékelhető választ adott. A tanulmány a tudásmenedzsment és a feltörekvő technológiák összefüggését kívánja bemutatni. A cikk arra keresi a választ, hogy ebben a viszonyrendszerben milyen különbségek tárhatók fel vállalat tulajdonlás szempontjából. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy a tudásmenedzsment projektek befolyásoló tényezőként jelennek meg a technológiai intenzitás mellett, és szignifikáns módon befolyásolják az innovatív technológiák használatát, melynek mértéke összefüggésben áll a pénzügyi eredményekkel. A technológiahasználat és humán tényező összefüggésében látszik, hogy több akadályozó tényező befolyásolja a hatékonyságot, melynek elsődleges eleme a munkaerő digitális kompetenciáinak hiánya. A külföldi tulajdonlás mindezt pozitívan befolyásolja.

The change caused by Industry 4.0 (I4.0) has fundamentally changed our lives and operations of organisations. The objective of the article is to reveal whether I4.0 implementation supports human workforces, knowledge sharing and knowledge storage in case of Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The data were obtained from 122 completed questionnaires out of 152 requests. The analysis is based on quantitative methodology, relationship analyses (Cramer’s V) were used. The study was conducted in 2021 with the participation of Hungarian SMEs’ leaders. Based on the results it can be concluded that the implementation of I4.0 technologies supports human workforces in SMEs. In addition, our study reveals that collaborative technologies and social media were implemented to support knowledge sharing in SMEs. At the same time, knowledge storage is not the primary purpose of implementing I4.0 technologies in SMEs. From a theoretical perspective, it contributes to enriching the empirical evidence on implementing I4.0 technologies and their impact on supporting human resources. From a practical point of view, the research identifies those I4.0 technologies that support SMEs in knowledge sharing. Collaborative technologies and social media can be implemented in order to advance the fields of Collaboration, Communication and Connecting. The originality of our research is given by the fact that, to the best of our knowledge, this is the first study that examines the aspects of I4.0 technologies in terms of human resource and knowledge sharing and storage in Hungarian SMEs.

To enable extracorporeal liver support based on the use of primary liver cells, culture models supporting the maintenance of cell integrity and function in vitro are required. In this study the cell organization and ultrastructure of primary porcine hepatocytes cocultured with nonparenchymal cells in three-dimensional high-density bioreactors were analyzed after 10, 20, and 30 days of culture by immunohistochemistry and transmission electron microscopy. Biochemical data showed that metabolic activity of the cells in the system was relatively stable over at least 20 days. Immunohistochemical studies were performed in comparison with donor organ biopsies. They showed that hepatocytes and nonparenchymal cells reaggregated in bioreactors, forming structures partly resembling natural liver parenchyma. Bile duct-like structures characterized by cytokeratin 7 (CK-7) immunoreactivity (IR) were regularly detected. Nonparenchymal cells (vimentin IR) formed sinusoidal-like structures within parenchymal cell aggregates. Proliferative activity (Ki-67 IR) increased over time. The detection of collagen I and laminin indicated the production of extracellular matrix components within bioreactors. The results showed that primary liver cell reorganization and long-term maintenance of their differentiated state were achieved within the bioreactors The findings on cell proliferation indicated that the culture model is also of interest for further in vitro studies on cell regeneration and tissue formation.
