En el fútbol, el sprint es considerado una de las acciones más importantes y determinantes en el juego siendo la acción que da lugar a más situaciones de gol. El objetivo principal de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es analizar y comparar las distintas variables cinemáticas que se dan en las dos fases del sprint, la primera fase de arrancada o de aceleración y la segunda fase de lanzada o máxima velocidad. Participaron un total de 19 jugadores masculinos de las categorías inferiores de la Agrupación Deportiva Alcorcón ninguno de los cuales presentaba lesiones en el miembro inferior. Realizamos un único test en el cual se midieron dos fases del sprint, la arrancada y la lanzada. La zona de medida estaba formada por dos picas situadas a 10 metros de distancia. Cada jugador realizó 4 repeticiones del test en el terreno de juego y en las mismas condiciones. Los resultados indicaron que la fase de la lanzada obtiene mayores porcentajes de diferencia en las variables cinemáticas medidas con respecto a la fase de la arrancada excepto en el tiempo de paso y el tiempo de apoyo. En cuanto a las posiciones, según los valores analizados los mediocentro son la posición más rápida de campo sin contar a los porteros. Con respecto a la pierna derecha o izquierda no se encontraron diferencias a excepción de la longitud de zancada y la distancia de vuelo donde encontramos la mayor diferencia a favor de la pierna izquierda que obtuvo mayores valores que la pierna derecha tanto en la fase de la arrancada como en la fase de la lanzada.

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado consiste en una propuesta didáctica para llevar a cabo en el curso de 3º de ESO. El principal objetivo es plantear una propuesta de intervención para abordar la prevención del sobrepeso y la obesidad desde la educación física. Dicha propuesta consta de 12 sesiones con las que se pretende formar a estudiantes y familias acerca del sobrepeso y/u obesidad y concienciar al alumnado sobre la prevención de la obesidad. Igualmente se busca mejorar la autoestima de aquellos estudiantes que tengan problemas de sobrepeso u obesidad y mostrarles ejemplos de cómo pueden integrar la actividad física en su día día, de una forma lúdica y realizando las adaptaciones necesarias según sus necesidades. La Educación Física en el mejor vehículo para trabajar situaciones de este tipo y fomentar los hábitos saludables entre los más jóvenes. Desde los centros educativos se han de priorizar iniciativas como el proyecto anual que aquí se presenta.

Background and Objective: the use of 3D cameras for gait analysis has been highly questioned due to the low accuracy they have demonstrated in the past. The objective of the study presented in this paper is to improve the accuracy of the estimations made by robot-mounted 3D cameras in human gait analysis by applying a supervised learning stage. Methods: the 3D camera was mounted in a mobile robot to obtain a longer walking distance. This study shows an improvement in detection of kinematic gait signals and gait descriptors by post-processing the raw estimations of the camera using artificial neural networks trained with the data obtained from a certified Vicon system. To achieve this, 37 healthy participants were recruited and data of 207 gait sequences were collected using an Orbbec Astra 3D camera. There are two basic possible approaches for training and both have been studied in order to see which one achieves a better result. The artificial neural network can be trained either to obtain more accurate kinematic gait signals or to improve the gait descriptors obtained after initial processing. The former seeks to improve the waveforms of kinematic gait signals by reducing the error and increasing the correlation with respect to the Vicon system. The second is a more direct approach, focusing on training the artificial neural networks using gait descriptors directly. Results: the accuracy of the 3D camera to objectify human gait was measured before and after training. In both training approaches, a considerable improvement was observed. Kinematic gait signals showed lower errors and higher correlations with respect to the ground truth. The accuracy of the system to detect gait descriptors also showed a substantial improvement, mostly for kinematic descriptors rather than spatio-temporal. Human activity causes vibrations that propagate into the ground as high-frequency seismic waves. Measures to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic caused widespread changes in human activity, leading to a months-long reduction in seismic noise of up to 50%. The 2020 seismic noise quiet period is the longest and most prominent global anthropogenic seismic noise reduction on record. While the reduction is strongest at surface seismometers in populated areas, this seismic quiescence extends for many kilometers radially and hundreds of meters in depth. This provides an opportunity to detect subtle signals from subsurface seismic sources that would have been concealed in noisier times and to benchmark sources of anthropogenic noise. A strong correlation between seismic noise and independent measurements of human mobility suggests that seismology provides an absolute, real-time estimate of population dynamics.

In this modern age of computer technology we are pushing the unimaginable limits of our reality. One of the human desires with these advances is to digitise the vast amount of information that is present in our reality. An important source of information is the 3-dimensional space in which we live. Especially indoors environments that we frequently occupy, for example, living places. With the proliferation of photographing devices, the development of cheap omnidirectional cameras has been one of the interests. So nowadays it is quite easy to obtain spatial data of interior spaces in form of equirectangular images. In this project we study the problem of 3D Indoors Model Reconstruction from Spherical Images. Though, we study it under perspective based methods as it is possible to perform the conversion from one to other. We first formally specify the problem to be solved. We find many different specifications and describe reconstruction methods for some of them. We choose one specification for our use case. Most of the methods require feature extraction and matching, and then performing multi-view geometry estimation. We continue the study of these methods in the experimentation phase. We propose different hypothesis relevant to different steps, perform experiments and form our conclusions. We finish our work by implementing a very simple system solving this problem, making use of ASIFT feature extractor, FLANN kD-Tree feature matcher, and OpenCV's essential matrix estimation algorithm., En aquesta era moderna de la tecnologia de computadors estem empenyent els líımits inimaginables de la nostra realitat. Una de les aspiracions humanes amb aquests avenços és la digitalització de l’enorme quantitat d’informació present en la nostra realitat. Una de les fonts importants d’informació és l’espai 3-dimensional en el que vivim. Especialment, els entorns interiors que habitem, per exemple, els habitatges. Amb la proliferació dels dispositius fotogràfics, el desenvolupament de càmeres omnidireccionals barates ha estat un dels interessos. Per aquest motiu, avui en dia és molt fàcil obtenir dades espacials dels espais interiors en forma d’imatges equirectangulars. En aquest projecte estudiem el problema de la Reconstrucció de Models 3D d’Interiors a partir d’Imatges Esfèriques. Tanmateix, estudiem el problema fent ús de mètodes basats en la perspectiva ja que és possible fer la conversió d’un a l’altre. En primer lloc, especifiquem formalment el problema a resoldre. A continuació, trobem diverses especificacions i descrivim mètodes de reconstruccions per algunes d’elles. Seleccionem una especificaciò pel nostre cas d’ús. La majoria de mètodes utilitzen feature extraction, feature matching i epipolar geometry. Continuem l’estudi amb la fase d’experimentació. Proposem hipòtesis rellevants a diferents passos, realitzem els experiments i extraiem conclusions. Acabem el treball implementant un sistema simple resolent el problema, fent ús de ASIFT feature extractor, FLANN kD- Tree feature matcher, i l’algorisme d’OpenCV per l’aproximació de la matriu essencial, En esta era moderna de tecnología de computadores estamos empujando los límites inimaginables de nuestra realidad. Sin embargo, estudiamos el problema bajo métodos basados en la perspectiva ya que es posible hacer la conversión de uno al otro. Primero especificamos formalmente el problema a resolver. Encontramos distintas especificaciones y describimos métodos de reconstruccion para algunas de ellas. Seleccionamos una especificación para nuestro caso de uso. La mayoría de métodos utilizan feature extraction, feature matching, y epipolar geometry. Continuamos el estudio en la fase de experimentación. Proponemos hipótesis relevantes a diferentes pasos, realizamos los experimentos y sacamos conclusiones. Acabamos el trabajo implementando un sistema simple resolviendo el problema, haciendo uso de ASIFT feature extractor, FLANN kD-Tree feature matcher, y el algoritmo de OpenCV para la aproximación de la matriz esencial.

During the last thirty years, shelterwood cuts has been the most applied regeneration method in Nothofagus pumilio (lenga) forests. This treatment was implemented without any consideration of the landscape, and without considering yield gradients (e.g. stand site qualities), environmental restrictions (e.g. soil water availability) or potential natural disturbance factors (e.g. wind exposure). The objective was to evaluate the dynamics of the remnant forest structure and the natural regeneration 10 years after harvesting across the landscape considering different environmental gradients. Sampling plots were established in nine stands distributed across Tierra del Fuego, Argentina (north, east and south areas) where forestry activity has been concentrated during the last years. The selected areas presented differences in the rainfall regime (402 to 446 mm yr-1) and site qualities of the stands (2.6 to 3.3). Forest structure was similar among the studied areas, nevertheless harvesting intensity was variable (30 % to 57 %) generating different remnant basal areas (BA) (22 to 47 m² ha-1) and woody debris accumulation in the forest floor (167 to 230 m³ ha-1) after harvesting, or in combination with local wind-throws. The current forest structure presented differences in BA (6 to 34 m² ha-1) and established regeneration (49 to 110 thousand ha-1) that varied in height (0.6 to 1.0 m) and growth (4.1 to 12.8 cm yr-1) according to the area and the received damage due to abiotic and biotic factors. We can conclude that forests located along the considered landscapes and environmental gradients differentially responded to the proposed silvicultural treatments, where climate influenced over the post-harvest canopy stability and the established regeneration. For this, it is mandatory to define different silvicultural strategies throughout the landscape.
