The article aims to study the current level of digital services of the regional subsystem of the National System of Scientific and Technical Information of the People's Republic of China and to determine its optimization directions. A content analysis of 28 provincial institutes of scientific and technical information’s official sites was carried out; the most powerful of them were identified in terms of resource and service potential, the level of organization of corporate cooperation based on consolidated digital platforms of multifunctional user service. It is proved that the level of efficiency of digital services of regional scientific and technical information systems directly depends on the level of the province’s economic development and the ability of its government to finance and technologically equip information industry centers activities, and to establish sustainable interaction of all subjects of the information market. Summarizing the results of the content analysis made it possible to identify reserves for improving the service capabilities of the Chinese information industry’s regional clusters, to design vectors for diversifying consulting, expert-analytical, cognitive services of provincial institutes of scientific and technical information, the development of integrated innovation-oriented intelligent service platforms operating based on artificial intelligence technologies.

The purpose of the article is to study the current state and reveal the organizational and structural features of the divisions of documentary monuments as a library scientific and cultural project based on the analysis of the experience of creation, functioning and development trends of such divisions by the leading libraries of Ukraine. A content analysis of the official sites of 38 leading scientific libraries was carried out, including 13 library institutions with national and state status, and 25 ones – with regional. Summarizing the results of the content analysis made it possible to determine the level of effectiveness of creating and functioning organizational structures of documentary monuments of the leading library institutions of Ukraine, as well as the factors that contribute to the improvement of the effectiveness of the organizational and structural construction of activities with documentary monuments. Among such factors, one can note the status, level, type and kind of the library institution; library origin (as a rule, libraries with a long history have more chances to accumulate rare, valuable and unique publications, and thus to create appropriate divisions).

The influence of mineral fertilizers on productivity and nutrient balance of sod–podzolic soil when growing cereal meadow agrophytocenosis under conditions of Precarpathians of Ukraine was researched. It was found that the dependence of cereal agrocenosis productivity on the doses and ratios of N, P, K in mineral fertilizers is described by equation (polynomial) of the 2nd degree. Among the mineral elements, nitrogen is has the greatest influence on grass productivity. When applying the total dose of N75 with even distribution of nitrogen under each of three mowings on different backgrounds of phosphorus-potassium fertilizers, the productivity of cereal grass increases by 2.82–3.06 t ha-1 of dry mass, and when applying N150 by 3.33–4.93 t ha-1 of dry mass. Recoupment of nitrogen fertilizers per 1 kg by yield increase when applying N75 is 38–41 kg of dry mass, which is 4–5 kg more compared to the application of N150. The indices of phosphorus and especially potassium removal, as well as deficiency of these elements in the balance increased along with nitrogen dose. Independently of the phosphorus and potassium doses, the lowest indices are fixed on a nitrogen–free background, and the highest – on the background of N150.

Productivity and mowing periods of various cereal grasses on sod–podzolic soil of Pre–Carpathians were studied. The presence of sown grasses with different ripeness periods provides uniform supply of mowing mass from the middle of May till late September and productivity of lands, which is 5.4–6.8 t ha-1 of dry mass, exchange energy – 44.1–56.8 GJ ha-1 and 3.81–4.87 t ha-1 f.u. On the basis of the obtained results, it was found that with increase of tillage depth from 8–10 cm for surface tillage with disk tools to 20–22 cm by plowing, the productivity of all studied species increased by 2–3% on average for three years with fertilization dose of LSD05 equal to 0.30 t ha-1. Cultivation of cereal grasses on sod–podzolic soils stipulates improvement of their fertility, in particular increasing indices of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

The detailed analysis results of educational, psychological and sociological studies revealed the professional work peculiarities of social and economic sphere representatives, social workers, in particular, and the scientific principles of social work developed into a regular profession. The scientific essence of social work content, professional activity, and a social worker has been defined. The current level of social work and practical activity as a branch of science has been identified. Social work background as a professional activity, as well as its scientific genesis in Ukraine, has been described. The main contemporary approaches to social work have been analysed. The social welfare system in social workers’ practical activity has been specified. Theoretical and practical components for preservice social and economic specialists’ training, social workers, in particular, at higher education institutions, have been disclosed. Influence factors for professional activity readiness formation at higher education institutions through the education environment have been investigated. Technology components for theoretical training and relationships peculiarities with students' environment have been found.

Актуальність. Розвиток та прогресування хронічної хвороби нирок (ХХН) асоціюється з несприятливими змінами у всіх сферах життя пацієнтів на гемодіалізі (ГД). Не дивлячись на значний прогрес в сучасній медицині, пошук підвищення ефективності лікування анемії та системного хронічного запалення у хворих на ГД є актуальним завданням сьогодення.Мета дослідження. Проаналізувати ефективність препарату мелатоніну у хворих на ХХН V стадії, що лікуються гемодіалізом для корекції анемії та зменшення проявів запалення, шляхом додавання його до стандартного лікування.Матеріали та методи. Обстежено 130 пацієнтів (50 % жінки) на ХХН 5 стадії, що знаходяться на лікуванні методом гемодіалізу. Згідно дизайну дослідження в залежності функціонування епіфізу та схеми лікування сформовано три групи хворих. В основну (І) групу увійшло 70 хворих на ХХН V стадії, що лікуються ГД з порушеною МФЕ, котрі до стандартної терапії отримували препарат МТ. Групу порівняння ІІа (n=40) склали хворі на ХХН V стадії з порушеною МФЕ, котрі отримували стандартну терапію. В групу порівняння ІІб (n=20) увійшли хворі на ХХН V стадії зі збереженою МФЕ на стандартній терапії. Усім хворим на старті лікування та після 8-тижневого лікування проведено клініко-лабораторні дослідження, які включали в себе загальноклінічний та біохімічний аналіз крові, та обов’язкове визначення концентрації мелатоніну в слині.Результати. Додавання мелатоніну до комплексної терапії у хворих на ГД демонструє зменшення проявів анемії (підвищення рівня Нb на 14,3 %, р < 0,001), покращення показників обміну заліза (підвищення рівня трансферину на 12 %, р

The purpose of the study was to investigate gender stereotypes and prejudices that negatively affect women and men. It is important that students be aware of gender issues and are able to critically reflect on their own prejudices and gender "matrices" of the education system in the context of ‘gender v sex’. A questionnaire was the main method of data collection. A sociological survey, "Students on the problems of gender equality" was conducted at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Ukraine). The survey was conducted based on a three-level probability sample, which ensures the representativeness of the data. The effectiveness of aspects of gender education in secondary schools and higher education institutions has been assessed. At school, the problems of gender equality are not discussed enough; more than 80% of all respondents did not learn anything at school on this topic. Every third student discussed the issues of gender parity in the university classes. As a rule, this was done in general courses (sociology, philosophy, law), as there are no special disciplines on gender parity in society. The study reached the conclusion that respondents were unfamiliar with gender issues, so they might sometimes not see (perceive) certain gender prejudices and oppression in a student body, which encourages more attention to the development of gender-oriented disciplines of Ukrainian universities. https://doi.org/10.26803/ijlter.20.11.17

The relevance of the problem of the formation of geoinformation resources and their use for the sustainable development of the country and territorial communities is associated with the implementation of the tasks defined in the regulatory legal acts of Ukraine for the development of the national geospatial data infrastructure (NSDI), the development of comprehensive plans for the spatial development of territories and the creation of a system of urban planning cadastre. In the article, based on the analysis of the experience of creating NIGD in developed countries, the expediency of legislative definition of the hierarchy of levels in the organizational structure of NSDI of Ukraine in accordance with the administrative-territorial structure of the country is substantiated. This will allow for a clearer definition of the powers and responsibilities of central authorities and local self-government bodies for the creation of basic and thematic geospatial datasets on the principles of generalization, integration and their coordinated monitoring based on a general methodology, general technical regulations and an agreed technical policy. In the context of decentralization, it is advisable to develop the basic level of the NSDI of Ukraine on the basis of the systems of the urban planning cadastre of territorial communities, the geoinformation resources of which contain integrated information about the current state and prospects of the development of the territory. The priority for the development of NSDI and the development of modern urban planning documentation for solving the problems of creating information resources of a digital topographic basemap for the territory of the country and territorial communities to ensure the coordinate-spatial consistency of all sets at all levels of the NSDI are substantiated.

This study presents a numerical approach for modelling the Corrosion Fatigue Crack Growth (CFCG) in conventional casting and additively manufactured Ti6Al4V alloys. The proposed numerical model, based on Peridynamics (PD), combines the PD Fatigue Crack Growth (FCG) model and PD diffusion model in order to couple the mechanical and diffusion fields existing in the material due to the impact of environmental fatigue. The mechanical field is responsible for the characterisation of the changes to the structure due to the fatigue loading conditions. The diffusion field is based on the modelling of the adsorbed-hydrogen Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC), in particular, the Hydrogen Embrittlement (HE) model is considered. The proposed approach has been validated using experimental data available in the literature showing the capability of the tool to predict the CFCG rates.

Мета. Вивчення якості життя (ЯЖ) у пацієнтів з термінальною хронічною хворобою нирок (ХХН), які лікуються методом гемодіалізу (ГД), у взаємозв’язку з мелатонінутворювальною функцією епіфізу (МФЕ).Матеріали та методи. У дослідження включено 130 хворих, які лікуються методом ГД (середній вік 55±13,7 років). ЯЖ оцінювалася з використанням опитувальника SF-36, модифікованого для хворих із нирковою патологією. Концентрація мелатоніну в слині визначалася імуноферментним методом із використанням набору Human MS (Melatonin Sulfate) ELISA Kit, Elabscience.Результати та їх обговорення. Treatment of urolithiasis is a complex task of modern medicine. The search for non-invasive methods of treatment, prevention of relapses and complications, slowing down the development of renal failure is an urgent issue of our time. The study demonstrated a comprehensive analysis of indicators of systemic inflammation in patients with urolithiasis and the effectiveness of using the plant-citrate complex. The objective: to conduct a clinical assessment of systemic inflammation in patients with urolithiasis, to determine the effectiveness of the use of the plant-citrate complex of the drug Uriklar on the indicators of systemic inflammation. Materials and methods. There were examined 52 (55.6 %) patients with urolithiasis, which were divided into two groups: Group I (main group) – 32 patients with urolithiasis who received the herbal citrate complex and Group II (comparison group) – 20 patients with urolithiasis. The control group included 20 almost healthy individuals. All patients underwent clinical and laboratory tests: general and biochemical blood tests to determine the parameters of iron metabolism, lipid profile, CRP, determination of the levels of cytokines in the blood, blood pressure, body mass index. Results. The results of this study demonstrate the development of systemic inflammation in patients with urolithiasis, determined by a decrease in GFR. Against the background of the treatment with Uriklar, a decrease in the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, CRP and ferritin is observed, which indicates the anti-inflammatory properties of the drug. Conclusion. Such properties of the plant-citrate complex are pathogenetically substantiated and can be recommended for urolithiasis, which, along with the therapeutic properties, allows to obtain the provision of metaphylaxis of urolithiasis and to slow down the rate of development of chronic kidney disease.

In Ukrainian literary studies, the idea was formed that «Western» literaturethe second half of the 20th century inherent aesthetics of postmodernism. However, the question arises: is this process homogeneous? Branching aesthetics of literary works 2 half of the 20th century is a scientific problem that needs to be understood. This is important because it requires a theoretical basis for the study of individual personalities / writers whose individual style have common points of intersection with general world artistic landmarks. The purpose of the article is to try to form a «system» of directions and currents of the the second half of the 20th century. This is the first approximation to a scientific problem. We used comparative-historical and typological methods, a systematic approach to achieve the purpose. In the postmodern era – the second half of the 20th century, the feeling of unconscious fear of the individual before the development of scientific technologies, before the nuclear threat is reflected. The trends of the «working novel», the current of «neorealism», the current of «new wave», the group of «minimalism» were formed in the literature of the the second half of the 20th century, they are not included in the discourse of postmodernism and post-avant-garde, because in these works there is a realistic chronotope. Here a new type of hero is formed and the moral and ethical problems of the «average» ordinary person, which does not succeed, are raised. The consciousness of the characters disintegrates, they are unable to comprehend either their ideas or the statements of others. They have no strength and energy at all. Boredom sometimes pushes them to action, which reflects the trends of the time. Intellectuals are presented as psychologically dead people who are incapable of anything, empty, doomed. The individualism of the hero raises the problem of isolation and disunity of people in a narrow domestic and broad historical context. The social problems of the «workers' novel», the «new wave», minimalism and neorealism contributed to the introduction and use of the border 20th-21th centuries by writers the realistic chronotope in the trend of «critical fiction»

Kobzar Taras Shevchenko, who fought against slavery and was the founder of the modern Ukrainian literary language, has a special place in Ukrainian literature. Zapovit, Taras Shevchenko's most famous and most decisive poem, has been translated into more than 150 languages, including Turkish. The poem was first published by Fahri Erdinc in the Book for Reading in Sofia in 1965 under the name of Son Dilek (Last Wish in English). As it is known, when translating poetic texts, a translator is faced with significant difficulties arising from the structural features of that language, differences in culture and world views, and rules in the creation of poetic works. Analyzing ethno-cultural symbolic characters in the Slavs (here in Ukraine) and bringing them to the consciousness of foreign readers (here Turkish readers) is one of the most difficult and sometimes an impossible task. In this study, Turkish translation of Taras Shevchenko's poem Zapovit will be analyzed. The Turkish translation of the poem will be discussed in terms of how accurately the general meaning and tone of the original text, the system of characters, grammar and rhythm table, and melody are conveyed. In addition, conclusions about the success and shortcomings of the translation were made. The success of Fahri Erdinc's translation can be attributed to an 11-syllable and fully rhymed art form; it activates the general tone of the heritage at will, preservation and action. The author also tried to maintain a figurative structure. Son Dilek by Fakhri Erdinc about a Kobzar and his people in general can be called a new original work. Despite his failures, such as a change in the form of the original poem and the insufficient reflection of the melody and figurative structure, Fahri Erdinc's valuable contribution is that he introduces not only the great Kobzar, but also his life and the nation that inspired him to the Turkish reader.

The biosynthesis of cellular polymers of Azotobacter vinelandii N-15 strain using molasses as a carbon source has been optimized. The highest yield of polymer (25.8 % of cell mass) was obtained on a nutrient medium with a molasses concentration of 50 g/l. Using TL-chromatography and IR-spectroscopy the obtained product was identified as polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB), and its properties were investigated. The wetting contact angle was used to characterize the biopolymer film surface properties. According to the results of thermal and thermomechanical studies, it was found that the obtained РHB is characterized by a high thermal stability and heat resistance: the melting point is 462 K; deep destruction and thermooxidative processes begin at the temperatures above 567 K.

The influence of biosurfactants of trehalose lipid nature (R. erythropolis Au-1) and rhamnolipid nature ( Pseudomonas sp. PS-17) on the efficiency of the absorption of K+ and Ca2+ ions and plants growth was studied. The seeds of soybean, wheat and sunflower after the pre-sowing treatment by the biosurfactants solutions were grown on a liquid nutrient medium. The residual contents of K+ and Ca2+ ions in the medium were different for the variants with the biosurfactants and control (water). Based on these parameters, it was possible to value the stimulating effect of the biosurfactants on the plants’ ability to absorb mineral elements from the nutrient medium. The plants after the pre-treatment by the biosurfactants absorbed on 10-40% (trehalose lipids) and 27-61% (rhamnolipid biosurfactants) K+ and Ca2+ ions more than control variants. The growth parameters of plants were increased on 17-24% (trehalose lipids) or 39-77% (rhamnolipid biosurfactants). The experiments with plants (wheat, soya and sunflower) were also conducted in field conditions. The results showed that the trehalose lipid and rhamnolipid biosurfactants provide an increase in crop yields on 19-23% as well as the yield quality. The obtained data allowed to suggest a possible mechanism for the influence of surfactants on the plant growth.

This study presents an in-depth investigation of the critical stretch based failure criterion in ordinary state-based peridynamics for both static and dynamic conditions. Seven different cases are investigated to determine the effect of the failure parameter on peridynamic forces between material points and dilatation. Based on crack opening displacement (COD) results from both peridynamics and finite element analysis, it was found that one of the seven cases provides the best agreement between the two approaches. This particular case is further investigated by considering the influence of the discretisation and the horizon sizes on COD and crack propagation speeds. Moreover, PD predictions of COD for PMMA material is analysed with the theory of dynamic fracture mechanics and compared with the fracture experiments. It is shown that the peridynamic model can correctly model, simulate and predict the behaviour of the crack under different loading conditions. Furthermore, the presented PD models capture accurate fracture phenomena, specifically the crack path, branching angles and crack propagation speeds, which are in good agreement with experimental results.

The electrochemical method of synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using ‘sacrificial’ silver anode as a source of Ag+, microbial origin surfactant (rhamnolipid, RL) as a stabiliser of AgNPs and electric current as a reducer is presented. Using of cyclic voltammetry it was determined that RL concentration and temperature are the main factors influencing the rate of anodic dissolution of silver and cathodic reduction of the formed complex [AgRL]+. Increasing of RL concentration leads to increasing of the cathodic currents that indicate the increase of the rate of AgNPs formation. With increasing the temperature from 40 to 60°C the values of the anode and cathodic currents increase to 1.5 times, this indicates the predominant diffusion nature of the influence of the temperature on the synthesis of AgNPs. Obtained AgNPs were investigated using transmission electron microscopy and it was found that increasing of concentration of surfactant leads to decreasing of the size of AgNPs, whereas increasing of temperature, on the contrary, leads to increasing of mean size of AgNPs. Synthesised AgNPs showed significant antimicrobial activity against the bacterial phytopathogens Xanthomonas campestris and Agrobacterium tumefaciens. It has been shown that AgNPs stabilised by RL are characterised by low phytotoxicity.

The study analyzed the prevalence of hypertension and impaired melatonin-forming function of the epiphysis in patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease treated with hemodialysis. The relationship between epiphysis dysfunction and hypertension has been identified. 130 persons (50% of men) undergoing permanent hemodialysis treatment were examined. Controls were 20 healthy individuals. The determination of daytime and nighttime levels of melatonin in saliva and clinical and laboratory studies. As a result of the study it was found that for patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease undergoing treatment, there is a frequent violation of melatonin-forming function of the pineal gland (84.6%) and hypertension (78%). In hemodialysis patients, blood pressure increases are age-dependent and are determined with salivary melatonin levels.

The presence of defects in the structure requires noticeable attention and understanding of fracture mechanisms in brittle materials has to be established. Defects in the form of holes, macro- and micro-cracks are the main interest of this paper. This work investigates the dual role of holes and micro-crack arrays on toughening and degradation mechanisms in concrete structures. An ordinary state-based peridynamics (PD) model is utilized to analyse the fracture problem at the micro-level. The application of PD shows its advantage in crack-hole, macro- and micro-crack interaction problems since PD can accurately predict the contribution of defects on structural behaviour. The study of the three-point bending problem with five types of holes existing in the structure showed the crack arrest phenomena at the hole boundary and the “attraction” of the crack to propagate towards the hole. For the study of the macro- and micro-cracks interaction problem, various cases of the micro-crack distribution and inclination angles are considered and validated with analytical studies. The PD quasi-static simulations show good agreement with analytical solutions. Moreover, PD dynamic solutions show the capability of PD to capture complex crack propagation paths. It is observed that the presence of micro-cracks and holes ahead of the main crack can suppress its further propagation as well as have an influence on the crack propagation direction. The numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the PD modelling of multiple crack interaction problems.

The priority task of modern biotechnology is development of the rational technologies for the microbial synthesis of practically important products. Among these products, a significant place belongs to surfactants (biosurfactants), which are widely used in many sectors of the economy. The most problematic stage of the biosurfactants production is isolation from the post fermentative cultural liquid of bacteria-producers. Improving the efficiency of the biosurfactants production is highly dependent on rational approaches to the target products isolation. In this regard, there is an increasing need for rational, scientifically substantiated methods for their isolation and purification. Therefore, the aim of the presented work was to determine the optimal extractants for the isolation of rhamnolipid surfactants – metabolites of bacteria of Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 strain. For this purpose, the extraction process of rhamnolipids from the post fermentative cultural liquid supernatant has been investigated. The optimal extractants were selected among 13 organic solvents of different nature. Processing of the obtained experimental data by the method of multi-parameter equations of linearity of free energies (modified Koppel-Palm equation) made it possible to establish the relationship between the physicochemical properties of the extractants and amounts of the biosurfactants which were isolated from cultural liquid supernatant. It was shown that the data on the rhamnolipids extraction are adequately associated with the physicochemical characteristics of the solvents using a six-parameter linear equation. It was determined that the polarizability and molar volume are the main properties of solvents that affect the extraction process. The best extractants for the rhamnolipids isolation from cultural liquid supernatant of the Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 strain are the ethers. It can be explained by the presence of a lone pair of the electrons of oxygen in its molecule. The obtained results of the study are of scientific interest for isolation of the important and perspective biotechnological products – surface-active substances.

Widespread use of synthetic antimicrobial drugs leads to the development of antibiotic resistance of pathogenic strains of microorganisms. Therefore, today researchers are very interested in drugs based on nanoparticles of metals, in particular silver and copper, which have antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity. One of the reasons for the high interest of researchers in AgNPs as an antimicrobial agent is the significantly lower toxicity of AgNPs compared to Ag+ ions. High antibacterial efficiency of silver nano¬particles is achieved due to their developed surface, which provides maximum contact with the environment. In addition, such nanoparticles are quite small and are able to penetrate cell membranes, to affect intracellular processes from within. Therefore, the aim of this work was to obtain concentrated colloidal silver solutions stabilized by citrate anions, which simultaneously provide satisfactory stabilization of colloidal silver solutions and are non-toxic, as well as to investigate the antimicrobial action of synthesized AgNPs. The solution of citrate stabilized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have been obtained via the reaction of reduction of silver nitrate by hydrazine in alkaline medium in the presence of sodium citrate. AgNPs were investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis spectroscopy and the particles size and particles size distribution (PSD) were determined. It was observed that obtained AgNPs are mainly spherical shape. It was found that the mean diameter and PSD of AgNPs determined using TEM and UV-vis spectroscopy are close and equal to 14 and 5 nm and 15 and 4 nm respectively. Obtained solution was concentrated by evaporation at 70 C under reduced pressure up to achievement of AgNPs concentration equal to 200 mg/L. On the base of comparison of optical properties of initial silver sol and concentrated solution the minority of agglomeration of AgNPs was statement. At the same time AgNO3 test showed no change of UV-vis spectrum of concentrate that points on the absence of reducing agent in the solution; this fact indicate that hydrazine was eliminated from during the evaporation of initial AgNPs solution and obtained concentrate did not consist the toxic impurities. Antimicrobial activity of obtained citrate stabilised AgNPs against Gram-positive Bacillus subtilis and Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacterium was tested using disk diffusion method. It was found that AgNPs shown significant bactericidal effect even at low (25 mg/L) concentration as well as some higher efficiency against Gram-negative bacterium. There was also a slightly higher antimicrobial activity of the drug against gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli compared with gram-positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis, due to the different structure of cell walls. In particular, the walls of gram-positive bacteria consist mainly of peptidoglycan (murein), and gram-negative bacteria have cell walls with a layer of peptidoglycan and an outer membrane with a lipopolysaccharide component, which is not present in gram-positive bacteria. Based on the studies, it can be concluded that the proposed method of synthesis of AgNPs is suitable for obtaining highly concentrated silver sols. This method of synthesis is simple in hardware design, scalable, and the resulting colloidal solutions are stable and do not contain harmful impurities. Therefore, due to the high antibacterial activity of citrate-anion-stabilized AgNPs against certain types of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, it can be recommended for the manufacture of bactericidal drugs for biomedical purposes.

The work is devoted to the search and investigation of the properties of the effective environmentally friendly phytoremediation activators. An integrated approach was used to evaluate the effect of the compositions of thiosulfonates with rhamnolipid biosurfactant on remediation plants. The biochemical and biophysical analysis of the rapeseed and ryegrass plants grown in the oil polluted soil - photosynthetic pigments, indicators of oxidative reactions and electrical impedance characteristics were determined. When applied via pre-sowing seed treatment, the thiosulfonate-biosurfactant compositions have contributed to the reduction of the indicators of oxidative reactions in plants (malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide content) and to the increase of photosynthetic pigments content. The electrical impedance characteristics of the plants were consistent with the data of the biochemical parameters. The composition of alylthiosulfanilate with rhamnolipid biocomplex was the most effective preparation. The results testify to the effectiveness of the thiosulfonate-biosurfactant compositions for the improvement of the adaptive capability of plants to adverse conditions and prospects of their application as environmentally friendly means for soil phytoremediation.

Additive Manufacturing (AM) has gained a lot of interest due to the freedom to produce complex metal geometries directly from the designed digital model. Despite the high potential of AM, the process induced imperfections, like pores and the microstructural changes due to the layer-by-layer manufacturing, made a significant impact on the fatigue resistance and crack growth behaviour. Consequently, this work aims to evaluate the effect of microstructure and existence of pores in additively manufactured Ti6Al4V on Fatigue Crack Growth (FCG) utilizing bond-based Peridynamics (PD) fatigue model. Employing the columnar granularity and different levels of porosities indicated a substantial impact on FCG rates.

Мета. Оцінити згортуючу, антикоагулянтну та фібринолітичну активність крові у хворих на гостру ішемічну хворобу серця (ГІХС) та встановити особливості змін при поєднанні ГІХС та ЦД2. Матеріали і методи. Обстежено 60 осіб, які мали діагноз ГКС з елевацією сегмента ST, ГКС без елевації сегмента ST, нестабільна стенокардія. Серед них: 30 хворих на ГІХС (І група), 30 хворих на ГІХС у поєднанні з ЦД2 (ІІ група) та 15 практично здорових осіб (контрольна група). Середній вік хворих – 64,2±10,01 років, кількість чоловіків - 30 (50 %), жінок – 30 (50 %). Хворим визначали гемостатичні параметри у венозній крові. Результати. При загальній подібності змін антикоагулянтної системи в обох групах звертало на себе увагу значне виснаження антитромбінової активності у хворих групи ІІ, які супроводжувалися пригніченням системи ПрС. The article is devoted to the study of personal names from a cognitive point of view. The study is based on the cognitive concept that speech actually exists not in the speech, not in linguistic writings and dictionaries, but in consciousness, in the mental lexicon, in the language of the brain. The conditions for identifying personal names can encompass not only the context, encyclopedias, and reference books, but also the sound form of the word. In the communicative process, during a free associative experiment, which included a name and a recipient’s mental lexicon. The recipient was assigned a task to quickly give some association to the name. The aggregate of a certain number of reactions of different recipients forms the associative field of a proper name. The associative experiment creates the best conditions for identifying the lexeme. The definition of a monosemantic personal name primarily includes the search of what it denotes, while during the process of identifying a polysemantic personal name recipients tend have different reactions. Scientific value is posed by the effect of the choice of letters for the name, sound symbolism, etc. The following belong to the generalized forms of identification: usage of a hyperonym; synonyms and periphrases or simple descriptions; associations denoting the whole (name stimulus) by reference to its part (associatives); cognitive structures such as “stimulus — association” and “whole (stimulus) — part (associative)”; lack of adjacency; mysterious associations. The topicality of the study is determined by its perspective to identify the directions of associative identification of proper names, which is one of the branches of cognitive onomastics. The purpose of the study is to identify, review, and highlight the directions of associative identification of proper names; the object of the research is the names in their entirety and variety; its subject is the existence of names in the mental lexicon, which determines the need for singling out the directions for the associative identification of the personal names.

The article is devoted to the study of the Chinese military discourse — its peculiarities and their adequate reproduction by means of the Ukrainian language. The communicatively standardized specificity of the Chinese military discourse is represented in the article: some approaches to the study of military discourse as well as linguocultural means enabling the interpretation of the Chinese original (the military treatise “The Art of War” written by Sun Tzu) are analysed; the selection of linguistic means facilitating adequate reproduction of the Chinese military discourse in the Ukrainian language are substantiated.

The authors point out that the most important thing in personal development is consistency. The authors present the ways of forming self-development of future specialists’ in the social sphere in the conditions of professional higher education institutions by means of extracurricular activities; theoretical directions of forming students’ professional self-development by use of forms and methods of extracurricular activity are given.
