The appearance of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in 2020 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus set tasks for doctors of various specialties to quickly diagnose, treat, and develop effective rehabilitation measures. The medical communitys knowledge about the respiratory tract lesions pathogenesis course in COVID-19 is going to improve, but the key accents placement in understanding this pathology course continues today. Suspected SARS-CoV-2 virus reference points are as follows: vascular endothelial dysfunction, coagulopathy, thrombosis resembling the antiphospholipid syndrome. Treatment is carried out in accordance with general recommendations aimed at the average patient despite the higher secondary infectious complications risk in patients suffering from cancer and a high severe COVID-19 risk. A successful inpatient treatment experience in patients suffering from comorbid pulmonary pathology and a new coronavirus infection is demonstrated on a separate example. The treatment duration and the complexity of selecting a rehabilitation measures course were due to the patient's history of central squamous cell lung cancer, surgical intervention (bilobectomy), radio- and chemotherapy, as well as complications in the form of pulmonary embolism. The concomitant respiratory pathology was differentiated (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) during examination and treatment and basic therapy was selected, which made the medical rehabilitation stage more effective. The patient's condition required a more careful selection of combined anti-inflammatory, broncholytic, mucolytic, and antibacterial therapy than in patients without concomitant pathology. Treatment and a complex of rehabilitation measures, normalization of respiratory function, compensation for concomitant bronchopulmonary pathology was possible to be achieves as a result of the diagnosis of concomitant bronchopulmonary pathology. Careful diagnostic search and optimal treatment of all somatic pathology are important factors in the selection of adequate therapy for elderly patients suffering from coronavirus infection with comorbid pulmonary pathology.

Introduction. Variable analytical control methodologies are applied in monitoring over contents of low molecular weight organic compounds in ambient air. Their unification is a vital and serious challenge requiring valid substantiation and selection of optimal air sampling techniques. Our research goal was to substantiate and select an air sampling technique for chemical analysis of furan and methylfuran. Materials and methods. Our research concentrated on developing and optimizing the process of air samples preparation for chemical analysis of furan and methylfuran; examining effectiveness of furan and methylfuran sorption-desorption using various sorbents. Standard furan and methylfuran samples (≥99.0% Sigma-Aldrich), heptane solvents, sorbent tubes with Tenax, Sylochrom C-120, and coal as sorbents were used in the research. All experimental studies were aimed at testing effective procedures for taking and preparing air samples for further furan and methylfuran analysis in them. They were performed on “Kristall-5000” gas chromatographer with mass-selective detection (MSD) and 25-meter long PoraPlotQ-capillary column. Results. We comparatively analyzed the results produced by taking air samples for further detection of furan and methylfuran in them using different techniques. They included low temperature concentration; sorption on filters made of quartz microfiber and a sorbent tube with Nenax TA; sorption on a tube with Tenax TA at t=20-25 °C. The analysis enabled us to reveal an effective procedure for taking ambient air samples for further detection of furan and methylfuran in them. This procedure was low temperature concentration of low molecular weight organic compounds on a sorbent tube with Tenax TA. Limitations. The accomplished study had no limitations. Conclusion. The accomplished study allows us to recommend taking air samples during 10 minutes with consumption being 0.1 l/min for further detection of furan and methylfuran in them using low temperature concentration on a sorbent tube with Tenax TA. The achieved effectiveness is 99.2% for furan and 100% for methylfuran.

The process of forming a highly moral personality occurs, on the one hand, in the process of family upbringing, on the other, in the course of the educational process. Cultural traditions and folk art contribute to the formation and development of personality. Folk dance, being an important choreographic direction, is one of the means that support socio-cultural traditions and folk art in society. Folk dance as a means of personality formation and creative education of children performs a number of specific functions: aesthetic, ethnocultural, self-control, self-education, self-organization, self-esteem, physical activity. These functions contribute to the development of the creative abilities of the personality of children of primary school age; arouse interest in the specifics of folk culture; provide an opportunity for a constructive release of energy; satisfy the personal needs of children for a holiday, a show, a game.

This paper discusses the state of the production environment at the Birsk dairy plant. Milk and dairy products are one of the main human food products, and should be safe for microbiological indicators. Monitoring of the production environment was carried out to prevent secondary contamination of food with pathogenic microflora. The main methods of microbiological control in the production of dairy products that were used for the study are described. The paper presents the results of the sanitary and hygienic state of the air environment and drinking water of centralized water supply. Microbiological industrial monitoring of air and drinking water was carried out 4 times a year in the period from November 15 2019 to July 9 2020. 6 production facilities were selected for the study. During monitoring, microbiological parameters of the air environment were determined: NMAFAM (the number of mesophilic anaerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms), mold fungi and yeast. Microbiological parameters were determined in drinking water: total microbial number, total coliform bacteria, and thermotolerant coliform bacteria. The results of the analysis showed that the state of the production environment complies with all established norms and rules, and it is safe to produce dairy products in these conditions.

Introduction: the main purpose of this paper is to present the theoretical and practical aspects of professional and personal self-development of future professionals, the construction of the structural model and the determination of levels of self-development. The study of personal and professional self-development attributes of future professionals is of special interest to modern researchers, as well as for practicing psychologists studying the problem of self-realization and self-improvement in their professional fields. This article discusses the theoretical approaches to the study of the model and structure of personal and professional self- development. It analyses the results of the comparative empirical study of the features of students self-development with various levels of formation of motivational-semantic sphere. The authors carried out the detailed theoretical analysis of the problem of personal and professional self-development. They offer the structural model of the process, including the set of interrelated value-semantic, reflexive and regulatory components. The study revealed that the personal and professional self-development is a comprehensive system based on the active personal transformation being carried out in the course of behavior and activities self-regulation of their behavior, designed to achieve personal and professional goals. Materials and Methods: diagnostic methods were used to identify the level of self-development and personal qualities of students. Processing of the data was carried out by means of correlation, factor and cluster analysis. Results: this article considers the results of the empirical study conducted with the help of psycho-diagnostic methods aimed at identifying the level of self-development of future professionals, its structure and features. The scientifically valid results are obtained, allowing to identify the levels of self-development of students as well as to identify factors af fecting the process of self-development of future social sphere specialists. Discussion and Conclusions: the structural model of the personal-professional self-development includes a set of interconnected components: value-semantic, reflexive and regulative. The main factor influencing the process of personal and professional self- development of future professionals is the indicator of the meaningfulness of life, which is significantly associated with readiness to self-knowledge and selfdevelopment and affect the level of self-development. The desire for self-development can be considered as one of the personal and professional values, which give future professionals the opportunity to feel the meaningfulness of life, satisfaction with the process and its results, and achieve their personal and professional goals. The results of this study have several important implication for practicing psychologists who can broaden the scope of research of self-development and self- identity processes and determine the basic ways of self-realization of the young people potential in their prof essional career.

Introduction: the article considers the problem of personal and professional self-development of future specialists at the stage of higher education and the role of self-regulation in this process. The specifics and the stage of self-regulation process, among which are stages of awareness of the importance of selfdevelopment process, the formation of personal and professional goals, assessment of possible conditions of its achievement, self-programming stages of performing activities, monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of self-development purposes. Materials and Methods: the author used psychodiagnostic methods aimed at identifying the personal and profes¬sional characteristics of students. The correlation and cluster analysis was used for statistical treatment of results. Results: As a result of experimental research on personal and professional self-development of psychology students the factors were identified, which play an important role in achieving self-development purposes in the course of training. Cluster analysis revealed three groups of students with different levels of development of self-regulation, willingness to self-knowledge and self-development, and the level of self-control and self-efficacy. Discussion and Conclusions: the results show that self-regulation of students is related to such characteristics as commitment to self-development, self-attitude, self-efficacy and reflection. Professional and personal self-development of psychology students is quite a meaningful life value, which depends on the awareness of their professional and personal goals as well as on the level of formation of regulatory and reflective qualities that affect the focus and systematic process of personality .

Уделяется внимание и такому компоненту деятельности педагога, как умение организовывать общение детей, направленное на социально значимые дела на основе коллективной творческой деятельности.

Burkholderia xenovorans strain LB400, which possesses the biphenyl pathway, was engineered to contain the oxygenolytic ortho dehalogenation ( ohb ) operon, allowing it to grow on 2-chlorobenzoate and to completely mineralize 2-chlorobiphenyl. A two-stage anaerobic/aerobic biotreatment process for Aroclor 1242-contaminated sediment was simulated, and the degradation activities and genetic stabilities of LB400( ohb ) and the previously constructed strain RHA1( fcb ), capable of growth on 4-chlorobenzoate, were monitored during the aerobic phase. The population dynamics of both strains were also followed by selective plating and real-time PCR, with comparable results; populations of both recombinants increased in the contaminated sediment. Inoculation at different cell densities (10 4 or 10 6 cells g −1 sediment) did not affect the extent of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) biodegradation. After 30 days, PCB removal rates for high and low inoculation densities were 57% and 54%, respectively, during the aerobic phase.

The Gram-positive bacterium Rhodococcus sp. strain RHA1, naturally containing the biphenyl pathway, was electroporated with a broad host range plasmid containing the 4-chlorobenzoate (4-CBA) degradation operon (fcb) isolated from Arthrobacter globiformis strain KZT1. The recombinant strain grew in medium containing 4-CBA and 4-chlorobiphenyl (4-CB) as the only source of carbon, with stoichiometric release of chloride and a molar growth yield on 4-CB that suggested utilization of both biphenyl rings. In resting cell assays, similar rates of degradation were observed for wild-type and recombinant strains for the most common eight congeners from the anaerobic dechlorination of Aroclor 1242, but the recombinant strain accumulated lower amounts of chlorinated meta-cleavage products and no 4-CBA. Recombinant cells inoculated at 10(4) cells/g into nonsterile soil amended with 4-CB grew to 6-10(5) cells/g, a density consistent with the 4-CB consumed. 4-CB was removed only in the inoculated soil, and the recombinant strain did not grow in the same soil when it was not amended with 4-CB. The fcb operon remained stable in the recombinant strain reisolated from soil after 60 days. This work provides proof of concept that a Rhodococcus strain constructed to grow on a PCB would grow in nonsterile soil if the appropriate chlorobiphenyl is available.

Cloning and expression of the aromatic ring dehalogenation genes in biphenyl-growing, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-cometabolizing Comamonas testosteroni VP44 resulted in recombinant pathways allowing growth on ortho - and para -chlorobiphenyls (CBs) as a sole carbon source. The recombinant variants were constructed by transformation of strain VP44 with plasmids carrying specific genes for dehalogenation of chlorobenzoates (CBAs). Plasmid pE43 carries the Pseudomonas aeruginosa 142 ohb genes coding for the terminal oxygenase (ISP OHB ) of the ortho -halobenzoate 1,2-dioxygenase, whereas plasmid pPC3 contains the Arthrobacter globiformis KZT1 fcb genes, which catalyze the hydrolytic para -dechlorination of 4-CBA. The parental strain, VP44, grew only on low concentrations of 2- and 4-CB by using the products from the fission of the nonchlorinated ring of the CBs (pentadiene) and accumulated stoichiometric amounts of the corresponding CBAs. The recombinant strains VP44(pPC3) and VP44(pE43) grew on, and completely dechlorinated high concentrations (up to 10 mM), of 4-CBA and 4-CB and 2-CBA and 2-CB, respectively. Cell protein yield corresponded to complete oxidation of both biphenyl rings, thus confirming mineralization of the CBs. Hence, the use of CBA dehalogenase genes appears to be an effective strategy for construction of organisms that will grow on at least some congeners important for remediation of PCBs.
