The phenotypic consolidation of firstborn cows Ukrainian Red-and-White dairy breed of different lines by conformation type was studied. Cows were evaluated according to the method of linear classification in the herd of breeding farm PAE "Piskivs'ke" Bakhmatsky district of Chernihiv region. The degree of phenotypic consolidation of lines was determined by formulas of Yu. P. Polupan (2005). Regardless of the line representation, the highest degree of phenotypic consolidation was found in the set of traits that characterize udder with coefficients ranging from K = 0.200 (Inganse line) to K = 0.393 (Kevelie line). According to the complex of conformation traits that characterize expression of dairy type in cows, the best were consolidated daughter descendants of Inganse (K = 0.309) and Kevelie lines (K = 0.335). Offsprings of two pedigree lines Siteishn (K = 0.015) and R. Sovering (K = 0.049) have a low degree of phenotypic consolidation by set of dairy-type body parts. A similar situation in determining the degree of phenotypic consolidation was observed for a group of body parts characterizing body development. The best consolidated were animals Inganse (K = 0.267) and Kevelie (K = 0.395), and the worst - Siteshn (K = 0.048) and Valiant (K = 0.042) lines. According to the assessment of descriptive traits within studied lines, following body parts were distinguished by positive values of phenotypic consolidation coefficients : rump height (K = 0.127-273), body depth (K = 0.092-0.328), rear width (K = 0.033-0.363), front udder part attachment (K = 0.041-0.227), dairy type (K = 0.143-0.385), and negative - hooves condition (K = -0.264… -0.046). Analyzing the results of research, it can be argued that practical application of phenotypic consolidation coefficients as objective evaluation criteria will allow in the future to control consolidation of genealogical formations and other breeding groups of animals both by conformation type and another selection traits.

The purpose of the article is to find out the significance of the state standard for the design of documentsDSTU 4163: 2020 in the system of valid documents on reference and unification of documentary texts; toanalyze the new state standard DSTU 4163: 2020 in comparison with its analog of 2003, the Resolution ofthe Cabinet of Ministers, to identify discrepancies in their texts and to make proposals for their elimination.The study emphasizes that this DSTU, like other national standards, over time has lost its binding legal statusand has become a recommendation, and the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers continue to be binding.The methodology of research is based on the application of the principles of systematicity, scientificity, andhistoricism and makes it possible to trace the development of normative documentation. Classical methodsof analysis, synthesis, and comparison help to compare the texts of several documents, creating a system ofscientific information. It is through the use of special and general philosophical research methods that it ispossible to analyze normative documents in the context of their practicality and relevance. The scientificnovelty of the study is to determine the features of the requirements for the design of documents in the newstandard and justify their feasibility in relation to current needs. The comparative analysis of texts of documentsis carried out and discrepancies of registration of examples and the text of DSTU are revealed. Conclusions.The main feature and difference of DSTU 4163: 2020 from other documents that determine the procedureand requirements for the execution of documents is its extension to all types of documentation created in theactivities of various organizations, regardless of their carrier. The new standard has been improved to meettoday’s requirements, focusing not only on paper documents but also on electronic ones, as they now occupya leading position in any activity.Keywords: office work, unification of documentary texts, state standard, electronic document

This article discusses methods for hiding data in digital images by using pseudo-random sequences and direct spread spectrum technology. We propose a new method of forming sequences that takes into account the statistical properties of cover images. This allows you to achieve low correlation, which provides reliable and safe hiding of information in digital images. The results of experimental studies show that the bit error rate in the recovered messages is significantly reduced. At the same time, distortions of cover images remain at the same level.

Objectives The article is dedicated to the strategic risk management used at an enterprise. Is also analyzes the conditions for the emergence and influence of risks on economic security of an enterprise. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of risks on economic security of an enterprise. Material and methods The used methods and approaches that ensure the consistency of the study of the strategic risk management. These are dialectic method, logical and historical approach, statistical method, system analysis and generalization. Results The article has studied strategic approaches to the risks management. The scheme is developed, with the help of which it is possible to determine the level of risk. Depending on the specifics of this risk, strategies for responding to the impact of a risk situation are described. Conclusions The methods of managing risky suggested allow studying the ways to minimize risks at an enterprise and ensure the achievement of strategic goals.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of the study on a comprehensive methodological approach to assessing the economic efficiency of land reclamation projects in the context of sustainable soil management in the agricultural sector. The theoretical bases of determination of economic efficiency of land reclamation investment-innovation projects are generalized. The scientific and methodical principles of determination of economic efficiency of soil reclamation and reclamation investment-innovation projects are formed. The scientific and applied approaches to the determination of economic efficiency were worked out on the example of a concrete reclamation investment and innovation project, which made it possible for a first time to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the economic efficiency of the project of reclamation plowing of solonetz chestnut under non-irrigated conditions, from the point of view of systemic, situational and interdisciplinary approaches. A macroeconomic assessment of the economic efficiency of a land reclamation project in Ukraine was carried out.
