El presente trabajo trata sobre un Plan para atención al usuario en el servicio de salud IPS Llanos y busca mejorar la atención y direccionamiento de los usuarios en la IPS. Llanos, ubicada en San Martin Meta El documento presenta un contexto, planteamiento del problema, unas propuestas, los resultados esperados, y unas conclusiones; estos numerales que se trabajan en el desarrollo del escrito muestran una guía para saber cómo está la atención y direccionamiento a los pacientes en el servicio de salud. A través de este documento presentado fue posible obtener una pauta que permite a los trabajadores de esta entidad (IPS Llanos) poder dar una solución y un mejor servicio a los usuarios. This written paper is about the plan of customer health service for the entity IPS LLANOS and the objective is to improve the customer service in this IPS. This document starts with the context, the problema statement, a solution proposal, the expected results, beneffits and objectives. This items are solve in the development of the document and show a guide for knowing hoy is the attention for patients in the health service.
