JRR-3(Japan Research Reactor No.3)は、最大熱出力20MWの低濃縮ウラン軽水減速軽水冷却プール型研究用原子炉である。平成2年11月から改造後の供用運転を開始し、各種照射設備及び中性子ビーム実験装置を装備した原子炉施設として高い中性子束を利用者に提供している。現在は、平成23年3月11日の東日本大震災の影響により延長していた施設定期自主検査期間を経て、新規制基準の適合性に対応し、約10年ぶりとなる運転の再開を果たしている。早期運転再開を目指す施設定期自主検査期間中の平成29年度には、保全計画に基づく1次冷却材熱交換器No.1及びNo.2の開放点検を実施した。本報告書は1次冷却材熱交換器の開放点検について、点検記録及び点検実績を纏めるとともに今後の点検保守に資するためのものである。, JRR-3 (Japan Research Reactor No.3) is a light water research reactor cooling pool type light water deceleration of low-enriched uranium up to 20MW thermal power. Currently, JRR-3 has completed the period of facility inspections, which had been extended due to the effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011, and has been able to conformity to the New Regulatory Requirements. It has also resumed operation for the first time in about 10 years. FY 2017, overhauled the primary cooling heat exchanger No.1 and No.2 based on a maintenance plan. This is report for take advantage what inspection and maintenance of future about overhaul of the primary cooling system heat exchanger for collect of inspection records and performance.

国立国語研究所 研究系 言語変異研究領域 プロジェクト非常勤研究員, Adjunct Researcher, Language Variation Division, Research Department, NINJAL, 現在は一般に用いられることの少なくなった磁気テープ，レコード等の記録メディアに保存されている日本語等の音声記録資料が国内外に数多く存在する。その量は再生時間に換算すると数10年分には相当するであろう。言語研究をはじめとする多くの目的でそれらをディジタルデータとして保存し，内容を書きおこし，公開することが望まれているが，それぞれの段階で莫大な時間や費用がかかることから，現在の技術でそれら全てを実現することは困難が伴う。また，記録メディアの種類により適切な再生システムを選定する必要性も生じる。本論文では，膨大な数の過去のアナログ記録メディアからの音声情報を，磁気テープの種類に依らずに高速に読み取る手法について検討を行った結果を示す。, There are many audio recordings of Japanese in both Japan and abroad, stored on recording media such as magnetic tapes and records, which are generally no longer used today. The total amount of material would be equivalent to decades of playback time. It is desirable that these should be stored as digital data, with their contents transcribed and made public, for linguistic research and many other purposes. However, the conversion process takes a great deal of time and is very costly at each phase. Therefore, it is difficult to convert all the material with current technology. Additionally, it is necessary to select an appropriate reproduction system based on the type of recording medium.
