The aim of this work is to describe the social problems in the time in which Amos lived and compare them with today's social problems in the area where the book Amos takes place.

Master's thesis was focused on enjoyment from reading. The aim of the thesis was to analyze and after that characterize, where the enjoyment from reading lies, which factors do affect it, which elements of titel do participate on iit, by different respondents based on qualitative survey. The first part of thesis was dedicated to theoretical treatise about enjoyment generally and enjoyment from art. Focus was placed on conception of reader and author, on reading and literary work from literry theory point of view. In practical part was at first introduced and commented set of questions, that was used as a tool for enjoyment study together with methodology of qualitative research. After that my answers on questions focused on immediate enjoyment and perception were submitted also with expected answers from respondents, following the elaboration of respondents reader's profiles nad their enjoyment from reading. The analyzes of answers related to respondent's enjoyment were part of annexes. The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out how beginning teachers perceive the influence of the higher education and the support of the school environment in the course of their first years of practice and also how they subsequently propose to improve the quality of the higher education and the support of the school environment. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with twelve beginning teachers with a one to five years of experience. The data were processed by the method of the grounded theory. It was discovered that the beginning teachers' perception of the higher education and the support of the school environment is influenced not only by the form of those two elements but also by the teachers' perceived problems, which are very individual. The factors that cause the individuality of the problems and subsequently the point of views of the beginning teachers are discussed in the thesis. It is not possible to determine the form of the higher education and the support of the school environment that would suit everyone given the individuality of the beginning teachers' views. In the Czech Republic it is possible through the so called Basic Preventive Programme to encounter not only the term "substance addiction", but also the term "non-substance addiction". In which way is the prevention of addictions performed and can we also find this comprehensive approach to the prevention of addictions in the schools of foreign countries? For comparison with the Czech Republic I chose two countries: Finland and Great Britain. The main aim of my work was based on an analysis of the school-based prevention programs and other preventive activities in the schools of each country to determine the current school preventive approaches. Furthermore, it was based on the curricular documents of the countries to identify which subjects or cross-cutting themes are involved in the prevention of substance and non-substance addictions. Finally, I wanted to summarize, from the obtained information, to what extent do the schools of the particular countries realize the prevention of substance and non-substance addictions. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in Hradec Kralove region during years 2005 - 2013. It focuses on the development of the level of registered unemployment and discusses the supply and demand side of the regional labor market. The supply side is characterized by gender, age, education and duration of unemployment of job applicants. The analysis of the demand side is focused on the development of unemployment in various sectors and industries of the national economy. Then the thesis assesses some of the tools of active labor market policy, especially regional individual projects. Registered unemployment rate in the Hradec Kralove region oscillates in a relatively favorable terms, however, as a result of the economic crisis has worsened the situation. Based on the analysis, it was found that the most prone county to high rates of unemployment is Trutnov and the most prone group of citizens to unemployment are the long-term unemployed people. I also came to conclusion that selected active labour market policy has a positive influence on the labour market in that region. The final recommendations of this thesis is to focus on the Trutnov county and the most prone groups of citizens to unemployment in a more proper way.

The first part of this thesis informs about the Bible in general, its origin, division, language and translations. Translations into the Czech language are looked at in greater detail as well as various adaptions that are at disposal of Czech high school teachers. One of the chapters discusses biblical phrases and shows the way they have infiltrated Czech culture. The Intertextuality and the Bible chapter looks at all the literary works that have their origins in the Bible. It also offers a text which may be used during literature classes. The second part of the thesis discusses school documents and text books as related to the Bible. After Czech general educational programs analysis, the thesis offers options on various ways of implementing some of the general educational programs targets during classes, both in Language and Communication or Man and Society educational area. There follows an analysis of three individual school educational programs, each of which addresses the Bible differently, works with it in a different grade and in different areas. Chapters concerning textbooks discuss what information and texts are made available to the students and evaluate these. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the business relations between the Czech Republic and Colombia and to compare both cultures. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the general characteristics of Colombia. The second chapter is focused on the economic situation of Colombia, which includes the analysis of macroeconomic indicators and a description of international trade. The third chapter introduces the Czech-Colombian business relations, which includes the trade balance, the commodity structure of export and import, and most important Czech companies featured on the Colombian market. The following chapter is devoted to cultural and business specifics, including a comparison of both countries according to Geert Hosfede. The last chapter includes interviews with specialists of Colombian market.

This study, called "THE ROLE OF NATURE IN THE LYRICS OF JABLKOŇ MUSIC BAND", deals with an analysis of lyrics of these songs: Bláznivá, Červený tváře, Pastýřka putující k dubnu, Ráno, Vracím se domů a Tak mě zase zpátky zavolej. Most of them were written by Michal Němec, the only exception is the song called Tak mě zase zpátky zavolej, written by Zuzana Wirthová. The study includes also an interview with Michal Němec, divided into two parts: one with general questions (in which he explains how he writes lyrics, what relationship he has towards poetry, or how he perceives lyrics and nature in general), and one with questions trying to detail and specify analysis of the chosen songs. By analysing the lyrics (understood as a modern alternative to poetry - as the general interest of public in poetry is getting weaker and weaker) this study is trying to find out, how a specific author works with motives of nature in his lyrics, what his aims are, and what role the nature motives play in the text and what it can bring to the audience. Requirements for changes in nursing care on the part of top management Abstract At present, nursing care has been experiencing a great progress. Implementation of the nursing process as a working method has been striven for. The educational system for non-medical workers has been changing. Nurses holding top managerial posts should have competence to lead and manage people effectively in the ever changing nursing environment. To acquire information necessary for achievement of the set goals, a quantitative research was employed. Within the framework of the quantitative research, the questioning method using a questionnaire was selected. The questionnaires concerned were sent to top managers among nurses and doctors working in medical centres all over the Czech Republic. The thesis had three objectives defined. First, to discover what prerequisites top managers miss to be able to implement the changes concerned in the area of nursing care. Second, to discover top managers´ opinions on the system of nursing care provision. Third, to identify differences between requirements for the nursing process method on the part of top managers {--} nurses and top managers {--} doctors. Based on these objectives, four hypotheses were formulated. The hypothesis no. I: The current situation does not allow top managers operating in health service to implement changes in nursing care in practice. This hypothesis has been confirmed. The hypothesis no. 2: Top managers do not require group nursing care as a prerequisite for the implementation of nursing care changes. This hypothesis has not been confirmed. The hypothesis no. III: Representatives of nurses in managerial posts promote the nursing process application as a prerequisite for changes concerning nursing care. This hypothesis has been confirmed. The hypothesis no. IV: Representatives of medicine doctors in managerial posts do not promote the nursing process application as a method of nurses´ work. This hypothesis has not been confirmed. As far as the results of this diploma thesis are concerned, we were trying to outline possible solutions of the issues concerning changes in nursing care. Top managers are recommended to stimulate critical thinking in their employees in the course of work in the nursing process. It is beneficial to improve communication on the managerial level in hospitals, and in addition, to obtain feedback from subordinates with respect to continuing education, to identify effectiveness and needs relating to education on the part of employees and to enable them to participate in the process of the respective changes implementation. To train function nurses in such changes management. To implement a programme aiming at continual quality improvement.

The subject of this diploma thesis is to characterize the requirements on legal stay of foreign employees in the Czech Republic, their employment and recognition of their qualification. Topics found in the literature and associated to international migration of employees in medical facilities, topics associated to their legal stay in the Czech Republic, rules of employing them and rules of recognition of their qualification are described in theoretical part of my diploma thesis. The main goal of the practical part is to find out what is the state in 2 medical facilities which took part in my research. And to compare them from the perspective of their quality, according to the structure of all professions and work adjustment of foreign employees.
