Noticeboard is the most crucial element of any organization. It is used in public utility places for people awareness. In educational institutions, it is used for awareness of student, staff, faculty members etc. Most of the institutes are still using conventional noticeboards. It follows a lengthy procedure to display notices. By replacing this conventional noticeboard with a smart wireless noticeboard, information dissemination will be easier, faster and time saving in a paperless community. The main objective of this system is to design and implement an adaptable smart notice board system that enables staff to keep their peers and students up-to-date. In this project a smart wireless noticeboard system is designed based on IOT using Raspberry Pi for fast, secure and authenticate information dissemination. The proposed system post notices through a website designed especially for sending notices from anywhere and data can be viewed on digital display connected with Raspberry Pi. To implement this system a variety of tools and technologies are used such as MySQL, HTML, CSS PHP, python etc. Raspberry Pi is used for providing wireless connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. It interacts with other devices and systems to receive commands and update the noticeboard instantly. The sender will update noticeboard by logging in and posting notice through created website via internet. This notice shall be in text/image/pdf format and reflected on noticeboard within a fraction of second with fast internet connectivity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
