Purposes ：To explore the effect of 3D printing technique for the surgical treatment of acetabular fractures and provide reference for improving clinical curative effect.Methods ：94 acetabular fracture patients from 2006 to 2016 were cl assified into conditional group, according to the Judet-Letournel classification were divided into simple fracture group 43 cases and complex fracture group 51 cases. 46 acetabular fracture patients were classified into 3D group since 2017, according to Letournel classification were divided into 25 cases of simple fracture group and complex fracture group of 21 cases. Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perioperative blood transfusion, time of intraoperative fluoroscopy and postoperative drainage, surgical imaging results analysis, postoperative functional recovery of hip, postoperative complications were compared between traditional and 3D group respectively in simple and complicated fracture. Results：In simple fracture, there were no significantly difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perioperative blood transfusion, time of intraoperative fluoroscopy and postoperative drainage, surgical imaging results analysis, postoperative functional recovery of hip, postoperative complications between traditional and 3D group(P>0.05)In complicated fracture, there were significantly difference in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perioperative blood transfusion, times of intraoperative fluoroscopy, surgical imaging results, functional recovery of the hip, incidence of incision infection between conditional and 3D group(PConclusion ：The 3D printing technique of assisted surgical treatment of simple acetabular fractures had no significant effect on operation time, intraoperative blood loss, perioperative blood transfusion, intraoperative perspective and postoperative drainage; and 3D printing technology for patients with complicated acetabular fractures auxiliary Surgical treatment can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss and perioperative blood transfusion, and reduce the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy; 3D printing technology can reduce the risk of postoperative wound infection, regardless of the use of complicated surgical treatment of acetabular fractures.

ncRNA involves in osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs). WNT5A participates in the growth and development of osteogenic differentiation. This study aims to investigate whether lncRNA MALAT1 regulates BMSCs osteogenesis through WNT5A. qRT-PCR was done to detect the lncRNA MALAT1 level and osteogenic markers in osteoporosis patients and control groups. The above markers and WNT5A protein levels were detected by Western blot. The degree of osteogenic differentiation was detected by ALP activity assay and ALP staining. The differentiation ability of BMSCs after lncRNA MALAT1 overexpression was detected by ARS staining. The binding site of lncRNA MALAT1 to WNT5A was determined by dual luciferase reporter assay. lncRNA MALAT1 expression was higher in patients with osteoporosis, and decreased significantly with increased osteogenic induction. Overexpression of lncRNA MALAT1 in BMSCS reduced WNT5A level, while interference with lncRNA MALAT1 increased WNT5A levels. In cells with overexpression of lncRNA MALAT1, transfection of si-WNT5A can significantly downregulate the RUNX2, OSX, ALP, OCN, OPN, and COL1A1, thereby inhibiting osteogenic differentiation, interfering with the regulation of WNT signaling pathway and regulating BMSCs osteogenic differentiation. lncRNA MALAT1 and WNT5A can regulate BMSCs osteogenesis, thus accelerating the progression of osteoporosis.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the polarization of peripheral blood monocytes in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and to determine the correlations between monocyte polarization and inflammation and structural damage. A total of 120 AS patients, 50 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and 100 healthy controls were enrolled in the study. M1 (CD68+CD192+) and M2 (CX3CR1+CD163+) monocytes were characterized by flow cytometry. Demographic, clinical, radiographic and laboratory data were collected and analyzed. A large increase in M2 (CX3CR1+CD163+) monocytes was observed in AS, and M2/M1 ratio was 7.18 ± 6.12, 2.54 ± 3.14 and 35.61 ± 20.04 in control, RA and AS, respectively. The combustion oscillation characteristics in the lean premixed prevaporized (LPP) combustor at different equivalence ratios and inlet velocities of the combustor were experimentally investigated. Acoustic modal analysis was carried out to identify the acoustic eigenmodes in the LPP combustor. The flame structures under different operating conditions were investigated. The evolution laws of flame structures, coordinates and velocities of the flame centers, and heat release rates throughout a combustion oscillation cycle were investigated by phase-locked OH planar laser-induced fluorescence (PLIF). The result shows that there is a periodical process of flame roll-up for the flame close to the LPP combustor axis and a periodical process of separation and consolidation for the flame far from the LPP combustor axis. The spatial distribution of the normalized Rayleigh index in the LPP combustor was calculated to determine the driving zones of the combustion oscillation. The paper presents an experimental investigation of the thermoacoustic oscillations detection in a lean premixed pre-evaporation (LPP) combustor using acoustic signals. The LPP model combustion chamber oscillation combustion test platform was designed and built, and the combustion chamber oscillation combustion conditions of the sound - pressure - thermal parameters contrast experiment was complete. In this experiment, the thermal parameters signal, the acoustic signal and the dynamic pressure signal were collected under the oscillation state and the transition state (ignition condition, stable to the oscillation combustion condition, the oscillation to the stable combustion condition and the flameout condition), and been analyzed comparatively. The experimental result shows that the acoustic signal and pressure signal can reflect the changing of the main frequency in the combustion chamber. That is, at the same inlet air flow, the main frequency of the combustion chamber is proportional to the thermal load, while at the same fuel flow, the main frequency of the combustion chamber does not change with the changing of air flow. In addition, the frequency multiplication of the acoustic signal is more obvious than the pressure signal’s, which show that the interference of the acoustic signal is less, it can clearly reflect the thermoacoustic oscillation in the combustion chamber. In the transition state, the pulse energy of the acoustic signal is obviously increased after ignition. The main frequency energy increases when the working condition begins to change in the stable to the oscillation combustion condition. The main frequency energy decreases when the working condition begins to change in the oscillation to the stable combustion condition. During the flameout condition, the oscillating energy begins to decay from the high frequency region. For the acoustic signal is less disturbed than the pressure signal and it can obtained the same result with the pressure signal in the oscillation state and the transition state, it can replace the pressure signal in the thermoacoustic coupling oscillation analysis of the lean premixed pre-evaporation combustor the lean premixed pre-evaporation combustor.

Epidural fibrosis (EF) is a common complication for the patients who underwent laminectomy. Recently, EF is thought to cause recurrent postoperative pain after laminectomy. Resveratrol has been shown to exert its anti-inflammatory, antifibrotic, and antiproliferative multifaceted properties. The object of this study was to investigate the effects of resveratrol on the prevention of postlaminectomy EF formation in laminectomy rats. A controlled double-blinded study was performed on 60 healthy adult Sprague-Dawley rats that underwent lumbar laminectomy at the L1-L2 levels. They were divided randomly into 3 groups (1, 2, and 3) of 20 rats each—group 1: resveratrol treatment group; group 2: resveratrol dilution saline treatment group; group 3: sham group (rats underwent laminectomy without treatment). All rats were killed 4 weeks after operation. The Rydell score, hydroxyproline content, vimentin cells density, fibroblasts density, and inflammatory factors expressional levels all suggested better results in resveratrol group than the other two groups. Resveratrol is able to inhibit fibroblasts proliferation, and TGF-β1 and IL-6 expressions and prevent epidural fibrosis in postlaminectomy rat.
