Bu çalışmada, EuCl3 ile katkılanmış poli (4-vinilpridin-ko-akrilamid) {P(4-VP-ko-AAm)/EuCl3} hidrojel kompozit adsorbent olarak kullanılarak atıksulardan naftol yeşili B boyasının giderim verimliliği araştırılmıştır. Naftol yeşili B adsorpsiyon verimliliğinin pH, adsorbent madde miktarı, başlangıç naftol yeşili B boya konsantrasyonu, sıcaklık ve temas süresi gibi değişkenlere bağımlılığı kesikli sistemde incelenmiştir. En yüksek giderim verimi 30 mg/L başlangıç naftol yeşili B konsantrasyonu, 0,05 g/100 mL P(4-VP-ko-AAm)/EuCl3 dozajı, pH=5,42 ve 25 °C sıcaklıkta %98,40 olarak elde edilmiştir. Deneysel denge verileri Langmuir izoterm modeli ile daha iyi uyum sağlamıştır. Kinetik sonuçlar, adsorpsiyon prosesinin hız belirleme basamaklarından biri olarak iç difüzyon ile yalancı ikinci derece kinetiği ile tanımlanabileceğini göstermiştir. Elde edilen deneysel sonuçlar, adsorbent olarak P(4-VP-ko-AAm)/EuCl3 hidrojeli kullanılarak naftol yeşili B boyasının başarılı bir şekilde atıksulardan giderilebileceğini göstermiştir., In this study, the removal efficiency of naphthol green B dye from wastewater was investigated by using poly(4-vinylpyridine-co-acrylamide) {P(4-VP-co-AAm)/EuCl3} hydrogel composite adsorbent doped with EuCl3. The dependence of naphthol green B adsorption efficiency on variables such as pH, amount of adsorbent substance, initial naphthol green B dye concentration, temperature and contact time were investigated in batch system. The highest removal efficiency was found as 30 mg/L initial naphthol green B concentration, 0.05 g/100 mL P(4-VP-co-AAm)/EuCl3 dosage, pH=5.42 and 98.40% at 25 °C. has been obtained. Experimental equilibrium data were in better agreement with the Langmuir isotherm model. The kinetic results showed that the adsorption process can be described by pseudo-second-order kinetics with internal diffusion as one of the rate-determining steps. Obtained experimental results showed that naphthol green B dye can be successfully removed from wastewater by using P(4-VP-co-AAm)/EuCl3 hydrogel as adsorbent.

In this study, Poly(ε-CL-co-MMA) was synthesized and its composites have been prepared. Methyl methacrylate monomer was polymerized by the ATRP method in the presence of twoarmed macroinitiator Poly(ε-CL-NCl2). The composites of the copolymer were prepared with bentonite, which is a montmorillonite rate of 3%, 6% and 15% and their dispersion in the polymer was examined. Composites are prepared by dispersing method. The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA and SEM anaylsis methods. Different electrical properties of polymer / MMT composites were investigated with impedance analyzer device. Therefore, the effect of montmorillonite on the copolymers was examined depend on the frequency and temperature as electrical. It was observed that electrical properties of polymers prepared with clay were higher than pure polymer., Bu çalışmada -Poli-(ε-CL-co-MMA) kopolimeri sentezlenerek, bu polimerin kompozitleri hazırlanmıştır. Metil metakrilat monomeri, 2 kollu makrobaşlatıcı olan -Poli- (ε-CL-NCl2) varlığında ATRP metoduyla polimerleştirilmiştir. Sentezlenen kopolimerin %3, %6 ve %15 oranlarında bir montmorillonit olan bentonit ile kompozitleri hazırlanmış ve polimer içindeki dağılımları incelenmiştir. Kompozitler dispers etme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kopolimerin yapısı FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, TGA ve SEM analiz yöntemleri ile karakterize edilmiştir. Empedans analizör cihazı ile polimer/MMT kompozitlerinin farklı elektriksel özellikleri araştırıldı. Bu sebeple, kopolimerlerin üzerindeki montmorillonitin etkisi elektriksel olarak frekans ve sıcaklığa bağlı olarak incelendi. Kil ile hazırlanmış kopolimerlerin elektriksel özelliklerinin, katkısız polimere göre daha yüksek değerlerde çıktığı gözlenmiştir.

Bu çalışmada önce metilmetakrilat makromonomeri ile ?-kaprolakton (?-CL) esaslı makrobaşlatıcı sentezi yapıldı. Bu amaçla, 4-klormetil-7-hidroksi kumarin başlatıcısı kullanılarak, ATRP metoduyla metilmetakrilat?ın homopolimeri sentezlendi. 7-Hidroksi kumarin uçlu PMMA?ın metakriloilklorür ile açilleme reaksiyonundan metilmetakrilat makromonomeri hazırlandı. ?-Kaprolakton?un halka açılma polimerizasyonundan hazırlanan P(?-CL) klorasetilklorür ile sentezinden makrobaşlatıcı hazırlandı. Bu makrobaşlatıcı ile makromonomer, farklı ticari monomerlerle ATRP yöntemiyle bloklaştırılarak tarak tipi blok kopolimerler sentezlendi. Ayrıca, makromonomerin benzilmetakrilat (BMA) ve akrilonitril (AN) ile serbest radikalik polimerizasyonu sonucu tarak tipi kopolimerleri hazırlandı. Yapı karakterizasyonunda, FT-IR, 1H ve 13C-NMR teknikleri kullanıldı. Tarak kopolimerlerin, termal davranışları karşılaştırmalı olarak DSC ve TGA ile ölçüldü. Ortalama molekül ağırlıkları ve polidispersiteleri GPC ile ölçüldü. Serbest radikalik polimerizasyon ile sentezlenen tarak tipi kopolimerlerin monomer reaktivite oranları Kelen Tüdös (K-T) ve Finemann Ross (F-R) metodları ile hesaplandı.Klor uçlu makromonomer dietanol amin ile modifikasyonundan hazırlanan amin uçlu polimer brom krezol yeşili ile boyar madde tutma özelliği araştırıldı. Ubbellohde viskozimetresi kullanılarak tarak tipi polimerlerin viskozite ölçümleri yapıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlardan intrinsink viskoziteleri hesaplandı. Farklı ısıtma hızlarındaki bozunma eğrilerinden yararlanılarak Flyn-Wall-Ozawa metoduna göre, tarak tipi kopolimerlerin termal bozunmaya yönelik aktivasyon enerjileri hesaplandı.Hazırlanan tarak tipi kopolimerlerin dielektrik davranışları impedans analizör cihazı ile ölçüldü. Tarak tipi kopolimerlerin dielektrik sabiti (??), dielektrik kayıp faktörü (???), AC-elektrik iletkenliği (?), susseptans (Bp) ve impedans (IZI) değerleri; sıcaklık ve frekansın bir fonksiyonu olarak incelendi. For this purpose, homopolymerization of methylmethacrylate was prepared by ATRP method by using 4-chloro methyl-7-hydroxy coumarin as a initiator. Methylmethacrylate macromonomer was synthesized from acylation reaction of methacryloyl chloride with 7-hydroxy coumarin ended PMMA. The macroinitiator was prepared from reaction of chlorine acetylchloride P(?-CL) synthesized by ring opening polymerization of ?-caprolactone. Also, the comb type copolymers containing macromonomer synthesized by free radical polymerization of benzylmethacrylate (BMA) and acrylonitrile (AN). The FT-IR, 1H and 13C-NMR techniques for structural characterization were used mainly. The thermal behavior of comb type copolymers was measured by DSC and TGA in comparison with each other. The average molecular weights and the polydispersities of polymers were measured by GPC techniques. The monomer reactivity ratios for comb type copolymer systems synthesized by using free radicalic copolymerization method were determined by using Kelen-Tüdös method Kelen-Tüdös, Fineman-Ross.The polymer amine ended prepared from modification of the macromonomer chlorine ended with diethanol amine was investigated properties dye with bromine cresol green. The viscosity measurements of comb-type copolymers were carried out by using Ubbelohde viscosimeter. The activation energy for thermal degradation of comb type copolymers was calculated according to the method of Flynn-Wall-Ozawa by using decomposition curves in different heating rations.The dielectric behaviors of comb-type copolymers were measured with impedance analyzer. Dielectric permittivity (??), dielectric loss factor (???), AC-electric conductivity (?), susceptance (Bp) and empedance (IZI) values of comb-type copolymers were investigated as a function of temperature and frequency. Bu tezde, aromatik aminlerin, fenilizotiyosiyanat ve 4-metoksi-fenilizotiyosiyanat ile reaksiyonundan, N-sübstitüe-N'-feniltiyoüre ve türevleri sentezlendi. Daha sonra sentezlenen bu bileşikler, asidik ortamda sulu glioksal çözeltisi ile reflaks edildi ve N,N'-disübstitüe-4,5-dihidroksi-imidazolidin-2-tiyon bileşikleri sentezlendi. N-sübstitüe-N'-feniltiyoürenin sentezi, geleneksel ısıtma yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi. Tiyoüre türevlerinin sentezi hem klasik metod hem de mikrodalga destekli sentez metoduyla yapıldı. Mikrodalga destekli reaksiyonlar,sıcaklık ve basınç kontrollü cihazla atmosfer basınçlı ortamda gerçekleştirildi. After, the acid-catalyzed cyclocondensation in refluxing acetonitrile of aqueous glyoxal and led to the formation of the corresponding N,N'-disubstitue-4,5-dihydroxyimidazolidin-2-thiones. The synthesis of N-substitue-N'-phenylthioureas were carried out by clasic methods. Thiourea derivatives was prepared both microwave assisted synthesis and clasic methods. Microwave-assisted reaction was performed in temperature and pressure control devices with the atmospheric pressure environment. In this study, N-N’-disubstitued thiourea and N-N’-disubstituted-4,5-dihydroxy-2-imidazolidine-2-thione were prepared through the reaction of suitable primary aromatic amines with phenylisothiocyanate and 4-met- hoxyphenylisothiocyanate. The synthesis of N-N’-disubstitued thiourea were carried out by classic methods. Later, the acid-catalyzed cyclocondensation in refluxing acetonitrile of aqueous glyoxal and led to the formati- on of the corresponding N,N’-disubstitued-4,5-dihydroxyimidazolidin-2-thiones.
