The objective of this research study is to identify the degree of implementation of innovations in the field of job digitalization and to identify whether jobs allow employees to maximum autonomy in the performance of their work. This study uses Computer Assisted Self Interviewing (CASI) to meet this objective and to test the hypotheses. Data distribution and collection were conducted throughout the year 2020; the research sample includes 841 companies from the EU 27 international environment. The holistic finding is that economic sector does not show significant differences in current levels of or expectations for innovations in the field of digitalization. This finding demonstrates that digitalization is a phenomenon that is not only linked to certain specific industries of the economy, but that affects the economy as a whole. The authors’ research demonstrates that EU 27 businesses, regardless of the sector in which they operate, are aware of the need to innovate in digitalization in order to remain competitive.

Recent studies have established that the typical atmospheric and oceanic resolutions used for the CMIP5 coordinated exercise, i.e., around 40km-150km globally, are limiting factors to correctly reproduce the climate mean state and variability. In the framework of the ESiWACE project, the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) developed a coupled version of the EC-Earth 3 climate model at a groundbreaking horizontal resolution of about 15km in each climate system component. In the atmosphere, the horizontal domain was based on a spectral truncation of the atmospheric model (IFS) at T1279 (15 km) together with 91 vertical levels. The ocean component (NEMO) ran on the ORCA12 tripolar (cartesian) grid at a horizontal resolution of about 1/12° (16 km), with 75 vertical levels. This very-high-resolution (VHR) configuration was used in the Glob15km project to run a 50-year spinup from which one historical and one control simulation of 50 years each were started, following the HighResMIP protocol from CMIP6. These experiments are currently being used to identify the improvements in process representation with respect to coarser resolution and to pin down physical and dynamical reasons behind these differences induced by resolution change. The VHR coupled configuration was a great benchmark to reveal the most critical scalability problems of the EC-Earth 3 model. Within the ESiWACE2 project, those issues have been tackled to allow operational climate predictions at more than 1 SYPD (Simulated Years Per Day) with production-mode configurations. The new Tco639-ORCA12 configuration is based on the community EC-Earth 4 model, made up of OpenIFS cycle 43r3 and NEMO 4, and uses a cubic octahedral grid in the atmosphere. In this version of EC-Earth, both the atmospheric and the oceanic component output diagnostics through the asynchronous XIOS servers, contributing to reducing the I/O overhead and improving scalability, which will be evaluated at the end on one of the forthcoming pre-exascale EuroHPC systems. This new configuration has already been scaled in MareNostrum 4 with a peak performance of 2 SYPD. It will be subject to the last phase of development and optimization until it is finally deployed in one of the forthcoming Pre-Exascale platforms to facilitate the execution of experiments with an unprecedented time-to-solution and allowing additional output capabilities to help understand the climate mean state, variability, and extremes.

This paper provides an overview on the European HPC landscape supported by a survey, designed by the PRACE-5IP project, accessing more than 50 of the most influential stakeholders of HPC in Europe. It focuses at Tier-0 systems on the European level providing high-end computing and data analysis resources. The different actors are presented and their provided services are analyzed in order to identify overlaps and gaps, complementarity and opportunities for collaborations. A new pan-European HPC portal is proposed in order to get all information on one place and facilitate access to the portfolio of services offered by the European HPC communities.

Just a quick look on our everyday routine will confirm the following statement: work is invading all parts of our lives. Everything is somehow connected to work: we are working on ourselves, on our bodies, on our relationships and it significantly affects our perception of the world. The definition of work and what it implies has dramatically changed in the course of time and hence new challenges have appeared. In this paper I focus on some of these challenges such as the phenomenon of precariat, bullshit jobs, idleness at work, work as a center of human life and new anti- work movements. I am also trying to describe how these problems affects human beings, society and self-presentation of individuals. I also tried to problematize widely accepted idea about the importance of work in the contemporary late capitalistic society and also suggest few ideas how to improve work conditions and life of workers. This bachelor thesis focuses on the homeworking, its advantages and disadvantages, benefits and difficulties for the employer and also for the employees. It contains definitions of the basic terms that are related to homeworking or legal regulation of working from home in the Czech legal system. The main part of the thesis illustrates using of homeworking in UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, Ltd. It describes a method of introduction and utilization of technological resources and application. It also indicates situations in which homeworking is primarily used and a method of protection against hackers and other threats. Results are evaluated and interpreted on the basis of information collected from sent questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview with Ing. Miroslav Zach, the manager of the SME Corporate Client Centre. In conclusion, some suggestions for an improvement are recommended.

Employee Resource Groups (ERG) are groups of employees based on a shared identity, background, experience or interests, which are also formally established or supported by the company's management. Although their form and activities vary, their main goal is usually to support the voice of the group within the company, as well as education, awareness or counseling. Employee Resource Groups, as one of the tools of diversity management in companies, have existed in Western countries since the 1960s, yet they are a relatively new trend in the Czech environment, as they have only appeared in local corporations in the last decade. In my thesis, therefore, through semi-structured interviews, I analyze how members of seven ERGs aimed at supporting LGBT workers understand the organizational form of these groups and how they construct their importance for achieving LGBT equality. S využitím konceptualizací kritické sociologie, kritického přístupu k neoliberalismu a nových studií dělnictví se text zaměřuje na to, jak se strukturní proměna socioekonomických podmínek promítá do pracovní reality dělníků i manažerů v poslední evropské továrně Baťa a jaké má důsledky pro to, jak zakoušejí svoji práci a pojímají vlastní identitu. Na základě etnografického výzkumu v továrně Baťa identifikuje text kulturu nejisté zodpovědnosti charakterizovanou prostřednictvím čtyř dimenzí: vyvazování se ze zodpovědnosti ze strany vedení, přejímání zodpovědnosti ze strany dělníků, nastolení rétoriky ekonomizace a zpřítomnění vědomí konce. The paper investigates the factory in the context of a multinational corporation. The historical-structural background for capturing the changes in the factory is both post-socialism and the conditions of neoliberalism. Drawing on conceptualizations from critical sociology, critical approaches to neoliberalism, and new working-class studies, the author focuses on how the structural transformation of socioeconomic conditions translates into the work in the factory and what implications this has for how workers and managers experience work and their own identities. Based on ethnographic research at the Baťa shoe factory, I identify a culture of precarious responsibility, which I characterize through four dimensions: management’s disengagement from responsibility, workers’ assumption of responsibility, the imposition of economization.

Purpose at work. Motivations of Workers of Selected Low-threshold Facilities for Children and Youth Bc. Michaela Valentová Abstract Diploma thesis focuses on the experience of purposefulness of employees of low- threshold facilities for children and youth. In theoretical part low-threshold facilities are firstly conceptualized as a part of Czech organized civil society. Secondly, relevant theories of purpose are introduced. In empirical part, qualitative research is conducted by in-depth interviews with nine employees of two typical civil society organizations. Workers of low-threshold facilities for children and youth construct their purpose around four categories: helping clients, professionality, work ethics and self-development. Each of these categories brings specific consequences for their organizations. The theory expects purpose to be inspirational for others, however research participants do not reflect on the possibility to inspire their clients that way. This work suggests it is caused by workers' strong emphasis on professionality which creates borders in relationships between clients and workers and also limits the possibility to inspire one another with purpose. The doctoral thesis examines the concepts of labour and value which we attempt to contain by means of phenomenological interpretation of alienation, brought forward by french philosopher Michel Henry in his two-part book about Marx, written in the 1970s. The challenge of such a project results naturally both from the extent and from fragmentary nature of Marx's own work. Our intention to understand Marx's thinking in the unity of its diversity is at first sight reflected in fact that we try to follow its evolution step by step from its early stages to the late phase, in other words from the problems of labour in terms of critic of the reality of alienation to the economic nature of evaluation of value. Nevertheless, we do have reason to hope that beyond this formalistic approach we would have found hidden, so to say profound sens, which should appear by devoloping different forms of the concept of alienation. By the examination of Marx's work we proceed from the assumption that the concept of alienation claims the role of inner bond that holds his whole work together, thus the methods of young and late Marx, in spite of particular changes, complement and support each other because, at the and of the day, they grow up from the same basis: the critic of the alienation of life as such. Dance profession from the perspective of aspirational work. The impact of romanticisation of work and gendered labour market on the dance profession Abstract In professions motivated by love, there is an easy overlap between leisure and work time, which is also the premise of the ideology of romanticization of work, which seems to be the solution to the constant search for work-life balance. When work becomes a passion, the problem seemingly disappears. The promise of a future spent doing what we enjoy motivates us to devote time and energy to an activity that will hopefully turn into a profession. However, work motivated by love has a self-exploitative and individualising potential, where discussion of poor work conditions and low pay becomes secondary. This paper explores the effects of the romanticization of work in the dance profession, the way it is shaped by aspirations for future success, and how the gendered labour market translates into the working conditions of male and female dancers. Since 2000, High Performance Computing (HPC) resources have been extremely homogeneous in terms of underlying processors technologies. However, it becomes obvious, looking at the last TOP500, that new trends tend to bring new microarchitectures for General Purpose Processors (GPPs) and new heterogeneous architectures, combining accelerators with GPP, to sustain both numerical simulation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) workflows. The present report provides a consolidated view on the current and mid-term technologies (2019-2022+) for two important components of an HPC/AI system: computing (general purpose processor and accelerators) and interconnect capabilities and provides an outlook on future trends in terms of mid-term projections about what users may expect in the coming years.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to approach a broad topic related to the education of individuals serving a prison sentence and their motivation for education. The work contains a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, with the help of specialized literature, I focus on crime, prisons, including prison history. The next chapter deals with prison statistics, punishments in the Czech Republic, including alternative ones. Subsequently, I focus on resocialization, education and motivation of individuals serving a prison sentence. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with treatment programs. In it I present the activities of the program, how the program is compiled and their types of programs. In the practical part I present my hypotheses, research methods and characterize a group of respondents. I made a case study with one specific prisoner. The next step is a questionnaire survey, which was sent to prisoners. The processing of its results and hypotheses follows. The last chapter of the diploma thesis contains a conclusion and a discussion of the acquired knowledge. Further, it deals with the change of lifestyle in the monastery, as well as outside of it. This thesis highlights the outstanding architectural beauty of the Baroque Gothic style of Czech architects Jan Blažej Santini Aichel and Kilián Ignác Dientzenhofer.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employment of people with mild mental disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis first describes a person with a mild mental disability. It defines this disability, defines the basic etiology and symptomatology. It also describes the specifics of these people in relation to work. It also introduces the employment opportunities of people with mild mental disabilities, defines the basic legislation or job training. Last but not least, it presents specific job opportunities in the region Orlickoústecko. The practically oriented part of the diploma thesis describes the possibilities and specifics of employing several people with mild mental disabilities from a selected region of the Pardubice region. This part of the thesis describes the benefits or obstacles to employment, as well as the level of awareness in the process of obtaining employment and the view of employers on this issue. This diploma thesis is focused on employing of persons serving a sentence of imprisonment. The aim is to make the reader familiar with prison issues, with the types of prisons, to get acquainted with the actual execution of imprisonment and employing of persons serving a custodial sentence, who are interested in working while serving a sentence of imprisonment. The theoretical part clarifies special terms such as socialization, resocialization, treatment as well as a treatment program, rewards and penalties, output department. There is also a chapter on social work and prison issues. The practical parts of this thesis deals with qualitative research through interviews with a total of three research groups, which are employed convicts, social workers and people who focus on the course of occupying of convicts.

This report gives an overview of the Edge Computing paradigm and its applications. Indeed, with the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT) era, many electronic devices and sensors produce a vast volume of data which should be processed in a timely manner and this novel computing model is nowadays seen as a pertinent answer to this open challenge. This report thus explains why Edge Computing is needed and how the edge architecture is typically structured. It further presents the technologies that help this cutting-edge model to function properly. Since Edge Computing involves a heterogeneous architecture, it requires to adapt to a few technological recommendations for optimal performance. In this context, this report reviews the latest hardware technology trends tied to Edge Computing developments, and points out technical challenges implementing this innovative computing model. In particular, we analyse how High Performance Computing and Cloud Computing infrastructures can be eciently organised to design an Edge Computing-based framework able to tackle cutting-edge issues solved by Arti cial Intelligence techniques. Finally, this report presents selected real-world applications of the Edge Computing paradigm across multiple domains a ecting our daily life, i.e., healthcare, smart city and grids, industry 4.0 and public safety.

HPC storage systems have evolved from fairly simple systems attached to a single cluster to site-wide complex infrastructures supporting migration of data between tiers of different performance characteristics and I/O acceleration. Exascale systems and AI workloads will continue this trend by placing even greater demands on speedy access to data. This report summarises the history of this development and examines some of the technologies that are building blocks of near-future storage systems, both hardware and the software required to manage the large amounts of data.

Background Amniotic fluid is clinically accessible via amniocentesis and its protein composition may correspond to birth timing. Early changes in the amniotic fluid proteome could therefore be associated with the subsequent development of spontaneous preterm delivery. Objective The main objective of this study was to perform unbiased proteomics analysis of the association between mid-trimester amniotic fluid proteome and spontaneous preterm delivery and gestational duration, respectively. A secondary objective was to validate and replicate the findings by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a second independent cohort. Methods Women undergoing a mid-trimester genetic amniocentesis at Sahlgrenska University Hospital/Ostra between September 2008 and September 2011 were enrolled in this study, designed in three analytical stages; 1) an unbiased proteomic discovery phase using LC-MS analysis of 22 women with subsequent spontaneous preterm delivery (cases) and 37 women who delivered at term (controls), 2) a validation phase of proteins of interest identified in stage 1, and 3) a replication phase of the proteins that passed validation using a second independent cohort consisting of 20 cases and 40 matched controls. Results Nine proteins were nominally significantly associated with both spontaneous preterm delivery and gestational duration, after adjustment for gestational age at sampling, but none of the proteins were significant after correction for multiple testing. Several of these proteins have previously been described as being associated with spontaneous PTD etiology and six of them were thus validated using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Two of the proteins passed validation; Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1, but the results could not be replicated in a second cohort. Conclusions Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin and Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 are potential biomarkers of spontaneous preterm delivery and gestational duration but the findings could not be replicated. The negative findings are supported by the fact that none of the nine proteins from the exploratory phase were significant after correction for multiple testing. Časné změny v proteomu plodové vody by proto mohly být spojeny s následným vývojem spontánního předčasného porodu. Cíl Hlavním cílem této studie bylo provést objektivní proteomickou analýzu asociace mezi proteomem plodové vody ve středním trimestru a spontánním předčasným porodem, respektive gestační dobou. Sekundárním cílem bylo ověřit a replikovat nálezy pomocí enzymového imunosorbentního testu s použitím druhé nezávislé kohorty. Metody Do této studie, která byla koncipována ve třech analytických fázích, byly zařazeny ženy podstupující genetickou amniocentézu v polovině trimestru ve Fakultní nemocnici Sahlgrenska / Ostra v období od září 2008 do září 2011; 1) nezaujatá fáze proteomického objevu pomocí LC-MS analýzy 22 žen s následným spontánním předčasným porodem (případy) a 37 žen, které porodily v termínu (kontroly), 2) ověřovací fáze sledovaných proteinů identifikovaných ve stadiu 1 a 3 ) replikační fáze proteinů, která prošla validací pomocí druhé nezávislé kohorty skládající se z 20 případů a 40 shodných kontrol. Výsledky Devět proteinů bylo nominálně významně spojeno jak se spontánním předčasným porodem, tak s gestačním trváním po úpravě na gestační věk při odběru vzorků, ale žádný z proteinů nebyl významný po korekci na vícenásobné testování. Některé z těchto proteinů byly dříve popsány jako asociované se spontánní etiologií PTD a šest z nich bylo tedy validováno pomocí enzymového imunosorbentního testu. Dva z proteinů prošly validací; Lipokalin spojený s neutrofilní gelatinázou a inhibitor aktivátoru plazminogenu 1, ale výsledky nemohly být replikovány ve druhé kohortě. Závěry Lipokalin spojený s neutrofilní gelatinázou a inhibitor aktivátoru plazminogenu 1 jsou potenciálními biomarkery spontánního předčasného porodu a gestačního trvání, ale nálezy nelze replikovat. Negativní zjištění podporuje skutečnost, že žádný z devíti proteinů z průzkumné fáze nebyl významný po korekci na vícenásobné testování.

Recent estimates suggest that there are currently around 4.8 million people who consider themselves to be digital nomads. They are widely depicted in the media, most often as young professionals who successfully combine work, leisure and travel into one holistic lifestyle. Despite this significant presence in today's popular culture, from a research point of view, digital nomadism is almost unexplored phenomenon. Therefore, the aim of this work is the analysis and interpretation of the phenomenon of digital nomadism, not only through my own ethnographic research and reflection, but also in terms of current theoretical concepts in anthropology of tourism and mobility. The research itself focuses mainly on selected aspects often associated with digital nomadism in the mainstream media, and how informants reflect them. I deal with aspects such as the blurred boundaries between work and leisure, mobility slowdown, the origin of co-working spaces, the concept of freedom and, last but not least, the social changes that have led to the global expansion of this phenomenon. In this thesis we study two stochastic models related to operation of a molecular mo- tor. The first is a Brownian particle moving under the action of the highly unstable potential. It can describe fast processes related to individual steps of the motor. We study statistics of trajectories that by chance avoid the unstable region and do not diverge up to a long time. Conditioning on nondivergence gives rise to an effective force, which keeps the particles in the stable area of the potential. We present two stationary distributions which formally resemble the Gibbs canonical distribution with effective potentials and derive asymptotic behaviors of these potentials. The se- cond is the minimal discrete model of the Feynman-Smoluchowski ratchet coupled to two thermal reservoirs. We investigate stationary values of the average steady state currents, activities, and motor efficiency. For the ratchet we construct the driven processes representing mean quantities conditioned on fluctuations of entropy production and show how the entropy production affects mean probability currents and activity. 1

Problematika kontinuálních eliminačních metod a činnosti s ní související na jednotkách intenzivní péče jsou častou náplní práce všeobecných sester. V mnoha případech ale zdravotničtí pracovníci, a to zejména v situacích, kdy tuto činnost nevykonávají často či pravidelně, tápou a nejsou si zcela jisti v některých intervencích. I proto je vhodné, aby zdravotnická pracoviště, kde se intervence v souvislosti s touto metodou vykonávají, měla vhodný pracovní postup či standard dostupný všem zainteresovaným. V našem výzkumném šetření jsme se zaměřili na identifikaci potenciálních rizik, problémů a absenci potřebných informací, které mohou pomoci zdravotníkům ke zvládnutí dané problematiky, a budou jim oporou v jednotlivých intervencích souvisejících s kontinuální eliminační metodou. The issues of continual elimination methods and activity associated with them on intensive care units are frequent content of general nurses’ work. But in many cases the health workers, and especially in situations when they do not perform this activity often or frequently, fumble and are not completely certain in some interventions. And wherefore it is convenient for medical facilities where the interventions in accordance with this method are performed to have an appropriate working procedure or a standardization available to all involved personnel. In our research, we focused on the identification of potential risks, problems and absence of desired information which may help health workers to manage given issues and will be a support to them in individual interventions related to continual elimination method.

The topic of this thesis is work rehabilitation and employment opportunities of people with visual impairment. The goal of this thesis is to map opportunities of people with vision disability and map what institutions help such people to get a job. Another goal is to describe how do these institutions cooperate between themselves and how do they achieve the work rehabilitation. The theoretical part describes basic terms such as: anatomy and physiology of vision, vision functions, most common vision disabilities and their classification. Furthermore, this part describes how does a vision disability impact one's personality development, differences between the impact from congenital and gained disability and acceptance of vision disability. The theoretical part also briefly describes social services for people with visual impairment and their education. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to employment of people with visual impairment, describes barriers on the job market for people with visual impairment, national and international legislation for employing people with disabilities, tools and measures supporting employment of people with visual impairment and last but not least, this part describes factors of coordinated rehabilitation with special focus on the work rehabilitation factor. Empirical part is focused on research and getting an answers to the defined research questions: 1. What are work opportunities for people with visual impairment? 2. What are the most common barriers on the job market for people with visual impairment? 3. How does the work rehabilitation take place in institutions which provide it? Qualitative strategy was chosen for the research, semi-structured interview was chosen as the method for collecting data. A research group was selected using method of intentional selection using institutions, formed by four informants - three women and one man, in the age of 25 to 47 years. Elements of a method of grounded theory with technique of open coding were selected for data analysis. The research suggests that people with visual impairment run into many barriers on the job market, despite many supportive measures, which make it difficult to find a meaningful job. Thanks to the service of work rehabilitation and easily reachable suitable requalification courses, people with vision disability have much higher chance to be successful on the job market and find a job in a field which they find enjoyable and fulfilling.

1 Abstract This diploma thesis aims to describe the practices of the low-threshold center for homeless women "Mezi svými" by which the principles of critical social work are being executed and negotiated in the broader context of "antiradical" Czech social work (Valová and Janebová, 2015) and its discourse "reintegration ". In general, social work is expected to provide its clients with protection against social exclusion or to support their reintegration into society. However, in a situation where employment is considered a key element of integration, social work gets into some difficulties because it cannot create jobs on its own (Castel, 2003). Hence I investigate how peer and social workers find a balance between 1) the ideals of critical social work that organizations subscribe to, and 2) the need to "integrate" women back into the system, activate them, and motivate them to find work. In seeking answers to this question, I pay special attention to the asymmetry of power that characterizes the relationship between social workers and their clients, and I observe the role that peer workers play in sharing power with clients. The bachelor's thesis deals with the employment of people with autism spectrum disorder. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to approach the issue of employment in the labour market for people with ASD and at the same time describe the specifics of employing people with ASD and further connect the results with potential employers and acquaint the general public with the positives of employing people with ASD. Qualitative research was used to fulfil the above goal. With this chosen strategy, the research sample was selected through institutions that deal with the issue of ASD. The first research sample represent parents and children with autism spectrum disorder, and the next research sample are social inclusion workers. Data were obtained by the method of questioning, the technique of semi-controlled interview. Then, the data were evaluated by using open coding method followed by data categorization. The results show that people with ASD do not have much experience in employment and they mentioned employers as one of the prime reasons who are not inclined to offer positions to people with autism spectrum disorder. Despite offering them a number of benefits, both economic and individual. This bachelor's thesis and its findings can be useful as a warning to the general public and professionals interested in the issue of ASD. The basic income concept is a bold, challenging, and provocative proposal. It is an income unconditionally paid by a government, at a uniform level and at regular intervals, to each adult member of society. The grant is paid irrespective of whether the person is rich or poor, lives alone or with others, is willing to work or not. It should guarantee that all recipients have sufficient material conditions for their existence. This scheme is proposed as a mechanism of distributive justice, and as a tool to combat unemployment without increasing poverty. The economic independence would secure real freedom for all - an opportunity to do what they might want to do, including the permanent idleness. Implementing the basic income is to change current economic and social realities, not only the welfare system. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find ethically relevant aspects in the argumentation of positives and negatives of a basic income and to point out problems that are related to the concept of a basic income in ethical terms.

Background: The bachelor's thesis "Harmonization of family and work life of Czech nurses" deals with the possibility of reconciling family life with the demanding profession of nurse. Aims: The aim of the questionnaire survey was to find out how Czech nurses are able to manage shift work and family life. Another goal was to find out what share is divided between the division of leverage in their households and the subsequent care of the child. File and methods: Data collection took place in the University Hospital in Motol and in the Regional Hospital in Kladno, data was collected in an inpatient types and outpatient types of workplaces. The target group of respondents consisted of general and practical nurses. The Program Microsoft Excel was used to process the data and the program Statistica CZ 12 was used for the processing of basic statistical analysis and the elaboration of frequency tables. Results: The results showed that of the two hospitals surveyed, when the total number of respondents was 165 (70 respondents for ON Kladno and 95 respondents for Motol University Hospital), the division of household work is mostly in the hands of women, participants could express this part of the questionnaire in a percentage. The thesis called Illegal work deals with illegal employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, which is in most cases connected with trafficking in human beings for the purpose of forced labor. The first chapter is generally devoted to the definition of the concept of illegal work under Act No. 435/2004 Coll. on Employment and Act No. 262/2006 Coll. Labour Code. The second chapter brings the view of the employee, employer and the state on illegal work. The following third chapter focuses on the sectors in which illegal work occurs most often. The fourth chapter describes the working conditions of employees who are illegally employed and are exploited in every possible way, especially in terms of pay, working conditions or working hours. The fifth chapter contains factors that affect the exploitation of migrant workers and trafficking in human beings for the purpose of forced labor.
