Providing Privacy and security for aggregated data in wireless sensor networks has drawn the attention of practicing engineers and researchers globally. Several cryptographic methods have been already proposed to solve security and data integrity problems for aggregated data. Matrix cryptography is a better option for creating secure encryption/decryption algorithms to counter quantum attack. However, these algorithms have higher computational cost and increased communication overhead. Hence, a new technique of loss-less secure data aggregation in Clustered Wireless Sensor Networks is presented. The proposed method uses integer matrices as keys for data security and data integrity. Matrix operations are carried out in finite field Zp. Loss-less secure data aggregation is extended for homomorphic summation while the cipher text expansion ratio is kept substantially low. The proposed algorithm has inbuilt fast and efficient signature verification facility. The execution time of our signature verification mechanism is found to be approximately 50 percent less compared to a couple of standard existing signature verification schemes. Performance of any communication system depends on the characteristic of the channel and the presence of noise. Channel distortion is deterministic in nature, but noise behavior is random and cannot be predicted in advance (beforehand). To reconstruct the signal on the receiver side, use of equalizer can be one of the solution to compensate distortion by the channel and minimize the effect of noise. This paper has proposed fractionally spaced equalizer for custom architecture of ADSL modem. The obtained result in the paper shows that there is an improvement in the performance of ADSL modem with the use of fractionally spaced equalizer because it is immune to the phase change. The obtained results are compared with symbol-spaced equalizer for different lengths and gauge of the wire. The development of alternative sources for energy and chemicals, particularly the use of plant biomass as a renewable resource for fuel or chemical feed stocks, has received much recent attention. The resin (biocrude) obtained fromPinus roxburghii, a resinous tree, was investigated as a potential source for liquid fuels in a fluidized bed reactor. The feed was studied for yield conversion data under different catalysts to feed ratio at different temperatures. High conversions of biocrude to liquid fuels were observed with maximum middle distillates selectivity at a catalyst/oil ratio of 1.8 and reaction temperature of 460°C. Gas chromatography analysis results indicated that the middle distillates obtained by catalytic cracking ofP. roxburghiibiocrude has a normal distribution of carbon number with high values from C10–C18carbon atoms. The development of alternate sources of energy, particularly the use of plants as renewable sources for fuel, has received much attention recently. The potential of two indigenous arid land petrocrops,E. royleanaandE. neriifolia, as a source of hydrocarbon fuels was explored. Biocrudes extracted from these plant species were catalytically upgraded to liquid fuels using fluidized catalytic cracking. Naphtha fractions obtained by cracking of biocrudes were analyzed to give the detailed and group-wise distribution of paraffinic, isoparaffinic, oleofinic, naphthenic, and aromatic components.
