In this paper, we proposed a new optical Mura compensation method that requires only a few Mura detections for all gray levels. We analyzed the characteristics of Mura resulting from process variations in the thin film transistor (TFT) of each pixel and developed a new model using a logarithmic function. The proposed compensation algorithm has been verified with simulation and experimental results. We found that the uniformity of the proposed compensation algorithm at 7G, 24G, 75G, 100G, 150G, and 255G, which required only two image captures, was comparable to those that required five captures. The model improved uniformity from 41.32% to 68.60% at 0.18 nit brightness, demonstrating its effectiveness. Additionally, the method significantly reduces the number of image captures needed from five to two and decreases the image capturing process time from 2183 to 150 ms, saving over 14 times in process efficiency. Music identification is widely regarded as a solved problem for music searching in quiet environments, but its performance tends to degrade in TV broadcast audio owing to the presence of dialogue or sound effects. In addition, constructing an accurate dataset for measuring the performance of background music monitoring in TV broadcast audio is challenging. We propose a framework for monitoring background music by automatic identification and introduce a background music cue sheet. The framework comprises three main components: music identification, music–speech separation, and music detection. In addition, we introduce the Cue‐K‐Drama dataset, which includes reference songs, audio tracks from 60 episodes of five Korean TV drama series, and corresponding cue sheets that provide the start and end timestamps of background music. Experimental results on the constructed and existing datasets demonstrate that the proposed framework, which incorporates music identification with music–speech separation and music detection, effectively enhances TV broadcast audio monitoring. This paper proposes a compact active‐matrix organic light‐emitting diode pixel circuit using a double‐gate oxide thin‐film transistor (TFT). Due to the multifunctional characteristics of double‐gate TFT, the threshold voltage could be compensated more efficiently. The neonatal increase in circulating luteinizing hormone (LH) is crucial for testicular development. In male pigs, blood LH levels start to increase approximately 1 week after birth and return to basal level by 5–6 weeks of age. This study tested the hypothesis that neonatal treatment with a combination of estrogens and androgens suppresses LH secretion and thereby inhibits testicular development. On Day 1 after birth, piglets received a slow-release implant containing estradiol (E 2 , 8–40 mg) and trenbolone acetate (TBA, 40–200 mg) or remained intact. At 4 weeks of age, mean serum LH concentrations were ∼ 7 ng/mL in untreated males, whereas pigs with implants had serum LH concentrations < 1 ng/mL. Despite this reduction, LH was still detected in the pituitary glands of treated pigs. Interestingly, neonatal castration also lowered circulating LH, highlighting the importance of testis physiology in the early establishment of the reproductive axis. The higher dose (20 mg E2 + 100 mg TBA) inhibited testis function more effectively, as evidenced by lower circulating testosterone concentrations compared to intact pigs. Furthermore, E2 + TBA treatment had a lasting impact on testicular growth, resulting in smaller testes at 26 weeks of age and the presence of immature Leydig cells. Overall, neonatal E2 + TBA treatment suppressed the postnatal LH rise and testicular growth until market age, offering a potential non-surgical alternative to castration in male pigs. • Neonatal male pigs exhibit a surge in LH levels in their circulation lasting 5 weeks. • Neonatal castration inhibits postnatal LH surge in male pigs. • Temporal exposure to estrogen and androgen inhibits postnatal LH rise in male pigs.
