Předložená práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti návštěvníků pomocí marketingového výzkumu. V této práci jsem také rozpracovala historii důlní oblasti Landek, např. ukončení těžby a následnou rekultivaci v hornické muzeum Landek Park, a jeho dnešní podobu. Dále jsem provedla marketingový výzkum pomocí dotazníků. Oslovila jsem sto respondentů. Vyhodnotila jsem získané informace a závěrem zhodnotila, zda jsou návštěvníci se současným využitím Landek Parku spokojeni., The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of people visiting Landek Park, place located in Ostrava in The Czech Republic. It was realized on the basis of marketing research of visitor´s satisfaction. I also focused on the history of local coal mining, e.g. recultivation after the cessation of mining activities and subsequent building of mining museum. Practical part is furthermore focused on gathering of available data and analysing one hundred questionnaires to determine the visitor’s overall satisfaction., Import 26/06/2013

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zákazníků restaurace Gaudeo. V teoretické části se pokusím vysvětlit základní pojmy souvisící s tématem. V druhé části práci na základě posbíraných dat z dotazníkového šetření a provedené analýzy prostředí bude řešena problematika nespokojenosti. V závěru uvedu návrh plánu na zvýšení celkové úrovně spokojenosti., The bachelor’s work deals with issues of customer satisfaction in restauraunt Gaudeo. The theoretical part of the bachelor’s work contains basic terms related to the topics. The second part of the work will be dealt with dissatisfaction based on the data from the questionnaire and on the analysis marketing enviroment. In conclusion will be mentioned improvement proposal for the total satisfaction.

Dle teoretických poznatků a metodiky je provedena analýza trhu včetně marketingového mixu. Rovněž bude proveden marketingový průzkum ohledně vnímání značky zákazníkem.
