Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency of use of the Central Physician Appointment System (CPAS) in a Konya hospital and the factors affecting use.Methods: A total of 7187 people who were admitted to the outpatient clinics of the hospital and had completed an examination between January 20 and February 28, 2017 were included in the study. Face-to-face interviews were performed with the patients.Results: Of all the patients, 49.9% made their appointment via CPAS, and 47.4% made an appointment from a kiosk. CPAS usage was higher among white-collar workers than tradesmen, laborers, housewives, or retirees (p0.001). As education level and monthly income level increased, the use of CPAS also increased (p0.001). CPAS was also used more by those who lived in the center of Konya than by those who lived in surrounding rural areas (p0.001). The patient satisfaction rate was 89.4%.Conclusion: In order to increase the use of CPAS, new strategies should be developed targeting residents of rural areas and those of lower socioeconomic status. Existing public service announcements and promotional leaflets should also be disseminated

Bu çalışmada, üç boyutlu olumsallık tablolarında aşamalı bağımsızlık testleri ele alınmış ve Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Trafik Hizmetleri Başkanlığının yayınlamış olduğu Trafik İstatistik Yıllığı 2001’den alınan kusur türü değişkeni, kaza karakteri değişkeni ve kazanın olduğu yer değişkeninin oluşturduğu üç boyutlu olumsallık tablosu için aşamalı bağımsızlık testleri uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda tüm ilişkilerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür., In this study hierarchical Independency tests in three dimensional contengency tables are investigated and types of faults, characteristics of an accident and the places that an accident occurs are the variables taken from the Annuary of Traffic Statistics published by the Depatment of Traffic of the General Directorate of Public Security in 2001. For three dimensional contengency table hierarchical Independency tests are applied and in the studies respect to investigating traffic accidents, evaluating both defaults that cause accidents. At the end of the application, it is seen that allrelation ships are statistically significant.

Nowadays, by the virtue of technological improvement, users are empowered by various statistical packages against even most complicated statistical problems. But in current circumstances, to benefit completely from these packages, one must face various challenges. Two important criteria to choose one among competing packages may probably be the prices and the languages in which the packages are written. In this study, a free Turkish statistical package Selçuk STAT encoded with Delphi is compared with some other common statistical packages SPSS v17 and Minitab v15 in terms of their performance and speed.

Therefore it is essential to determine the outliers in the sampling. In the literature, there are studies regarding the determination of the outliers in the linear regression. In this study, under the light of the studies of Rousseeuw ve Zomeren (1990) and Wu and Lee (2006), it is aimed to determination of outlier values by M estimator in nonlinear regression, one of the robust location estimators. In the application, the height of a corn plant has been analyzed as the sample data set per weeks in the period of 2008 in the Konya region using the Selçuk STAT statistics package program.

Bozulma noktası, bir tahmin edicinin sağlamlık ölçütlerinden birisidir. Sağlam tahmin edicilerde bu değer , sağlam olmayan tahmin edicilerde de dir. Maalesef günümüz istatistiksel paket programlarda kullanıcıya, ele aldığı tahmin edicinin sağlamlık ölçütü olan bu değer yansıtılmamaktadır. Bu da kullanıcının, ele aldığı modelde tahmin edicinin ne derecede sağlam olacağının hesaplanması için bu işlemi bizzat elle ve teorik olarak çözmesi gerekmektedir. Ancak, modelin zorluğu ve işlem hacminin büyüklüğünden ötürü her zaman bu mümkün olmamaktadır. Bundan dolayı kullanıcının ele almış olduğu modelde ve tahmin ediciye dayanan sonuçlarda, bozulma noktalarının kullanıcıya yansıtılması gerekmektedir. Bu noktadan yola çıkarak, bozulma noktasının istatistiksel bir paket programıyla hesaplanılması düşüncesi bu tezin ana temasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bozulma noktası yeni bir yaklaşımla (Tespit yöntemi) tanımlanarak bilgisayar ortamında hesaplanılması mümkün kılınmış, ayrıca bu yeni tanım sayesinde tahmin edicilerin bozulma noktaları yönünden sıralanabilmesi de mümkün olmuştur., Breakdown point is one of the robustness measures of an estimator. In robust estimators, the value of this measure is on the other hand in nonrobust estimators, the value of this measure is . Unfortunately in nowadays statistical packet programmes, the robustness measure of handed estimator can not be provided to the user. This impossibility causes the user to compute the robustness of an estimator of his interested model by hand and theoretically. But on the other hand by this way, computing of the robustness of an estimator is always impossible because of the difficulty of the model and the big size of computing. Therefore in the user?s interested model and in the results of an estimator that the user is interested, computing breakdown point is very important. Starting from this point, computing breakdown point by a statistical packet programme is the main theme of this thesis study. In this study, by defining an alternative new breakdown point (Tespit yöntemi), computing of breakdown point is provided to the user in computer occasion and also by courtesy of this new definition, sorting of estimators in terms of breakdown points is allowed.

Amaç: Diyabet mellitüs tip II ya da diğer ifade ile tip II diyabet, yüksek kan glukozu ile karakterize insülin direnci veya insülin eksikliği içeren bir yetişkin hastalığıdır (eski ismi insüline bağlı olmayan diyabet, NIDDM). Diyabet egzersizden yoksun ve diet bozuklukları ile artan (life style disorders) bir hastalıktır. Tip II diyabet, hızla ilerleyen ve tıbbi yardıma ihtiyaç duyulan bir durumdur. Çoğu faktör bu durumu potansiyel olarak artırabilir, metabolik sendrom bunlardandır. Multifaktoriyel değişiklikler ve komplex du- rumlar, ciddi miktarda irreversible organ bozukluklarına yol açabilir. Reno-vaskuler bozukluklar çok önemli olanlarından olup, ciddi miktarda son dönem böbrek yetmezliği ile sonlanır (SDBY). Bu çalışmada amacımız; SDBY etyolojilerinden olan tip II diyabet mellitüs ve diğer etyolojilerin insidans ve prevelansını tespit etmek ilave olarak ise kan serumunda Albumin, K, PTH, CaxP dğerleri mukayesesini yapmaktır. Yöntem: Özel Konya Huzur Diyaliz merkezinde, izinleri alınan 70 yetişkin SDBY’ li hastanın 25 ay süreyle oto analizörde kan ölçümleri yapıldı. Çalışma kriterlerimize uyan tüm hastalar, sekiz etyolojik grupta toplandı. Grup çalışmasına ilave olarak, hastalarımızın kanlarında; Albumin, K, PTH, CaxP değerlerine bakılarak, istatistiksel çalışmaları yapıldı. Kanlar; prehemodiyaliz (heparinizasyondan önce) giriş kanları şeklinde alınarak, vitros fs 5.1 ile vitros 950 ve abott architect 2000 sr beckman coulter access cihazları ile çalışıldı. Bulgular: Tip II diyabet grubu hastalarının Albumin, K, PTH ve CaxP değişkenlerinin diğer hastalar grubu değerlerinden istatistiksel açıdan değerli farklılık gösterdiği anlaşılmıştır (p value 0,05). Sonuç: Diyabet hastalarında K farklılığı beklenen bir sonuç olmakla birlikte, PTH ve CaxP değerlerindeki farklılık ise SDBY hastalarında görülen sekonder hiperparatiroidizm laboratuar bulgusu olarak yorumlanmıştır. Ayrıca; hemodiyalizde özel bir öneme sahip olan albumin proteinindeki farklılığın istatistikseaçıdan değerli olması ise, bu konunun araştırılması sonucunu çıkarmıştır., Aim: Type II diabetes or diabetes mellitus type II (previosly called non–insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, NIDDM), or adult-onset diabetes is a disorder that is charcterized by high blood glucose in the context of relative insulin deficienncy and insulin resistance. Type II diabet is often initially managed by life style disorders, inadequate exercise and dietary modifications. As the condition progresses, medications are typically requeried. There are many factors which can potentially give raise or exacerbate type II diabetes, especially metabolic syndrome. Multifactorial changes that complex and very often lead to damage and irreversible function defect of many organs, most significantly the reno- vascular system so with this condition has been resulted that serios quantty end stage renal disease (ESRD). In this researche we aim the assesment of etiology incidence and prevalence state of being widespread in type II diabetes mellitus and other etiology in the end stage renal disease patients in addition to compare with Albumin, PTH, K, CaxP in the blood serum. Method: In Private Konya Huzur Dialysis Center set point bloods measurement had been determined in otoanalysir for 70 adult ESRD in period 25 month. All the patients etiology of ESRD was determined in eight groups. Furthermore was determined blood levels Ca, K, P, PTH, CaxP in all the groups and this condition has been worked statisticaly. All the patient’s bloods are taken prehemodialysis. The blood serum has been analysed, Vitros FS 5.1 ile Vitros 950 apparatus and Abott Architect 2000 SR in with Beckman Coulter Access 2 in with apparatus. Amaç: Son dönem böbrek yetmezliği (SDBY) tedavi başarısının değerlendirilmesinde, 1985 yılından beri fraksiyone üre klirensi göstergesi yani Kt/V üre değeri dikkate alınmaktadır. Günümüzde diyaliz yeterliliğinin de belirteci olarak karşımıza çıkan Kt/V üre değeri mortalite için de önem taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmamızda SDBY vakalarında etiyolojik gruplama yapılarak Kt/V üre ile mortalite ilişkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: 34 ay süreyle izlenen SDBY hastalarının hemodiyaliz tedavisi öncesinde giriş kanları ve sonrasında çıkış kanları alınmış ve üreaz enzimatik yöntemiyle saptanan kan üre değerlerinden Kt/V üre hesaplamaları Barth formülü kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Türk registry 2007 dikkate alınarak etiyolojik tanı gruplandırılması ile sekiz grup ve fraksiyone üre klirensini gösteren Kt/V üre değerine göre gruplandır-ma ise dört grup olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: 34 ay boyunca Huzur Diyaliz merkezimizde tedavi gören tüm hastalar üzerinden yapılan etiyolojik tanı gruplarının % dağılımı; 1. grup için %16,5, 2. grup için %19,9, 3.grup için %38,9, 4.grup için %4,3, 5.grup için %6,7, 6.grup için %3,7, 7.grup için %6,3 ve 8.grup için %2 olarak saptandı. Kt/V üre grupları % dağılımı ise; l.grup %7.5 (Kt/V üre 1.2, 1.2 hariç), 2.grup %45.5 (Kt/V üre 1.2-1.5 arası, 1.5 hariç), 3.grup %39.4 (Kt/V üre 1.5-1.8 arası, 1.8 hariç) ve 4.grup %7.6 (Kt/V üre 1.8 ve üzeri) olarak belirlenmiştir. 34 ay- lık zaman periyodunda mortalite etiyolojik olarak en fazla tip II diyabette görülürken Kt/V üre değerlerine göre ise en fazla 2. ve 3. gruplarda görülmektedir. Sonuç: Kt/V üre değeri yüksek olan hastalarda mortalite oranlarında beklenen azalmanın görülmemesi nedeniyle Kt/V üre değerinin, diyaliz yeterliliğinde tek başına kriter olmadığını düşündürmektedir. Ayrıca SDBY hastalarının erken yaşta mortalitesinde familial Akdeniz ateş etiyolojisinin diğer etiyolojik faktörlerden daha önemli olduğu da görülmüştür., Aim: Since 1985, Kt/V urea is in use for determination of ESRD therapy performans. At the present day Kt/V urea levels are been used as marker of dialysis efficiency and it is important for mortality. For this reason we aim to determine the relation of etiologic factors and mortality with Kt/V urea in patients with ESRD. Method: The ESRD patients were followed-up for 34 months ; their blood sample was taken before and after the hemodialysis treatment and their urea levels were determined using Urease enzyme method and Kt/V urea levels calculated by Barth Formula. They were seperated into 8 ethiological diagnosis groups and 4 Kt/V urea groups according to the Turkish Registry 2007. Ailesel Akdeniz ateşi hastalığı otozomal resesif geçiş gösteren inflamatuar bir hastalıktır. Ermenistan, İspanya, Türkiye gibi ülkelerde sık görülür. Genel olarak Akdenize kıyısı olan ülkelerde daha çok karşımıza çıkan bu hastalık, Arab ülkelerinde özellikle Lübnanda görülür. Credit çalışması (Chronic Renal Disease In Turkey) raporlarına göre Türkiye de hemodiyaliz hasta sayısı 50.000 rakamına ulaşmıştır. FMF ülkemizde 1/1000 oranında görülmekte olup, hastalığın taşıyıcılığı ise, oldukça yüksektir (1/5). Amacımız; insidans ve prevalansı giderek artan SDBY' nin, etyolojik tanıları FMF olanlarının diğer etyolojik tanılı olanlar ile mukayesesini yapmaktır. Metod: Çalışmaya dahil edilme kriterleri: yetişkin olmak - pediatrik hasta olmamak, SDBY tanısı konulmuş olmak - periton tedavisi görmüyor olmak, hemodiyaliz tedavisine karar verilmiş olmak, haftada en az 3/7, 4 saat tedaviyi kabul ediyor olmak. Ayrıca kan biyokimya değerlerini etkilemesi muhtemel gıdalar ve beslenme şekilleri konusunda, özel eğitime katılmayı kabul etmek. Etyolojik tanı farklılıklarına göre gruplar: 1 .grup: etyolo-jisi bilinmiyor, 2,grup: uzun süren ve tedavi edilememiş hipertansiyon,3.grup: tip II diyabet, 4.grup: fmf (renal amiloidozis), ö.grup: polikistik böbrek, ö.grup: ürolojik hastalıklar, 7.grup: pyelonefrit, 8.grup: diğerleri. Çalışmaya dahil edilen hastalarımızın bireysel izinleri alınmış ve kan tahlilleri hemodiyaliz öncesi; Vitros FS 5.1 ile Vit-ros 950 cihazları ve Abott Architect 2000 SR ile Beck-man Coulter Access 2 cihazları ile çalışılmıştır. Çalışma; 2007 yılı Mart ayından başlamış ve 2009 Mart ayı dahil sona ermiştir (25 Ay). Yıllık yaklaşık ortalama 70 hastanın kan biyokimya takipleri 25 ay süresince yapılmış ve bu değerler özel hazırlanan formlar ile arşivlenmiştir. Çalışma kriterlerine uyan hastalarımız, toplam sekiz grup olan etyolojik tanı gruplandırmasına tabi tutulmuştur. Tüm grupların Ca, K, P, CaxP, dztCaxP, PTH de-ğerlerine-bakılarak FMF ile diğer grupların istatistiksel açıdan değerlendirilmeleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular: 25 aylık toplam sürede, diyalize giren hastaların tamamı üzerinden, grupların % değerlendirme bulguları şu şekilde çıkmıştır: % 16.5 l.grup etyolojik özelliğe sahip olan hastalar, 2.grup %19.9, 3.grup %38.9, 4.grup %4.3, 5.grup %6.7, ö.grup %3.7, 7.grup % 1.7 ve 8.grup hastalar tüm hastaların %8.3' ünü oluşturmaktadır. Düzeltilmiş (dzt) CaxP, fmf grubu için 50.82016.918, diğer gruplarda 44.53016.845. Dzt CaxP fmf ve diğer gruplar arasında anlamlı (P0.0290.05) bulunmuştur. PTH, fmf için 547.164435.863, diğer gruplarda 392.028439.363 değerleri ile anlamlı (P0.0390.05) bulunmuştur. Dzt Ca, fmf grubunda 10.2221.561 ve diğer gruplarda 9.2452.208 değerleri ile anlamlı (P0.0090.05) bulunmuştur. CaxP, fmf grubunda 50.54916.949 ve diğer gruplarda 43.61016.771 değerleri ile (P0.0150.05) farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: FMF grubu; düzeltilmiş Ca, düzeltilmiş CaxP, PTH, normal CaxP değişkenleri (P value 0.05) ile diğer hastaların değerlerinden farklılık gösterdiği anlaşılmıştır. PTH değerindeki dikkat çekici yükseklik, fmf ve sekonder hiper paratroidzm (SHPT) ilişkisinin olup olmayacağı sorusunu aklımıza getirmiştir., Familial Mediterranean fewer is a hereditary (outosomal resesif) inflamatory disorder that affects in the Armenian people, Sephardi Jews, people from Turkey, The Arab countries and Lebanon. Results: Our study was shown, ›n the 25 month study of an anuual 70 adult patients with end – stage renal disease in our center hemodilysis. The etiology of ESRD was determined in eight groups. The first etiology groups, 25 month totaly incidence (%); 16.5 % was undetermined, the second group: 19.9 %, 3.group: 38.9 %, 4.group: 4.3 %, 5.group: 6.7 %, 6.group: 3.7 %, 7.group: 1.7 %, 8.group: 8.3 % the etiology causes was accounted. The datum which all the groups were numerical analised an annual; 1.group: 11 adult hemodialysis patients 2.group: 14 patients, 3.group: 27 patients, 4.group: 3 patients, 5.group: 5 patients, 6.group: 3 patients, 7.group: 5 patients, 8.group: 2 patients was occured. Amaç: National Kidney Foundation (NFK-KDOQI) kronik böbrek hastalığının tanımı ve evreleri ile ilgili, kriterler önermiştir. Evre I' den başlayıp Evre V' e kadar devam eden tanımlamalarda son dönem böbrek yetmezliği (SDBY) Evre V olarak' da tanımlanmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmalar göstermektedir ki, diyaliz hastalarında anti hipertansif ilaçlar ile sağlanan kan basıncı kontrolü, eks-traselüler sıvı volümü kontrolü ile sağlanan kan basıncı kontrolüne eşit çıkmaktadır. Kan serumu sodyum değerinin normonatremi (Na: 135-140 mEq/L) sınırlarında tutulması ve diyaliz tedavi solusyonupun kişiye özel (set points) ayarlanması ise intra dialitik kilo artışında ayrıca önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada antihipertansif ilaç kullanımı ile yaş ilişkisinin olup olmadığını ve iki hemodiyaliz tedavi seansları arası kilo farkının anti hipertansif ilaç kullanımına olası etkisini araştırmak amaçlandı. Yöntem: SDBY teşhisi konan 70 hastamızın sodyum 'set points' tespitleri yapılarak gerekli olan hastalarımıza sodyum ve UF (ultra filtrat) profili uygulaması yapılmıştır. İDK farklılıklarına göre İki hemodiyaliz tedavi seansı arasında; 0.1-1 kg arası kiîc) alan hastalar 1. grup, 1.1-2 kg arası kilo alanlar 2. grup, 2.1-3 kg arası kilo alanlar 3. grup, 3.1 -4.9 kg kilo alanlar 4. grup ve 5 kg ve üzeri kilo alanlar 5. grup olarak gruplandırıldı. Hastalarımızın yaş gruplandırılması ise -44 yaş arası 1 .grup, 45-63 yaş arası 2. grup, 64-74 yaş arası 3.grup ve 75 yaş ve üzerindekileri 4. grup olarak belirlendi. Bu grupların anti hipertansif ilaç kullanımları değerlendirildi. Bulgular: İDK grupları değerlendirmesi 1 .grup 7 hasta (%10), 2.grup 30 hasta (%43), 3.grup 20 hasta (%29), 4.grup 9 hasta (%12) ve ö.grup 4 hasta (%6) olarak saptandı. Yaş grupları değerlendirmesi ise 1. grup 15 hasta (%21,6), 2. grup 27 hasta (%38,4), 3. grup 20 hasta (29,1), 4. grup 8 hasta (%10,9) olarak saptandı. Çalışmamızda yaş ile anti hipertansif ilaç kullanımı arasında bir ilişki tespit edilememiştir. Sonuç: intra dialitik kilo gruplarında kilo artışları ile pa-relel olarak, antihiperteansif ilaç kullanım oranları hızla artmış, %29 lardan % 78 lere kadar çıkmıştır. Bu nedenle diyet kısıtlamasının düzenli sürdürülmesinin yaşam tarzı olarak benimsenmesi diyaliz hastalarına özellikle tavsiye edilmelidir., Aim: National Kidney Foundation (NFK-KDOQI) has suggests criters about description and phase of chronic renal disease. Researches offer that blood pressure control with antihypertensive drugs has same effect with extracellular liquid volüme control. ‹n this researche we aim to determine antihypertensive drug use and age connection and put on weight between 2 hemodialysis seanses antihypertensive drug use. Method: Set point measurement determined for 70 ESRD patients and sodium ve ultra filtrat determined for needed patients. Patients, separated into 5 groups according to the weight they put on between 2 hemodialysis seans; 1. Group 0.1-1 kg, 2. group1.1-2 kg, 3. Group 2.1-3 kg, 4. group 3.1-4.9 kg and 5. group more than 5 kg. Patients, separated into 5 groups according to; 1.group younger than 44, 2. Group between 45-63 years, 3.group between 64-74 year ve 4. group elder than 75. And antihypertensive drug use evaluated in this groups. Results: IWG levels determined that 1.group 7 patients (%10), 2.group 30 patients (%43), 3.group 20 patients (%29), 4.group 9 patients (%12) and 5.group 4 patients (%6). Age groups determined that 1. group 15 patients (%21,6), 2. group 27 patients (%38,4), 3. group 20 patients (29,1), 4. group 8 patients (%10,9) in this research we havent determine a relation between antihypertensive drug use and age. Conclusion: ‹n interdialitic weight groups antihypertensive drug use has increased collateraly with weight. For this reason its advised to hemodialysis patients to pay attention to their diet.

Dr. Aşır GENÇ 2004, 120 Sayfa Bu çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, nesne programlamanın temel prensipleri, delphi editörü ve delphi programlama dili anlatılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, Selçuk Stat istatistik paket programının nasıl oluştuğu, hangi bölümlerden meydana geldiği ve her bir bölüme ilişkin algoritmalarıyla birlikte program kodlarının bir kısmı yer almaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, piyasalarda kullanılan en yaygın istatistiksel analizler yapan paket programlar anlatılmakta ve bu programlardan Minitab ve SPSS ile Selçuk Stat programları birçok yönden kıyaslanmaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde ise, Selçuk Stat istatistik paket programında uygulamalar yer almaktadır. In the first chapter generel informations about basic principles of object programming, Delphi editor and Delphi programming language are given. In the second chapter the establishment of Selçuk Stat statistical package programme, components of this programme and algorithms related to each section with some programme codes are involved in. İn the third chapter package programmes used for the most wide spread statistical analysis in the markets are described, in many of the aspects comparisors between Selçuk Stat and Minitab, SPSS are included, tn the last chapter applications in Selçuk Stat statistical package programme are done. Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Günümüzde teknolojinin hızlı bir şekilde ilerlemesi sebebiyle birçok alanda otomatik olarak veri toplanmaktadır. Bu verileri analiz edebilmek yani verilerden faydalı bilgi çıkartmak önem arz etmektedir. Bu bakımdan literatürde yer alan genelleştirilmiş toplamsal modelleri bu çalışmanın hedefi olmuştur. Ancak veri toplama araçlarında bazen kalibrasyon hataları, veri girişi hatası, işlem sorunu, modeldeki eksik faktörler, rassal hatalar gibi sıkıntılardan dolayı sistem aykırı değerler üretebilir ve bunun sonucunda da yanlı tahminlere ulaşıla bilinir. Benzeri nedenlerden ötürü bu çalışmada, aykırı değerin model fonksiyonuna göre farklı bölgelerde, bozulum şiddetleri ve bozulum oranlarına göre 5 ayrı yöntemde genelleştirilmiş toplamsal modellerinin bir birlerine karşı performansları incelenmiştir. Aykırı değerler varlığında yöntemler içerisinden PDSR ve TDSR yöntemleri kayda değer bir performans sergilemişlerdir., Today, due to the rapid development of technology, data is collected automatically in many areas. It is important to be able to analyze these data, that is, to extract useful information from the data. In this respect, the generalized additive models in the literature have been the target of this study. However, sometimes the system may produce outliers due to problems such as calibration errors, data entry errors, processing problems, missing factors in the model, and random errors in data collection tools, and as result, it is possible to reach biased estimates. For similar reasons, in this study, according to the model function of the outlier in different regions and according to the distortion intensities and distortion rates the performance of five different methods against each other of the generalized additive models was investigated. In the presence of outliers, PDSR and TDSR methods among the methods showed a remarkable performance.

Günümüzde araştırmacıların istatistiksel analizleri yaparken en çok karşılaştıkları problemlerin başında lisanslı programların temin edilmesi yer almaktadır. Ücretsiz istatistiksel bir yazılım olan R programı, birçok disiplinin ortak kullanım ortamını oluşturmaktadır. Literatürde yer alan M tahmin edicilerinin karşılaştırılması, HKO dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, M tahmin edicilerinin aykırı gözlemlere karşı dirençli olan ağırlık fonksiyonlarının TOPSIS yöntemi ile karşılaştırılması yapılacaktır. At present, the most common problem among the statistical analysis of researchers is the provision of licensed programs. Therefore, the R program, which is a free statistical software, constitutes the common use environment of many disciplines. The comparison of M estimators in the literature has been made considering the MSE.In this study, the weight functions of M estimators which are resistant to contradictory observations will be compared with TOPSIS method. 112
