Two new cyanido-bridged {FeIIMII} double chains were obtained by reacting cyanido anions [M(CN)4]2- with complex cations [FeII(tptz)]2+ (preformed in situ by mixing a hydrated tetrafluoroborate salt of iron(II) and a tptz ligand, tptz = 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) having the general formula [FeII(tptz) MII(CN)4]·2H2O·CH3CN, where M = Pd (1) or Pt (2). Additionally, two molecular complexes formulated as [FeII(tptz)2][MII(CN)4]·4.25H2O, where M = Pd (3) or Pt (4), were subsequently obtained from the same reaction, as secondary products. Single crystal X-ray analysis revealed that 1 and 2 are isostructural and crystallize in the P-1 triclinic space group. Their structure consists of a double-chain with a ladder-like topology, in which cyanido-based [M(CN)4]2- metalloligands coordinate, through three CN- ligands and three [FeII(tptz)]2+ complex cations. Compounds 3 and 4 are also isostructural and crystallize in the P1¯ triclinic space group, and the X-ray structural data show the formation of [FeII(tptz)2]2+ and [MII(CN)4]2- ionic units interconnected through H-bonds and π⋯π stacking supramolecular interactions. The static DC magnetic measurements recorded in the temperature range of 2-300 K showed that 1 and 2 exhibit incomplete spin transition on cooling, which is also confirmed by single crystal XRD analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy. Compounds 3 and 4 are diamagnetic, most likely due to the encapsulation of Fe(II) in a tight pocket formed by two tptz ligands that preserve the low-spin state in the temperature range of 2-400 K. The continuous decrease of the school population, and especially the number of high school graduates and promotion rate of baccalaureate exam putting significant pressures on development strategies for higher education institutions. To these are added the optional range expanding of the potential students. Based on these observations, the paper examines some aspects of the relationship university (educational offer) - high school graduates, with baccalaureate degree, concretized at the Accounting and Management Information Systems specialization of the Faculty of Economic Sciences from a university in the Prahova county.

Pacienţii cu leucemie acută dezvoltă anomalii ale hemostazei care determină apariţia de complicaţii hemoragipare şi chiar trombotice. Patogeneza acestor complicaţii este complexă si multifactorială. Deoarece trombocitele şi microparticulele trombocitare reprezintă elemente cheie în cadrul proceselor de hemostază si tromboză, am încercat să evidenţiem rolul lor în predicţia complicaţiilor hemoragice şi trombotice. Grupurile studiate au inclus 24 de pacienţi cu leucemie acută şi 16 voluntari sănătoşi. Evaluarea agregării plachetare s-a realizat prin agregometrie prin impedanţa în sânge integral, iar pentru determinarea microparticulelor trombocitare s-a utilizat citometria în flux. Opt pacienţi au dezvoltat complicaţii hemoragipare, care au fost asociate cu agregabilitate trombocitară diminuată la internare. Evenimentele trombotice majore au complicat evoluţia a 5 pacienţi şi au fost precedate de agregare trombocitară crescută la 3 cazuri şi nivel crescut de microparticule trombocitare la 2 cazuri. Rezultatele noastre evidenţiaza faptul că agregometria plachetară în sânge integral poate fi un instrument valoros în special în identificarea hiperreactivitaţii plachetare şi în predicţia evenimentelor trombotice. Un nivel crescut de microparticule trombocitare poate, de asemenea, să anticipeze apariţia trombozei. Aceste ipoteze necesită evaluare si confirmare pe un număr mai mare de pacienţi.

Eozinofilele sunt leucocite multifuncţionale, implicate în numeroase procese fiziologice şi patologice. Eozinofilia este asociată de obicei cu infecţii parazitare, alergii, reacţii la medicamente, tulburări atopice şi uneori cu neoplazii hematologice sau tumori solide. Evaluarea unui pacient cu eozinofilie necesită efectuarea a numeroase teste imagistice şi de laborator pentru elucidarea mecanismului eozinofiliei şi stabilirea tratamentului corect. Scopul studiului de faţă a fost măsurarea activităţii eozinofilelor utilizând ca markeri serologici nivelele serice ale proteinei cationice eozinofilice (ECP), interleukinei 5 (IL-5) şi raportul dintre ECP şi numărul absolut al eozinofilelor în sângele periferic (ECP/Eo) în vederea diferenţierii precoce a eozinofiliei clonale de cea nonclonală (asociată cu malignităţi sau cu inflamaţie). Prima descriere a mieroporticulelor datează din 1967, când Wolf a comunicat prezenţa fragmentelor membranare trombocitare în plasma umană, numindu-le “praf placlietar”. Aceste vezicule au fost ulterior denumite microparticule, iar cunoştinţele despre caracterizarea şi funcţia lor au avansat de atunci. Generarea de microparticule reprezintă un mecanism de comunicare intercelulară, având diferite roluri, atât în statusul fiziologic, cât şi în diverse afecţiuni. în afară de participarea lor în patogenia unor procese precum inflamaţia, aterogeneza sau metastazarea neoplaziilor, microparticulele trombocitare sunt implicate în trombogeneză. Factorul tisular şi fosfatidilserina sunt ambele expuse pe membrana externă a microparticulelor trombocitare, oferind suprafeţe catalitice procoagulante. Evaluarea microparticulelor constituie un potenţial instrument de investigare şi diagnostic. Enumerarea şi caracterizarea lor reprezintă o provocare, iar metoda de analiză cea mai utilizată este citometria în flux. Având în vedere tendinţa actuală de a considera microparticulele ca fiind un adevărat rnarker de diagnostic, autorii îşi propun să prezinte o imagine de ansamblu asupra celor mai relevante informaţii cu privire la proprietăţile principale, mecanismele de producţie şi importanţa clinică a microparticulelor trombocitare

Because the year 2020 has brought upon the whole world unprecedented changes to the global economy and especially to the world of work, analyzing the subject of teleworking will bring more value to the field. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the general panorama of teleworking research worldwide by analyzing articles and papers published in trustful publishers such as the Web of Knowledge database and statistical data published by international agencies. We will identify the poles for teleworking research, such as countries, authors, and institutions and correlate them through descriptive statistics. We conclude that before the COVID-19 pandemic, teleworking could have been more well-analyzed because only a tiny fraction of the workforce was occasionally working from home. From March 2020, as the infections swept the globe, many countries instructed employers to close their operations, and therefore a new era began. The study uses a wide range of bibliometric indicators provided by WOS, which analyzes the main articles, authors, and institutions. The effects of the pandemic caused by the SARS COV-2 virus were felt on all industries, which had to adapt their activities to meet the new challenges.
