En este trabajo se propone una metodología para el mejoramiento de la gestión logística de aprovisionamiento en la Unión Temporal IJP del sector de hidrocarburos; para ello, se identifican los factores críticos que inciden en la gestión logística de aprovisionamiento de la empresa, se establecen las variables que usualmente impiden el óptimo funcionamiento de su gestión logística y se plantea un método que permita asegurar que la gestión logística se desarrolla apropiadamente bajo las condiciones de operación de la empresa. El Conjunto Residencial Altos de San Nicolás, ubicado en el municipio de Anapoima (departamento de Cundinamarca), fue construido entre 2008 y 2011, aunque la entrega de las casas a sus propietarios empezó en 2010. El marketing multinivel ha tenido un crecimiento significativo en el mercado de venta de productos de belleza y salud, debido a su estrategia de venta basada en ganancia por venta individual y en equipo que ha permitido a muchas personas un crecimiento laboral y comercial. El nuevo Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo – SGSST, creado mediante decreto 1072 de 2015 (Ministerio del Trabajo, 2015) y que reemplazó el programa de salud ocupacional, a raíz del decreto 1016 de 1989, busca obtener con su implementación beneficios en la salud de los trabajadores, contribuir en su bienestar y calidad de vida, con la finalidad de prevenir y evitar la ocurrencia de accidentes y/o enfermedades laborales. Además, a partir del decreto 295 de 1994, “se establece el programa de salud ocupacional de carácter obligatorio para las empresas públicas y privadas” (Secretaría General del Senado, 1994), los contratantes de personal bajo modalidad de contrato civil, comercial o administrativo, las organizaciones de economía solidaria y del sector cooperativo y las empresas de servicios temporales; además de tener cobertura sobre los trabajadores dependientes, contratistas, cooperados y en misión. Desde que es detectada una condición de discapacidad en alguna persona, esta se convierte en una limitante para que ésta sea activa socialmente, presentando dificultades para su desarrollo educativo, laboral y personal; sin bastar con esto la sociedad y el sector productivo generan barreras aún más grandes para que esta población pueda acceder de manera igualitaria a todos los servicios y derechos que les corresponden. Para mitigar estos se ha dispuesto alguna normatividad que busca proteger sus derechos y propender la garantía de los mismos, sin embargo, en Colombia, en materia de inclusión social aún falta mucho por avanzar para lograr romper las barreras y los paradigmas que hasta hoy existen. Por tanto, se presentan los casos de vinculación laboral que actualmente se desarrollan para personas con discapacidad y el impacto que han tenido en materia de productividad y la viabilidad de generar espacios laborales para esta población en las Entidades que conforman la Administración Pública, con el fin de lograr procesos de atención más incluyentes, oportunos y acordes a las necesidades del porcentaje de ciudadanos con algún tipo de discapacidad y que requieren hacer uso de los servicios ofrecidos por el Estado. Se buscará entonces, responder al interrogante de sí es posible generar la vinculación laboral y el desarrollo de las competencias laborales de personas con discapacidad en las Entidades del Estado Colombiano. El presente escrito presenta como la gestión de activos impacta de manera importante y positiva en las organizaciones, especialmente se analiza el modelo de gestión de activos en el Laboratorio de Electrónica de una Facultad de Ingeniería y las implicaciones que gracias a la implementación y administración del modelo se han logrado evidenciar en el Laboratorio.
