This article identifies the challenges of the supply chain components from a brief analysis of the integrated vaccine logistics operations for Covid-19 in Brazil. In view of the pandemic that has taken place in the world, there is a look at the complexity of the logistics of this product in the country, which requires research to adopt the planning of strategic business processes. Thus, in this research, they are analyzed as components of the integrated logistics operations of the vaccine for Covid-19: negotiation, production, storage and distribution. Exploratory and descriptive research was carried out, based on a bibliographic and documentary review, with subsequent content analysis on the publications, declarations and negotiations involved in the Brazilian health supply chain, specifically being analyzed the integrated logistics and its challenges in the immunization of the population. Brazilian. The results show that there is an emphasis on Brazilian negotiations regarding the entry of other vaccine manufacturers in the country, the start of national production, however, the biggest challenges are regarding storage and distribution, because, although there is national infrastructure for these key processes, there is an absence of maturity in planning to make mass immunization feasible with greater agility.
