Purpose: Positive work attributes and moral behaviors are vital for creative organizations, their people and sustainable work systems. The twofold purpose of this study is first, to describe the concept and importance of work ethics in the light of Quranic verses, and second, to examine the link that explains how Islamic work ethics (IWE) predicts work engagement in an individual. A dual mediation path is identified and tested. Design/methodology/approach: Data were collected using a cross-sectional design, and a sample of 373 health-care employees provided empirical evidence for the conceptualized model. Findings: Results showed full mediation for both mediators, meaning individuals demonstrating higher IWE have strong cognitive and emotional resources that help them to immerse in work constructively. Data was analyzed using SPSS V.16. Implications and future directions are further discussed. Originality/value: This paper contributes to the scant area of identifying IWE consequences in contemporary organizations and extends the understanding of work engagement by linking it with an affective resource as a potential mediator in the mechanism. This study aimed to examine the relationship between psychological capital and emotional intelligence among neurotic patients. This study was based on a correlational design and a quantitative approach was used to collect the data using a questionnaire method. The sample size of this study consisted of neurotic patients from different psychological clinics and hospitals in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The sample included both genders and people with diverse backgrounds were included to have more reliable results. All the ethical considerations were strictly followed throughout the study. The gathered data was analysed statistically and the results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive association between psychological capital and emotional intelligence among patients with neurosis. The results also showed that married people showed higher levels of PsyCap than single or divorced people. Comparably, individuals with shared family structures had higher levels in PsyCap, underscoring the significance of family support for mental health outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The COVID-19 pandemic altered buyers' concerns and resulted in more complex demand for high-involvement goods, such as financial products. These changes seem likely to persist after the pandemic. Additionally, other unforeseen events, although likely not as pervasive as the pandemic, could occur at any time. In this context, the ability of salespeople to keep their mental abilities sharp is vital in overcoming challenges and moving forward. This study highlights the emerging psychological capacities that help salespeople cope with new work circumstances following the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as dealing with other unforeseen events, and identifies ways to develop these psychological capabilities. Findings from in-depth interviews with 20 salespeople suggest that patience (P), consideration (C), and responsibility (R) are the emerging psychological capacities that motivate salespeople to achieve positive outcomes during and after the pandemic. These capacities can be developed through the exercise of passion and purpose, gratitude, long-term thinking, self-reflection, and self-compassion. We found the P.C.R. framework to fit the existing psychological capital (PsyCap) model, providing nuances to our understanding of PsyCap by proposing a framework with the emerging psychological capacities that salespeople require to succeed in the post-COVID personal selling environment. Psychological capital (PsyCap) has gained prominence as an important resource for positive work attitudes, behaviors, and organizational outcomes. This pre-registered study aims to broaden existing understanding of the relationship between PsyCap and positive attitudes and behaviors using longitudinal evidence. A sample of 202 teachers (M = 45.33 years, SD = 10.76) completed a set of online questionnaires in two measurement waves, two years apart. Using structural equation modelling with a pre-registered syntax, we found support for PsyCap as a mediator of the effects of perceived social support on changes in work engagement and life satisfaction within the two-year period. Perceived social support predicted the level of PsyCap measured two years later. A higher level of PsyCap was positively associated with changes in work engagement and life satisfaction between the two measurement waves. As the first data collection took place in the spring of 2019 and the second in the spring of 2021, the results also highlight the role of social support and PsyCap in dealing with demands related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Young people face multiple challenges, including appearance dissatisfaction, academic stressors, anxiety and depression. These challenges may increase during the final year of high school and may have become further exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examines the preliminary effectiveness of a brief, uncontrolled school-based intervention aimed at enhancing Psychological Capital (PsyCap), consisting of positive resources of hope, self-efficacy, resilience and optimism (HERO), and reducing mental health symptoms among female year 12 students (n = 95, Mage = 16.78, SD = 0.45). Outcomes on measures of HERO and secondary outcomes of flourishing, appearance dissatisfaction, anxiety and depression were measured at pre and post-intervention. In the overall cohort, no significant changes were found on the HERO outcomes or flourishing post-intervention, while symptoms of depression, anxiety and appearance dissatisfaction decreased significantly. For students with higher baseline anxiety, optimism and anxiety symptoms improved significantly at post-intervention. However, students with lower baseline anxiety experienced significant decreases in self-efficacy and optimism, as well as a significant increase in anxiety symptoms post-intervention. Baseline depression levels did not impact intervention outcomes. The findings, although mixed and limited by the lack of control group, suggest that a brief intervention grounded in PsyCap theory may improve student wellbeing under challenging circumstances. The present study investigated the importance of psychological capabilities to support financial product salespeople in overcoming challenges and sustaining motivation and work performance during and after COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, this study suggests useful ways to develop the psychological capabilities. By using an interpretive phenomenological approach as the methodology, twenty financial product salespeople have been interviewed. The findings reveal that positive mindset, belief-in-oneself and not-giving-up are crucial psychological capabilities for salespeople's sustainable work performance. These psychological capabilities match with the elements in the Psychological Capital Model. Positive mindset is associated with hope and optimism; belief-in-oneself is associated with self-efficacy, and not-giving-up is associated with resilience. The study also found approaches that help develop these psychological elements, including being proactive in seeking help and guidance, setting personal goal, and continuous learning. The findings contribute to the financial services and sales literature by providing a better understanding of how psychological capabilities help motivate financial product salespeople toward positive and sustainable work outcomes, and the ways to develop the psychological capabilities. The e-commerce industry is considered a key driver of the digital economy in Indonesia. Therefore, the progress and sustainability of companies in the e-commerce industry, particularly in e-commerce retail, are of great importance. Fostering innovative behavior among employees in e-commerce retail companies is crucial. Hence, this research investigates the influence of high-performance work systems (HPWS) on innovative work behavior (IWB) in employees, and how psychological capital (PsyCap) and work engagement mediate this relationship. This study utilizes covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) to analyze direct and mediating effects on IWB. The research findings indicate that there is a simultaneous (t-value = 4.4) and separate mediating influence of PsyCap (t-value = 5.87) and Work Engagement (t-value = 3.67) on the relationship between HPWS and IWB. The direct impact of HPWS on IWB is also significant (t-value = 1.70). This study provides practical insights for management to cultivate innovative behavior among employees through recommended HPWS practices, and how individual factors may explain the effect of HPWS in cultivating IWB. This paper aims to explore the effect of ethical leadership on employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment through the potential mediator of psychological capital (PsyCap). In total, 418 employees in Ho Chi Minh City--Vietnam completed the survey. Partial least square-structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. The results of the study indicated a positive relationship between ethical leadership and employees' PsyCap, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Furthermore, the results revealed the partial mediating effect of PsyCap on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction and between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. Since the mechanism of ethical leadership has rarely been explored, the results of this study could provide important references for further research. Purpose: This study aims to explore the intrapersonal underpinnings of conflict transformation and expression during military deployment exercises. Design/methodology/approach: The authors collected data just before the onset and right after the ending of a military deployment training attended by several military units that were engaged in various operational exercises. The authors evaluated positive psychological capital (PsyCap) as well as expectations of task and relationship conflict before the deployment (N = 116 participants) and the experience of task and relationship conflict as well as deployment self-efficacy evaluated just after the deployment (N = 84). Findings: PsyCap buffers conflict transformation and expression during military deployment. Relationship conflict reduces deployment self-efficacy evaluated after the deployment. Research limitations/implications: The findings have implications for the development of personal strengths such as PsyCap and deployment self-efficacy, as well as for conflict management in military settings. Originality/value: This study contributes to the literature on micro foundations of conflict emergence and explores the intrapersonal factors that impact conflict expression and transformation during military exercises. Psychological capital (PsyCap) constitutes a positive personal resource that enhances better well-being and academic performance in university students. Initially addressed in the organizational realm and recently in the academic one. This study aimed to establish the differences in PsyCap according to gender and age in Peruvian university students. A quantitative, comparative, non-experimental, and cross-sectional study was conducted with 708 students (77.4 % women and 22.6 % men), aged between 18 and 61 years (M = 22.1; SD = 5.95), selected in a non-probabilistic manner, who completed the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-12). The results indicate very strong evidence supporting the existence of significant differences between different age groups, suggesting that the observed variations are not due to chance but reflect real differences between ages. Regarding gender, the data do not provide enough information to confidently assert whether there are significant differences between men and women in relation to psychological capital (PsyCap) and its dimensions. This implies that we cannot confirm whether gender influences these variables. These findings highlight the need to consider age when assessing and intervening in PsyCap in university students.

In a context marked by teachers' shortage, prioritizing teachers' well-being emerges as one of the factors that can encourage them to stay in the profession. Well-being is a multidimensional concept and difficult to define and measure. Moreover, its link with Psychological Capital (PsyCap), a concept that includes personal psychological resources (hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism) (Luthans & Youssef, 2004), has received little attention in the educational sciences. The main objective of this paper is therefore to investigate the links between these two concepts from a theoretical point of view in psychology and educational sciences. For this purpose, the scoping review methodology (Tricco et al., 2018) is mobilized to identify research issues, methodological questions, and the various links between well-being and PsyCap. Based on a systematic review of 376 bibliographic references conducted in the main databases in psychology and educational sciences, 32 articles were selected analysed. The data extracted indicate that these concepts particularly affect teachers (42.11 % of subjects concerned, N = 42,750). In addition, all the sources selected report significant and positive statistical links between well-being and PsyCap. These results suggest possible avenues for research on teachers' well-being.

Background: This study focuses on the analysis of stress arising from the inherent demands of life at sea, affecting both the physical and mental well-being of seafarers, potentially compromising their personal and professional development. However, this stress can be heightened during extended periods spent at sea. Stemming from the XI World Cruise of Juan Sebastián Elcano's vessel, this study aims to investigate whether Psychological Capital can predict the perception of stress within military crews. Method: This investigation involved assessing perceived stress (PSS) and psychological capital (PCQ-24) in a sample of 122 military personnel aboard the vessel Juan Sebastian Elcano. Subsequently, a descriptive correlational exploratory study was conducted. Results: A negative and significant correlation was detected between psychological capital and perceived stress, explaining up to 31 % of the variance in the latter. Of the variance explained by psychological capital, 33 % corresponds to its hope component, 28.1 % to efficacy, 24.4 % to optimism, and finally, 14.5 % to resilience. Conclusions: Due to the predictive power of psychological capital on stress perception, developing psychological capital programs could be an effective strategy for reducing stress among the embarked personnel. Abstract Aim To examine registered nurses' individual strengths (psychological capital and grit) and an organizational resource (organizational justice) as well as associated work‐related outcomes. In a time of a global nursing shortage, there is an urgent need to identify strengths and resources that can have a positive impact on the health, well‐being and retention of registered nurses. Design A cross‐sectional survey. Methods A nationwide convenience sample of 514 registered nurses responded to a survey. Data were collected using a self‐reported questionnaire between March and May 2018. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and multivariate path analysis. Results Participants rated their psychological capital and grit moderately high. Grit and organizational justice were found to have significant direct effects on psychological capital. Furthermore, psychological capital had positive direct effects on engagement and the perception of well‐conducted everyday nursing as well as negative direct effects on burnout, the stress of conscience and the intent to leave the profession. Conclusion The results suggest that nurse leaders and managers could consider improving registered nurses' well‐being with two complementary approaches. It might be useful to reinforce positive, individual strengths, such as psychological capital, and at the same time create more favourable nursing work environments, for example by strengthening organizational justice. Currently, organizational affective commitment is still one of the important issues in higher education. The issue of affective commitment in universities, especially in private universities, especially those based on certain religious values is still open. Previous research has shown that affective commitment can be explained in a variety of ways according to the context of the theoretical approach, cultural context and type of organization. Research exploring the role of psycap and authentic leadership in relation to affective commitment in the APTIK (Association of Catholic Colleges) environment could be one alternative. With a personal approach and value in mind, authentic psychology and leadership can be placed as important issues in influencing affective commitment. In today's complex and fast-moving organizations, affective commitment behavior is critical to organizational success. Psycap and authentic leadership proved to be strong predictors of affective commitment, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study aims to examine the effect of psycap on the affective commitment of lecturers, where authentic leadership as the mediator. This research is a quantitative research involving 401 lecturers in Indonesia as research subjects. The results of this study show that authentic leadership partially mediates the influence of psycap on the affective commitment of APTIK lecturers. Increasing psycap will increase affective commitment both directly and through increasing the authentic leadership of lecturers. This research is a narrative critical literature review of the use of the PsyCap (psychological capital) model to study online university students' learning experiences in order to understand their persistence. PsyCap (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism, abbreviated as HERO) has been proven an effective model of understanding the intrinsic characteristics that motivate working adults to persist in workplace excellence. Prior to the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, working adults comprised the majority of the online university student population. Online programmes were formed and developed predominantly to serve their needs, yet these students struggle to persist and succeed. The PsyCap model used to understand their success in the workplace is underutilised in studying their success as online learners. Students' individual needs and expectations have transitioned from the baby boomer generational cohort to millennials and now entering Generation Z. This article synthesises the cross-section of literature canvassing online education, student generational cohort transitions and the use of the PsyCap model up to the present era. Results reveal that the changing psychological capacity of university students warrants further research of the PsyCap model with relation to online university student persistence. To prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, the hotel industry continues to improve, especially with regard to health protocols, therefore the Hotel has started implementing the Cleanliness, Hygiene, Sanitation, and Environment (CHSE) protocol, this protocol was created by the government to increase efforts to prevent and control transmission Covid-19 for the public in public places and facilities to prevent new clusters of transmission. The implementation of the CHSE protocol requires the readiness of all hotel employees to implement it. This research is a causal quantitative research that aims to see the readiness of star hotel employees in Surabaya, Malang, and Batu to implement changes seen from 4 dimensions, namely Self-Efficacy, Optimism, Hope, Resilience. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 68 hotel employees, where the majority of respondents came from the F&B Service department 29 people (42.65%) and the Front Office 18 people (26.47%) F&B Culinary 11 people (16.18%), Housekeeping 6 people ( 8.82%), Security 4 people (5.88%). Data processing in this study uses the help of smart PLS 2.0. From the results of this study it can be concluded that 4 dimensions, namely Self-Efficacy, Optimism, Hope, Resilience have a positive and significant effect on employee readiness in implementing changes.

This study's goal was to clarify whether psychological capital (PsyCap) mediated the relations between social support and subjective wellbeing among post-secondary students during the Covid-19 pandemic and to assess whether students diagnosed with a learning disability (LD) and/or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) differed from others in their reliance on social support and their level of PsyCap and subjective wellbeing. Participants were 257 students, 152 diagnosed with LD/ADHD and the rest neurotypical. The study used four questionnaires: demographic and academic information; Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ); Subjective Well-Being Index (International Wellbeing Group, International Wellbeing Group, 2006.); social support questionnaire. The results indicated PsyCap mediated relations between social support and subjective wellbeing. Students diagnosed with LD/ADHD differed from neurotypicals in their PsyCap and subjective wellbeing levels, but not in their social support. In addition, the relations between PsyCap and social support were stronger among students diagnosed with LD/ADHD. PsyCap was an important resource for all participants and was related to social support and subjective wellbeing, making it especially valuable for LD/ADHD students facing new and threatening situations, such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Identifying the psychological strengths of athletes is necessary to improve their performance. With the objective of comprehensively assessing those, the present study aimed to adapt and validate the Spanish version of the PCQ (Azanza et al., 2014) in a sample of athletes from different disciplines. Participants were 540 athletes recruited to participate in the study with the assistance of university students. The factor structure of the SPCQ was tested with a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and a correlational analysis was carried out to analyze the relationship between Sport PsyCap and personality. Statistical analyses showed that the questionnaire obtained adequate psychometric properties regarding reliability, construct validity and convergent validity. These confirmed the existence of four first-order factors (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience) and a second-order factor (PsyCap), following the structure of both the original questionnaire (Luthans et al., 2007), and the version adapted to the Spanish sample (Azanza et al., 2014). The SPCQ is presented as a suitable way to measure psychological capital both in the field of research and professional practice, offering a reliable tool for the identification and subsequent intervention in different psychological aspects that can improve performance. Humour is a human being-inherent activity that occurs in all kinds of social activities and interactions. However, while leader humour is widely considered to be beneficial, the role of employee humour in humour interactions in the workplace is largely neglected in the literature. Accordingly, the present study examines the effect of congruence in the humour behaviour of leaders and employees on employees' psychological and behavioural reactions. The complex effects of humour interactions on employee creativity are empirically examined within the context of the broaden and build theory. In particular, the study clarifies the mechanism by which humour benefits employees by proposing that the experienced positive events arising from congruence in the leader-follower humour behaviour enhance the employee PsyCap building process and hence increase employee creativity. Data collection is performed through a three-wave survey of 220 leader-follower dyads in Taiwan. The results confirm the proposed hypotheses. Notably, support is found for the indirect effect of congruence in the leader and employee humour behaviour on employee creativity via employee PsyCap. Lately there has been an increase in the number of publications on psychological capital, especially in the specialty of organizational psychology, and not so much in the field of educational psychology. This study aims to analyze the main bibliometric indicators of production, collaboration and impact of scientific literature related to psychological capital in university students. We searched the Scopus database for documents using the comprehensive search strategy until June 27, 2021. Data were collected regarding title, keywords, authors, co-authors, citations received, details of the most productive journals, year of publication, countries, and institutions. From 2009 to 2021, 82 documents were published, mainly from countries such as China, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Spain; the most productive journal was the so-called Revista Argentina de Clínica Psicológica while Curtin University was the most influential institution in the subject of study. The author's co-occurrence network analysis, trend topics, and keyword analysis highlighted themes involving psychological capital with educational and health variables in college students. The findings can help both academics and professionals to obtain an overview of advances in the subject and thus identify important gaps in the literature and propose promising new lines of research.

AimPrevious theory and research postulate that workaholism is one of the important factors that contribute to burnout. The present study aimed to analyze the role of psychological capital as a mediator between the two. Moreover, the study examined the moderating role in the stated mediated relationship.MethodsThe researchers approached a sample of university teachers (N = 1,008) including both male (n = 531) and female (n = 477) university teachers by using a multi-stage random sampling technique. For this purpose, DUWAS-10 Oldenburg Burnout Inventory, Challenging Job Demands Scale, and Anila PsyCap Scale were applied to measure workaholism, burnout, challenging job demands, and PsyCap, respectively. The data obtained from the sample was subjected to analysis by using Model 14 of Process Macro by Hayes.ResultsThe results confirmed the mediating role of PsyCap and moderating role of time pressure and cognitive demands in the relationship of the two variables. The results concluded that workaholism is not directly related to burnout rather the negative relationship existed through psychological capital, and the mediated relationship was stronger for the university employees who were to face a higher level of challenging job demands including cognitive demands and time pressure.ConclusionBurnout is an occupational health problem that causes devastating effects on both the employees as well as to the organizational economy. Improving personal resources might help the negative relationship between workaholism and burnout in higher education institutions in the country.

There has been Emerging interest in the link between effective organizational change and psychological capital increasing their attention to the potential of positive psychology interventions impact form various perspectives. However, the field still lacks in holistic overviews of the role of psychological capital in enhancing the readiness for change among employees. The present bibliometric study was employed to identify and synthesize the results from studies exploring domains of psychological capital, organizational change, and positive psychology interventions. The paper also reveals the contribution of scientific knowledge by highlighting the gaps and direct the potential development areas for further studies. Authors analyzed the papers published in highly ranked and cited journals which were indexed and ranked in the Crossref, Microsoft Academic, PubMed, PubMed Central, Core, in the period of 2004 to 2021. The results demonstrated positive psychology interventions utilizing psychological capital as a promising approach for enhancing the readiness for organizational change through discovering personal potential and resources of employees and managers. Objectives: This study aims to investigate the mediating effects of positive psychological capital (both as compound PsyCap and separate resources) in the relationship between social support and the two components of HRQoL: physical and mental health. Method: We conducted the current cross-sectional study on a sample of 319 participants (114 male; 205 female) aged 65 to 90. Results: The results indicated significant positive associations between social support, PsyCap, physical health and mental health. Compound PsyCap fully mediated the relationship between perceived social support and physical/mental health. Hope and optimism positively predicted physical health, while the same PsyCap resources, along with self-efficacy positively predicted mental health. Discussion: The retirees that perceived increased social support presented higher levels of PsyCap, which in turn increased their physical and mental health. In a context marked by teachers' shortage, prioritizing teachers' well-being emerges as one of the factors that can encourage them to stay in the profession. Well-being is a multidimensional concept and difficult to define and measure. Moreover, its link with Psychological Capital (PsyCap), a concept that includes personal psychological resources (hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism) (Luthans & Youssef, 2004), has received little attention in the educational sciences. The main objective of this paper is therefore to investigate the links between these two concepts from a theoretical point of view in psychology and educational sciences. For this purpose, the scoping review methodology (Tricco et al., 2018) is mobilized to identify research issues, methodological questions, and the various links between well-being and PsyCap. Based on a systematic review of 376 bibliographic references conducted in the main databases in psychology and educational sciences, 32 articles were selected analysed. The data extracted indicate that these concepts particularly affect teachers (42.11 % of subjects concerned, N = 42,750). In addition, all the sources selected report significant and positive statistical links between well-being and PsyCap. These results suggest possible avenues for research on teachers' well-being. • Little is known about the link between PsyCap and well-being among teachers. • Scoping review helps to highlight epistemological determinants of this topic. • Positive and significant links exist between PsyCap and well-being. • Studying PsyCap and well-being seems to be relevant in educational sciences. The present two‐wave study, conducted on 456 employees, investigates the mediating role of psychological capital (PsyCap) in the relationships between agentic capabilities (i.e., forethought, self‐regulation, and self‐reflection) and three outcomes, namely job performance, rated by supervisors, and two forms of social capital, namely vertical social capital (i.e., the perceptions of relationship with the supervisor), and horizontal social capital (i.e., the perceptions of positive relationships with colleagues). The results confirmed the positive prediction of PsyCap by agentic capabilities, emphasizing its agentic nature. Moreover, PsyCap fully mediated the positive effect of agentic capabilities on the three outcomes (i.e., job performance, positive perceptions of supervisors, and positive perceptions of colleagues), revealing its key role in translating basic cognitive capabilities related to human agency in job performance and both vertical and horizontal social capital. Future research directions and practical implications are discussed. BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE: With the advent of COVID-19 pandemic, home-based teleworking has become the new normal. Researchers have suggested workplace isolation as the most frequently reported employee concern of teleworkers. Workplace isolation is reported to have many undesirable outcomes. However, limited studies have examined the influence of workplace isolation on mental health and its underlying mechanisms. Drawing from the emotion-centered model of occupational stress and conservation of resources theory, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between workplace isolation and mental ill-health with negative emotions as a mediator and psychological capital as a moderator. METHODS: The data was collected from 322 home-based teleworkers working in Information Technology companies in India using a survey method. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS, SPSS and PROCESS macro. RESULTS: The results suggest the following. First, workplace isolation was associated with mental ill-health and negative emotions mediated this relationship. Second, psychological capital was found to buffer the effects of workplace isolation on negative emotions. Third, the conditional indirect effect of workplace isolation on mental ill-health through negative emotions was weaker in the presence of high psychological capital. CONCLUSION: The current study is the first one to examine the mediating role of negative emotions and the moderating role of psychological capital in the relationship between workplace isolation and mental ill-health among home-based teleworkers. This research explores the influence of the psychological capital of elementary English as a second language (ESL) teachers in Malaysia on their classroom management and the moderation effect of their working experience on the influential relationship between psychological capital and ESL classroom management. A survey conducted with 675 Malaysian elementary teachers took part in this research, with 24 teachers identified by followed up interviewing. From quantitative and qualitative analyses, the results show that psychological capital of elementary ESL teachers has a significant positive influence on classroom management. Teaching experience demonstrates a significant moderation effect in the casual correlation of psychological capital to ESL classroom management. The influence of the psychological capital of novice teachers on their classroom management is better than experienced teachers. Some implications and limitations are put forward.
