Indonesia is a disaster-prone region because it is located in the Ring of Fire and at the confluence of four tectonic plate faults: the Eurasian, Indo-Australian, Philippine Sea, and Pacific plates. A disaster is an event that cannot be predicted in terms of its arrival and impact but can be reduced in terms of risk. Community preparedness related to disasters needs to be improved because of the risk of disasters that can threaten the lives and livelihoods of people affected by disasters. Padang City is one of the coastal areas in West Sumatra Province with the risk of disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, and landslides because one of the factors is its geographical condition, which is located in a potential natural disaster area. Therefore, preparedness training is needed to help people who live in disaster-prone areas cope with and reduce disaster risks. This disaster preparedness and mitigation training was held on 8 November 2023 at the Batang Arau Village Office, Padang Selatan District, Padang City. The conclusion obtained after the implementation of this activity is the community's insight into the importance of being prepared and mitigating disasters that have the potential to occur in residential areas.

Research aims: This study aims to describe the development of cost stickiness research over the past twenty years globally and presents a future research agenda. Design/Methodology/Approach: The method used in this study is a systematic literature review with a final research sample of 91 articles from 42 international journals indexed by Scopus Q1-Q4 and 20 articles from national journals indexed by SINTA 1-4. Research findings: This research found annual developments and fluctuations in cost stickiness research topics in international and national journals. Mapping of cost stickiness research exhibits that (1) the dominating antecedent variable is revenue change, (2) the popular consequence variable is accounting conservatism, (3) the most widely used theory is cost stickiness theory, (4) the majority of cost stickiness research used quantitative methods with secondary data, (5) the widely used population is public sector or profit-oriented companies, and (6) the proxy dominating cost stickiness research is SGA. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research mapping is based on six critical aspects of cost stickiness and provides several suggestions for future research. It is expected that future research related to cost stickiness can use this research as a reference and inspiration. Research limitation/Implication: Several websites in national journals indexed by SINTA 1-4 could not be accessed due to errors, limiting the number of research samples in national journals. Hence, future research can expand the search for articles in SINTA 1-6 or through other pages/portals (such as Web of Science) to more comprehensively describe the development of cost stickiness research.

Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are functional plants with an abundance of nutrients both macronutrients and micronutrients. The need for nutrition in postpartum and lactating mothers is more than the nutritional needs of mothers during pregnancy, during the first 6 months the mother needs an additional energy of 500 calories / day which is useful for producing adequate milk production for the baby. The use of Moringa leaves has been widely used by the community as an alternative menu that is beneficial for mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers. For postpartum and lactating mothers, Moringa leaves are very useful and contain phytosterol compounds that are lactagogum effects that can increase and launch milk production so that they can improve the baby's health status by increasing the baby's weight and can also prevent stunting in infants. This research is a Quasy Experiment research with One Group Pretest and Postest Design approach. The sample in this study was determined by Purposive Sampling technique, which is a sample with a total of 19 postpartum mothers at the Juliana Tanjung Morawa midwife clinic. The results of the study found a difference between before and after being given Moringa leaf boiled water on maternal breast milk production, this can be seen from the sig value of 0.000 and the difference between before and after being given Moringa leaf cooking water on maternal HB levels, this can be seen from the GIS value of 0.000, it was concluded that there was an effect of Moringa leaf cooking water on breast milk production and Hb levels of postpartum mothers at the Juliana Tanjung Morawa clinic.

Cellulose nanofibers (CNF) have been applied in various applications due to the abundant raw materials and excellent mechanical and thermal properties. In this work, CNF from Cigarette butts (CNF-CB) was used as emulsion stabilized for oil in water emulsion. CNF was prepared from regenerated cellulose fibers that were produced by deacetylation of Cigarette butts waste using autoclave and then hydrolysis by chemical treatment using sulfuric acid. The FTIR spectra of CNF-CB showed chemically convert from Cigarette butts waste, indicating removal of the acetyl group. TEM micrographs showed nanocellulose with diameters of 8-32.30 nm. XRD analysis shows that the CNF-CB is a cellulose II allomorph with a crystallinity index of about 88.04%. Thermogravimetric analysis showed high char residue for the nanocellulose compared to raw fibers. The addition of CNF-CB with a concentration of 0.5% into the oil-in-water emulsion (O/W) showed better stability than commercial surfactant. In conclusion, this approach offers a promising strategy for upcycling cigarette butts waste to produce nanocellulose, which could be used in various applications.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government of Indonesia (GoI) issued policies to keep the situation under control, particularly in the trade sector, with the goal of protecting the state from fraudulent acts of business actors dumping practices. The Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) has investigated Chinese products that cause harm to domestic products, namely Lysine and Hot Rolled Coil of Another Alloy. This article discusses the implementation of anti-dumping action conducted by the KADI, and the challenges that are faced in the performance of anti-dumping action. It is based on normative legal research that applies statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that KADI’s scientific investigation succeed in proving the causal link between certain imported Chinese products and the injury in Indonesian local industries. There are three challenges faced by KADI in investigating the anti-dumping action. First, the Work From Home system hampered them from collecting the data. Second, a lack number of capable staff to investigate the evidence of dumping in Indonesia. Third, the Regulation of Minister of Finance No. 103/PMK.010/2020 suspend the import duties on all imported products that enter the Indonesian market from September, 22 until December 31, 2020.

This study aims to describe the eco-literacy profile formulated by the Centre of Eco-literacy. The research design used in this article is qualitative with a case study approach. The research subjects consist of 5 students, two teachers, and the principal. The data collection techniques in this study used three techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique examines the data obtained from the beginning of data collection to conclude. The research result shows that: (1) in the cognitive aspect, students understand environmental issues and can connect this knowledge with concrete actions in their daily lives; (2) the emotional aspect shows that students are deeply aware of the interdependence between living beings and the environment, accompanied by empathy and care for nature; (3) the activity aspect is evident from students' involvement in using tools and resources wisely and integrating eco-literacy principles into various practical activities; and (4) the spirit aspect is reflected in the increased awareness of students regarding the relationship between humans and nature, manifested through actual actions born from their knowledge and care. This study concludes that students' eco-literacy profile is good, with skills encompassing cognitive, emotional, activity, and spirit aspects that mutually support understanding and responding to environmental issues effectively. This research is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and schools in implementing ecoliteracy in elementary schools. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB), an abundant source of lignocellulosic biomass waste, is rich in hemicellulose and is converted into xylose for xylitol production. The remaining cellulose-rich residue can be efficiently hydrolyzed into glucose, which serves as a substrate for bioethanol and enzymes. This process aligns with an integrated biorefinery model aimed at optimizing the utilization of OPEFB. This study optimizes a two-stage enzymatic hydrolysis fermentation for OPEFB conversion into value-added products. Using a 4% NaOH pretreatment, lignin was degraded while preserving hemicellulose and cellulose. This hydrolysis yielded 12.27 g/L of xylose and 36.86 g/L of glucose. Ethanol production, using varied fermentation media, achieved maximum concentrations of 0.043 g/L for xylitol and 21.35 g/L for ethanol, with substrate-to-product yields of 0.005 g/g and 0.374 g/g, respectively. Furthermore, enzyme production by Aspergillus niger was assessed on multiple parameters, recording a peak cellulase activity of 55.16 ± 20.24 U/mL and enzyme weight of 42.748 kDa. The OPEFB substrate yielded the highest protein content of 0.00942 ± 0.00010 mg/mL. These findings demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the two-stage enzymatic hydrolysis strategy in facilitating integrated biorefinery processes for efficient and sustainable OPEFB utilization.

Biofertilizers are compounds that contain microorganisms capable of increasing the nutrient availability to plants and increasing plant growth rate. The purpose of this research is to study the effects of biofertilizers and organic ameliorants on some of soil bio-chemical properties. The pot experiment was conducted at the field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block complete design format consisting of twelve treatments and three replications. The experiment consisted of control, solid biofertilizer (50 kg ha-1), liquid biofertilizer (5 L ha-1), a combination of solid biofertilizers (50 kg ha-1) with organic ameliorants (10t ha-1) (composted straw, biochar and cow manure), a combination of liquid biofertilizer (5 L ha-1) and organic ameliorants (10 t ha-1), and each of ameliorants (10 t ha-1) independently. The results of experiment revealed that the application of solid biofertilizers and organic ameliorants significantly improved some soil biological properties (population of phosphate solubilizing microbes, N-fixing bacteria and phosphatase activity) and increased some soil chemical properties such as total N, available P, organic C and cation exchange capacity.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of communication, organizational culture, and employee performance, and to determine the effect of communication and organizational culture simultaneously or partially on employee performance in the head office of PT. Telkomsel. The research method used is a quantitative method. Primary data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Samples were selected as many as 92 employees from a total population of 1,194 employees using simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. Descriptive analysis results show that communication, organizational culture, and employee performance at the head office of PT. Telkomsel are classified as good. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the communication variables and organizational culture partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test shows that simultaneous communication and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of communication and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Telkomsel is 66.42% and the remaining 33.58% is influenced by other variables.

Sulawesi est la plus grande île du hotspot de biodiversité de Wallacea. Cependant, les données sur l'ichtyofaune de cette île sont incomplètes, et plusieurs espèces connues n'ont pas de barcode ADN de référence dans les bases de données publiques; ceux-ci sont nécessaires, entre autres, pour permettre la détection non-invasive utilisant l'ADN environnemental. Pour contribuer à remédier à ce manque, des spécimens de deux espèces endémiques dans le Sulawesi du sud ont été collectés dans la région karstique de Maros en mars 2023: Dermogenys orientalis et Lagusia micracanthus. Les nageoires pectorales droites ont été conservées dans de l'éthanol à 96% pour le Barcoding de l'ADN avant la conservation de trois spécimens de référence de chaque espèce à l'Université Hasanuddin. L'extraction d'ADN et la PCR (marqueur génétique mitochondrial COI) ont été suivies du séquençage Sanger. L'analyse des données a été réalisée dans MEGA 11. Ces premiers codesbarres ont été déposés dans le GenBank:accessions Dermogenys orientalis OR829330-OR829332 et accessions Lagusia micracanthus OR829336-OR829336. Des arbres phylogénétiques ont été construits avec des séquences homologues obtenues via la routine BLASTn du NCBI GenBank. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of good corporate governance on company performance and value. The data used in the study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 18 companies. The analysis test uses SPSS 25 by conducting a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. Background: Untreated sleep quality can bring changes that can affect both physically and psychologically so that it can reduce sleep quality in menopausal women, one of the non-pharmacological management in improving sleep quality is progressive muscle relaxation by reducing muscle tension, eliminating fatigue so as to improve quality sleep in menopausal women. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation in improving sleep quality. Method: A systematic review through review of maternity nursing articles to identify the effect of progressive muscle relaxation in improving sleep quality in menopausal women. The article inclusion criteria used were the effect of progressive muscle relaxation in improving sleep quality, while the exclusion criteria ie articles were not full text. Search articles are accessed from databases, namely: Sciencedirect, Pubmed, JKI, JKD. Articles that meet the inclusion criteria are collected and examined systematically. Search for literature published from 2015 to 2018. the article search process gets 4 articles that meet the requirements for inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: in this systematic review shows that progressive muscle relaxation can improve sleep quality. Conclusion: Progressive muscle relaxation can improve sleep quality

The aim of this research was to find out the strategies used by the English Education Study Program students in learning reading skill. The research was designed as a comparative research. The population of the research was 74 students of English Education Study Program of Universitas Bengkulu in the 2015/2016 academic year. The samples were 74 students which consist of 59 successful students and 15 unsuccessful students, taken all of the total population. The data were collected by using a set of questionnaire and documentation. There were 45 statements of reading learning strategies which consisted of six categories of learning strategies proposed by Oxford (1990). They were Memory related, metacognitive strategy, cognitive strategy, compensation and social affective strategy. The instrument of this research was adopted from Tabehinejad (2015). Meanwhile documentation instrument was transcript score from the sixth semester English Education Study Program. The result of this study showed between unsuccessful and successful students of English Education Study Program preferred to use all category of that learning strategy. In addition, the most frequently used strategy group by unsuccessful students was social and cognitive strategy. Meanwhile successful students used strategy group was social strategy.

Background: Self-care for postpartum mothers is very necessary, based on Orem's theory that humans basically have the ability to care for themselves. The way to improve mother's independence is by the influence of a leader (health worker). Transformational leadership is a leadership style that can motivate subordinates to be able to do better, in this case can be applied in improving the independence of postpartum mothers. Objective: Provide an overview of how to improve self-care of postpartum mothers through transformational leadership. Method: The method used in the search process using the PubMeds website, Nursing Journal Bina Husada, Diponegoro Nursing Journal. Search keywords are independence, postpartum mothers, self care. Result: Idealized / Charismatic Influence: the influence of a leader is needed to create an ideal influence, the experience of childbirth supports the ability of postpartum mothers to perform postpartum care. Inspirational Motivation: motivation and inspiration that can provide encouragement, independent family development affects the level of mother's independence. Individualized Consideration: a nurse must be able to respect the patient's background and environment in order to create a harmonious relationship and increase the patient's confidence. Intellectual Stimulation: transformational leadership style that encourages subordinates to solve problems carefully, the higher the level of knowledge the easier it is to receive information.
