The paper introduce intelligent heating household metering system architecture based on the information-based, the analysis take the hot metering system based on the on-off time and area method as a case model, respectively, the paper structure by one function on the system sensor layer, network layer, application layer respectively. Finally, the paper analysis the host computer function of the intelligent heating household metering system based on the information. Information technology, intelligent technology in the household heating metering system on the application, to achieve the user's on-demand heating and maximize energy conservation.

It is rewarding to understand the actuality of wind resources to increase utilization ratio because the using of wind resources plays an important role in developing of offshore resources in Jin-Jing-Ji region. It is significative for effective resources utilization to promote the progress of region economy, environment protection, tourism and local eco-development. There are abundant wind resources in Caofeidian region which is typical as the wind region according to the weather statistic year by year. The wind energy density is above 140W/m2. The total of the hours is between 4800 and 5600 when the wind speed is above 3m/s.The wind resources of the Caofeidian wind field were analyzed and appraised according to the testing weather parameter from weather station of Caofeidian, the tower of the winds and neighboring two weather stations. The mean wind speed, mean wind power density, hours of wind speed, the annual and representative daily variation of wind speed and wind power density were analysised. The wind direction rose map and wind energy rose from Jul. 2007 to Jun. 2008 in wind farm of Caofeidian were made. The 10 min maximal wind speed was calculated at 10m high hub. The wind power density reaches Grade 2 on GB/T18710-2002 for a wind power plant, which belongs to IEC C. The wind resources are relatively abundant III t in Caofeidian. These study results on the wind direction and power can be used as a reference for the city planning and building community distributing in Jin-Jing-Ji region.

Graduation project is indispensable in education of technological university and it is significant in teaching practice of Building environment and equipment engineering at the same time. It plays an irreplaceable role in the whole development program of undergraduate education. In this paper, the reform and practice was carried out to explore in undergraduate of Building environment and equipment engineering in 2005 of Hebei University of Technology according to general question in professional teaching. And it was achieved certain effects.

A small-scale thermoelectric dehumidifier was built and its operation characteristics were performed experimentally. The results showed that the thermoelectric dehumidifier works under the cooling dehumidification process and the isothermal dehumidification process. The relative humidity experiences two accelerating process and two reducing process, depending on the condensation behavior of cooling fins. There exists a peak during the variation of average COP and dehumidification rate with the input power of thermoelectric modules. The optimal input power is 6W in this study, and the corresponding average COP and dehumidification rate is 0.16 and 0.00485g/min, respectively.
