In this paper, according to the KR desulphurization historical data, samples are refined and optimized through prior knowledge, to better meet the requirements of establishing desulfurizer quality quantitative model; then samples are classified using DBSCAN clustering algorithm, on the basis of which desulfurizer quality quantitative model is established.

With the rapid development of the electro-hydraulic servo control technology, the application of electro-hydraulic servo valve has become more and more widely. Servo amplifier is an important part of the electro-hydraulic servo control system to drive and control servo valve. This essay introduces the principle and the function of servo-amplifier, and designs a servo amplifier with the functions of proportional amplifier, zero adjustment, feedback and current limitation. The performance analysis and validation for the servo amplifier are carried out by using simulation software EDA .On the basis of the simulation, the servo amplifier is fabricated, and its performance is tested. The results indicate that the servo amplifier has features of stable current output, good linearity, rapid response, and fully meet designing requirements.

The paper introduces system components and working principle of the ultrahigh pressure water jet, with theoretical analysis on fluctuation characteristics of pressure booster pump flow. On the basis of the AMEsim simulation model established on various hydraulic components in the system, through a large number of simulation experiments to compare simulation curve with different parameters. Analysing the system characteristics for pressure and flow affected by some parameters such as: volume, booster pump motion control and the number of nozzles, in order to improve the system stability for pressure and flow and optimize the parameters.

The existing hydraulic excitation mode of valve controlled cylinder or pump controlled motor used in the excitation device of high-speed railway dynamic test system is difficult to meet the requirements of high exciting frequency, high exciting force and high amplitude. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward a bicyclic surface hydraulic cylinder, and designs the corresponding electro-hydraulic servo excitation system. According to the test system parameters，it establishes the mathematical model of the hydraulic system. It uses Matlab/Simulink to carry out theoretical analysis and digital simulation and uses PID Tuner to adjust the PID controller parameters. The simulation results show that the hydraulic excitation system designed meets the performance requirements of the high-speed railway dynamic test system excitation device.
