In the era of the big information wave and rapid development of economic globalization, the traditional music teaching mode in China has failed to completely develop the times. Here focuses on constructing a localized teaching mode of the Orff music teaching method in the case of cloud information analysis, firstly, understanding the definition of cloud information, using the MOOC platform design and offline traditional Orff music teaching method to build the localized teaching mode. The system is designed with SSH structure as the framework and BP-related calculation methods, with basic theory as the key point adopted by related calculation method, implementation process adopted for break-in effect inspiring rules for evaluating the actual use, analyzing the accuracy and stability of the three algorithms through experiments of three cases, and the final from experimental analysis accuracy of BP neural network algorithm is between 77% and 86%, which is higher than the accuracy and stability of the other two algorithms. Furthermore, stability is high, thus building a set of localized and innovative teaching models suitable for Chinese music education, which is conducive to improving students’ aesthetic and artistic level and bringing Chinese music to the world stage.

Reasonable planning the trajectory of the airborne radar network can decrease its repeated surveillance region, and improve the search efficiency. To complete a wider range of reconnaissance searches within a certain time, a search task oriented path optimization method of airborne radar network is proposed. Firstly, the single-platform search range by combing the radar equation is characterized, and the multi-radar area coverage function based on the rasterization idea is calculated. A trajectory optimization model with the goal of maximizing the search coverage function is constructed, by combining with the motion constraints of each node and adopting an intelligent method. Simulation results show that the present method can obtain higher search coverage within specified time.

Recently, the phenomenon of tail-sustained swaying of the 160 km/h EMU in single-track tunnels has gained much attention, especially for the rear-powered vehicle. This phenomenon is investigated from the perspective of aerodynamic fluid–structure coupling vibration in this study. The aerodynamics simulation model of the train in tunnels and the multi-body dynamics model of the rear-powered vehicle were respectively established through the software of XFlow and Simpack, and then the fluid–structure coupling vibration was simulated by using real-time data dynamic exchange between the two models. Moreover, the carbody's vibration acceleration and the aerodynamic loads acting on the carbody under various wheel–rail contact geometrical conditions were discussed. Finally, the train tail swaying in field was tested, and the dominant frequencies were analyzed. The results show that the periodic aerodynamic loads and the frequency locking effect caused by the coupled vibration are the main factors for ride comfort deterioration. The violent vibration caused by fluid–structure coupling is named vortex-induced vibration (VIV) in some industries such as bridge and submarine pipeline. For the vehicle in this work, with the decrease of equivalent conicity in wheel–rail contact, the amplitude of carbody swaying increases owing to the carbody hunting, which enhances the fluid–structure coupling vibration, and further deteriorates the ride comfort. The swaying of the carbody is dominated by the vehicle hunting frequency, and the improvement of vehicle lateral stability can weaken this phenomenon. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The key to intelligent seed potato cutting technology lies in the accurate and rapid identification of potato bud eyes. Existing detection algorithms suffer from low recognition accuracy and high model complexity, resulting in an increased miss rate. To address these issues, this study proposes a potato bud-eye-detection algorithm based on an improved YOLOv8s. First, by integrating the Faster Neural Network (FasterNet) with the Efficient Multi-scale Attention (EMA) module, a novel Faster Block-EMA network structure is designed to replace the bottleneck components within the C2f module of YOLOv8s. This enhancement improves the model's feature-extraction capability and computational efficiency for bud detection. Second, this study introduces a weighted bidirectional feature pyramid network (BiFPN) to optimize the neck network, achieving multi-scale fusion of potato bud eye features while significantly reducing the model's parameters, computation, and size due to its flexible network topology. Finally, the Efficient Intersection over Union (EIoU) loss function is employed to optimize the bounding box regression process, further enhancing the model's localization capability. The experimental results show that the improved model achieves a mean average precision (mAP@0.5) of 98.1% with a model size of only 11.1 MB. Compared to the baseline model, the mAP@0.5 and mAP@0.5:0.95 were improved by 3.1% and 4.5%, respectively, while the model's parameters, size, and computation were reduced by 49.1%, 48.1%, and 31.1%, respectively. Additionally, compared to the YOLOv3, YOLOv5s, YOLOv6s, YOLOv7-tiny, and YOLOv8m algorithms, the mAP@0.5 was improved by 4.6%, 3.7%, 5.6%, 5.2%, and 3.3%, respectively. Therefore, the proposed algorithm not only significantly enhances the detection accuracy, but also greatly reduces the model complexity, providing essential technical support for the application and deployment of intelligent potato cutting technology. Aeromonas hydrophila can be a substantial concern, as it causes various diseases in aquaculture. An effective and green method for inhibiting A. hydrophila is urgently required. Emodin, a naturally occurring anthraquinone compound, was exploited as a photo-antimicrobial agent against A. hydrophila. At the minimum inhibitory concentration of emodin (256 mg/L) to inactivate A. hydrophilia in 30 min, an 11.32% survival rate was observed under 45 W white compact fluorescent light irradiation. In addition, the antibacterial activity under natural sunlight (0.78%) indicated its potential for practical application. Morphological observations demonstrated that the cell walls and membranes of A. hydrophila were susceptible to damage by emodin when exposed to light irradiation. More importantly, the photoinactivation of A. hydrophila was predominantly attributed to the hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals produced by emodin, according to the trapping experiment and electron spin resonance spectroscopy. Finally, a light-dependent reactive oxygen species punching mechanism of emodin to photoinactivate A. hydrophila was proposed. This study highlights the potential use of emodin in sunlight-mediated applications for bacterial control, thereby providing new possibilities for the use of Chinese herbal medicine in aquatic diseases prevention. The 52307 working face with large mining height in Daliuta coal mine is chosen as the research background, where there is the special mining condition in the overburden structure with a buried depth of more than 150 m and only one layer of key structure in Shendong mining area. Using the methods of similarity simulation experiment and theoretical analysis, the overburden movement law based on the arch mechanical model of plane contact block is systematically researched. The research results indicate that before the initial weight, the main key layer appears layered fracture in the mining process, and its lower rock layer becomes a part of the collapse zone. Before the initial weight, the upper key layer forms a “fixed supported beam” structure. When the beam reaches the limit length, shear failure occurs in the middle position; during the periodic weight, the upper key layer breaks into the plane contact block arch structure close to the same size. Relying on the friction between the contact planes, it has a certain displacement but does not collapse completely. The load transmitted from overburden is transmitted to the rear of the gob through the semiarch characteristics of the structure; the sliding instability and rotary deformation instability of the plane contact block arch structure are analyzed. The fracture of the key layer lags behind the mining position of the working face by a certain distance, due to the influence of the fracture angle of collapse zone in the advancing process of working face. The research results provide an important guiding significance for prediction and prevention for dynamic disaster of rock strata in working face with large mining height.
