Accurately predicting the remaining useful life (RUL) of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) not only prevents battery system failure but also promotes the sustainable development of the energy storage industry and solves the pressing problems of industrial and energy crises. Because of the capacity regeneration phenomenon and random interference during the operation of lithium-ion batteries, the prediction precision and generalization performance of a single model can be poor. This article proposes a novel RUL prediction based on data pre-processing methods and the CNN-LSTM-ASAN framework. The model is based on a fusion technique for optimizing the tandem fusion of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and the Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM). Firstly, the improved adaptive noise fully integrates empirical mode decomposition (ICEEMDAN) and the Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC), which are used to estimate the global deterioration tendency component and the local capacity restoration component, to reconstruct the dataset and eliminate the noise. Then, the Adaptive Sparse Attention Network (ASAN) is added in the model construction stage to improve the training efficiency of the model. The reconstructed degraded data are features extracted by the CNN-LSTM-ASAN model. Finally, the proposed method is validated against models such as DCLA, using the NASA public datasets, the CALCE public datasets, and the self-use datasets. A dual-defected pine-needle W18O49–TiO2(A)–TiO2(R) heterojunction photocatalyst was designed and successfully constructed for the first time through facile hydrothermal and solvothermal methods, and its photocatalytic activity for naphthalene elimination under visible light was investigated. An increase in the content of rutile TiO2 resulted in dual defect formation together with Ti3+ and oxygen vacancy generation was obtained when sea urchin-like W18O49 nanospines were epitaxially grown on the surface of TNWs sample. Compared to the naphthalene degradation ratio of TNWs (37.3%) and W18O49 (53.1%), the WTNWs-2 sample with the best light scattering effect and a longer average lifetime τave of 7.59 ns can offer complete naphthalene degradation owing to the synergistic effects between ternary heterojunction and defect engineering. Combined with the LSPR effect of W18O49, a dual S-scheme mechanism was followed when ˙O2− and h+ were the main active substances. Reasonable planning and zoning plays an important role in effectively implementing the goal of land and space development and transmitting the requirements of land use control. On the basis of relevant research, taking the preparation of land and space planning in Baiyin City, Gansu Province as an example, this paper proposes to construct the planning division of “functional division + specific policy area” under the guidance of the implementation of strategic positioning requirements, and carry out the practical exploration of planning division, in order to provide some reference for the preparation of land and space planning in relevant areas.

New Cu2O@TiO2 core-shell microspheres were successfully prepared for the first time in this paper. The XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, SEM, TEM, EDX and XPS characterizations were utilized to investigate the physical and chemical properties. The liquid phase oxidation of naphthalene was also carried out to test their catalytic performance. The characterization results indicating that the Cu2O microspheres were firstly formed by hydrothermal treatment and the rutile TiO2 coating on the surface would be formed by the hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate. The Cu2O@TiO2-5.0 catalyst with the molar ratio of copper to titanium species as high as 5.0 has the largest surface area and maximum pore volume resulting from the integrated microspheres with rougher surface thickness of about 6.3 nm, and it showed higher catalytic performance in the liquid phase oxidation of naphthalene. Naphthalene conversion of 43.2%, 1, 4-naphthoquinone selectivity of 26.7% and phthalic anhydride selectivity of 53.4% can be obtained, and it only slightly decreased even after repeated use for 5 times. The method would provide a valuable theoretic reference for the hindrance of Cu2O rapid deactivation and the industrial application of the naphthalene oxidation to produce high valuable chemicals. To investigate the multimodal ultrasonography (US) features of breast lymphomas (BLs). Multimodal ultrasonography was performed on three patients who had been diagnosed BLs by pathology in our hospital. Two cases of primary BLs appeared hyper hyperechoic and hypoechoic, and one case of second BL appeared isoechoic and hypoechoic. Elastography of two lesions was soft elasticity and the elasticity score was 2 points. Contrast‐enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) revealed rapid uniform high enhancement with clearly defined after injection. There are some common features in ultrasound. Combined with those features can help to improve the sonographer's understanding and diagnosis of the BLs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
