The application of organic crystal in different photoelectric device has different demand on the crystal structure and morphology, while the self‐assembly of different materials into crystals with a desired morphology remains a challenge. Herein, using three binary halogen‐bonded cocrystals involving a nonplanar halogen accepter molecule tetra(4‐pyridyl)‐tetrathiafulvalene (TTF(py)4), co‐crystallized with halogen donor aryl iodides C6F6‐xIx (x = 2,3, 1,3,5‐trifluoro‐2,4,6‐triiodobenzene (IFB), meta‐1,3‐diiodotetrafluorobenzene (mdIFB) or para‐1,3‐diiodotetrafluorobenzene (pdIFB)), are reported. TTF(py)4‐IFB cocrystals are formed primarily via N···I halogen bonds and F···H hydrogen bonds, while TTF(py)4‐mdIFB cocrystals and TTF(py)4‐pdIFB cocrystals are formed primarily via π–π Interactions, N···I halogen bonds and F···H hydrogen bonds, homogeneous π–π interactions are dominant in TTF(py)4‐mdIFB, while heterogeneous π–π interactions are dominant in TTF(py)4‐pdIFB. Through predicted morphology based on the attachment energy (Eatt) theory, especially π–π interaction, the influence of intermolecular interactions on crystal morphology is analyzed. The study demonstrates that the π–π interaction plays an important role in regulating the crystal structure and morphology, the work provides a deeper understanding of π–π interactions in nonplanar binary halogen‐bonded cocrystals. Due to its intricate heterogeneity, high invasiveness, and poor prognosis, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) stands out as the most formidable subtype of breast cancer. At present, chemotherapy remains the prevailing treatment modality for TNBC, primarily due to its lack of estrogen receptors (ERs), progesterone receptors (PRs), and human epidermal growth receptor 2 (HER2). However, clinical chemotherapy for TNBC is marked by its limited efficacy and a pronounced incidence of adverse effects. Consequently, there is a pressing need for novel drugs to treat TNBC. Given the rich repository of diverse natural compounds in traditional Chinese medicine, identifying potential anti-TNBC agents is a viable strategy. This study investigated lasiokaurin (LAS), a natural diterpenoid abundantly present in Isodon plants, revealing its significant anti-TNBC activity both in vitro and in vivo. Notably, LAS treatment induced cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and DNA damage in TNBC cells, while concurrently inhibiting cell metastasis. In addition, LAS effectively inhibited the activation of the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/Akt/mTOR) pathway and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), thus establishing its potential for multitarget therapy against TNBC. Furthermore, LAS demonstrated its ability to reduce tumor growth in a xenograft mouse model without exerting detrimental effects on the body weight or vital organs, confirming its safe applicability for TNBC treatment. The permafrost regions of the boreal forest store a large amount of carbon, which can be affected by ecological disturbance, especially the interference of forest fires. Understanding the dynamic responses of the post‐fire soil fungal community is essential for predicting soil carbon dynamics.We used a post‐fire chronosequence (areas with 3, 25, 46 and >100 years post fire [ypf]) in Canadian boreal forests with continuous permafrost to examine the responses of fungal communities and fungal genes associated with biogeochemical cycling to fire in the surface and near‐surface permafrost layers (0–5, 5–10 and 10–30 cm depth). We hypothesized that as the forest recovers from fire, the fungal communities and functional genes associated with biogeochemical cycling will also recover temporally and spatially, which will in turn affect soil carbon storage.Our results demonstrate that the fire has long‐term effects on fungal communities and functions in the surface and near‐surface soils. The fungal species richness in the 0–5 and 5–10 cm soil layers increased with time since fire, which required at least 46 years to recover to pre‐fire levels. Ascomycota in each of the soil layers in the recently burned area (3 ypf) and ericoid mycorrhizas Oidiodendron maius in the 10–30 cm soil layer in the control area were recognized as indicator taxa.The examination of functional genes revealed that the diversity of potential genes and the expression of genes related to carbon degradation (e.g. chitinase, cellobiase, exoglucanase and endoglucanase) in recently burned area increased in the surface soil, whereas, decreased in the deep soil, suggesting the fire affect the loss of carbon differently in the surface and deep soils in the early stages after fire.In conclusion, the fires significantly altered the fungal communities and functional genes related to carbon storage along the soil vertical gradients and along the post‐fire chronosequence. Biochar is considered to be a possible means of carbon sequestration to alleviate climate change. However, the dynamics of the microbial community during wood decomposition after biochar application remain poorly understood. In this study, the wood-inhabiting bacterial community composition and its potential functions during a two-year decomposition period after the addition of different amounts of biochar (0.5 kg m−2 and 1.0 kg m−2), and at different biochar pyrolysis temperatures (500 °C and 650 °C), in a boreal Scots pine forest, were analyzed using Illumina NovaSeq sequencing combined with Functional Annotation of Prokaryotic Taxa (FAPROTAX). The results showed that the wood decomposition rates increased after biochar addition to the soil surface in the second year. Treatment with biochar produced at high temperatures increased the diversity of wood-inhabiting bacteria more than that produced at low temperatures (P < 0.05). The wood-inhabiting bacterial diversity and species richness decreased with decomposition time. The biochar treatments changed the wood-inhabiting bacterial community structure during the decomposition period. The pyrolysis temperature and the amount of applied biochar had no effect on the bacterial community structure but shifted the abundance of certain bacterial taxa. Similarly, biochar application shifted the wood-inhabiting bacterial community function in the first year, but not in the second year. The wood-inhabiting bacterial community and function were affected by soil pH, soil water content, and soil total nitrogen. The results provide useful information on biochar application for future forest management practices. Eucalyptus trees have been widely planted in China as commercial timber, which has caused severe soil erosion and water deficiency. Near‐natural management by mixing eucalyptus with nitrogen‐fixing tree species has been used in plantations to alleviate these problems. In the present study, we investigated the changes in soil microbial community and function in eucalyptus plantations mixed with nitrogen‐fixing trees and with different rotation histories (first and second generation) using Illumina MiSeq. of 16S rRNA gene, coupled with Functional Annotation of Prokaryotic Taxa (FAPROTAX) and Quantitative Microbial Element Cycling (QMEC) analyses.Both management systems (mixed with nitrogen‐fixing trees and with different rotating time) increased the soil bacterial α‐diversity.The plantations with different management histories formed different bacterial communities and potential functional structures. Mixing with nitrogen‐fixing trees increased the abundance of Actinobacteria involved in the nitrogen cycle and the abundance of K‐strategy bacteria (Acidobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, Chloroflexi) in both first‐ and second‐generation plantations.Functionally, the expression of nitrogen‐fixing (nifH) and nitrification genes (amoA1 and hao) increased and that of denitrification genes (nirk2, nirk3, nirS1 and nosZ2) decreased in plantations mixed with nitrogen‐fixing trees. The soil pH, soil water content and bacterial biomass were the key factors driving bacteria community and functional structures. The strategy of mixing eucalyptus with nitrogen‐fixing trees can increase the efficiency of nitrogen cycling by accelerating the nitrogen‐fixing and nitrifying process while inhibiting the denitrifying process.The results highlight the importance of mixing eucalyptus with nitrogen‐fixing trees for soil microbes and provide useful information on the management of eucalyptus plantations in the future. Forest succession is a key driver of plant communities and understanding succession is central to forest restoration. Currently, the information on the response of the microbial community to the forest succession process, however, is limited. In the present study, we investigated the dynamics of the soil bacterial community in three forest types undergoing succession caused by pine wilt disease, representing the initial pine forest, gradual mixed pine and broadleaved forest, and eventual broadleaved forest, using Illumina MiSeq coupled with Functional Annotation of Prokaryotic Taxa (FAPROTAX) analysis.The results showed that the soil pH, contents of soil organic carbon (SOC) and soil total nitrogen (TN) increased after the occurrence of initial succession and differed among the forest sites. The mixed pine forest had significantly higher bacteria biomass (p < 0.05), whereas, the total microbial biomass did not differ during the succession. The bacterial community diversity and richness increased significantly following the succession process (p < 0.05). Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes were the dominant phyla across the succession, in which the abundance of Bacteroidetes significantly increased (p < 0.05), whereas, Planctomycetes, WPS‐2 and Burkholder decreased in abundance after succession occurred (p < 0.05).The three forests formed distinct bacterial community structures during the succession (p < 0.05), whereas, only two functional structures were clustered, in which the mixed and pure broadleaved forest did not differ. The dominant functional groups involved in the C cycle in the initial pure pine forest were replaced gradually by the groups involved in N and S cycles following the subsequent succession. The soil pH, soil TN and SOC were the most important factors affecting the bacterial community and functional structures during the succession.These results indicate that the bacterial community and function shift drastically in the early stages of succession, which reflects the changes in ecological environment caused by succession. The findings provide useful information to better understand the response of microbes to natural forest disturbance and highlight the importance of microbes during forest succession. Purpose: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a a breast cancer subtype characterized by a lack of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth receptor 2 and is associated with poorer prognoses when compared to other breast cancers. Thus, novel anti-cancer agents with high efficacy are urgently needed. Brevilin A (BA), a natural sesquiterpene lactone, has been reported to exhibit anti-cancer effects. However, the effects of BA on TNBC have not yet been demonstrated. In this study, we investigated the anti-TNBC effects and the underlying mechanism of BA, in vitro and in vivo. Methods: Two TNBC cell lines and a xenograft mouse model were employed to assess the effects of BA. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay. Cell cycle status and apoptosis were evaluated by flow cytometry. Cell migration was measured by wound-healing assay. Protein expression was measured by Western blotting analysis. The in vivo anti-cancer activity of BA was assessed in orthotopic tumor xenograft mice. Results: BA significantly inhibited the growth of TNBC cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner via induction of cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis. BA also inhibited tumor cell migration. BA significantly downregulated the expression of Akt, mTOR, Stat3 and their phosphorylation, and thus inhibiting the activation of the Akt/mTOR and STAT3 signaling pathways. Furthermore, oral administration of BA at 25 or 50 mg/kg leads to significant inhibition of tumor growth and proliferation in tumor xenograft model mice. Conclusion: BA significantly inhibited the growth and migration of TNBC cells, and induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. These inhibitory effects were associated with the suppression of the Akt/mTOR and Stat3 signal pathways. Objectives: Neuroprotective potential of 7‐methoxyflavanone (7MF) and its underlying mechanism was investigated. Methods: Inhibitory effects of 7MF on microglial activation and neuroinflammation were evaluated by employment of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐induced BV2 microglial cells. Changes in expression of genes and proteins of interest were investigated by RT‐qPCR analysis and Western blot analysis. Inhibitory effects of 7MF on microglial overactivation were verified in LPS‐treated C57BL/6J mice using ionized calcium‐binding adaptor molecule‐1 (Iba1) in the brain and interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) in serum as indicators. Key findings: In BV2 cells, pretreatment with 7MF antagonized LPS‐induced production of inflammatory factors IL‐6, tumour necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), cyclooxygenase‐2 (COX‐2), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), intercellular adhesion molecule‐1 (ICAM‐1) and monocyte chemoattractant protein‐1 (MCP‐1). Mechanistic studies revealed reduced expression of Toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4), myeloid differentiation factor‐88 (MyD88), phosphorylated forms of c‐Jun N‐terminal kinase (p‐JNK) and extracellular signal‐regulated kinases 1/2 (p‐ERK) but increased nuclear accumulation of nuclear factor erythroid 2‐related factor 2 (Nrf2) and cellular expression of NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase‐1 (NQO‐1) by 7MF. In LPS‐treated mice, pretreatment with 7MF reduced the brain level of Iba1 and serum level of IL‐6. Conclusions: 7‐methoxyflavanone inhibited LPS‐stimulated TLR4/MyD88/MAPK signalling and activated Nrf2‐mediated transcription of antioxidant protein NQO‐1, showing antineuroinflammatory effect, so it is a potential neuroprotective agent. The thermal expansion coefficient of van der Waals layered structures plays an important role in governing the thermal stability of high-performance electronic devices. Meanwhile, bubbles are frequently observed in the van der Waals layered structures due to the weak inter-layer interaction and the extremely small bending stiffness of the layered structure, but the effect of bubbles on the thermal expansion coefficient for layered structures remains unclear. We derive an analytic formula for the bubble effect on the length variation of the MoS 2 layer. In the analytic derivation, the MoS 2 layer is described by three mechanics models, including the elastic membrane theory, the nonlinear plate theory, and the linear plate theory. The gas inside the bubble is described by two types of state equations, including the ideal gas law and the generalized van der Waals equation. It is found that the nonlinear plate theory with the generalized van der Waals equation gives the most accurate description for the bubble effect, since MoS 2 has a moderate bending stiffness. The analytic formula shows that the bubble can cause strong thermal contraction for few-layer MoS 2 with increasing temperature. The analytic predictions are verified by comprehensive molecular dynamic simulations for few-layer MoS 2 with different layer numbers and different gas molecule numbers. Abstract The effect of cornel iridoid glycoside (CIG), main component extracted from Cornus officinalis , on microglia activation has not been elucidated so far. We induced a mouse model of multiple sclerosis (MS), namely, the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model by immunization subcutaneously with the MOG 35–55 peptide, which causes neuroinflammation and microglia activation. Our data demonstrated that CIG delayed the onset of the EAE, ameliorated the severity of the symptoms and inhibited the activation of microglia in different brain regions. In addition, we also found that CIG has therapeutic potential by modulating microglia polarization by reducing the expression and release of proinflammatory cytokines, chemokines and inhibiting phosphorylation in the JAK/STAT cell signalling pathway. Based on our findings, CIG might be a promising candidate for the prevention of neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis (MS). The phenomenon that pedestrians walk outside the crosswalk during green and flashing green is defined as overflow violation, and it is an illegal but common phenomenon in China. Few safety countermeasures can be applied to restrict it. At signalized intersections, one safety issue is the conflicts between turning vehicles and pedestrians. Large variations in overflow pedestrian trajectories lead to widely distributed conflict points. This paper puts forward a model to estimate spatial variations of overflow pedestrian trajectories. By video tracking, only trajectories of overflow violation pedestrians are collected. After analysis, crosswalk geometry, destination, previous passing position, and densities are determined as significant factors of trajectories variations. To simplify modeling process of trajectories variations, this paper assumes that individual trajectory is roughly represented by three feature points on the trajectory. Three feature points are defined as three crossing positions at three cross-sections. Furthermore, Weibull distribution is applied to estimate the spatial distribution of violation pedestrian crossing positions at three cross-sections; then, the spatial distributions of overflow violation pedestrians’ trajectories are gained by connecting crossing positions at three cross-sections. Finally, the validation result suggests that the established models are capable of explaining well the spatial maneuver of overflow violation pedestrians’ trajectories variations. The research focuses on the cooperative relationship and the strategy tendency among three mutually interactive parties in financing: small enterprises, commercial banks and micro-credit companies. Complex network theory and time series analysis were applied to figure out the quantitative evidence. Moreover, this paper built up a fundamental model describing the particular interaction among them through evolutionary game. Combining the results of data analysis and current situation, it is justifiable to put forward reasonable legislative recommendations for regulations on lending activities among small enterprises, commercial banks and micro-credit companies. Fungi play a crucial role in decomposing litter and facilitating the energy flow between aboveground plants and underground soil in forest ecosystems. However, our understanding how the fungal community involved in litter decomposition responds during forest succession, particularly in disease-driven succession, is still limited. This study investigated the activity of degrading enzyme, fungal community, and predicted function in litter after one year of decomposition in different types of forests during a forest succession gradient from coniferous to deciduous forest, induced by pine wilt disease. The results showed that the weight loss of needles/leaves and twigs did not change along the succession process, but twigs degraded faster than needles/leaves in both pure pine forest and mixed forest. In pure pine forest, peak activities of enzymes involved in carbon degradation (β-cellobiosidase, β-glucosidase, β-D-glucuronidase, β-xylosidase), nitrogen degradation (N-acetyl-glucosamidase), and organic phosphorus degradation (phosphatase) were observed in needles, which subsequently declined. The fungal diversity and evenness (Shannon's diversity and Shannon's evenness) dropped in twig from coniferous forest to mixed forest during the succession. The dominant phyla in needle/leaf and twig litters were Ascomycota (46.9%) and Basidiomycota (38.9%), with Lambertella pruni and Chalara hughesii identified as the most abundant indicator species. Gymnopus and Desmazierella showed positively correlations with most measured enzyme activities. Functionally, saprotrophs constituted the main trophic mode (47.65%), followed by Pathotroph-Saprotroph-Symbiotroph (30.95%) and Saprotroph-Symbiotroph (10.57%). The fungal community and predicted functional structures in both litter types shifted among different forest types along the succession. These findings indicate that the fungal community in litter decomposition responds differently to disease-induced succession, leading to significant shifts in both the fungal community structure and function. In this paper, we propose a homogenization theory for designing graded viscoelastic sonic crystals (VSCs) which consist of periodic arrays of elastic scatterers embedded in a viscoelastic host material. We extend an elastic homogenization theory to VSC by using the elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle and propose an analytical effective loss factor of VSC. The results of VSC and the equivalent structure calculated by using the finite element method are in good agreement. According to the relation of the effective loss factor to the filling fraction, a graded VSC plate is easily and quickly designed. In this paper, complex network theory is used to make time-series analysis of key indicators of governance structure and financing data. We analyze scientific listed companies’ governance data from 2010 to 2014 and divide them into groups in accordance with the similarity they share. Then we select sample companies to analyze their financing data and explore the influence of governance structure on financing decision and the financing preference they display. This paper reviews relevant laws and regulations of financing from the perspective of law and economics, then proposes reasonable suggestions to consummate the law for the purpose of regulating listed companies’ financing. Marsdenia tenacissima is a medicinal plant, used as a raw material for cancer treatment in China. In our previous studies, 11α- O -2-methylbutanoyl-12β- O -tigloyl-tenacigenin B (MT2), the main steroid aglycone isolated from M. tenacissima , was found to significantly enhance the antitumor activity of paclitaxel (PTX) in vivo. However, it is unclear whether MT2 reverses multidrug resistance (MDR) in tumors. To determine the role and mechanism of MT2 in reversing tumor MDR. MDR cell line HeLa/Tax was established from the human cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa by long-term exposure to subtoxic concentrations of PTX and was used to evaluate the ability of MT2 to restore chemosensitivity of cells both in vitro and in a nude mouse model. The expression of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2) was determined using western blotting and immunohistochemistry. The substrate transport function was assessed using an MDR function assay kit. The binding modes of MT2 and P-gp were determined using the conformation-sensitive anti-P-gp antibodies. The permeability and transport properties of MT2 were analyzed in Caco-2 cell monolayers. Compared to parental cells, HeLa/Tax cells overexpress P-gp and MRP2 and are approximately 100–360 fold more resistant to the anticancer drugs PTX, docetaxel, and vinblastine. MT2 at 5 or 10 μmol/L significantly increased the sensitivity of HeLa/Tax to these three anticancer drugs (18–56-fold decrease in IC 50 value) and suppressed the expression of P-gp and MRP2. Knockdown of P-gp with small interfering RNA partially reversed MT2-induced sensitivity to PTX in HeLa/Tax cells. Moreover, MT2 directly inhibited P-gp-mediated substrate transport while interacting with membrane P-gp in non-substrate ways. MT2 was highly permeable and could not be transported in the Caco-2 cell monolayers. In nude mice bearing HeLa/Tax xenografts, the combination treatment with MT2 and PTX exerted a synergistic inhibitory effect on the growth of tumors and the expression of P-gp and MRP2 without increasing toxicity. MT2 is a potential agent for reversing MDR. It impedes membrane drug efflux pumps by suppressing P-gp and MRP2 expression, and directly inhibiting the transport function of P-gp. In the present study, we investigated the therapeutic benefit of cornel iridoid glycoside (CIG), the main component extracted from Cornus officinalis , in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) rats. CIG was intragastrically administered daily after EAE initiation for 20 days and reduced disease severity, incidence, disease onset and ongoing paralysis. Histopathological staining showed that CIG could reduce T cell entry to the central nervous system and microglia activation, increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression and mature oligodendrocytes, and decreased oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs). Abstract Ethnopharmacological relevance Marsdenia tenacissima (Roxb.) Wight et Arn is a vine distributed in southwest area of China and used in folk medicine for treatment of tumors. Recent decades of studies on this plant reveal its synergistic effects with certain anticancer drugs in cancer therapy. In our previous study, an extract ETA which contains total aglycones made from M. tenacissima significantly enhanced antitumor activity of paclitaxel in tumor-bearing mice. However, the effective constituents in ETA and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Aim of the study Reveal the active components in ETA as well as the molecular mechanism in enhancing antitumor efficacy of paclitaxel. Material and methods Main constituents in ETA were purified by chemical methods. Effects of the purified constituents on metabolic activity of CYP450 enzymes were evaluated in human liver microsomes. Ability of the constituents to enhance antitumor activity of paclitaxel were investigated in nude mice bearing HeLa tumors. Pharmacokinetic study was performed in SD rats. Molecular docking was carried out for investigation of drug-protein interactions. Results Three main C 21 steroidal aglycones, 11α- O -tigloyl-12β- O -acetyl-tenacigenin B (MT1), 11α- O -2-methylbutanoyl-12β- O -tigloyl-tenacigenin B (MT2) and 11α- O -2-methylbutanoyl-12β- O -acetyl-tenacigenin B (MT3), together with tenacigenin B (MT4) was prepared from ETA. Among them, MT1 , MT2 and MT3 strongly inhibit the metabolic activity of CYP3A4. MT2 also showed inhibitory effects on CYP2C8, CYP2B6 and CYP2C19. In HeLa tumor xenografts, MT1 , MT2 and MT3 (30 mg/kg) did not affect tumor growth themselves, but significantly enhanced paclitaxel-induced growth inhibition. In addition, coadministration of MT2 with paclitaxel resulted in significant reduction of liver CYP2C8. In pharmacokinetic study, MT2 significantly increased the blood concentration of paclitaxel with increased AUC value by 2.2–5.3 folds. Molecular docking analysis suggested hydrophobic interaction modes of tenacigenin B derivatives with CYP3A4, and also the essential roles of the C-11 and C-12 ester groups for effective interaction with CYP3A4. Conclusion Our study proves that, 11α- O -tigloyl-12β- O -acetyl-tenacigenin B, 11α- O -2-methylbutanoyl-12β- O -tigloyl-tenacigenin B and 11α- O -2-methylbutanoyl-12β- O -acetyl-tenacigenin B, which are the main constituents of ETA, are active inhibitors of CYP3A4 with potential to increase therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs that are substrates of CYP3A4. Tenacigenin B derivatives with C-11 and C-12 ester group substitutions, or at least a large part of them, are active components in ETA and M. tenacissima to enhance in vivo antitumor efficacies of paclitaxel. Purpose: To explore the cardioprotective effects and potential mechanisms of Shenxiong Glucose Injection (SGI) in rat acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: AMI model was created by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery. After 7 days' consecutive intravenous administration of SGI, serum samples were used to conduct biochemical analysis while hearts were excised and processed for infraction size, enzyme activity, histopathology and qPCR studies. Intracellular Ca2+ {(Ca2+)i} overload in H9c2 cells was measured by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM). Results: In AMI rats, pretreatment with SGI significantly ameliorated myocardial histopathologic damage. It exerted cardioprotective effect by decreasing myocardial infarct size, electrocardiogram (ECG) ST segment elevation, and CK, cTnI, BNP levels in serum. In addition, SGI significantly decreased calmodulin (CaM) and calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMK II) mRNA expression, but increased Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase and Na+-K+-ATPase activities in myocardium. In doxorubicin (DOX)-induced H9c2 cells injury model, SGI reversed (Ca2+)i overload to protect cells. Conclusion: The results demonstrate SGI exerts cardioprotective effect by decreasing myocardial infarct size, restoring ST segment and reversing (Ca2+)i overload. The social network will produce big data of structured, semi-structured and unstructured every day, and the growth of the data exceeds the demand for hardware of Moore's law. Especially there are some bad phenomenon such as various malicious evaluation, or getting points and attention by unfair means, which is a challenge for big data of processing and analyzing. In order to improve the accuracy of the data processing efficiency and website recommendation, this paper proposed a new method that named RT-G algorithm to solve this problem in a Hadoop cloud platform. It found the most suitable number of users as the evaluation of user standard of the websites recommendation applying iterative optimization algorithm as the first step, and then the frequency approximation algorithm completed the recommendation of websites by the experimental analysis of real data sets, at last the experiment proves the efficiency and effectiveness of the method.
