The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the determinants of organizational citizenship behavior and project performance: the role of communication frequency as moderating variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The subjects in this study were employees of the property industry with a sample of 100 taken using random sampling. The analysis used in this study was a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) with the help of smart PLS. with the results that Leader Member Exchange has a significant negative effect on Project Performance, Quality Work Life has a significant negative effect on Project Performance, Innovative Work Behavior has a significant positive effect on Project Performance, Leader Member Exchange has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Quality Work Life has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Innovative Work Behavior has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Project Performance, Communication Frequency has a significant negative effect on Project Performance, Leader Member Exchange mediated Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect significant on Project Performance, Quality Work Life mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on Project Performance, mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior moderated by Communication Frequency has a significant positive effect on Project Performance. "Training and development are critical for the short- and long-term sustainability of an organisation, not only as a good motivator for employees." In Tamil Nadu, the automobile industry is the fastest growing industry. It is critical to be focused on developing strategies to increase their profitability as they contribute to our company's growth. Every organisation in this sector is required to improve its training and development programmes to improve employee's quality work life. As a result, they must include the most effective technique for developing a training and development programme within their organisation. This will enhance the accuracy of the personnel, which will represent the industry's success. As a result, the focus of this research is on an exploratory investigation of several significant critical reviews highlighting the role of this metric. This study is mainly focusing on a continuous process of developing career objectives and skill sets of key leaders through training and development to plan and improve the quality work life and handling happy work environment in Automobile Industry. This study is exploratory studies about Training and is intended to improve a person's behaviour and performance. It is an ongoing or never-ending process. Because it is an assessment of the whole worth of a learning event, rather than just how far it fulfils its learning goals and objectives, assessment and inspection of training programmes is a crucial activity in every organisation. The goal of training assessment is to determine whether or not training is producing relevant and valued outcomes through competent and well-managed practises. It's a technique for obtaining data in order to make decisions concerning employee training. As a result, it puts the episode in context and provides knowledge that is critical for future planning and development. This study aims to manage stress through digital humor in an effort to improve the quality of work life. The research method uses a quantitative approach. Respondents are members of the WhatsApp Indonesian Lecturer Community group with a total of 120 people. The work stress that a teacher feels is quite high, that is, when a teacher is more intense in the use of humor in digital media, in the middle of his work schedule, the work stress that he feels will actually increase, then the perceived quality of work life will actually decrease. But in this study it was not possible to verify that the work stress variable is significantly related to the influence of digital humor on the quality of work life. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Aim: This study measures the levels of QNWL and determines the relationship between QNWL and nurses' personal, family and work shift factors. Background: The nursing profession in Saudi Arabia (SA) is diverse, with many challenges during nursing practice. Therefore, examining QNWL is important for managers because it has become an essential subject in current nursing practice. Methods: A quantitative approach utilizing a cross‐sectional design with 400 nurses recruited randomly through a multistage cluster sampling plan. Results: The overall level of quality of nursing working life among nurses was moderate (mean = 165; SD = 26.8). Bivariate analysis showed that non‐Saudi nationality, higher age, more work experience, married status, full‐time employment, rotating shift and specialty units were the significant factors contributing to higher QNWL scores (p < .05). Conclusions: The study provides initial understanding of the quality of work life among nurses working in the Madinah region. It reveals a moderate level of QNWL and a significant association between personal, family, and work shift variables and QNWL. Implications for Nursing Management: The findings will be of interest to all management levels to support nurses through adequate staffing with defined criteria that dictate the nurse–patient ratio for adequate QNWL. The plll])ose of this study is to investigate the level of quality of work life (QWL) of professional and nonprofessional faculty members in educational institutions of higher learning and to investigate the relationship between the QWL and Organizational Commitment (OC) between professional and nonprofessional faculty members. The first objective of this study is to identify the significant dimensions of QWL of academic and the second objective is to compare the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment between the faculty members teaching professional and non-professional courses at private institutions. This study adopted descriptive research and 300 respondents were taken, out of which I 50 from public institutions and 150 from private institutions. The results indicate that faculty members teaching professional courses are slightly more satisfied than the faculty teaching nonprofessional courses on the organizational factors, environmental factors and on normative commitment. On the other hand faculty members teaching nonprofessional courses are more satisfied than the faculty members teaching professional courses on the personal factors and continuance commitment. However on the affective commitment both types of faculty members are dissatisfied with the same mean score. Discussions and recommendation are provided in this study. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Fulfilling the demands of industry 4.0, teachers are required to improve the quality of their profession. A quality profession will not be achieved if the teacher does not have a qualified and prosperous person. By utilizing technological developments, teachers can monitor and diagnose self-wellbeing conditions on an ongoing basis. The encounter of educational science, this psychological trait with Artificial Intelligence, is called Positive Education. One form of it is self-diagnostic that can diagnose psychological conditions to produce optimal quality. Teacher wellbeing can be defined as a condition of teacher emotional and cognitive evaluation of their life, which is related to happiness, peace, fulfilment, and life satisfaction. This study aims to develop a research instrument, namely teacher wellbeing that optimizes the quality of teacher's work life for face recognition-based applications. The research method used is the Neuroresearch method to instrument calibration. The result of the research is an evaluation of teacher wellbeing instrument that optimizes the quality of teacher's work life for face recognition-based applications. Teacher wellbeing can be defined as a condition of teacher emotional and cognitive evaluation of their life, which is related to happiness, peace, fulfilment, and life satisfaction. So that the teacher wellbeing instrument is built by three dimensions, namely cognitive, emotional and behaviour. - Abstract
Healthy and harmony work environment is important to retain and develop high quality work and life of employees. It is important to minimize job burnout, stress and unbalance of work requirement and family. In previous, there were many factors with vary key terms of work environment factors and studied in different area. Hence this study was conducted using factor analysis with objective to measure the reliability and validity factors of work environment in context of quality work life. A survey was conducted at five listed company in Sabah to represent the response to this study. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with varimax rotation indicated were two main factors that influence employees to experiences high quality of work and life. It was considered as organization citizenship and organizational social support in turn lead to ability of employee to balance between their job requirements, family and own life. The findings contribute to the study by identify the reliability and validity dimensions of work environment that can be applicable to others studies. More than that develops awareness of employer on how to solve the issues of job burnouts, stress, or motivation of employees to retain and increase the human capital productivity and organization performance. QWL is a put into practice where the organisation identifies the employees’ performance and the key skills which made them employed and creates excellence in their task. The organisations analyse the Work life Balance of their employees which is related with their productivity. The organisation giving QWL Training Programmes is to overcome various challenging situations where the employees face in their respective organisation. The research was undertaken to identify the barriers in implementing the QWL Programmes and the perception Level of implementing the QWL Programmes which reduces the employees’ retention rate in the Organisation. The Study is focused on 106 Employees from XYZ Ltd, Madurai through Convenience Sampling Method. The major findings from the Research are the employees are highly motivated and satisfied with the working Environment. It is also found that interpersonal relationship skills are lacking between departments. The welfare measures for the employees are satisfactory. Hence it is concluded that if QWL improved, then it may result in an increase in efficiency, productivity, and interpersonal relation between the employees and across the departments.

Nowadays, social networking site (SNS) is one of the fastest growing Internet use. It is also one of social media platforms that encouraged social interaction in a virtual environment. Even several studies have focused on the motives behind the usage of SNS, less study has been conducted locally. Some studies exist, but their conclusions are still insufficient and sometimes even inconsistent. Hence, this conceptual paper attempt to dicsuss several factors of motivations using SNS towards the quality of work life which include i) interpersonal relationship and ii) personal health and well-being of the staff. It is expected that the discussion of this proposed study will assist to identify the critical motives of using SNS that lead to better quality of work life. In short, this study will provide significant contribution not only to the employees but also to the designers, developers, researchers, organization and society.

Many factors determine the meaning of quality of work life (QWL). This research reviews the factors of QWL based on models and past research. The factors of QWL discussed are balance between life and non life, the work itself, skill utilization, working condition, job involvement, co-worker relationship, promotion, salary and supervisory. Confirmatory Factor Analysis is used to determine dominant factors of QWL. This research concludes that all the factors we discussed have the value of Keiser Meyers Oklin Measure of Sampling Adequacy more than 0.5, except salary. It means that eight factors which determine QWL are balance between life and non life, the work itself, skill utilization, working condition, job involvement, co-worker relationship, promotion and supervisory. After varimax rotation process and based on criteria eigenvalue more than 1, this research has formed two component from all the factors. Component 1 consist of the factor: balance between life and non life, working condition, promotion and supervisory. And component 2 consist of the factor: work itself, skill utilization, job involvement and co-worker relationship.

Introduction:The quality work life is regarded as a global concept for organizational development and manpower management, and its provision and improvement is considered the main key to the success of any organization. The improvement of the quality work life is in fact considered a skill for the betterment of organizations by senior directors. Objective: To improve the management's productivity of hospital by increasing of the quality work life of the managers. Methods:The present research is carried out in descriptive, cross-sectional method. The study population are the directors of the hospitals of the Social Security Organization of Tehran Province (N=10). The data gathered using two questionnaires, of which the 29-questions questionnaire related to the quality work life based on the quality work life components. ( Tatel, Casio, Morton, and the American Management Association, and the 21-item questionnaire were a questionnaire on productivity prepared based on Hersi and Goldsmith Model, scored based on Likret 5-score scale. In order to evaluate the consistency of questionnaires, the alpha method of Cronbakh was used. The alpha coefficient of Cronbakh was 0.86 and 0.89, respectively. The data was analyzed using SPSS software package and Spearman Correlation Coefficient). Results:Among the quality work life components, including materialistic and educational components, democracy in organization, participation in decision making, job design, and work space in organizations, the component of work space was located at the highest position, with an average of 3.72, and job design at the lowest point, with a coefficient of 2.90. Participation in decision making, with a correlation coefficient of 0.858 (P-value=0.002) showed the highest correlation with the quality work life from the statistical point of view, and materialistic privileges with a correlation coefficient of 0.358 (P-value=0.310) showed no correlation (P-value>0.05). On the other hand, given the averages obtained for productivity components, the component of job identification with an average of 4.4 was at the top and performance feedback with an average of 2.3 at the lowest point. The component of capacity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.664 (P- value=0.36), showed a positive and meaningful correlation with the productivity component. Based on the hypothesis put forward, only the component "democracy in organization", with a correlation coefficient of 0.665 (P-value=0.036), showed a positive and meaningful correlation with productivity. Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between the quality work life and the productivity of the management of hospitals of the Social Security Organization of Tehran Province. Productivity could be improved through adopting logical principles and procedures such as encouragement.
