Occupational stress can exceed the workers' individual capacity to adapt, and cause psychopathological conditions, including adjustment disorder (AD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), for which medico-legal reporting is mandatory by law. Since the early 2000s, an interdisciplinary diagnostic protocol has been in use at our Institute to address patients towards an appropriate therapeutic path, in order to promote their psychological well-being and work reintegration. In 2017, the protocol was updated and expanded. The current version (MaSD-2) includes: occupational medicine examination, psychological counselling, psychiatric interview, and psychodiagnostic testing: Short-Negative Acts Questionnaire (S-NAQ), Cognitive Behavioral Assessment 2.0 (CBA-2.0), SCID (Structured Clinical Interview for DSM: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders), Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2-Restructured Form (MMPI-2-RF), Maugeri Stress Index - Reduced form (MASI-R). Between 2017 and 2019, we used the MaSD-2 to assess, for suspected psychopathological work-related problems, 198 patients (120 women and 78 men; mean age SD: 47.9 9.0 years). Nine (4.5%), already examined with the original version of the protocol, received diagnostic confirmation (2 cases of paranoid personality disorder, 7 of work-related anxiety-depressive disorder). Of the other 189 subjects, three (1.6%) were not affected by psychiatric disease, 12 (6.3%) had a psychiatric disorder (e.g., anxiety disorder, mood disorder, personality disorder) independent of work, 160 (84.7%) a work-related anxiety and/or depressive disorder. DA was identified in 12 cases (6.3%), and two patients (1.1%) were diagnosed with DA in pre-existent DPTS, for a total of 14 medico-legal reports of occupational disease. Compared to the past, the case record presents a much higher percentage of psychiatric disorders related to occupational stress. This may be due to a greater sensitivity of the new diagnostic protocol, and to a better selection of the patients referred to us. Women and tertiary workers continue to be at greater risk, with significant involvement of health professionals. Diagnoses of DA and DPTS remain rare, confirming the need for a rigorous and cautious interdisciplinary approach, aimed at selecting the cases for which to start medico-legal procedures. Nel triennio 2017-2019 sono stati valutati con il MaSD-2 198 pazienti (120 donne e 78 uomini; et media DS: 47,9 9,0 anni) che riferivano problemi di salute da loro attributi a vessazioni subite in ambito lavorativo o ad altre forme di stress occupazionale. Nove (4,5%), gi esaminati con la versione originaria del protocollo, hanno ricevuto conferma diagnostica (2 casi di disturbo paranoide di personalit , 7 di disturbo ansioso-depressivo lavorocorrelato). Degli altri 189 soggetti, 3 (1,6%) non risultavano affetti da patologia psichiatrica, 12 (6,3%) presentavano un disturbo psichiatrico (es. disturbo d’ansia, disturbo dell’umore, disturbo di personalit ) indipendente dal lavoro, 160 (84,7%) un disturbo ansioso e/o depressivo correlato al lavoro. In 12 casi (6,3%) si posta diagnosi di DA e in 2 (1,1%) di DA in pregresso DPTS, per un totale di 14 segnalazioni di malattia professionale alle Autorit competenti. Rispetto al passato, la casistica presenta una percentuale molto maggiore di disturbi psichiatrici correlati a stress occupazionale. Questo pu dipendere da una maggiore sensibilit del nuovo protocollo diagnostico e da una migliore selezione dei pazienti che ci vengono inviati. Le donne e i lavoratori del terziario continuano a essere a maggior rischio, con significativo coinvolgimento degli operatori sanitari. Rimangono rare le diagnosi di DA e DPTS, confermando la necessit di un rigoroso e prudente percorso interdisciplinare, volto a selezionare i casi per i quali avviare procedure medico-legali. Lo studio richiama infine la necessit di adeguate misure preventive.

This article provides a proposal for the selection and delineation of clinical target volumes for the treatment with radiation of submandibular glands tumours. This article does not deal with external radiotherapy indications but specifies the volumes to be treated if radiotherapy is chosen. High-risk and low-risk peritumoral clinical target volumes are described based on the probability of local tumoral spread. High-risk and low-risk clinical target volumes are illustrated on CT-scan slices. A proposal for the selection of nodal clinical target volumeis also proposed.

Methods currently used to control Aedes albopictus Skuse are not only insufficient to ensure its reduction under acceptable sanitary threshold, but they are also sources of environmental pollution. For these reasons, over years many studies have been carried out to find alternative methods to control this insect vector able to transmit Dengue, Chikungunya, Zika and Yellow Fever viruses. One of the possible environmentally friendly alternatives for the control of Ae. albopictus is the sterile insect technique (SIT) which involves the release of adult males, previously treated with ionizing radiations in order to induce sterility into the wild population. Continuous releases of sterile males, in combination with traditional control strategies could be a valuable tool to suppress or eradicate the wild population, especially in those areas where Ae. albopictus represents a newly imported invasive species that is not yet heavily spread into the territory. However, the presence of females in the SIT release campaigns must be avoided or strongly reduced. In fact, even if completely sterilised, the females maintain their feeding activity and vectorial capacity. Moreover, their presence in the released insects can affect the dispersal and mating rates of the males, thus reducing the cost effectiveness of the SIT. Sex separation of Ae. albopictus can be effectively achieved by exploiting different biological traits between males and females at either pupal or adult stage such as protandry, dimorphism or by investigating classical non transgenic genetic sexing strains. Currently the available sexing methods are not mechanized and are based on manual procedures, therefore they are not capable to assure an effective separation and are strongly affected by operator procedures. My PhD project, here presented, has the purpose to investigate new methods for an effective and reliable sex separation of Ae. albopictus at different stages in accordance with the European regulations, which limits the creation and use of genetic modified strains. The implementation of a hyper-proterandry strain through a classical cross-breeding method and the production of an optical sexing system integrated with an artificial intelligence able to sort sexes at adult stage are the main lines of investigation during my current studies within the PhD in Health, Safety and Green Systems.

It is proposed to delineate the anatomo-clinical target volumes of primary tumor (CTV-P) in ethmoid cancers treated with post-operative radiotherapy. This concept is based on the use of radioanatomy and the natural history of cancer. It is supported by the repositioning of the planning scanner with preoperative imaging for the replacement of the initial GTV and the creation of margins around it extended to the microscopic risk zones according to the anatomical concept. This article does not discuss the indications of external radiotherapy but specifies the volumes to be delineated if radiotherapy is considered.

International audience; Background and purpose: This phase 1 trial aimed to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD; primary objective) of a p38-MAPK inhibitor, ralimetinib, with radiotherapy (RT) and chemotherapy (TMZ), in the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) patients.Materials and methods: The study was designed as an open-label dose-escalation study driven by a Tite-CRM design and followed by an expansion cohort. Ralimetinib was administered orally every 12 h, 7 days a week, for 2 cycles of 2 weeks at a dose of 100, 200 or 300 mg/12 h. Patients received ralimetinib added to standard concurrent RT (60 Gy in 30 fractions) with TMZ (75 mg/m2/day) and 6 cycles of adjuvant TMZ (150–200 mg/m2 on days 1–5 every 28 days).Results: The MTD of ralimetinib was 100 mg/12 h with chemoradiotherapy. The three patients treated at 200 mg/12 h presented a dose-limiting toxicity: one patient had a grade 3 face edema, and two patients had a grade 3 rash and grade 3 hepatic cytolysis (66%). Of the 18 enrolled patients, 15 received the MTD of ralimetinib. At the MTD, the grade ≥ 3 adverse events during concomitant chemoradiotherapy were hepatic cytolysis (2/15 patients), dermatitis/rash (1/15), lymphopenia (1/15) and nausea/vomiting (1/15). No interaction of TMZ and ralimetinib when administrated concomitantly has been observed. Inhibition of pMAPKAP-K2 (−54%) was observed in peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Conclusion:This phase 1 trial is the first trial to study the combination of a p38-MAPK inhibitor, ralimetinib, with radiotherapy (RT) and chemotherapy (TMZ), in the treatment of newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) patients. The MTD of ralimetinib was 100 mg/12 h. The most frequent dose-limiting toxicities were hepatic cytolysis and rash.

Intensity modulated radiation therapy for head and neck is a complex technique. Inappropriate delineation and/or dose distribution can lead to recurrences. Analysis of these recurrences should lead to improve clinical practice. For several years, different methods of analysis have been described. The purpose of this review is to describe these different methods and to discuss their advantages and limitations. The first published methods used a volume-based approach studying the entire volume of recurrence according to initial target volumes, or dose distribution. The main limitation of these methods was that the volume of recurrence studied was dependent on the delay in diagnosis of that recurrence. Subsequently, other methods used point-based approaches, conceptualizing recurrence either as a spherical expansion from a core of radioresistant cells (center of mass of recurrence volume) or using a more clinical approach, taking into account tumor expansion pathways. More recently, more precise combined methods have been described, combining the different approaches. The choice of method is decisive for conclusions on the origin of recurrence.

Resume Objectif de l’etude Il s’agissait d’un etude monocentrique retrospective de la tolerance de la radiotherapie stereotaxique hypofractionnee hepatique. Materiels et methode De decembre 2013 a juin 2016, les dossiers de 25 patients ont ete evalues apres radiotherapie stereotaxique hypofractionnee sur accelerateur Novalis TX® de 42 a 60 Gy en trois a cinq fractions. Les criteres modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumours (mRECIST) et RECIST ont ete utilises pour l’evaluation du controle local et la classification Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events, version 4.0 pour l’evaluation de la toxicite. Resultats Le suivi median etait de 15,3 mois. La tolerance au traitement a ete satisfaisante avec aucun evenement indesirable aigu de grade 3 ou plus et un seul tardif de grade 3 ou plus. Il a ete mis en evidence un risque d’hemorragie tardive de l’artere hepatique plus eleve chez les deux patients porteurs d’une prothese biliaire au contact de l’artere (p = 0,006) et dans le volume irradie, sans correlation avec la dose delivree aux gros vaisseaux. Conclusion La radiotherapie stereotaxique hypofractionnee hepatique est un traitement efficace en termes de controle local avec peu d’effets secondaires a court et a long termes. Il convient d’etre prudent chez les patients porteurs de prothese biliaire se trouvant a proximite du volume cible car il peut exister un risque d’hemorragie de l’artere hepatique au contact de la prothese.

In most SiPM-based gamma detection technologies, it is important to precisely characterize both the optical sensor’s light response and the interfaced electronics readout performances. Traditional setups, involved in this procedure, are based on radioactive gamma sources, with a-priori known energy spectra, used to perform both an accurate characterization of SiPM non-linearity and a calibration of the acquisition system. However, several disadvantages affect these techniques, such as the low versatility and the need of using also highly energetic radioactive sources, in order to perform a correct calibration procedure. Moreover, high energy range (e.g. up to 20MeV) is very unpractical to explore with radioactive sources or beam tests. A possible alternative consists in a pulsed light source setup, emulating the behavior of different source-crystal couplings and directly interfaced with the optical sensors. Purpose of this work is the development of an electro-optical device, generating light flashes with tunable intensity and duration: the former ranges from few units to hundreds of thousands of photons, the latter can be set in order to be comparable to that of common scintillation events. A further specification consists in the optical power stability over time and temperature: a closed loop control system has been designed, based on a microcontroller performing a real time modulation of the light source driving current.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the outcomes of stereotactic radiation therapy for primary and secondary liver tumours in Jean-Perrin cancer centre (Clermont-Ferrand, France) in terms of efficacy and safety.Between December 2013 and June 2016, 25 patients were included. Treatment was performed on a linear accelerator Novalis TXMedian follow-up was 10.5 months. Treatment tolerance was good with few side effects grade 3 or above, no acute toxicity and only one late toxicity. We have highlighted that hepatic artery haemorrhage was associated with the presence of a biliary prosthesis in contact with the artery (P=0.006) and in the irradiation field. There was no correlation with the dose delivered to the artery and hepatic artery haemorrhage.Stereotactic radiation therapy for liver tumours allows a good local control with few secondary effects. Caution should be exercised when treating patients with biliary prostheses in the vicinity of the target volume because there is a risk of haemorrhage of the hepatic artery in contact with the prosthesis.

This article presents a synthesis of patterns and paths of invasion of parotid glands tumours in order to propose an approach of the delineation of primary tumour clinical target volumes and of the selection of lymph nodes target volumes. Postoperative situation being the most frequent, the delineation of primary tumour clinical target volume is based on an anatomical approach.

Resumen Introduccion La prevalencia de escoliosis en la enfermedad de Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) se estima entre el 10 y el 38%. El objetivo del estudio es analizar la prevalencia de deformidades raquideas asociadas al CMT en nuestra poblacion, y los datos epidemiologicos y clinicos de los pacientes. Material y metodos Se realizo un estudio descriptivo retrospectivo de 30 pacientes afectos de CMT, valorados entre enero de 2001 y diciembre de 2010. Se analizo el sexo, la edad de diagnostico y el subtipo de CMT, la edad de aparicion de la escoliosis, las caracteristicas de la curva, la evolucion y el tratamiento. Resultados El 46,7% de los ninos presento escoliosis. La edad media de aparicion de la escoliosis fue 10,21 anos y la magnitud media de la curva en el momento del diagnostico fue de 13,85°. Un 42,85% eran toracolumbares, y el 50% asociaban cifosis. Se valoro la evolucion en los pacientes con un seguimiento superior a 3 anos y Risser ≥ 3, de los que el 50% presento progresion. Se indico tratamiento ortesico a 5 pacientes y ninguno preciso tratamiento quirurgico. Se observo mayor incidencia de escoliosis en los varones, un 78,5%, y en los pacientes que habian sido intervenidos de deformidad de los pies, un 62,5%, sin que exista relacion estadisticamente significativa en ninguno de los 2 casos. Conclusiones La prevalencia de escoliosis en CMT es muy superior a la de la poblacion general. Son curvas de amplio radio y con frecuencia asocian cifosis. No encontramos rapida progresion y los pacientes responden al tratamiento ortesico. Deben identificarse precozmente mediante exploracion sistematica del raquis.

In Italy, Aedes albopictus Skuse is currently recognized as the most dangerous mosquito, and as currently applied conventional control methods gave unsatisfactory results, we are developing alternative strategies such as the sterile insect technique. To find the optimal sterilizing dose, male pupae were exposed to different doses of γ rays in the range 20–80 Gy, generated by a Cesium-137 source. The effects of male pupal age at irradiation and γ ray dose on adult male emergence, sterility level, longevity, and mating capacity were evaluated, and dose-response curves of residual fertility were calculated. Radiation tests were also performed on female pupae to observe their reproductive capacity in case of accidental release. Results confirmed that the age at which the male pupa is irradiated is an important factor that affects the longevity of the adult, whereas the effect of age on the induced sterility level is less pronounced. When male pupae older than 30 h were irradiated, the longevity of the adults was not affected by doses up to 40 Gy. The 40-Gy dose appeared sufficient to induce high level of sterility (>99%) at any male pupal age for all the strains tested. The duration of coupling and the number of mated females per male appeared to be affected by the radiation received by male pupae only at doses higher than 40 Gy. The female pupae were more sensitive to radiation than male pupae, with strong reduction in fecundity and fertility at 20 Gy and complete suppression of oviposition at higher doses.

P-glycoproteins (P-gps) are efflux transporters found in cells of a broad range of both procaryotic and eukaryotic taxa, whose action is to relieve the cells of multiple, structurally dissimilar, toxic compounds. The possible role of P-gps in defence against the insecticides temephos and diflubenzuron was investigated in the mosquito Aedes caspius (Pallas), also known as Ochlerotatus (Aedes) caspius (Diptera: Culicidae), and the genomic DNA sequences encoding for P-gp transporters were isolated to provide molecular instruments for future research into the expression and characterization of genes codifying for P-gps in this mosquito species. Mosquito larvae were treated with insecticides alone and in conjunction with a sublethal dose of the P-gp inhibitor verapamil. The inhibition of P-gps reduced the LD(50) values of temephos and diflubenzuron by factors of 3.5 and 16.4, respectively, suggesting the potential involvement of P-gps in insecticide defence. Using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based approach, a 481-bp sequence was isolated. The inferred nucleotide sequence shows high homology with the C-terminal sequence of known P-gps. The isolation and characterization of a putative P-gp sequence from Ae. caspius is the first step towards a better molecular understanding of the role played by multidrug transporters in the defence against insecticides in this species. This knowledge may open the way to a novel control strategy based on the inhibition of pest defences. The beneficial consequences of the inhibition of efflux pumps in improving insecticide performance are discussed.

Summary 1. Rationalizing the use of chemicals in pest control programmes is a fundamental goal that is aided by the knowledge of patterns of population connectivity and historical demography. 2. In this study, we used both mitochondrial and nuclear markers to investigate the genetic structure and diversity of the northern Italian populations of Ochlerotatus caspius , a mosquito of great public health and economic impact in Mediterranean countries. 3. A substantial genetic homogeneity was found among populations, with no association of pairwise population differentiation with the geographic distribution or the environmental heterogeneity of the breeding sites. 4. On a regional scale, we hypothesize a historical demographic expansion, probably associated with late Pleistocene palaeoclimatic events. Furthermore, our results suggest that ever since the expansion event, an extensive gene flow is still the major evolutionary force shaping the overall genetic pattern observed. 5. At a local geographic scale, evidence of recent growth in the size of the population was found in several sites. The increased availability of large breeding sites offered recently by rice paddies seem to have played a major role in giving rise to the observed demographic expansions. Indeed, these sites have become more numerous and undergone changes in the management technique (increased number of dry/flood cycles), which enhanced their suitability as breeding habitats. 6. Synthesis and applications . The migration pattern among populations of Oc. caspius in northern Italy appears to be high enough to maintain an extensive genetic homogeneity. Control programmes on a small geographic scale are thus unlikely to be effective. The modern agronomic techniques and the growth of rice paddies seem to have played a role in the recent demographic history of the species in the Po plain. Therefore, satisfactory control programmes should: (i) be focused mainly on rice paddies as breeding habitats; (ii) favour agronomical techniques involving a reduced number of dry/flood cycles; (iii) be carried out on a wide (regional) geographic scale; and (iv) monitor periodically the susceptibility of populations to the compounds used in control campaigns and adopt strategies aimed to avoid the possible spread of resistance alleles.

The Culex pipiens complex includes species with reported differences in vector competence for arthropod-borne viruses, many of which are of significant importance to human health such as the West Nile virus and the Sindbis virus. This group of mosquitoes is difficult to distinguish morphologically; particularly as adult females. In Europe, the two species of the complex, Culex pipiens Linnaeus 1758 and Culex torrentium Martini 1925, are often found sympatrically. With the aim to characterize the presence and spread of both species in the Emilia-Romagna region, Northern Italy, mosquitoes of the complex - collected during the West Nile virus surveillance plans - were tested by multiplex real-time PCR for the detection of the two species Cx. pipiens and Cx. torrentium. A total of 24 165 mosquitoes, collected between 2012 and 2014 from 105 sites, and sorted in 204 pools, were tested. All tested pools were found to be composed of Cx. pipiens, whereas Cx. torrentium was not detected. These results indicate a likely absence of Cx. torrentium mosquitoes within the surveyed territory, whereas Cx. pipiens is widely distributed in the area mentioned. This is in line with previous reports, which describe a pre-alpine distribution of Cx. torrentium in Italy.

This study determined the main mite species on rubber trees (clone RRIM-600) in Piracicaba, southeast of Sao Paulo State, from June 2002 to May 2003 and evaluated the possible relation between them. It was conducted in a plantation of 5 ha on 11 year old trees, 15 m high, surrounded with crops as pearl millet, cotton, bean or corn. Samples were taken monthly and consisted of five leaflets, five petioles (only from October 2002 on) and five terminal sections of twigs (10 cm) from 15 rubber trees. All mites of one leaflet, one petiole and one twig section of each plant were mounted for identification to genera/species to estimate the proportional occurrence of each species. A total of 84,850 mites belonging to 38 species of 34 genera and 16 families were found. Tydeidae was the family with the highest number of species (11), followed by Phytoseiidae and Stigmaeidae (4 each). The most abundant families were Eriophyidae, Tenuipalpidae and Tydeidae (totals of 43,023, 26,390 and 13,644 individuals, respectively). The highest population levels of the pest mites Calacarus heveae Feres and Tenuipalpus heveae Baker occurred at the end of the rainy season. The most abundant predators were Metaseiulus camelliae (Chant & Yoshida-Shaul), Amblyseius compositus Denmark & Muma and Euseius citrifolius Denmark & Muma. The predators could not prevent the increase of C. heveae and T. heveae from March on. However, their presence might have prevented an earlier increase and even higher levels of those mites.

The pilot field studies here presented are part of a long-term research program aimed to develop a cost-effective sterile insect technique (SIT) methodology to suppress Aedes albopictus (Skuse) populations. Aedes albopictus is a mosquito species mainly developing in man-made containers and with an island-like urban and suburban distribution. These two features make the application of the sterile insect technique a possible control strategy. Five trials have been performed in three small towns from 2005 to 2009 (Emilia-Romagna region, northern Italy). Reared male pupae, sexed by a sieving technique allowing the recovery of approximately 26-29% of males, were exposed to gamma rays and immediately released in the field. Adult population density was estimated based on a weekly monitoring of egg density in the ovitraps, whereas induced sterility was estimated by measuring the hatching percentage of weekly collected eggs in SIT and control areas. Results showed that sterile males released at the rate of 896-1,590 males/ha/wk induced a significant sterility level in the local population. In addition, when the sterility level achieved values in the range of 70-80%, a similar reduction also was found for the egg density in the ovitraps. We could estimate that the minimum egg sterility value of 81% should be maintained to obtain suppression of the local population. Immigration of mated females was not a main issue in the small villages where trials have been run.

Twenty three species were found belonging to 11 families, 10 of predatory habits and five phytophagous. The food habits of the eight remaining species are not known. Besides the great richness, the diversity was small, as consequence of the dominance of Lorryia formosa Cooreman, 1958 and Aculus sp., the most abundant species. These species occurred in the same microhabitat but with seasonal segregation: L. formosa was the most abundant in the dry season, while Aculus sp. occurred only in the rainy season. In August, when the plant lost its leaves, the following species were found in the apical branch structures: Brevipalpus sp. (aff. phoenicis), Cheletogenes sp., Euseius citrifolius Denmark & Muma, 1970, Lorryia formosa, Pronematus sp., and diapause females of Tenuipalponychus tabebuiae Aguilar, Flechtmann & Ochoa, 1991. In September, with leaves growing again, Aceria sp. was the only species on the plant, and its abundance decreased accentuately in October. The richness and the abundance of the mite fauna were not correlated with the temperature or the precipitation. These data suggest that the plant phenology was more important than the climate in the occurrence of species. Objectif de l’etude Analyser les sites de recidives locoregionales apres radiotherapie conformationnelle postoperatoire avec modulation d’intensite de carcinomes epidermoides, de la cavite buccale, et de l’oropharynx. Materiel et methode De 2011 a 2015, 65 patients ont recu une RCMI postoperatoire pour un carcinome epidermoide de la cavite buccale (30 patients) ou de l’oropharynx (35 patients) avec suivi prospectif. Deux a trois niveaux de dose etaient prescrits : 66 Gy dans le volume cible anatomoclinique de haut risque, 59,4 a 60 Gy sur le volume cible anatomoclinique de risque intermediaire et 54 Gy sur le volume cible anatomoclinique de faible risque. Les recidives ont ete delinees sur une scanographie diagnostique par l’oncologue radiotherapeute et le radiologue, puis recalees sur la scanographie dosimetrique. Differentes methodes ont ete utilisees : une methode isodose quantifiant le volume d’intersection entre le volume de la recidive et les volumes des isodoses 95 % de haut risque, risque intermediaire et bas risque. La recidive etait infield, marginale ou outfield si respectivement plus de 95 %, entre 20 et 95 % et moins de 20 % de son volume etait inclus dans les volumes des isodoses 95 %. Une autre methode etait basee sur la position du barycentre de la recidive par rapport aux isodoses 95 %. Resultats Le suivi median etait de 34,9 mois (recul minimum de 2 ans). A 2 ans, les probabilites de survie globale, de controle local et de controle regional etaient respectivement de 83,0 %, 89,9 %, 89,2 %. Il y a eu 14 recidives locoregionales, huit tumorales et six ganglionnaires dans un delai median de 12,6 ± 9,9 mois. Parmi les huit recidives tumorales, trois etaient infield et trois marginales de l’isodose 95 % du volume a haut risque ; les deux autres etaient marginales de l’isodose 95 % du volume a risque intermediaire. Six des huit barycentres etaient infield de l’isodose 95 % du volume a haut risque. Parmi les recidives ganglionnaire, une etait infield de l’isodose 95 % du volume a haut risque, deux etaient infield et trois marginales de l’isodose 95 % du volume a risque intermediaire. Un des six barycentre etait infield de l’isodose 95 % du volume a haut risque et cinq etaient du volume a haut risque de l’isodose 95 % du volume a risque intermediaire. Conclusion Les recidives sont principalement infield ou marginales des zones irradiees a haute dose. Cela peut s’expliquer par une radioresistance, un possible defaut de delineation du volume cible anatomoclinique de haut risque ou de sa couverture par l’isodose 95 % du volume a haut risque.
