An experiment was conducted including 20 genotypes of maize during Kharif season of 2020-21. All characters under study showed highly significant variation. High values of genotypic and phenotypic coefficients of variation were observed for the characters like anthesis and silking interval, grain yield per plant, biological yield, number of grains per row, number of grain rows per cob, harvest index and ear height. Biological yield per plant, plant height, grain yield per plant, ear height and harvest index showed high heritability coupled with high genetic advance suggesting their importance for direct selection. Number of cobs per plant, ear length, number of grains per row, 100 grain weight, harvest index, biological yield exhibited significant positive association with grain yield per plant. Highest direct positive effect on yield per plant was observed for harvest index followed biological yield, number of cobs per plant, anthesis and silking interval. Thus priority should be given to these characters during selection for maize yield improvement.

For the Indian population, prediction models for heart disease based on non-invasive clinical features will be very helpful. Affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare is still out of reach for a large portion of the population in India. The lack of infrastructure in rural locations makes it difficult to provide early disease diagnosis and treatment, which delays care, increases morbidity, and increases mortality. In India during the past two decades, the mortality rate from non-communicable diseases has increased alarmingly. These forecasting models were developed using four distinct machine learning procedures: logistic regression, k-NN, Support vector machine, and Random Forest. Numerous combinations of clinical indicators were thought of. The most crucial features were those that boosted performance in tandem. Important clinical factors were identified in this study to include gender, age, BMI, hypertension, diabetes, alcohol use, smoking, family history, total cholesterol, inactivity, healthy eating habits, stress, and anxiety. A random forest-based system achieved 91.2 percent accuracy, 93.5 percent specificity, and 92.5 percent sensitivity. The primary clinical characteristics utilised in creating a low-cost and easily accessible CVD prediction system. It has been suggested that similar research be conducted on large datasets obtained from other universities. This could help researchers find even more potentially important clinical traits.

The formulation of only moderately water-soluble pharmaceuticals can benefit from the incorporation of nanoparticles, which increases the drugs’ bioavailability. The primary objective of this work was to create and evaluate fluvastatin-loaded nanoparticles using the precipitation process to improve their solubility and bioavailability. Precipitation was used to prepare fluvastatin nanoparticles, which are classified as a BCS class II drug. These particles were then characterized using techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, zeta potential, and in-vitro drug release studies. There was no evidence of contact between the drug and the polymers based on the differential scanning calorimetry results, powder X-ray diffractometry, and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. Images obtained by scanning electron microscopy revealed that the nanoparticles had a spherical form. The fact that the water solubility of drug-loaded nanoparticles was increased in comparison to the pure drug and that they displayed an improved dissolution profile was evidence that nanoprecipitation was a straightforward and accurate process. Both this technology on a laboratory scale and this strategy could be used to improve the solubility and bioavailability of BCS class II medications.

This application aims at teaching words by providing models of objects and tests the progress, resulting in a better learning experience for the user. This system increases the user’s degree of freedom by connecting with mobile devices because of the interface's usability, portability and general convenience.

Introduction:Malnutrition is a nutritional disorder which occurs due to the imbalance of nutrients. This has become a major concern in developing countries like India. Early detection of malnutrition helps in prevention of mortality of children. Methodlogy:The purpose of this study was to determine whether children are aware of their nutritional condition among the age groups of2- 8 years studying in Nirmala Institutions and government schools in Atmakur village, Mangalagiri, Guntur district, India. A questionnaire was given to the parents. Z test is used to categorize the students. 607 students were enrolled for this study and correlation is used to get the r value. Results:Of all children taken for the study of prevalence of malnutrition, 607 children of either gender were included. Out of 607 children (54.36%) are male and (45.63%) are female students. Out of which 26.52% are at 3-4 years, 27.18% children are at 4-5 years, 10.21% children are at 5-6 years,25.04% are at 6-7 years, 11.03% children are at 7-8 years of age. Conclusion:Malnutrition has a significant negative impact on a childs physical and mental development. In India, malnutrition is the primary cause of death among children. Early diagnosis of acute malnutrition with MUAC tape can be beneficial in children aged 6-59 months, although MUAC could only identify a small number of children as undernourished when compared to the W/H index. &nbsp

Strep Throat is a bacterial infection that can inflame and hurt the throat. Strep throat causative organism Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A Streptococcus) is an important species of gram-positive extracellular throat bacterial pathogens. It is characterized by sore throat, including swallowing Pain, fever, red and swollen tonsils, tiny red spots on the roof of the mouth, and swollen lymph nodes in the front of the neck. It’s an airborne infection that spreads through respiratory droplets through sneezes or coughs. To overcome the Strep Throat infection, Steam Inhalation with Tulasi, Neem, Turmeric, Nochi leaves, and Common salt is given to the infected patients. This study is done at Sree Ramakrishna Medical College Hospital of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Kulasekharam. The sample of 30 patients aged 10 to 14 years for 7 days. Herbal Steam Inhalation helps for a speedy recovery from the Strep Throat Infection. The Strep throat-infected patients got the result of 98% cure from their symptoms

Stress is our response to events that affect our physical, emotional, and psychological functioning. Stressful situations produce a feeling of anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, and their feelings are usually associated with physical changes. The prevalence of stress was 36% in India. This study was conducted to assess bronchial asthma among females age group (18 - 25) years at Sree Ramakrishna Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences and Hospital, Kulasekharam, Tamil Nadu, India. Verbal consent was taken from the females by explaining the purpose of the study. The total number of study respondents was 30. The questionnaire contains 30 questions. The parameters of the questionnaire included Mental changes, Gastrointestinal discomforts, Habits, Addiction, and Urogenital discomforts. This study shows that everyone has the habit of taking bath daily and wearing washed clothes and their habits show satisfaction. But, they have a lack of interest, mood changes, and lack of decisionmaking, also they have irritation, depression, anxiety, and stress at work. Therefore, females need more awareness about mental health and the ability to manage their stress.

Premenstrual syndrome refers to changes in mood and emotion, physical health, and behavior that develop between ovulation and the onset of Menstruation. Premenstrual Syndrome is a psychosomatic disorder. It last until a few days after the Menstruation begins. It is estimated one-fourth population of Women has experienced some form of premenstrual syndrome. The study is designed as a questionnaire and is distributed to female students. This study was conducted to assess the Pre Menstrual syndrome among female students age group (18 - 25) years at Sree Ramakrishna Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences and Hospital, Kulasekharam, Tamil Nadu, India. Verbal consent was taken from the female students by explaining the purpose of the study. The total number of study respondents was 30. The questionnaire contains 30 questions. The parameters of the questionnaire included physical and mental changes during pre-menstrual syndrome. In this study, awareness of the pre-menstrual syndrome and regular menstruation is satisfactory. But, the mental changes, gastrointestinal discomfort, and urogenital symptoms are more. Therefore, female students need more awareness about mental, gastrointestinal, and urogenital health

Personal hygiene is mandatory for female students to prevent many diseases. Personal hygiene helps females to stay healthy. Poor personal hygiene is more prone to Vulnerable infection. Good hygienic practices teach from their early life, and it helps to create self- awareness. This study was conducted to assess the practice of personal hygiene among female students age group (18 - 22) years at Sree Ramakrishna Medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences and Hospital, Kulasekharam,Tamil Nadu, India. The study units were female students age group (18 - 22) years. The study is designed as a questionnaire and is distributed to Female Students. Verbal consent was taken from the female students by explaining the purpose of the study. The total number of study respondents was 30. The questionnaire contains 30 questions. The Parameters of the questionnaire included sociodemographic information and hygienic practices. The hygienic practices included cloth hygiene, skin hygiene, oral hygiene, hair hygiene, hand hygiene, urogenital hygiene, ear hygiene, bowel hygiene, and mental hygiene. From this study the practice of personal hygiene about wearing washed clothes and regular head bath are satisfactory but scalp hygiene, water intake and sleep are very poor. Therefore, female students need more awareness about scalp hygiene, water intake, and sleep.

Our aim of our study is the scientific effect of coconut milk with egg white as a pack on scalp for hair health. This experimental research study done among the faculties of Sree Ramakrishna medical College of Naturopathy and Yogic science, Kulasekharam, Tamilnadu. It involves20 people as the research samples with application on alternate days as a pack for 90 days. It obtained results showed that all samples experienced that the hair fall was turn down and hair growth was procured. During the period of treatment, the symptoms of subjects relieved is assessed periodically.
