In the present study, physical self-schema referred to the perceived body image youths have over their physical appearance. Using a two-item online questionnaire, the study analyzed the effect of physical self-schema acceptance on perceived severity of online aggressiveness in cyberbullying. Five hundred and seven students from Belgium, Spain, Romania, and Turkey participated in the survey. The results suggest that when mapping effects of physical self-schema acceptance on perceived negative effect of online aggressiveness, the curvilinear interaction model (2%) is more robust than the linear interaction model (0.8%), when both models are statistically significant.

Supervision in the clinical field, including social work, represents a transformative process aimed at enhancing the supervisee's personal and professional development through the acquisition of essential competencies and skills. As a cornerstone of lifelong learning, supervision facilitates continuous growth and adaptation within the professional practice. Literature on clinical supervision identifies two primary categories of models: first-generation models, rooted in psychotherapeutic traditions, and second-generation models, which build upon and expand these foundations. This study introduces a model of supervision tailored to social work, derived from the integrative supervision framework. Central to this model is the supervisee's learning process, which is supported by three key components: the supervision framework, learning factors, and a reflective process involving both supervisor and supervisee in the context of case discussions. The supervisory relationship functions as the cohesive element that binds the model's components. The practical applicability of this integrative supervision model has been validated within the context of an integrative psychotherapy training program, where social workers were effectively trained and supervised. Supervision in social work is an organizational, individual need towards the wellbeing of the supervisee and the beneficiary. In general, professional supervision has gained its undeniable role, in particular, supervision in social work bears the imprint of clinical supervision and organizational supervision. The professionalization of the profession of psychotherapist has also attracted social workers interested in acquiring psychotherapeutic skills, and the social work profession is moving towards liberalization. As in psychotherapy, psychological counseling there are models of supervision in social work. The aim of the paper is to present the functions of supervision in social work from an integrative perspective (individual, organization) and the consequences of abusive supervision in the exercise of supervisory functions in Philip Rich's model. The supervisor in social work needs a holistic view: supervisee (needs of the supervisee)- organization (organizational needs)-social, social consequences of supervision (needs of the beneficiaries). A supervision with the focus on the supervisee, organization, social will not generate favorable consequences, on the contrary, it creates the premises for abusive supervision and hence, the decrease of the supervisor's creativity, task conflicts, bournaout, social undermining. This study examines the issue of understanding management accounting practices in Romanian financial and accounting service firms, a subject of significant relevance due to the influence of accounting on organizational decision-making and strategic planning. The research examines 21 distinct management accounting practices, utilizing hierarchical clustering analysis refined by the Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) to discern patterns and classifications within these practices. The findings indicate eight unique clusters, distinguished by differences in cluster size, withincluster heterogeneity, total within-cluster sum of squares, and Silhouette scores, which explain the diversity of practices and their organizational implications. The research enhances the literature by delineating the present state of management accounting practices in Romania and providing a more refined comprehension of the interrelationships among these practices, as guided by institutional theory. This method surpasses other attempts by emphasizing the diversity within clusters, uncovering distinct traits and strategic consequences. The findings indicate that various groupings of practices demonstrate particular patterns of adoption and utilization, which might affect firms' strategic decision-making processes. This study evaluates the preparedness of Romanian public preuniversity teachers for digital pedagogy training as part of the R.E.D. Teacher Education project, which aims to enhance lifelong learning and educational quality, in alignment with European Union (EU) standards and Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4). Data were collected from 1,864 educators through a structured questionnaire aligned with global digital competency frameworks. Results indicate a strong interest in digital tools, though challenges remain, particularly in fostering collaboration and ensuring equitable access to digital resources. The study concludes that targeted professional development is needed to enhance teachers' digital literacy and address the digital divide. Key recommendations include improving access to digital platforms, promoting collaboration, and ensuring responsible use of digital resources to support inclusive, equitable education. Background/Objectives: This study investigates the relationship between food attitudes and the management of eating behavior from a psycho-nutritional perspective, with a focus on the Health Belief Model (HBM). The objective was to explore how emotional food cravings influence different aspects of eating behavior and dietary attitudes, and to identify indirect pathways through which these cravings affect attitudes toward dieting behaviors. Methods: Data were collected from 659 participants using validated scales that assessed dieting tendencies, bulimia and food preoccupation, culinary behaviors, food preoccupation, expectations of positive outcomes, and emotional food cravings. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations, and network analysis were employed to uncover significant associations among these variables. A sequential mediation analysis was conducted using SPSS PROCESS Macro Model 6 to identify indirect pathways. Results: The analysis revealed significant associations among the variables. Emotional food craving had a negative indirect effect on dieting attitudes through bulimia tendencies (effect size: −0.523) and a positive indirect effect through food preoccupation (effect size: 0.1006). These results highlight the complex interplay between emotional food cravings, bulimia tendencies, and food preoccupation in shaping dieting attitudes. Conclusions: The findings emphasize the complex dynamic between emotional food cravings, bulimia tendencies, and food preoccupation, and their collective impact on dieting attitudes. This paper provides a thorough comparative review of deception detection techniques employed for a sample of 400 convicted offenders. It focuses on the utilization of polygraph sensor data as input variables for predicting deception, which are assessed against manual scoring by experts. Three advanced machine learning models, namely Random Forest Regression (RFR), Support Vector Machine (SVM) Regression, and Neural Network Regression (NNR), were employed with the purpose of analysing their predictive efficacy in identifying deception based on physiological responses captured by polygraph sensors. The obtained results indicate that all three algorithms exhibited varying degrees of effectiveness in predicting deceptive behavior. The Random Forest Regression algorithm achieved a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 0.893 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.091, which highlights its ability to discern key physiological indicators related to deceptive behavior. The Support Vector Machine Regression algorithm showed a competitive performance with a MSE of 0.98 and a R² value of 0.159, which underscores its capability to model non-linear relationships in the context of high-dimensional data. However, the Neural Network Regression algorithm proved to be the best model, with a MSE of 0.894 and a significantly higher R² value of 0.113. This model’s capacity to capture the complex relationships in the context of physiological data allowed it to surpass both RFR and SVM, which indicates its potential for a precise and reliable deception detection. This study provides valuable insights into the advancement of forensic applications with regard to deception detection technologies. Its findings suggest that the Neural Network Regression algorithm, due to its ability to learn complex patterns and relationships related to physiological data, stands out as an optimal choice for accurately identifying deceptive behavior. The rapid advancement of Big Data and artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed management accounting practices, necessitating a reevaluation of job profiles and skill-sets required for professionals in this field. This study explores managerial accounting practices in Romanian contexts, examining how digital technology aligns with competitive strategy, managerial efficiency, human resources constraints, and limited resources constraints. Grounded in technology determinism and the resource-based view theory, this research identifies factors influencing the successful implementation of and challenges associated with managerial accounting practices. A sequential mediation analysis investigates pathways wherein investments in human resources and constraints related to limited resources influence managerial advancement through digital technology and competitive strategy. This study emphasizes digital technologies' role in optimizing costs, enhancing operational processes, and facilitating strategic decision-making. This study's conclusions show that, even in situations with limited resources, digital transformation projects greatly improve managerial effectiveness and competitive strategy. The participants included 406 professional accountants from the Romanian accounting community. Practical implications for companies include the necessity for strategic planning in digital implementations to mitigate constraints and capitalize on opportunities for sustainable growth and competitive advantage. In this article, we explore the phenomenon of loss aversion within the domain of behavioral economics, emphasizing the different perceptions individuals hold toward losses and gains. Loss aversion, a concept present in psychological literature, delineates why individuals manifest more intense emotional and psychological responses to losses than to gains of similar magnitude. By integrating contemporary research and empirical evidence, this study utilizes thematic analysis and narrative review to investigate the cognitive and affective processes that underlie loss aversion. This approach provides a theoretical understanding of how these processes affect decision-making and behavioral patterns. Furthermore, the study investigates the behavioral manifestations associated with both positive and negative outcomes within the context of loss aversion. This narrative review not only enhances our comprehension of human decision-making mechanisms but also presents insights with implications for both theoretical frameworks and practical interventions. The aim of this current study is to assess the essential role of teacher cognitive presence within the context of the community of inquiry framework in relation to enhancing students’ academic perseverance, more specifically this type of presence influences the most students’ academic perseverance. In order to test this hypothesis, an online questionnaire was created, including the community of inquiry scale and the grit scale. A total of 529 valid and consented answers were collected. We have further analyzed the structure of the variables network with network analysis and then we have employed several sequential mediation analyses testing the impact of cognitive presence triggering events and resolution on the relationship between all the other presences and students’ academic perseverance. A circular structure has emerged in network analysis and eight significant full complementary sequential mediation analysis. This study explores an experimental approach to developing and assessing the STEAM-type behaviors in kindergarten children through extracurricular activities. STEAM education, encompassing the disciplines of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics, is increasingly recognized for its potential to foster creativity, problem-solving and critical thinking, specific to preschool stage. The research was conducted with a middle group of 5-6-year-olds from a kindergarten in Arad, Romania. The experimental group consisting of 24 preschoolers and the control group of 24 preschoolers were evaluated. A STEAM behavior assessment grid was developed, encompassing five dimensions, each with five items. Twenty-four students used this evaluation grid to assess two children each, one from experimental class and one from control class, during both pretest and posttest stages. The STEAM behavior assessment grid focused on key areas such as curiosity, creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The study's methodology ensured a comprehensive evaluation by involving pre-service teachers in the assessment process, thereby also contributing to their professional development. The innovative activities were structured to encourage active engagement and foster a deeper understanding of STEAM concepts. The results of the experimental research reveal that children in the experimental group exhibited a notable enhancement in STEAM-related behaviors compared to those in the control group. More specific, the experimental class showed increased abilities in creativity, problemsolving, and collaboration. This literature review offers a comprehensive overview of research findings concerning learning organizations, encompassing their definition, characteristics, benefits, challenges, and future research directions. The narrative explores seminal works by influential theorists such as Peter Senge, and delves into the distinctive features that characterize learning organizations. Additionally, it examines the benefits associated with cultivating learning organizations, ranging from improved performance to heightened employee satisfaction. Notwithstanding their advantages, the review addresses the challenges organizations encounter in the pursuit of becoming learning organizations, emphasizing the need for a supportive learning culture and the integration of technology. The discussion extends to the potential role of federated learning in facilitating collaborative knowledge creation, particularly in industries prioritizing data privacy and security. Furthermore, the review identifies knowledge gaps in the existing literature, emphasizing the necessity for robust metrics to measure learning organization capabilities and the exploration of leadership's role in sustaining these organizations. This research examines the impact of educational attainment on psychological traits such as self-efficacy, introversion, and agreeableness. The primary goal of this study is to see whether there are significant variations in these traits according to the educational level of the participants and to identify relationships between educational level and psychological traits. A number of hypotheses were formulated, anticipating that self-efficacy would be higher in participants with higher levels of education, while introversion would be lower. Agreeableness was also hypothesized to be influenced by level of education, with higher means in those with higher levels of education. To test these hypotheses, a questionnaire was completed by a sample of 238 respondents, who were grouped according to their level of education. Data analysis revealed significant differences between education groups on self-efficacy, introversion, and agreeableness. The findings were explored in light of current ideas, with a focus on their theoretical and practical consequences. Finally, the study underlines the role of education in forming personality characteristics and the necessity for more research in this area. Background and Aims: Mental health problem is a rising public health concern. People of all ages, specially Bangladeshi university students, are more affected by this burden. Thus, the objective of the study was to use tree‐based machine learning (ML) models to identify major risk factors and predict anxiety, depression, and insomnia in university students. Methods: A social media‐based cross‐sectional survey was employed for data collection. We used Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD‐7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ‐9) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI‐7) scale for measuring students' anxiety, depression and insomnia problems. The tree‐based supervised decision tree (DT), random forest (RF) and robust eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) ML algorithms were used to build the prediction models and their predictive performance was evaluated using confusion matrix and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results: Of the 1250 students surveyed, 64.7% were male and 35.3% were female. The students' ages ranged from 18 to 26 years old, with an average age of 22.24 years (SD = 1.30). Majority of the students (72.6%) were from rural areas and social media addicted (56.6%). Almost 83.3% of the students had moderate to severe anxiety, 84.7% had moderate to severe depression and 76.5% had moderate to severe insomnia problems. Students' social media addiction, age, academic performance, smoking status, monthly family income and morningness‐eveningness are the main risk factors of anxiety, depression and insomnia. The highest predictive performance was observed from the XGBoost model for anxiety, depression and insomnia. Conclusion: The study findings offer valuable insights for stakeholders, families and policymakers enabling a more profound comprehension of the pressing mental health disorders. This understanding can guide the formulation of improved policy strategies, initiatives for mental health promotion, and the development of effective counseling services within university campus. The concept of NEETs, originating in the late 1990s, has garnered substantial focus over the past decade. This study endeavours to elucidate various facets of NEET, exploring the interrelation between youth mental ill‑health, substance use, and NEET status. It examines the progression of NEET rates within the European Union and its member states from 2012 to 2022 and investigates the correlation between NEETs and numerous variables such as age, educational attainment, gender/ sex, place of residence (level of urbanization), and associated risk factors. It further delves into the barriers maintaining NEET status and examines the subgroups within NEETs, along with their interaction with employment, education, and training systems.
