Final semester students must complete their education on time with a variety of academic assignments. Apart from that, the personal problems they experience are also increasingly complex, making final-semester students vulnerable to depression. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-compassion and stress mediated by emotional regulation in students who complete their final assignments. The design used in this research was quantitative, with three variables. Data were collected using the Self-Compassion Scale with a Cronbach Alpha reliability of 0.872, the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) with a Cronbach Alpha reliability of 0.790, and the stress subscale of the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-42) with a Cronbach Alpha reliability of 0.951. The subjects of this research were final-year students who were pursuing higher education in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis used a mediation analysis model by testing the relationship between stress (dependent variable) and self-compassion (independent variable) and emotional regulation, cognitive reappraisal facets, and expressive suppression facets (mediator variables) using mediation analysis techniques via JASP. The results showed that the cognitive reappraisal facet of emotional regulation mediated the relationship between self-compassion and stress in students. The emotional regulation facet of expressive suppression did not mediate the relationship between self-compassion and stress in students. In addition, there was a direct negative relationship between self-compassion and stress. Students who complete their final assignment must make efforts to increase self-compassion in order to survive stressful situations.

A 3D model of the mandibular first molar solid after endodontic treatment with class II MOD preparation was prepared using Solidworks software. Finite element simulation was carried out using Abaqus software. In the first simulation, 180 N force was applied (vertically 90° perpendicular to the occlusal surface) at four points of loading: the tip of the mesiobuccal and distobuccal cusp, central fossa, and distal marginal ridge. For the second simulation, a 100 N force was applied at a 45° lateral angle to the occlusal surface at two loading points: the lingual slope of the mesiobuccal and distobuccal cusp. Results: This study showed that the stress concentration was located in the occlusal pit and fissure, CEJ distal area, bifurcation in dentin, and the 1/3 cervical area of root dentin. The stress value generated after vertical and lateral force did not exceed the tooth and restoration’s compressive and tensile strength value. The failure occurred at the interface of enamel and composite near the loading point area due to vertical load, both on polyethylene and e-glass fiber ribbon-reinforced composite restoration. Stress distribution of an endodontically treated tooth with a MOD cavity restored with ribbon fiber-reinforced composite using the finite element method showed that the highest stress concentration occurred on the surface close to the loading point, in narrow, concave, and sharp areas, and more apically for endodontically treated teeth. Conclusion: Neither the tooth nor restoration failed after vertical and horizontal loads. The interface between enamel and composite on the occlusal surface failed. Keywords: direct composite restoration, fiber-reinforced composite, wallpapering technique, finite element

Polymorphous nanotitania samples were prepared from titanium butoxide (TTB) as a precursor using sol-gel processing in ethanol as a solvent, without and with monoethanolamine (MEA). The experiments used 5.25 mL TTB and MEA with varied volumes of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 mL. The sample without MEA was specified as sample A, and the samples produced using MEA were specified as samples B, C, D, and E, respectively. All samples were calcined at 500 °C for 4 h and then collected data by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method used to analyze Surface Area Analyzer (SAA), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Raman Spectroscopy, and UV-Visible Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS). The results of XRD characterization indicate that samples A and B form anatase phase, while samples C and D are composed of anatase, brookite, and rutile phases, and sample E is consisted of anatase and brookite phases with weight percentages of (94.53 ± 1.72) % and (5.47 ± 0.36) %, respectively. The presence of the three phases of titania is also confirmed by Raman spectroscopy analysis, which showed anatase peaks at 146, 197, 398, and 513 cm-1, brookite peaks at 245 and 402 cm-1, and rutile peaks at 319, 436, and 612 cm-1. According to XRD, the samples have the particle size in the range of 14-19 nm. A representative sample (sample C) was also characterized using TEM, revealing a particle size of 16.0 ± 0.3 nm. This representative sample revealed the largest surface area of 172.2 m2/g, as seen by BET, and the lowest energy gap of 3.03 eV.

Hybrid composites using adhesive joints are gaining popularity in various industries as their various material combinations can create certain advantages. This research focuses on examining the mode I and mode II fracture toughness characteristics of the combined laminate between Steel Plate Cold Rolled Commercial (SPCC) metal and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composite processed using adhesive bonding. SPCC/CFRP hybrid laminate composites were manufactured with a variety of manufacturing options (A, B, and C) to find the most optimal method using two types of epoxy and cyanoacrylate adhesives, with two different bonding processes: secondary bonding and co-bonding. Fracture toughness values were measured through the Double Cantilever Beam (DCB) test for mode I and the End Notched Flexure (ENF) test for mode II. The test results showed that epoxy adhesives in the SPCC/CFRP adhesive joints provided better fracture toughness performance, especially when combined with the co-bonding technique. Specimens from manufacturing option C showed the highest GIC and GIIC values of 83.05 and 254.94 J/m2, respectively. These values increased by 58.98 % and 80.48 % compared to manufacturing options A and B in Mode I. Additionally, the GIIC value for manufacturing option C increased by 78.00 % and 66.76 % compared to manufacturing options A and B. The SPCC/CFRP hybrid laminates showed adhesive failure on the SPCC surface when using epoxy adhesive, whereas adhesive failure occurred on the CFRP surface with cyanoacrylate adhesive for the different manufacturing options.

Medicine - Abstract
Objective Efforts to implement health tax policies to control the consumption of harmful commodities and enhance public health outcomes have garnered substantial recognition globally. However, their successful adoption remains a complex endeavour. This investigates the challenges and opportunities surrounding health tax implementation, with a particular focus on subnational government in Indonesia, where the decentralisation context of health tax remains understudied.Design Employing a qualitative methodology using a problem-driven political economy analysis approach.Setting We are collecting data from a total of 12 focus group discussions (FGDs) conducted between July and September 2022 in three provinces—Lampung, Special Region of/Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta and Bali, each chosen to represent a specific commodity: tobacco, sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) and alcoholic beverages—we explore the multifaceted dynamics of health tax policies.Participant These FGDs involved a mean of 10 participants in each FGD, representing governmental institutions, non-governmental organisations and consumers. Results Our findings reveal that health tax policies have the potential to contribute significantly to public health. Consumers understand tobacco’s health risks, and cultural factors influence both tobacco and alcohol consumption. For SSBs, the consumers lack awareness of long-term health risks is concerning. Finally, bureaucratic complexiting and decentralised government hinder implementation for all three commodities. Conclusion Furthermore, this study underscores the importance of effective policy communication. It highlights the importance of earmarking health tax revenues for public health initiatives. It also reinforces the need to see health taxes as one intervention as part of a comprehensive public health approach including complementary non-fiscal measures like advertising restrictions and standardised packaging. Addressing these challenges is critical for realising the full potential of health tax policies.

As if it has become a consensus that the slope of the granular heap is straight, and from that, an angle of repose is defined. However, closer inspection shows that the slopes are not truly straight, instead, more often they have convex shapes, although with small convexity. Similar curvature is observed on the sand dunes' surfaces. We derive equations together with experiments on 10 types of granular materials to show that, in general, the slope of the granular heap is convex while the straight slope is a critical state that rarely occurs. The angle of repose is allowed to vary within a narrow range around a critical value. If the angle of repose is slightly greater (smaller) than the critical value, the slope is convex (concave). The model also answers why the surfaces of granular heaps, including sand dunes, are more often convex rather than concave or straight, and advocate the simultaneous estimation of the coefficient of friction on the grain and the type of packing in the heap. The results might open new understandings related to granular material properties as well as sand transport and geological records in several deserts., Comment: 14 pages and Supplementaries, 4 figures

The state must respect, cherish, and protect human rights as a legal instrument. Humanity itself possesses the right to live, not to be tortured, and never to be enslaved. With the provisions on human rights and the punishment of human trafficking, everyone enjoys legal protection from acts of degrading human dignity. As described in the provisions of the Law on the Prohibition of Slavery in Indonesia, this is regulated in some of the laws applicable nationally in the country of Indonesia. This prohibition on slavery, or slavery, can be found in Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights in the section that explains a few of the human prohibitions on non-slavery, namely Article (4), Article (20), and in Article (2) of the Act No. 21 of 2007 on the Trafficking in Persons. The case of a human skull in Langkat, North Sumatra, is a terrible crime against humanity. The victims clearly experienced practices of violence, torture, deprivation of rights, and similar acts of human slavery. Reports and facts on the ground show evidence that leads to systematic and structured crime, committed deliberately by the government apparatus. The perpetrators have violated the provisions of Act No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights and also those contained in Law No. 21 of 2007 on the Suppression of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons; explicitly, this act is in accordance with the meaning of human trafficking. There's a lot of people around, even officials who know where they are and what's going on inside the cage. But they 'proclaim' the condition. No one has attempted to counter the occurrences in the Rare Non-Active House for years. The surrounding society becomes a majority silent, or'majority quiet' over the phenomenon. Neither of the victims, they nor their families, have any basic knowledge of their rights, so that only "sacracy" can be done. They assume they made a mistake and deserve punishment. The company's owners physically hardened them for years, solely for their economic benefit.

The fashion industry has changed a lot over the years, which makes it hard for people to compare different kinds of fashion. To make it easier, different styles of clothing are tried out to find the exact and precise look desired. So, we opted to employ the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for fashion classification. This approach represents one of the methodologies employed to utilize computers for the purpose of recognizing and categorizing items. The goal of this research is to see how well the Convolutional Neural Network method classifies the Fashion-MNIST dataset compared to other methods, models, and classification processes used in previous research. The information in this dataset is about different types of clothes and accessories. These items are divided into 10 categories, which include ankle boots, bags, coats, dresses, pullovers, sandals, shirts, sneakers, t-shirts, and trousers. The new classification method worked better than before on the test dataset. It had an accuracy value of 95. 92%, which is higher than in previous research. This research also uses a method called image data generator to make the Fashion MNIST image better. This method helps prevent too much focus on certain details and makes the results more accurate.

The study investigates the fabrication and analysis of nickel microparticle-reinforced composites fabricated using the digital light processing (DLP) technique. A slurry is prepared by incorporating Ni-micro particles into a resin vat; it is thoroughly mixed to achieve homogeneity. Turbidity fluctuations are observed, initially peaking at 50% within the first two minutes of mixing and then stabilizing at 30% after 15–60 min. FTIR spectroscopy with varying Ni wt.% is performed to study the alterations in the composite material’s molecular structure and bonding environment. Spectrophotometric analysis revealed distinctive transmittance signatures at specific wavelengths, particularly within the visible light spectrum, with a notable peak at 532 nm. The effects of printing orientation in the X, Y, and Z axes were also studied. Mechanical properties were computed using tensile strength, surface roughness, and hardness. The results indicate substantial enhancements in the tensile properties, with notable increases of 75.5% in the ultimate tensile strength and 160% in the maximum strain. Minimal alterations in surface roughness and hardness suggest favorable printability. Microscopic examination revealed characteristic fracture patterns in the particulate composite at different values for the wt.% of nickel. The findings demonstrate the potential of DLP-fabricated Ni-reinforced composites for applications demanding enhanced mechanical performance while maintaining favorable printability, paving the way for further exploration in this domain.
