In developing optimal entrepreneurship, several variables such as motivation, knowledge, intensity, and capacity are required to determine their relationship using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge significantly affect intensity. Also, motivation and intensity significantly influenced capacity. The parameter estimator of PLS-SEM can be improved by applying hybridization to the Artificial Neural Network (PLS-ANN) using the 2:32:8:1 architecture in which motivation and intensity were the input while capacity was the output. The comparison parameter accuracy model measured by MSE, RMSE, and MAE shows the improvement accuracy by PLS-ANN better than PLS-SEM.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jimpitan sebagai solusi dalam membantu masyarakat menghadapi pandemi dari segi ekonomi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada ragam jimpitan di Indonesia, hubungan jimpitan dengan gotong royong, hubungan jimpitan dengan pandemi COVID-19 dan hal baru mengenai jimpitan di masa modern dan saat pandemi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Jimpitan di Indonesia terdapat dua model yaitu dengan beras dan uang serta pelaksanaan nya beberapa dilakukan bersama dengan kegiatan ronda. Hasil jimpitan umumnya digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan RT. 2) Jimpitan, sebagai kebudayaan asli dari Indonesia, adalah sebuah kebudayaan yang sangat mewakili semangat gotong-royong. Hal ini akan berdampak sangat baik karena untuk mencapai kehidupan yang baik di tengah masyarakat, diperlukan sebuah semangat saling peduli dan saling membantu, yaitu semangat gotong-royong, yang salah satunya ditunjukkan pada kegiatan Jimpitan ini. 3) di beberapa tempat, jimpitan pada masa pandemi masih dilakukan. Selain itu, jimpitan sebagai salah satu sarana pengumpulan dana sosial bisa digunakan untuk membantu perekonomian warga yang terdampak pandemi. Jimpitan pada masa pandemi harus memperhatikan protokol kesehatan agar mencegah penularan virus. 4) terdapat kegiatan jimpitan pada masa modern yang berbasis IPTEK. Selain itu, program Jogo Tonggo dari pemerintah Jawa Tengah bisa digunakan sebagai kombinasi kegitan jimpitan.

In this paper, the application of the Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry-Response Surface Methodology (AdSV-RSM) in the simultaneous determination of copper ions in an aquaponics system has been studied. The effects of several parameters studied include variations in Calcein concentration, pH, accumulation potential, and accumulation time. The study design used was Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with 4 factors/variables, 3 levels and 31 treatment combinations. The results of the study, analysis of variance was carried out, and it was decided to accept the second-order model, which means that the independent variable has a significant effect on the response variable (peak current). Based on data analysis with the RSM, the determination of Cu(II) obtained the optimum conditions including peak current 349.196 (Ip); calcein concentration 0.616339 µg/L; pH 6.06208; potential accumulation −0.721104 V and time accumulation of 69.3744 s. The response surface method has been applied successfully for Cu(II) analysis in water, fish, and hydroponic plant aquaponics system, which is an integration between fish farming and hydroponic plant cultivation, with the relative standard deviation value was 1.12%, recovery of 99.23% and the detection limit of 0.75 μg/L. Background: Most investigators use ordinary least squares (OLS) methods to model low birth weight. When the data are non-normal or contain outliers, OLS become ineffective. However, the quantile method of forecasting low birth weight has not been fully evaluated, although it has good potential for overcoming problems associated with linear regression. Methods: The present study reports our comparison between the OLS and quantile regression methods for modeling low birth weight when the data are right skewed and outliers are presented. Additionally, we evaluated the performance of the associated algorithm in recovering the true parameter using the bootstrap method. Results: Our study found that a mother's education level, the number of maternal parities, and the last birth interval significantly impacted low birth weight at any selected low quantile. Based on the bootstrap simulation study, the proposed model was considered to be acceptable since both methods generated nearly identical estimates of the parameter model. An accuracy test proved that the quantile method was an unbiased estimator. Conclusions: The present study found that low birth weight is significantly affected by the mother's educational level, the number of maternal parities, and the last birth interval. This study was to optimize the determination of copper by adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdSV) in the presence calcein. The independent factors that affect the response were: calcein concentration, pH, potential accumulation and time accumulation. The research design was used a central composite design (CCD) with 4 variables, 5 levels and 31 a combination of treatments. The first step of 2k factorial design optimization is: to give the highest level of code values (+1.68), the lowest level (-1.68) and code (0) as the center point. Programs were used for statistical data processing, Minitab 17. The obtained optimum conditions for the determination of copper were: calcein concentration 0.11 mM, pH 6.8, potential accumulation -0.88 V and time accumulation 42.34 s. The RSD 0.74%, recovery 99.88%, the linear calibration graph for the concentration (0.2-110.0) μg/L, and the detection limits 1.79 μg/L. This procedure was applied for the determination of copper in the fruit and vegetable samples with satisfactory results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper describes an optimization method for rapid determination of lead from Maninjau lake waters by adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry using central composite design. The influence of several parameters were studied : variations of calcon concentration, pH, accumulation potential and accumulation time. The design study was a central composite design with 4 factors/variables 3 levels and 31 treatment combinations. From analysis of variance, concluded to accept the second-order model and a significant effect on the response variable (peak current). Based on central composite design, obtained the optimum conditions of lead were : concentration of calcon 0.76 mM, pH = 5.88, accumulation potential -0.45 Volt and accumulation time 88.38 seconds with a maximum peak current 42.56 nA. This method has been successfully applied to water was obtained : relative standard deviation 1.5%, recovery 97.33%, the linear range 0.2-105 µg/L, coefficient of determination 0.92 with a detection limit 1.02 µg/L.
