State of Uttarakhand in India have gone through transitional change in the last decade. Urban population share has increased from ten percent to near about thirty percent of the total population. Due to this rapid urbanization of the state of Uttarakhand, the state is finding difficulty in attaining sustainable development. Through this study, the researchers tried to identify the major challenges and issues which are blocking the urban areas of Uttarakhand from attaining sustainable development through a systematic review framework given by Arksey and O’Malley. The framework is a six-stage methodological framework for conducting scoping studies with the sixth stage being optional. The article attempts to highlight the issues and challenges which can be evaluated by researchers, academicians and policy makers in India and the world to study, evaluate and analyze the sustainable urban development of Uttarakhand. The methodology can also be used by researchers, academicians and policy makers to identify the challenges of sustainable urban development for any hill or mountain side terrain. There has been a huge and transformational change in the E-learning sector after the growth in internet in India and Covid 19 pandemic. The number of E-learning websites and platforms for the media students have increased manifold. Although India is one of the leading countries which is concentrating on developing its online education system, yet in some parts of India imparting education through e-learning still seems to be an insurmountable task. This study aims to identify the key barriers hindering adoption of e-learning among media students in India to analyze the inter-contextual relationships among them. For this, initially an extensive review of literature has been done followed by in-depth interviews of 30 media academicians, e-learning experts and media professionals to identify the key barriers. Finally, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) has been applied to represent the key barriers in a hierarchical paradigm showing contextual interrelationships among them. Results represent 12 major barriers evolved from the literature review and the interviews for which a hierarchical paradigm was developed showing contextual interrelationships among key barriers at different five levels. The results solicit value to researchers, academicians and practitioners by revealing valuable insights related to key barriers hindering the adoption of e-learning among Media students in India. Mucoadhesive are synthetic or natural polymer, which interact with the mucus layer covering the mucosal epithelial surface, and mucin molecules constituting a major part of mucus. Present investigation was done to formulate and evaluate mucoadhesive tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride which were designed to prolong the gastric residence time after oral administration. Tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride were formulated using four mucoadhesive polymers namely guar gum, xanthan gum, HPMC K100M and HPMC K4M. Attempt was also, made to evaluate the formulated tablets. Further investigations are needed to confirm the in vivo efficiency, long term stability studies are needed to stabilize the controlled released formulations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
