Trifunctional Cu‐mesh/Cu2O@FeO nanoarrays heterostructure is designed and fabricated by integrating Cu2O@FeO nanoarrays onto Cu‐mesh (CM) via an in situ growth and phase transformation process. It is successfully applied to efficiently mitigate the antibiotic pollution, including degradation of antibiotics, inactivation of antibiotic‐resistant bacteria (ARB), and damage of antibiotics resistance genes (ARGs). Under visible‐light irradiation, CM/Cu2O@FeO nanoarrays exhibit a superior degradation efficiency on antibiotics (e.g., up to 99% in 25 min for tetracycline hydrochloride, TC), due to the generated reactive oxygen species (ROS), especially the dominant ·O2−. It can fully inactivate E. coli (HB101) with initial number of ~108 CFU mL−1 in 10 min, which is mainly attributed to the synergistic effects of 1D nanostructure, dissolved metal ions, and generated ROS. Meanwhile, it is able to damage ARGs after 180 min of photodegradation, including tetA (vs TC) of 3.3 log10, aphA (vs kanamycin sulfate, KAN) of 3.4 log10, and tnpA (vs ampicillin, AMP) of 4.4 log10, respectively. In order to well arrange active sites and avoid byproducts, the reasonable structured carrier nanocatalyst plays a crucial role in high catalytic performance, but still remains a challenge. Herein, the layered CuNi-Cu2O/NiAlOx nanosheets have been constructed through hydrothermal synthesis followed by calcination and H2 reduction treatment process. The in-situ formed CuNi nanoalloys (NAs) and nano-Cu2O were evenly distributed on the bilateral surface of layered NiAlOx nanosheets. Based on the planar structure of nanosheet, the synergy between catalytic active CuNi NAs and photocatalytic active nano-Cu2O endows CuNi-Cu2O/NiAlOx nanosheets with rapid conversion efficiency for catalyzing p-nitrophenol (p-NP, 14 mg·L−1) to p-aminophenol (p-AP) in 32 s with the reaction rate constant k up to 0.1779 s−1, and no obvious performance decay can be observed even over 27 cycles. Moreover, high concentration of p-NP at 10 and 20 g·L−1 could be reduced to p-AP within 14 and 20 min, respectively. Such designed nanoalloy/bimetal-oxide heterostructure can provide a solution for rapid conversion of aminoaromatics from nitroaromatics wastewater even at a large concentration range. In the micro-bending process of sheet metals, springback caused by the considerable elastic recovery during unloading has a significant effect on the dimension precision of micro-bent sheet metal parts. In design of micro-bent parts and bending process, this phenomenon needs to be considered. However, the traditional well-established knowledge for analysis of macro-scaled sheet metal bending processes may not be very suitable and efficient in analysis of micro-scaled sheet metal bending due to the geometry and microstructure size effects in the process. To explore the unloading springback of sheet metals after micro-bending, the experimental studies on the interactive influence of a few significant parameters including sheet thickness, grain size, and punch radius on the springback in micro U-bending process of copper alloy sheets were conducted. An appropriate constitutive model based on the surface layer model, which is widely used in micro-scaled forming processes, is proposed to predict the amount of springback and the relationship among these parameters is further established. The research shows that the springback angle generally increases with the decreasing sheet thickness, and for different punch radii, the springback angle has different variation trends for the sheet metals with different grain sizes. The developed analysis method is verified via the comparison of the calculated stress-strain curves with the tensile test results of three kinds of copper alloy sheets. The findings on how the size effects affect the springback behaviors of in micro-bending process are validated by the experimental results, finite element simulation, and the comparison in-between. Considering the noble metals resources used in Three-way catalysts are extremely limited, traditional Three-way catalysts can no longer meet the increasingly stringent emissions control standards economically. For more efficient emissions control, we first time to perform a multi-parameters comparative investigation on catalytic converter design for high performance motorcycles with considerations of converter's structure/size, layout and engine working status under World-wide Motorcycle Test Cycle to explore novel design methods of Three-way catalysts. Based on the several models designed for test, the original transient emissions are measured to explore engine's working performances and factors that impact raw emissions, the integrated effect of converter structure/size and layout on emissions conversion efficiency is also explored. In this study, Model 1 is double catalytic structure while Model 2 and Model 3 are single structure, detailed parameters about these models are expressed as the format "Length, Diameter or long/short axis for ellipse, Cell density" as: Model 1-front: 42 mm, 123 mm, 200 cpsi; Model 1-rear: 123 mm, 95/65 mm, 300 cpsi; Model 2: 85 mm, 100 mm, 400 cpsi; Model 3: 82 mm, 130 mm, 300 cpsi. Catalytic conversion efficiency of CO, THC and NO x are ranked as Model 3: 88.13% > Model 1: 85.95% > Model 2: 84.89%, Model 1: 93.73% > Model 3: 89.76% > Model 2: 85.79% and Model 1: 98.27% > Model 2: 92.58% > Model 3: 87.05%, respectively. Small-size catalytic converters have quicker warm-up and poorer heat preservation capacity, that's why Model 2 has the highest catalytic efficiency for CO in cold stage and the lowest overall, Meanwhile, Model 2 has the best trade-off performance.
