A parallel test Algorithm and design for built in self test (BIST) architecture to test the crosstalk faults in clustered arrays of TSVs (through silicon via) in 3DICs (Three dimensional Integrated Circuits) is discussed in this paper. Design of Modified Flexible Boundary scan cells to transfer the outputs to the functional cores or to the Output response analyzers (ORA) or signature analysers is proposed. Algorithm state machine (ASM) based design of BIST controller to generate the control and timing signals for launch and capture of test patterns is discussed. Parallel outputs capturing and signature generation mechanism is designed to reduce the time complexity.

The ability of nurses to adopt and successfully use EMR is expected to have a significant impact on achieving benefits such as reduction in healthcare costs and improvement in healthcare quality. A review of the current research literature reveals issues and concerns relating to the adoption and use of EMR by nurses in hospital environments. This article presents a literature review of such issues and concerns, and suggests a framework for enhancing the adoption and use of EMR by nurses and hospitals.

System-on-chip (SoC) face major problem due to vulnerability of hack. The hacker target the cryptographic IP block in the architecture of SoC. However, PUF test wrapper provides the security for individual IP core. The individual IP core protection plays major problem in PUF test. We propose a novel method to protect the IP core with QFT-PUF authentication mechanism. QFT-PUF implement in PSOC-FPGA. The mechanism reduces the area and memory in architecture. The proposed method of key generation and their handling process drive from Quantum Fourier Transform. From the validation of QFT-PUF, Fault Acceptance Rate (FAR) increases then the Fault Rejection Rate (FRR).

Background: The proposed method uses random adjustments in the online video quality based on the bandwidth allocated over Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP (DASH) streaming service. Aim: The main objective is to improve the video quality from DASH-HTTP servers with variable bandwidth. Here, the system is adjusted dynamically for providing best video quality services based on the requirement of the user. Methods: In order to achieve such objective, the DASH service is assigned with three modules. Initially, the quality is adjusted dynamically using Fractional Brownian Motion and Random Waypoint Mobility (FBM-RWP) model. This initial model schedules the packets in sub-streams based on the priority as per the requirement of the user. The final model uses the Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) quality control algorithm for the past and future prediction of quality based on bandwidth allocation. This feedback of quality is used by the FBM-RWP model to prioritize the packets in the sub-streams. The entire process works by matching the bit rate of video streaming with the user required quality. Results: The technique concentrates mostly on medical videos for improving the live video streaming in case of medical emergencies. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the conventional DASH services. The results proved that the proposed method performs better in terms of reduced error and improved throughput.

This paper proposes a new flexible methodology based on frequency domain approach for analyzing the delay-dependent stability of deregulated power system considering communication delays. The delay margin of the system is determined theoretically for different values of controller gains. The theoretical results are verified through simulation studies. The correlation between the delay margin and the controller gain is investigated, which helps the system operator in designing the controllers for stable operation of power system. The proposed method is more accurate, less conservative and takes less computation time as compared to the existing approaches. The proposed method is independent of the order of the system. To extend the analysis spectrum and to prove the feasibility of the proposed method for large scale interconnected power system, a case study has been carried out based on a reasonable size test system to design a wide area damping controller considering time delays.
