Environmental crises are among the most important problems and concerns in the 21st century. Many researchers and experts believe that by encouraging the pro-environmental behavior, these problems can be reduced and it requires increasing the humanenvironmental knowledge. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effects of environmental knowledge on students' pro-environmental behavior. This research is a descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population consisted of all agricultural students studying at the University of Zanjan (N= 1,127). The sample size was calculated using Krejcie and Morgan's sampling table (n= 290), and the subjects were surveyed using a proportional stratified random sampling method. In the statistical process of data analysis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS ver. 24.0 software was used to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that students' systematic knowledge had a positive and significant effect on students' pro-environmental behavior. Also, the findings indicated that action-related and effective knowledge had no significant effect on students' environmental behavior. Therefore, the systematic knowledge is, directly and indirectly, a good determinant for the environmental behaviors that should be taken into consideration to improve the students' environmental behaviors. Hydatid cyst, the larval stage of cestodes Echinococcus spp., is recognized as a zoonotic infection in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recently classified echinococcosis in a group of neglected tropical diseases. The prevalence of Echinococcus granulosus infection is high in Iran due to the presence of various intermediate hosts in this country. Considering the rising trend of this zoonotic parasitic disease based on national epidemiological studies, diagnosis is of great significance. WHO has suggested the use of specific antigens, especially antigen B (AgB) for serological diagnostic tests. In general, AgB is a polymeric lipoprotein, which disintegrates into 8.12, 16, and 20.24 kDa subunits. In the present study, we applied three different methods for AgB isolation from hydatid cyst fluid (HCF) and compared their efficacy in AgB isolation. Finally, the protein concentration of this antigen was measured by Bradford assay and confirmed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The results showed that the application of polyethylene glycol (PEG 4000) as a thickener agent beside purification of HCF in dialysis bag and filtering and also dialysis against acetate buffer leading to the best quantity in purified antigen B.

It is well known that when nanoparticles interact with biological fluids, a layer of proteins and biological components forms on them. This layer may alter the biological fate and efficiency of the nanomaterial. Recent studies have shown that illness states have a major impact on the structure of the biocorona, sometimes referred to as the "personalized protein corona." Physiological factors like illness, which impact the proteome and metabolome pattern and result in conformational changes in proteins, give rise to this structure of discrimination in biocorona decoration. Improving the efficiency of precise platforms for developing new molecular biomarkers for accurate illness diagnosis is vitally necessary. The biocorona pattern's discrimination may be a diagnostic tool for designing biosensors. As a result, in this review, we summarize the most current studies on the relationship between physiological conditions and the variety of biocorona patterns that influence the biological responses of nanosystems. The human carbonic anhydrase II (HCA II) enzyme is a cytosolic protein located in the membrane of red blood cells that reversible hydration of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ). Considering the critical role of the HCA II and the effects of some mutations on the activity and stability of the enzyme in humans, several computational methods are used to study the structure and dynamics of the wild-type and the mutant enzymes with three ligands, CO 2 , 4-nitrophenyl acetate and acetazolamide. Our results of MD simulation of a wild-type enzyme with 4-nitrophenyl acetate show that it created essential effects on the fluctuation of this enzyme and made it more unstable and less compact than the same enzyme without ligand. In the MD of the mutant enzyme with 4-nitrophenyl acetate ligand, no significant difference is observed between with and without ligand. The affinity of the wild-type enzyme to the 4-nitrophenyl acetate is notably higher than the mutant enzyme with the same ligand. Furthermore, results showed that wild-type and mutant enzymes with CO 2 are more favorable in stability and flexibility than the same enzymes without ligand. The MD results of wild-type with acetazolamide indicate instability compare without ligand, but in MD of mutant enzyme with acetazolamide show that it more stable and compact than the same enzyme without ligand. A method is presented for chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer (CRET) using APTES-Fe 3 O 4 as a highly efficient energy acceptor with strong magnetic effectiveness over extended distances, while an Au@BSA-luminol composite acts as the donor. In order to boost the chemiluminescence reactions, CuO nanoparticles were successfully employed. The distance between the donor and acceptor is a crucial factor in the occurrence of the CRET phenomenon. A sensitive and high-throughput sandwich chemiluminescence immunosensor has been developed accordingly with a linear range of 1.0 × 10 -7 g/L to 6.0 × 10 -5 g/L and a limit of detection of 0.8 × 10 -7 g/L. The CRET-based sandwich immunosensor has the potential to be implemented to early cancer diagnosis because of its high sensitivity in detecting Nanog, fast analysis (30 min), and simplicity.
