The main objective of the research presented in the following work was the adaptation of reflection-radar technology in a detection and navigation system using radio-tomographic imaging techniques. As key aspects of this work, the energy optimization of high-frequency transmitters can be considered for use inside buildings while maintaining user safety. The resulting building monitoring and control system using a network of intelligent sensors supported by artificial intelligence algorithms, such as logistic regression or neural networks, should be considered an outcome. This paper discusses the methodology for extracting information from signal echoes and how they were transported and aggregated. The data extracted in this way were used to support user navigation through a building, optimize energy based on presence information, and increase the facility's overall security level. A band from 5 GHz to 6 GHz was chosen as the carrier frequency of the signals, representing a compromise between energy expenditure, range, and the properties of wave behavior in contact with different types of matter. The system includes proprietary hardware solutions that allow parameters to be adjusted over the entire range and guarantee adaptation for RTI (radio tomography imaging) technology. The paper is dedicated to the application of reflective technologies in the Russian as a foreign language classes over the course of pre-higher education in technical universities with an emphasis on the possibility of applying individual reflective technologies of different types, depending on the purpose of use, corresponding to a specific methodical purpose of the lesson or its particular part. An overview of some tasks that can be used in classes, with an analysis of the possible compatibility of different types of reflection and predicted results, is presented. A special attention in the study is paid to the role of the application of such technologies with concrete practical examples in the context of the digitalization of learning, the transition to distance or mixed form of education at universities, as well as to the impact of reflective technologies on a wide range of learning challenges that emerged during the pandemic.,

BackgroundThis paper describes the Co-Care-KIT, a reflective toolkit designed to provide insights into the diverse experiences of home-based informal caregivers during the delivery of care to a relative or loved one.ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to evaluate the toolkit, including a custom-designed journal, tools for photography-based experience sampling, and heart rate tracking, which enables caregivers to collect and reflect on their positive and negative daily experiences in situ.MethodsA 2-week field study with informal caregivers (N=7) was conducted to evaluate the Co-Care-KIT and to capture their daily personal emotional experiences. The collected data samples were analyzed and used for collaborative dialogue between the researcher and caregiver.ResultsThe results suggest that the toolkit (1) increased caregivers’ awareness of their own well-being through in situ reflection on their experiences; (2) empowered caregivers to share their identities and experiences as a caregiver within their social networks; (3) enabled the capturing of particularly positive experiences; and (4) provided caregivers reassurance with regards to their own mental health.ConclusionBy enabling capturing and collaborative reflection, the kit helped to gain a new understanding of caregivers’ day-to-day needs and emotional experiences.

- Abstract
The article highlights the process of developing foreign language skills with students specialized in teaching foreign languages. Special attention is paid to the student’s meaningful monologue which is one of the fundamental difficulties faced by the learners. It focuses on reflexive strategies and techniques which stimulate speech planning and production. The author describes their implementation and summarises the achieved results. The paper also focuses on the necessity of efforts to develop essential speech characteristics such as logical order and sequence of thoughts, expressiveness and emotionality of speech, lexical correctness etc. The author offers the complex of exercises aimed at their developments.
