Objective To investigate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with responsibility-based teaching model in the clinical teaching of nursing students. Methods A total of 50 nursing students who participated in the internship between July 2020 and April 2021 were recruited as the control group, and routine teaching method was adopted during their clinical internship. Another 50 nursing students who participated in the internship between July 2021 and April 2022 were recruited as the observation group, and the PBL combined with responsibility-based teaching model were used in the clinical teaching. The practical skills, theoretical knowledge assessment outcomes, general performance, attendance and score of the Self-regulated Learning Scale in Clinical Nursing Practice for nursing students (SRLS-CNP)were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The scores of practical skills and theoretical knowledge assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). The outcomes of general performance and attendance assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). The score of SRLS-CNP was increased in both groups after intervention, and score of SRLS-CNP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after internship(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The combination of PBL teaching and responsibility-based teaching can improve the comprehensive nursing ability of the nursing students during the internship. Abstract: This paper is committed to achieve the knowledge description based on the information exchange properties of ontology in garment field. The ontology definition is analyzed. The construction guideline and process of garment product knowledge ontology is researched. Using the ontology language OWL, knowledge representation for garment product is achieved. Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the link between 25-hydroxy vitamin D and serum asprosin in individuals with type 2 diabetes within the community. The goal was to provide a foundation for clinical interventions., Methods: Between November 2019 and July 2021, data from 463 patients with type 2 diabetes were consistently gathered at a community health service station in Southeast Shanxi Province. General information and laboratory metrics were compiled, including serum asprosin levels. The participants were categorized based on three serum asprosin quantiles, allowing for a comparison of various factors among the groups. The correlation between serum asprosin levels and other factors was analyzed. Employing a general linear model, the connection between 25-hydroxy vitamin D and serum asprosin levels was studied. Utilizing three quantiles of 25-hydroxy vitamin D, serum asprosin was treated as the dependent variable, while 25-hydroxy vitamin D served as the independent variable for linear regression analysis., Results: As serum asprosin increased, there were gradual increments in age, disease duration, SBP, BMI, WC, creatinine, and SUA levels (P<0.05). Conversely, HbA1c, HDL-C, GFR, and 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels exhibited gradual declines (P<0.05). Age, 25-hydroxy vitamin D, SUA, creatinine, and LDL-C emerged as independent influencing factors for serum asprosin. Across the 1st to 3rd 25-hydroxy vitamin D quantiles, elevated 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels correlated with a gradual reduction in mean serum asprosin (P<0.05)., Conclusion: Serum asprosin levels demonstrate an inverse correlation with 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels in community-dwelling individuals with type 2 diabetes. The luminescent complex terbium (III)-trimesic acid (TMA)-1,10-phenanthroline (phen) nanorod was synthesized in the polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) matrix by a co-precipitation method. The chemical formula of the synthesized complex was speculated to be PVP/TbL(phen)0.5 x 7H2O by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES), elemental analysis and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) of PVP/TbL(phen)0.5 x 7H2O indicated that it was a crystalline complex. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) result showed that the complex was nanorods with diameters of about 80-100 nm. The thermogravimetric curve (TGA) analysis exhibited that the complex has good stability below 400 degrees C. UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed that there is a maximum absorption at 300 nm. The photoluminescence analyses (PLA) showed that the synthesized complex emitted the characteristic green fluorescence of Tb (III) ions under ultraviolet light excitation. The emission peaks of PVP/TbL(phen)0.5 x 7H2O at 488, 542, 581, and 618 nm using 278 nm as exciting wavelength can be assigned to the 5D4 --> 7F6, 5D4 --> 7F5, 5D4 --> 7F4, and 5D4 --> 7F3 electron transitions of the Tb3+ ions, respectively.
