Proses penyadapan karet masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengandalkan tenaga manusia dan dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor keluhan MSDs yang dirasan oleh petani penyadap karet karena postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan februari- maret 2024 pada petani penyadap karet di desa sihopuk baru, kecamatan halongonan timur kabupaten padang lawas utara dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang penyadap karet. Instrument yang dipergunakan dalam pengumpulan data keluhan Petani penyadap karet adalah kuesioner Nordc Body Map (NBM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah petani yang tidak mengalami keluhan MSDs adalah sebanyak 36 orang (72%) sedangkan jumlah penyadap karet yang mengalami keluhan adalah sebanyak 14 orang (28%). Di sisi lain, jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh terhadap keluhan MSDs sedangkan umur dan postur kerja memiliki hubungan dengan keluah MSDs.

Objective: To identify the driving and inhibiting factors and to find a prototype of community involvement in the COVID-19 vaccine. Method: Data sources from PubMed database, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and ProQuest. The data were obtained based on searches using the keyword COVID-19 (n = 11,.599), focusing on community acceptance (n = 813), community involvement (n = 86), and types of articles (n = 46). Articles that meet the inclusion criteria are seven, and the data were analyzed with ATLAS Ti.9 software. Results: Engagement and driving factors have the highest correlation (0.38). The drivers, perceptions of vulnerability, and inhibiting factors determine community involvement. The perception of exposure can be a supporting or inhibiting factor influenced by information reinforcement. Conclusions: Strengthening positive information can alter the sense of community vulnerability, making it a driving force for participation in the COVID-19 vaccine campaign. This finding is an appropriate strategy to expand the reach and resolve public doubts about accepting the vaccine. Resumen: Objetivo: Identificar los factores impulsores e inhibidores y encontrar un prototipo de participación comunitaria en la vacuna contra la COVID-19. Método: Fuentes de datos de las bases de datos PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science y ProQuest. Los datos totales se basan en búsquedas con la palabra clave COVID-19 (n = 11.599), centrándose en la aceptación de la comunidad (n = 813), la participación de la comunidad (n = 86) y los tipos de artículos de investigación (n = 46). Los artículos que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión fueron siete. Los datos se analizaron con el software ATLAS Ti.9. Resultados: El compromiso y los factores impulsores tienen la correlación más alta (0,38). La participación de la comunidad está determinada por tres factores: impulsores, percepciones de vulnerabilidad e inhibidores. La percepción de vulnerabilidad puede ser un factor de apoyo o de inhibición que se ve influido por el refuerzo de la información. Conclusiones: Fortalecer la información positiva puede cambiar la percepción de vulnerabilidad de la comunidad para que se convierta en un factor motivador para que esta se involucre en la vacuna contra la COVID-19. Este hallazgo es una estrategia adecuada para ampliar el alcance y resolver las dudas del público sobre la aceptación de la vacuna contra la COVID-19.

ABSTRACT Breast care is one important part that must be considered as preparation for breastfeeding later, and the breasts will be more enlarged and the nipple will be darker color and also more sensitive. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of pregnant women about breast care during pregnancy at Khadijah clinic Lubuk Pakam. The research design that will be used in this research is descriptive with cross sectional approach of univariant data analysis with total sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire instrument. From the results of the study is expected to further researchers more specific research variables are more varied or from the correlation, in order to see whether there is a relationship between the behavior of pregnant women in breast care to breast milk production. ABSTRACTImmunization is one of the preventive measures to prevent the disease by giving immunity to be performed continuously and thorough, and conducted according to standars so as to provide protection of health and break the chain of transmission. The results of this study showed that the variables thet influence the provision of Hepatitis B immunization is attitude, facilities , the role of health workers and the support of community leaders. Suggested to the Health Center Bagan Batu to socialize and improve their knowledge in terms of public health through health promotion efforts in the form of social support, namely improving the quality of health promotion efforts in the form of social support, namely improving the quality of health education and the provision of media sorces of health information about the spread of immunization will be able to reach the right target mothers located in the village of Rokan Hilir regencies. The application of fish recombinant growth hormone (rGH) has been known as one of the methods to improve the growth performance of cultured fishes, one of which is the striped catfish Pangasianodon hypophthalmus, a species that is becoming commercially attractive in Indonesia. Hence, this study was aimed to evaluate the effects of rGH supplementation in commercial diet on the growth, feed utilization and flesh quality in P. hypophthalmus grow out. The rGH was mixed with chicken egg yolk and sprayed on the commercial feeds with different protein levels (32, 28 and 23%). In the control, the feeds were also sprayed with chicken egg yolk but without rGH. Striped catfish with body weights of 110.66 ± 1.32 g ind-1 were fed on rGH-supplemented diets two times a week during the first and third months, and during the rest of the months they were fed on diet without rGH supplementation. The fishes were reared for 120 days in 18 hapa (2×1×1.5 m3) with initial density of 20 fishes per hapa. The result showed that the highest weight gain, specific growth rate (SGR), and lowest feed conversion ratio (FCR) were obtained by fishes fed on 32% protein content with rGH-supplemented diet. No significant difference was observed in the weight gain, SGR and FCR in rGH treated group with 28% protein content with rGH supplemented diet and non-rGH control group receiving 32% protein diet. Similar moisture content of meat, protein content of meat, belly fat and edible portion were observed in rGH-supplemented diet and their control. Except in the treatment 23% protein content rGH supplemented diet that has lower lipid content in fish body and meat. The highest SGR was obtained when the fishes were fed on the 32% protein feed combined with rGH. Enrichment with rGH depleted the fat content in the meat of fish fed on all levels of protein in which the lowest fat was found in the 23% protein feed.
