Abstract

The National Competition Act is relatively new in Denmark and the Competition Authority and the courts have been exploring and expanding what the provisions of the Act mean in practice. This article highlights recent changes to the Danish competition law regime and trends in its application. A brief introduction to Danish competition law is provided after which recent amendments to the law are examined, followed by trends in the application of the law and finally the more important recent decisions and case law.
