One of the factors that affect the quality of children is growth and development that takes place optimally. Cognitive and mental emotional development is very important for children's growth and development both for the present and the future. The purpose of this scoping review was to determine the factors that are related to the cognitive and mental emotional development of children. The method of this scoping review uses 4 databases (Pubmed, Wiley Online Library, Science Direct, and Springer Link), the search is limited to articles published in the last 10 years (2010-2020). The study was identified using the PRISMA flowchart, in conducting critical appraisal the researcher conducted an assessment using JBI tools. The findings of this scoping review are that factors that are associated with children's cognitive development are parental factors (maternal depressive and anxiety disorder) and child factors (child's condition at birth, stunting, and hemoglobin levels). Factors related to children's emotional mental development are parental factors (family socioeconomic, parenting styles, family mental health, parental education level, and parents' marital conflict), child factors (children's health conditions), and factors. other (regional characteristics). Of the factors associated with children's cognitive development, the most frequent factor emerged from the 10 articles reviewed. namely the factors of the parents maternal depressive and anxiety disorder and the factors of the child, namely the condition of the child at birth. Then, from the factors related to the mental emotional development of children, the parent factor in the form of family socioeconomic factors is the most frequent factor that appears from the 10 articles that have been reviewed.

This research and development based on the phenomenon that there are still many students who have difficulty in writing short stories and the importance of educators innovating in the use of learning models in an effort to improve the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to (1) Describe the process of developing synectic models in short story writing students in class XI students of UISU Senior High School Medan (2) Describe the feasibility of developing synectic models in learning to write short stories in class XI students of SMA UISU Medan (3) in learning to write short stories at XI grade students of UISU Medan High School. This type of research is development research based on the development model 4-D of Thiagarajan. The trial subjects consisted of material experts, design experts, Indonesian language educators, and XI grade students of UISU Medan High School. Validation results show an average percentage of 92.12% for learning material and an average percentage of 95.13 % for learning design with excellent advice. The effectiveness of the product is obtained from a learning motivation questionnaire in a limited trial and is supported. Limited trials show an average percentage of 93.45% with very good criteria and approval trials of 95.12% with very good criteria. The data is also supported by the observations of students also increasing the pretest value from 64.83 to the posttest with an average value of 80.47. This proves that the synectic model developed for learning to write short stories is feasible to use and can improve students' ability to write short stories.

Latar Belakang : Sebagian besar ibu pada masa nifas mengalami penurunan kondisi fisik, psikologi dan sosial selama menjalankan peran barunya sebagai ibu. Hal ini akan berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup dan kondisi psikologisnya. Yoga menjadi salah satu alternatif terapi komplementer untuk membantu meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menstabilkan kondisi psikologis ibu. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak latihan yoga terhadap kualitas dan psikologis ibu nifas. Metode : desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen, dengan jenis pre test and post test quasi experimental design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu nifas satu sampai enam minggu pasca persalinan sejumlah 54 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan masing-masing 27 responden. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan intervesi berupa latihan yoga selama empat sesi, masing-masing sesi 30 menit selama empat minggu masa nifas. Kedua kelompok akan diukur kualitas hidup menggunakan kuesioner WHOQBREF sebanyak dua kali dan diukur kondisi psikologisnya menggunakan EPDS sebanyak empat kali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan meningkatnya kualitas hidup ibu nifas yang latihan yoga dengan nilai Z Score 4.329 dibandingkan ibu yang tidak melakukan yoga dengan nilai 1.727 dan menurunnya nilai skala depresi pada kondisi psikologis ibu yang melakukan yoga dengan nilai Z Score 4.311 dibandingkan ibu yang tidak melakukan yoga dengan nilai 0.687. Dampak Latihan Yoga Terhadap Kualitas Hidup Dan Psikologi Ibu Nifas 9 Kesimpulan : yoga dapat menjadi alternatif asuhan kebidanan untuk ibu masa nifas. Saran Bidan dapat mengajarkan yoga untuk melengkapi asuhan kebidanan pada ibu nifas untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menurunkan nilai skala depresi pospartum pada kondisi psikologis ibu nifas. Latar belakang :Kasus disfungsi seksual kurang menjadi perhatian pemerintah, kurangnya promosi konseling fungsi seksual tidak banyak dibicarakan. Sebagian besar ibu post partum memiliki persepsi bahwa membahas seksualitas merupakan hal yang tabu, disfungsi seksual khususnya pada ibu post partum dapat memberikan dampak buruk bagi ibu, bayi dan keluarganya. Disfungsi seksual ibu post partum dapat menyebabkan stress hingga perceraian. Tujuan Penelitian : adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prevalensi disfungsi seksual ibu post partum dengan luka episiotomi dan sectio sesarea di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tigaraksa. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional sehingga diperoleh 120 responden dengan analisa uji statistik chi square test. Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan hasil uji analisa dengan usia ibu, paritas dan menyusui adalah p- value 0,000, 0,000 dan 0,004 < α (0,05) sedangkan pendidikan, pekerjaan dan jenis persalinan memiliki p-value 0,251, 0,810 dan 0,584 > α (0,05). Kesimpulan: Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara usia ibu, paritas dan menyusui serta tidak adanya hubungan antara pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan jenis persalinan terhadap prevalensi disfungsi seksual.

This study aims to find out and to stress: (1) the effect of the application oflearning strategies on students' Akidah Akhlah learning outcomes, (2) theeffect of learning motivation on student Akidah Akhlah learningoutcomes, and (3) the interaction between learning strategies and learningmotivation towards Akidah Akhlak learning outcomes. The population ofthis study was all students in class V MIN Sei Mati Medan consisting of 3classes. Based on Cluster Random sampling techniques. The researchinstrument is a test used to obtain learning outcome data andquestionnaires to obtain data on student learning motivation. The analysistechnique is two-way Anova at significance  = 0.05 followed by theScheffe test. The results showed: (1) the average learning outcomes ofstudents taught with collaborative learning strategies X = 28.15 higherthan the average learning outcomes of students taught with competitivelearning strategies X = 26.92, with Fcount = 29.57 > Ftable = 3.968, (2) theaverage learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation X =29.93 higher than the learning outcomes of students with low learningmotivation X = 25.94 with Fcount = 4.43 > Ftable = 3.968, and (3) there is aninteraction between learning strategies and learning motivation towardsAkidah Akhlak learning outcomes with Fcount = 7.18 > Ftable = 3.968.
