The purpose of this investigation is to ascertain the scope of the Ombudsman's function as a state institution with the authority to oversee the implementation of public services organized by state and government administrators. These public services include those held by State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises, and State-Owned Legal Entities, as well as private entities or individuals tasked with managing specific public services in the Medan City region.An interview and observation-based qualitative descriptive research approach was utilized in this study. "Key informants, main informants, and additional informants" were utilized in the study. This study's findings explain how the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and the Kedan Ombudsman were able to set up a supervisory mechanism that was appropriate for its responsibilities. The partnership process that has been established between the Representative for North Sumatra of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and the Representative for North Sumatra of the Kedan Ombudsman demonstrates this. The goal of this partnership, which is to improve the quality of public services in the Medan City region, will remain a priority. Keywords: Function, Role, Ombudsman, Corruption

Introduction: Social determinants are closely related to public health disparities, and they affect health both directly and indirectly. Furthermore, social and economic conditions are often associated with a natural disaster that impacts people’s health. Methods: This study used the Pubmed database, Science direct, and Proquest through the keywords “Determinan Sosial; Kesehatan Masyarakat; Pascabencana (Social Determinants; Public Health; Post-Disaster)”. Furthermore, the studies found are open access, not a type of review and were filtered over the last five years. The Pubmed databases found 1308 studies, which were screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to obtain a total of 7 studies for review. Result: The role of social support shows a significant effect on a person’s stress symptoms. Moreover, environmental factors play an important role in post-disaster public health. Therefore, policies and countermeasures in disaster recovery need to continuously focus on health issues and social relations in the long term. Conclusion: Social determinants have an important role in post-disaster public health.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from mild to severe symptoms. The data on nurses who were infected with COVID-19 in the Camar room of the Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi Province, Makassar City were 13 nurses. Objective: This study aims to describe the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus on nurses in the Camar Room at the Dadi Hospital, South Sulawesi Province, Makassar City. Method: This type of research is descriptive research. The sample of this research is nurses who treat COVID-19 patients as many as 51 respondents using the total sampling technique. Results: Based on a Nurse care activities have a very high risk of being exposed to COVID-19 as many as 51 respondents (100.0%), based on biological material accidents of nurses who do not experienced a biological material accident with a low risk of being exposed to COVID-19 as many as 45 respondents (88.2%) and those who experienced a high risk of exposure to biological material accidents as many as 6 respondents (11.8%) and based on bedience in carrying out the IPC, nurses who obedient the IPC at low risk of exposure to COVID-19 as many as 38 respondents (74.5%) and nurses who disobedient with the IPC at high risk of exposure to COVID-19 as many as 13 respondents (22.5 %). Conclusions: The conclusions of the study are those who have a high risk of being exposed to COVID-19 are respondents who carry out activities to care for COVID-19 patients and those who are at low risk of being exposed to COVID-19 are respondents who have not experienced biological material accidents as well as respondents who are bedient in carrying out IPC procedures. Suggestions for further researchers can develop further research on the description of the risk of exposure to COVID-19 in nurses.

Limbah pasar adalah semacam limbah yang bersumber dari kegiatan keluarga (rumah tangga). Kenyataan yang nampak hari demi hari menunjukan bahwa secara universal sampah yang berada di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar jumlahnya cukup banyak, 1 armada kendaraan limbah penuh setiap hari untuk memindahkan limbah dari pedagang dipagi hari, banyaknya limbah itu tidak terkecuali limbah yang dipindahkan pada sore hari serta malam hari setelah aktivitas di pasar selesai, di mana limbah dipindahkan oleh truk kompartemen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pengelolaan sampah padat di Pasar Terong Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pedagang Pasar Terong Kota Makassar sebanyak 551 pedagang. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 85 pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemilahan sampah memenuhi syarat sebanyak 3 orang (3,5%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 82 orang (96,5 %), pengumpulan sampah memenuhi syarat sebanyak 8 orang (9,4%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 77 orang (90,6 %). Pengangkutan sampah memenuhi syarat sebanyak 64 orang (75,3%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 21 orang (24,7%). Pengelolaan sampah padat di pasar terong kota Makassar, masih belum memenuhi standar,di karenakan Sebagian besar pedagang tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah dan pengumpulan sampah dengan baik. sedangkan Pangangkutan sampah, di pasar terong sudah menggunakan alat bantu seperti dum truk.

Penerapan PHBS di sekolah belum mendapatkan hasil yang sempurna, ini disebabkan karena masih banyak murid belum mengerti pentingnya PHBS dalam kehidupan sehari hari, sehingga masih banyak dari indicator PHBS yang belum terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) murid SD. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu murid kelas III, IV, V dan VI sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan cuci tangan pakai sabun 0%, menggunakan jamban bersih dan sehat 80 %, olahraga teratur dan tidak merokok disekolah 100%, membuang sampah pada tempatnya 70%, memberantas jentik nyamuk 56,7%, mengkonsumsi jajan sehat 86,7% dan menimbang BB/TB 0%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini dari 8 variabel indikator PHBS masih ada yang belum terlaksana dengan baik yaitu mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan menimbang berat serta mengukur tinggi badan. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah agar dapat menyediakan sarana berupa sabun dan alat untuk mengukur tinggi dan timbangan agar dapat digunakan murid.

Background: In intestinal ischemia, reperfusion towards the injured intestine can cause further injury to the intestine itself and to remote organs. This research aimed to evaluate the influence of intestinal strangulation release (SR) before resection on the intestine outside margin of the strangulated intestine compared with subjects without intestinal strangulation release (WSR). Methods: Fourteen male Sprague Dawley rats were subjected to strangulation of one loop of the distal ileum for 4 h. In the SR group, the strangulated intestine was released for 5 min and then resected for necrotic parts. In the WSR group, the strangulated intestine was immediately resected WSR. The control group received a sham laparotomy. Four hours after the second laparotomy, the animals weresacrificed, and intestinal samples were taken for histomorphological analysis and measurement of intestinal malondialdehyde (MDA) level. Results: The injury on the histomorphological intestinal mucosa and intestinal MDA level were insignificantly higher in the SR group than in the WSR group (p>0.05). Conclusion: Intestinal SR before resection causes more tissue injury and oxidative stress on the intestine outside the strangulationsection, but the difference is not statistically significant. Patient satisfaction is a function of the patient's assessment of the health services provided by the hospital in the hope that before the patient receives health services from the hospital as a provider, the patient will feel satisfied if the quality of hospital services is higher or at least the same as what the patient expects. This study aims to determine the relationship between physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with BPJS patient satisfaction. The results showed that the quality of service physical evidence (Tangibles) p (0.76)> 0.05 which means there is no relationship, reliability (reliability) p (0.01) 0.05 which means no relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between physical evidence service quality and empathy with patient satisfaction, and there is a significant relationship between service quality reliability, responsiveness, and assurance with BPJS patient satisfaction. It is suggested to the hospital to further improve service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance in order to increase BPJS patient satisfaction.

Pada Bank Sampah Demang Asri Kecamatan Pademangan Jakarta Utara setiap proses pendataan data barang, data nasabah serta transaksi hingga penarikan saldo dicatat dalam pembukuan yang bersifat manual dan tertulis. Pembukuan tersebut mempersulit admin Bank Sampah Demang Asri dalam proses pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan karena sering sekali terjadi kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia itu sendiri. Dalam hal ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu waterfall dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan tahapan-tahapan seperti rekayasa sistem, analisis, desain, coding, testing, dan maintenance. Metode waterfall sangat cocok dalam proses perancangan suatu sistem Bank Sampah dan diharapkan sistem aplikasi yang diciptakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Tujuan dari sistem informasi Bank Sampah Demang Asri ini dirancang untuk memudahkan admin dalam proses pencatatan data barang, data nasabah, data transaksi dan data penarikan saldo yang sudah terkomputerisasi dan tersimpan di database serta aplikasi yang dapat membantu admin dalam membuat laporan sehingga memudahkan dalam memberikan laporan kepada pimpinan Bank Sampah Demang Asri. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan adanya sistem aplikasi Bank Sampah Demang Asri dapat menciptakan aplikasi untuk memudahkan dalam penarikan saldo nasabah yang telah mengumpulkan atau memberikan sampah organik dan anorganik kepada Bank Sampah Demang Asri Kecamatan Pademangan serta pelaporan lebih akurat dan baik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

Permasalahan yang timbul dari para Pengguna mengenai kualitas layanan transportasi online berbasis aplikasi Maxim dan mendapatkan beberapa komplain terkait dengan kinerja maupun harapan oleh pengguna Maxim, mulai dari komunikasi yang kurang tanggap dari pihak Maxim, maupun pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan dari pihak Maxim kepada pengguna. Untuk itu maka penelitian di lakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan dan mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna Transportasi online Maxim menggunakan metode PIECES framework dan uji chi square dalam menganalisis data. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pengguna dengan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden dan tambahan data pelengkap berupa tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin ,dan umur pengguna.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode PIECES dan seluruh variabelnya yang terdiri dari Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency dan Service semua berada pada kategori Puas, artinya Aplikasi Maxim berperan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga memberikan rasa puas dan respon positif ke pelanggan. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa chi square diperoleh tidak adanya perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan ada perbedaan kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan transportasi online Maxim pada variabel economycs 1, dan control 5, efficiency 1, service 1 dan service 2 berdasarkan Usia. Kata Kunci : Metode Pieces, Kualitas layanan, Kepuasan penggunaABSTRACTProblems that arise from users regarding the quality of online transportation services based on the Maxim application and getting several complaints related to the performance and expectations of Maxim users, ranging from less responsive communication from Maxim, to unsatisfactory service from Maxim to users. For this reason, research was carried out with the aim of analyzing service quality and knowing whether there were differences in user satisfaction. Maxim online transportation used the PIECES framework method and the chi square test in analyzing data. This research method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to users with a random sampling technique with a sample size of 97 respondents and additional supplementary data in the form of education level, gender, and age of the user.The results of research using the PIECES method and all of its variables consisting of Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service are all in the Satisfied category, meaning that Maxim application plays a good role in improving service quality so as to provide a sense of satisfaction and positive response to customers. And based on the results of the chi square analysis, it is found that there is no difference in user satisfaction with the quality of Maxim online transportation services based on gender and there are differences in user satisfaction with the quality of Maxim online transportation services on the variables economycs 1, and control 5, efficiency 1, service 1 and service 2 based on Age. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan pemakaian suntik DMPA dan cyclofem berdasarkan umur, paritas, sumber informasi, tingkat pendidikan dan dukungan suami. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kassi Kassi Kota Makassar dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Cross Sectional Study. Dalam desain penelitian ini akan digunakan studi analisis kelangsungan (Survival Analysis). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 176 responden (119 DMPA dan 57 cyclofem). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dengan uji logrank, multivariat dengan uji Regresi Cox Proportional Hazards Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan dengan kelangsungan pemakaian yaitu : paritas (p = 0,011) dan sumber informasi (p = 0,030). Disarankan bagi masyarakat khususnya ibu yang ingin menjadi akseptor untuk lebih efektif dalam menggunakan dan menjadi akseptor KB suntik.

Introduction and importance Conjoined twin is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by a fusion of certain anatomical structures. Coronavirus-19 (COVID-19) is a new emerging infectious respiratory disease affecting worldwide and potentially leads to acute respiratory distress (ARDS) in children. COVID-19 has reconstructed the healthcare system, including surgical care and decision-making. Case presentation Herein we describe a surgical separation of 2.5 months old omphalopagus conjoined twins, with one of them (Baby A) presenting COVID-19-associated respiratory distress, as well as the challenges faced during the preparation and the execution of the complex surgical procedure. Clinical discussion Baby A underwent antiviral therapy, oxygen supplementation, and ventilation in the ICU, while baby B remained stable and confirmed negative for SARS-CoV-2. The separation surgery was conducted after baby A had become clinically stable. Defect closure and reconstruction were accomplished. At one week follow-up, Baby A died of lung infection, while baby B remained well after one year. Conclusion The complexity of surgical separation requires careful planning by a multidisciplinary team. Aim: to assess the effect of abdominal stretching exercise on the reduction of intensity of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girl students at the State Senior High School. Method: This study was a quasi-experiment using a pretest-posttest research design with a total of the study samples were 40 respondents by purposive sampling technique. Assessment of the effect of abdominal stretching exercise was carried out before and after 8 abdominal stretching exercise trials. The gathered data were processed and analyzed using the paired samples t-test using IBM SPSS statistical software, version 26. Results of the present study demonstrated a significant effect of abdominal stretching exercise on the reduction of dysmenorrheal intensity (P < 0.05). Discussion The effects of high-intensity exercise on progesterone, prostaglandin metabolites (13,14-dihydro-15-keto-prostaglandin F2 alpha (KDPGF2α), TNF-α, and pain intensity were found to be increased in progesterone and decreased KDPGF2α, TNF-α, and pain intensity after exercise high intensity is relative without exercise. The mechanisms underlying high-intensity exercise-induced analgesia use hormones (progesterone) and cytokine-mediated mechanisms to reduce pain associated with primary dysmenorrhea. Conclusion: abdominal stretching exercise significantly reduced the intensity of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girl students. Therefore, abdominal stretching exercise is beneficial to be used as an alternative method in reducing intensity of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls.
