The elements are exposed from a system of applicable Quality to the evaluation and accreditation of laboratories of environmental rehearsals, carried out by the Department of Studies it has more than enough Environmental Contamination (DECA) of the Address of Science and environmental Technology (CyTA) of the National Center of Scientific Investigations (CNIC), based on the families of norms ISO 9000:2000, in which the whole documentation of the system was included required for the evaluation process, as well as the experience of installation of the same one, him which it includes training aspects and accreditation of rehearsal laboratory. The results guarantee the quality of the necessary environmental services to authorize the free sale and/or commercialization of the products in the country, as well as the derived economic and social benefit of the same one for the national economy. The methodology is implanted in DECA and it has been extended partially to other Centers that belong to the Minister of Higher Education since 2001, with satisfactory results for the Mobile laboratory of the University of Pinar del Río and to the Group CEBI-DQ of the Oriente University. The strategy for the Accreditation applied in DECA, constitutes a way for the application of the standard NC -- ISO/IEC 17025: 2000, related with the accreditation of Laboratories. The applied strategy constitutes a tool to obtain the accreditation for the rest of the laboratories that offer environmental services. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
